This study describes the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) certification policy for approving the use of Type II, III, and IV deicing/anti-icing fluids on small category airplanes. These fluids can be characterized as non-Newtonian, pseudo-plastic fluids, also known as "thickened" fluids. Deicing fluids are used before takeoff to remove frost or ice contamination, while anti-icing fluids are used before takeoff to prevent frost or ice contamination from occurring for a period of time(referred to as "holdover time") after application. Thickened deicing/anti-icing fluids can affect airplane performance and handling characteristics and their residue may cause stiff or frozen flight controls. This study also describes an approval process that may be used by type certificate holders and applicants for a type certificate under parts 23 to support operational use of these fluids on their airplanes.

Total quality management (TQM) is regarded as a tool for improving the competitiveness not only for a manufacturing sector, but also for a service sector, The objective of this paper is to classify TQM education by management level, to identify how TQM education be implemented by the type of industry, to analyze the relationship of TQM education with business performance, and finally to analyze the difference between companies with ISO certification and those without ISO certification in terms of TQM education. The findings suggest that there was a significant difference between manufacturing and service sector in TQM education level. Also, the relationship of TQM education with business performance was partially correlated. Finally there was no significant difference between companies with ISO certification and those without ISO certification in terms of TQM education.

New aircraft category such as Light Sport Aircraft is introduced to prevent Ultralight Vehicle accidents and to promote aviation sports. Therefore, a new rule for airworthiness standard, certification, operation and maintenance of light sport aircraft is being created. The present study deals with LSA concept, development trend of LSA, airworthiness standards and certification policy. In particular, an aircraft type analysis of FAA certified LSA is conducted to establish performance requirements of Light Sport Aircraft designs.

Nowadays, the demand of civil application of an UAV has been being increased all over the world. And many projects are going on to develop a new regulatory system for an UAV to access a national airspace. Especially, to fly UAV over the non-restricted airspace as a standard airworthiness standard, many authority funded research institutes and associations are studying regulatory environment. For the UAV to access civil airspace, the certification system of the aviation regulation have to allow this. FAA of US, CASA of Australia and European authorities are now issuing an experimental airworthiness certificate to a civil UAV. This is the first step of issuing a standard airworthiness certificate. And many people believe that civil UAV can fly over a NAS if some technical issues are resolved. In this study, I would like to present an international trends of a civil UAV regulation system, reliability trend of unmanned aerial system and would like to bring up a our regulatory environment and suggest an UAV regulatory policy.

In the present study, which is currently operating domestically and internationally, from the Technical Standards for Flight Safety of Light Sport Aircraft and certification system through a comparative analysis of the LSA Category Airworthiness Certifications documents. In particular, an aircraft type analysis of FAA certified S-LSA that the speed greater than 120 knots LSA manufactured without United States of America. Through the analysis, we presented a revised plan to activation of the domestic aviation leisure sports and the development of the Light Sport Aircraft industry in reality.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences before and after certification for internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions after conducting a survey on 297 members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, SPSS 26.0 was used, and to understand the effect of improvement of member satisfaction, job stress, and medical service on the hospital operation effect. As for the hospital operation effect of a nursing hospital, it was revealed that the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the higher the effect of the hospital operation. In the case of Western hospitals, the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the lower the job stress, the more the hospital operation effect can be seen to increase. As the basic value system of the medical institution certification system is the improvement of patient safety and quality of care, it is believed that the effect of the certification system was higher than that of Western hospitals due to mandatory certification in nursing hospitals.

Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. As part of the government's energy policy, Zero Energy Building certification was launched on January of 2017. However, the three passive-housing rental housing projects are the only ZEB-certified detached housing since the certification's launch. The reason is that, in order for a detached housing to earn ZEB certification, it has to secure self-reliance in energy, and a photovoltaic system is the only viable renewable energy system. Therefore, conducting an analysis to optimize the photovoltaic system in an early design stage is strongly recommended. This study aimed to propose an optimal photovoltaic system design for a detached housing after analyzing through the ECO2 energy simulation of 44 cases, varying in a module type and efficiency, inclination and azimuth. As a result, 15 cases out of 44 cases were analyzed to satisfy ZEB evaluation criteria, and it is thought that these data could contribute greatly to the expansion of ZEB certification dissemination.

This study was carried out to present the measures for the stable environment-friendly rice's production, farm income increase and consumption revitalization and so on by analyzing economic effects of the environment-friendly rice's production complex by certification type, cultivation type and distribution type. Data were collected from the environment-friendly rice's production complex in Kyunggi, Kangwon, Chungnam and Chunnam provinces. Survey was conducted with sorted by organic and no-pesticide farming. Of the samples 5 types of organic farming and 4 types of no-pesticide farming were surveyed in 17 and 18 complex, respectively. The farmers income of organic and no-pesticide farming per 10a were individually about $29{\sim}68%$ and 50% higher than the conventional farming. Base on the above results, the reasonable measures fur the stable environment-friendly rice's production and distribution and consumption revitalization were to secure partnership among business, universities, government and research institutes sectors, to organize farmers group and production complex, to establish RPC for environment-friendly rice and to introduce certification system for the distribution dealers.
