Electricity meters using in Korea are about 1.8 million units. From among these, electronic meters for high voltage, about 170 thousand units were installed to the digital type meter and ones for low voltage installed hundreds of thou-sands of meters through a model project. Recently, low voltage meter are expected to complete the installation within several years. Domestic power metering technology is being beyond a simple framework with an electronic type and is rapidly evolving to intelligent smart metering systems in conjunction with promotion of a national smart grid project. Accordingly, it is important to ensure an immunity of meter for electromagnetic field and environmental noise at the installation site. In this paper, we are going to check the validity of international standard that focusing on RF electromagnetic field immunity of meter to secure the quality and improve the reliability in field operation of meter. And we will verify the validity of test specification focused on actual installation environment and are going to offer the improvement plan of test standard.

This study was carried out to suggest the plans for installation of rural sewage treatment facilities through the analysis of these facilities installed in Chungchongnam-do Province. About 5% of all installation was carried out by the department of wastewater and related environment problems and the other case was carried out by the department of construction or residence. In wastewater caused by 250 and 300 persons, facilities capacity do not exceed about $50m^3/d$, caused by 2,500 and 3,000 persons, $500m^3/d$. Advanced sewage treatment process were first needed in the discharge area where affected the water environment greatly. However, in carrying out the water quality pollutant of the total amount management system in the other areas, they should be driven only over the scale of pollutant quota object facilities standard. Rural sewage must be included in the special accounts according to the regulations of local government, and sewage treatment cost should be collected to manage. Installation type uses integrating joint treatment method in case the distance among villages is short or one treatment facility independently.

건축물의 면적과 용도에 따른 형식적이고 획일적인 소방시설의 설치기준에 대하여 국내공연장들의 소방 시설 실태를 근거하여 건축물의 특이성에 적합한 방재시설에 대한 보완방법을 신축하고 있는 1900석 규모의 공연장을 사례로 하여 - 최 상층부 소방시설의 방수압력을 고려한 1차 수원의 100%와 예비 가압송수장치 -무대부 개방형 스프링쿨러에서의 측벽형 헤드 보완과 대구경 살수 헤드 -특수감지기의 설치규정 세분화와 첨단 감지기 도입 -무대부와 객석부의 방화구획용 방화막의 설치와 설치에 따른 설치방법 등에 대해 제시하였다.

The design of a deep foundation by means of whatever a scientific method has to take into account the influence of the installation of the piles on the soil parameters to be implemented in the shaft and base capacity. Especially when discussing screw piles, the details of the pile installation technique are of outmost importance. New developments in screw pile techniques, over the last decade, show this type of deep foundations to be probably one of the most promissing for the future.

The installation of vertical drains by using a mandrel causes significant disturbance of the subsoil. Thus a smear zone may be developed with reduced permeability and increased compressibility. In this paper the extent of smear zone developing ground disturbance with the installation of mandrels are analysed by field smear zone test. The extent and the consolidation characteristics of smear zones around the mandrels is compared with the shape, the size of mandrel and penetration speed and is evaluated from the field smear test results. (circular, sqare, rectangle and oval type)

In this paper, We have designed and manufactured a photochemical reaction lamp type ozonizer system which was performed a role of preservation of oriental herbal medicine. This paper describes preliminary discussions on the characteristics of ozone concentration and discharge parameters according to number of turn-on lamp.

This paper describes on the design considerations and analysis of moving primary-type linear induction motor for automatic conveyer system. For the study of the designed motor characteristics, calculated values obtained from the analysis using finite element method for various operation conditions are compared with the experimental results. Using the combined interactions of the thrust, the arigap flux density, and the reactive power at standstill as performance criteria, a proper ratio of the pole pitch to the effective airgap is presented for the design criterion.

Due to its increased importance, outdoor lighting has been installed even for residental area. For the most part, more outdoor lightings are being installed for those houses designed to accommodate people since 2000. On this respect, quantitative analysis is conducted after finding the cases of outdoor lighting installed for residental area until nu. The cases of 24 residental areas we investigated to find the specific feature of outdoor lightings. This type of design analysis will serve as an attempt to set the stage for future studies.
