사축식 유압 피스톤 펌프의 디스크 편심률에 따른 실린더블록 구동영역에 대한 연구 (A Study on Driving Range of Cylinder Block to Eccentricity Ratio of Disk in Bent axis Type Oil Hydraulic Piston Pump)

  • To improve the performance of the bent axis type axial piston pump driven by the tapered piston, it is necessary to know the driving characteristics and mechanism of the tapered piston and the cylinder block. Since each piston not only rotates on its axis and reciprocates in the cylinder bore, but also revolves around the axis of the driving shaft, it is difficult to analyze the driving mechanism theoretically. The theoretical mechanism far the bent axis type axial piston pump is studied by using the geometrical method. The driving range of the tapered piston is determined by theoretical equations. The results show that the cylinder block is driven by one tapered piston in a limited range and the core parameters such as driving factor of the piston and the ahead delay angle influenced performance of the bent axis type axial piston pump.

  • Rattle noise occurs at manual transmission as idling and driving of a automotive. It can be solved by torsional characteristics of a clutch disc. A clutch disc consist of a region of pre-damper and main-damper. Rattle noise is affected by pre-damper and main-damper equipped for a torsional spring and friction washer. Pre-damper range covers noise radiating from manual transmission when engine is idling and main-damper range covers noise when engine is driving. The aim of this reserch is to clear transmission rattle noise by way of torsional characteristics of a clutch disc. The experiment is carried out as idling and driving of a automobile equipped for 1.5L MPI engine, dry single-disc type clutch and manual transmission. In this study, the results show for a vibration of manual transmission as idling and driving can be cleared by a clutch disc of Pre-damper type.

  • 본 연구는 골프연습장 유형별 이용자들의 만족요인을 알아보고 골프연습장 마케팅의 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 2009년 현재 전라남도에 위치한 G광역시의 6곳의 실내외 골프연습장과 N시, M시, S시에서 6곳의 실내 실외 골프연습장 선정하여 시설을 이용하고 있는 만20세 이상 고객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 총 600명의 설문지를 받아 그중 564명의 설문지를 유효 표본으로 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구목적과 연구방법을 통하여 골프경력, 골프실력, 이용횟수, 이용형태에 따른 골프연습장 유형별 고객만족을 비교분석을 하였다.

  • In order to achieve a essential requirement for the driving system of electric vehicles, that is, starting pick-up ability, a wound-type induction motor with double-rotor structure is proposed. Slip Power Recovery system is adopted to improve the efficiency in the low speed range and to control speed of this system. Theoretical analysis and experimental results from 300[W] prototype motor is presented to verify the improvement of pick-up ability and high-efficiency driving characteristics through the wide speed range, especially under the low speed range.

곡선반경 유형에 따른 운전자 시선특성분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Driver's Visual Behavior Characteristics according to the Type of Curve Radius)

  • Understanding driver's characteristic of visual activity is important process because driver depends on a visual signal more than 90% for getting outside information needed to drive, thus a series of driving, including perception, judgement, and activity, is completed. This study analyzes quantified driver's sight range in curved section where recognition of various information is critical due to biggest speed change among sections. Simulation is utilized for this study because of safety problem on field experiment and difficulties in using equipment. Building 6 roads that have different in curve radius by virtual driving map, experiment is carried out recruiting 30 people. Through analytical researches, it shows that drivers keep an eye on direction of driving, and driver's visual range is narrowed on left curve than right curve, and the more curve radius become small, the more drivers see in narrow angle.

  • 본 연구에서는 직경이 50[mm], 두께가 4.5[mm]인 디스크형 압전 변압기의 구동부와 발전부의 전극 면적비를 각각 1.4:1, 2:1 및 3:1로 분할하여, 부하 저항을 변화(100${[\Omega]}\~70{[k\Omega]}$)시키면서 전기적 특성을 측정하고, 이를 토대로 한 압전변압기의 승압비에 관한 메카니즘을 정량적 및 정성적으로 해석하였다.

  • 본 연구는 골프연습장의 유형에 따라 소비자가 지각하는 서비스기대 및 품질, 골프연습장 선택이유, 고객만족 및 고객충성도와의 인과관계를 규명하고, 그 차이를 분석하고자 서울시와 경기도, 부산시, 대구시, 광주시 소재 골프연습장을 이용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 조사한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 실내 외 골프연습장의 선택이유는 고객충성도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않으나 고객만족과 서비스기대를 통해 고객충성도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질의 경우 실내골프연습장은 실외골프연습장과 다른 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 실내 외 골프연습장 모두에서 고객만족은 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계를 강화시켜 주는 중요한 매개변수로 나타났다. 이상의 결과 급속하게 증가하고, 다양화하는 골프연습장의 신규와 재방문을 높이기 위해서는 차별적인 서비스 제공과 운영관리 등을 통해 골프연습장의 긍정적 이미지와 충성도, 만족도 등을 창출하여야 하고, 고객만족 경영을 위하여 이를 지속적으로 관리해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

균열가지 효과를 고려한 균열 성장 지연 거동 예측 (변동하중하에서의 피로거동) (The Prediction of Crack Growth Retardation Behavior by Crack Tip Branching Effects (Fatigue Behavior in variable Loading Condition))

  • We studied on crack growth retardation in single overloading condition. Crack tip branching which as the second mechanism on crack growth retardation was examined. Crack tip branching was observed to kinked type and forked type. It was found that the branching angle range was from 25 to 53 degree. The variations of crack driving force with branching angle were calculated with finite element method The variation of {{{{ KAPPA _I}}}}, {{{{ KAPPA _II}}}} and total crack driving force(K) were examined respectively So {{{{ KAPPA _I}}}}, {{{{ KAPPA _II}}}} and K mean to mode I, II and total crack driving force. Present model(Willenborg's model) for crack growth retardation prediction was modified to take into consideration the effects of crack tip branching When we predicted retardation with modified model. it was confirmed that predicted and experimental results coincided with well each other.

In-wheel 모터를 이용한 전기자동차 구동시스템의 구현 (Implementation of In-wheel Motor Driving System for Electric Vehicle)

  • In-wheel motor system gets the driving force from direct-driven motor in the wheel of electric vehicle. It is known as good system for vehicles, from an efficiency, packaging, handling and safety. This paper describes motor and inverter technologies, system configuration and control algorithms for in-wheel type electric vehicle. It is necessary to control on an interrelation perspective because this system drives two motors at same time. In system design, IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) including a wide operating range and high-speed rpm is used and flux weakening control is performed in constant power range. Under the torque command from the host controller, auto control box, inverter's output torque is calculated with using torque estimation technique and applied to actual vehicle driving system. It is verified that the configuration and the algorithm are suitable for the in-wheel motor system.
