The purpose of this study was to develop guidelines for sustainability of back-to-farm community village in 4 aspects; social environment, maintenance and management, regional environment, and economic environment. These 4 aspects, which count for sustainability, based on the comprehensive comparative analysis about items that field survey and literature suggested. Conclusions of guideline are of the following. The guidelines on social environment are developed by 3 items; resident participation and activity, village leader, decision making in village and person in charge of operation. The guidelines on maintenance and management are developed by 5 items; village operation system, village regulation, transparency of management, village operation expenses, and management type. The guidelines on regional environment are developed by 2 items; support by central and local government, and area projects and connection to regional resources. The guideline on economic environment is not developed due to low demands of based production facilities and income increase facilities.

The Asia-Pacific Region has emerged as a arena of geopolitical competition between the U.S. and China. The Obama administration of the U.S. had laid out the concept of rebalancing strategy toward the region, concentrating its 60 percent of Naval Forces to the region till 2020 and consolidating its network of allies and partners. Whereas Chinese leader Xi Jinping also put forward the concept of new type of major power relations concerning its relations with the U.S. and a concept of 'the Asian Community of Common Destiny' aiming at a more intensified mutual relation among countries in the region. In doing so, Asia-Pacific region gradually became the arena where mutual competition and cooperation between the U.S. and China has crossfired. As a close ally to the U.S. and a partner to Japan, South Korea should develop trilateral naval cooperation by holding joint naval drill with the aim of humanitarian support and disaster relief. At the same time, Seoul also should make efforts to proceed mutual confidence building with Beijing by deepening military-to-military cooperation. These policy options will be helpful to enhance Seoul's security posture in the region.

Social media which support to share information and communicate between online users have recently won great popularity. Of the various social services blogs have played an active role as a community in sharing delivering and exchanging information among individual users who have share similar opinions hobbies and preferences. Based on this cultural phenomenon some companies often take advantage of blogs as a marketing tool to strengthen their public relations or deliver particular information to their costumer. This study is designed to classify fashion-related blogs and define the characteristics of each type expecting significant influences on future studies on this topic. We selected 50 fashion-related blogs as subjects including 25 Korean blogs and the same number of international blogs, defined their characteristics and classified them into four different types. As the result we found that there are apparent differences between the four types of blogs: "Individual taste" blogs which noticeably reflect bloggers' own preference "Trend leader" blogs in which the bloggers intend to be trend leaders beyond expressing their preference "Fashion media" blogs which plays a significant role as a magazine by providing various information concerning fashion for costumers and "Sales promotion" blogs which are used as promotional materials to attract customers by providing product reviews or advertisements.

Synthetic genes encoding the gag p24 and the part of the envelope protein gp41 of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) were cloned and overexpressed as fusion proteins in Escherichia coli, using an expression vector carrying T7 promoter and the poly-histidine leader, sequence. The overexpressed p24 fusion protein was purified by centrifugation, Ni-affinity chromatography and CM-sepharose chromatography. The overexpressed gp41 fusion protein was purified by centrifugation, $C_4$ chromatography and DEAE-sepharose chromatography. The purified fusion proteins showed a high level of purity and immunoreactivity in SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and western blot analysis. These results suggest that this prokaryotic - expression purification method is suitable for obtaining a large amount of the viral antigen which may be useful for screening of antibodies to HIV-1 in human blood samples.

Because of the low level of risk factors to find. Also, There was a limit to investigate accidents. Confirmed that Effort to derive a risk factors were desperately of the risk assessment. Results were obtained through previous studies. The PCM is several experts should be joined. Experts Site Manager, Supervisor, Safety Manager, Director Contractor, Work team leader is required to participate. Construction plans, Process Planning to the risk find beforehand. And Determines how the operations and the control. Also, Made it into the database. and PCRA can be used in the risk assessment was developed.

The game Industry has been a major leader in business world with its size and volume in terms of profit and culture contents, and ever increasing at the moment. Cloud Game has appeared as a new, combined game format, playable on smart TV and smart phone with its upgraded storage size and fast spreading N-screen. This research studies the present reality of the cloud industry by focusing on three categories which are device type, Platform, and game contents consequently in order to determine the future prospect of cloud games. First, the cloud game business will thrive as devices such as smart TV and smart phone are used widely. Second, the cloud game industry will have a new era when OS systems of Platform are united effectively. Third, the previous platform holders will have to face new challenges brought up by cloud games' service providers. Forth, the gamer, developer, and service provider need each other in order to widen the spectrum of business in cloud game industry.

가상현실의 기술에 있어서는 미국을 필두로 한 독식형 시장 그리고 유니버셜 등의 가상현실 아이템들이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 다인칭의 사용자가 시각, 촉각, 청각, 운동감 등 온 몸으로 직접 체험을 하며 콘텐츠에 깊게 빠져들어 즐길 수 있는 새로운 형태의 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 개발해야 하며 관람객이 수동적으로 콘텐츠를 즐기는 것이 아니라 능동적으로 콘텐츠에 직접 참여하여 몰입도를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠 개발을 해야 한다. 이를 위해 $360^{\circ}$서클비전, 입체영상, 인터렉션, 시뮬레이터, 환경 Effect 등의 모든 요소가 혼합된 새로운 형태의 5D 가상현실 어트렉션 콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하며 이를 위한 색상 및 밝기 보정 기술 방법들을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine antecedents and outcomes of trust toward supervisor in organization. The model is developed by reviewing previous research providing various perspectives. Antecedents consisted of three trustworthy behaviors - ability, benevolence, integrity - and three transformational leader behaviors - performance management, motivation, team-orientation -, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment is used outcome variables of trust. Data was collected from 206 employees in 6 organizations in broadcasting industry, using self-report questionnaire. Study finding is as following. First, trust in model was composed by 2 type - affect-based trust and cognition-based trust -, not divided in empirical analysis. Second, regression analysis for trust carry out independently, jointly with trustworthy behaviors and leadership behaviors. In antecedents of trust trustworthy behaviors, ability and benevolence has positive effects to trust, integrity has negative relationship with trust. It was high correlation between trustworthy behavior and leadership behavior. Especially, it has highly correlate(correlation efficient 0.69) between ability and team-orientation that influences trust strongly. Third, trust was not significant relationship with individual variables such as age, period with supervisor. Only, it found significant gap in variables and found out different relationship between variables among organizations distinctly. Fourth, job satisfaction and organizational commitment was positive influenced by trust and found out strong relationship between trust and organizational commitment.

최근 핀테크 열풍과 더불어 모바일 결제 시장에서 글로벌 IT 기업들의 경쟁이 치열해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 결제 기술을 소개하고 그 특징 및 동향을 분석한다. 근거리 통신을 사용한 오프라인 기반의 모바일 결제 기술의 방식 별 특징 및 장단점 등을 서술하고, 이 분야의 글로벌 선두 기업인 애플, 삼성, 구글이 출시한 모바일 결제 서비스 사례를 통하여 그 특징들을 비교 분석한다. 급속한 성장이 예상되는 모바일 결제 시장에서 더욱 안정된 서비스를 제공을 위해서는 다양한 근거리 통신 및 보안기술에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

WPAN은 비교적 좁은 영역에서 통신이 수행되고, PNC라 불리는 중앙 조정장치가 중심이 돼서 네트워크가 조직되고 운영된다. 그리고 주요 응용분야는 방범장치, 건강관리 장치 등이 있을 수 있다. 이런 네트워크는 실시간성을 보장하는 것이 중요한데, PNC가 더 이상 동작하지 못해서 통신이 끊어지면 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 이런 상황에서 다음 PNC를 빠르게 선출하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 PNC를 선출할 때의 기준으로 QoS 보장가능정도와 주변 디바이스와의 연결성을 고려하여 기존의 PNC가 커버하던 영역을 최대한 보장하고 네트워크의 깨짐 및 분할 현상을 막고 QoS도 보장하는 분산적 PNC 선출방법을 제안한다. 저속 WPAN의 표준인 IEEE 802.15.4에 기반을 두는 시스템을 고려하였고, 모의실험결과 QoS와 주변 디바이스와의 연결성을 최대한 보장하면서 빠른 시간에 PNC를 선출할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
