5kVA 초전도변압기의 동작특성 (Operational Characteristics of a 5kVA Superconducting Transformer)

  • For the analysis of characteristics of a superconducting transformer, we designed and fabricated a 5kVA superconducting transformer with two kinds of secondary winding. Using the results of the open and short tests, we calculated the parameters of its equivalent circuit. We designed also a 5kVA conventional transformer with the same design conditions as the superconducting one. The performances of the superconducting transformer were compared with the performances of the designed conventional transformer and another 5kVA distribution transformer.

저손실 광대역 동작 특성을 가지는 동축 선로 임피던스 변환기 제작 (The fabrication of a coaxial line impedance transformer with low transmission loss and wideband operation range)

  • 동축 선로 임피던스 변환기는 동일 길이의 두 개 또는 그 이상의 동축 선로 결합을 이용하여 임피던스 변환을 만드는 회로로서 높은 동작 전력, 광대역 동작 특성, 쉬운 제작 등 다양한 장점에 의해 상대적으로 낮은 주파수 영역의 임피던스 정합을 위해 자주 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 두 개의 100mm 동축 선로를 이용한 4:1 임피던스 변환기를 사용하여 동축 선로의 위상 및 세기 특성을 측정하였다. 이를 통해 보조 동축 선로의 길이가 주 동축 선로보다 약 5mm 짧게 하는 것이 보다 저손실의 동축 선로 임피던스 변환기 구현에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 4:1 임피던스 변환기와 1:4 임피던스 변환기를 직접 연결하여 측정한 동축 선로 임피던스 변환기의 전달 특성 실험을 통해 접지면과 주 동축선로 외곽 도체 입력부에 약 1pF 캐페시터를 연결하는 것이 보다 광대역 동작 범위 및 대역 내 특성 개선에 도움이 됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents a zero voltage and zero current switching (ZVZCS) interleaving two-transistor forward converter for high input voltage and high power application. A phase shift has a disadvantage that a circulating current and RMS current stress, conduction losses of transformer and switching devices increases. Due to this circulating current and RMS current stress, conduction losses of transformer and switching devices increases. To alleviate these problems, we propose an improved interleaving two-transistor forward Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching (ZVZCS) dc/dc converter using a tapped inductor a snubber capacitor and two snubber diodes attached at the secondary side of transformer. The proposed ZVZCS converter is verified on a 1.8kW, 5kHz experimental prototype.

  • This paper present a new sort of multilayer piezoelectric ceramic transformer for AC-adapt. This piezoelectric transformer operates n the second thickness extensional vibration mode. The output voltage of the multilayer piezoelectric transformer was simulated using ANSYS. As results, the maximum stress appeared at the two points where one is the middle of input and the other is middle of output side in Second thickness extensional vibration mode. And output voltage was inversely decreased by increasing number of output layers.

《典經》 與 《玉樞寶經》 中 九天應元雷聲普化天尊之形象比較 (A Comparison on the Representation of the Celestial of the Ninth Heaven in The Canonical Scripture versus The Scripture of the Jade Pivot)

  • 九天應元雷聲普化天尊在臺灣道教中, 被奉為雷部至上之神 ; 在韓國大巡真理會中, 卻是其宗教信仰的至上神。而九天應元雷聲普化天尊也因為在兩個宗教中具有相同名稱, 不禁讓人想知道, 在不同宗教卻出現相同名稱的神祇, 兩者之間是否指的是同一位神?亦或是兩者之間是否具有一定的關聯性?九天應元雷聲普化天尊在兩個宗教中, 所負含的意義為何?諸如此類的相關問題, 有必要先進行基礎性的釐清。而宗教經典即是釐清基礎性問題的基石。宗教經典對於具有該宗教情愫的人而言, 通常具有一定的神聖性, 權威性與教化性, 這些宗教經典的特性, 經常可由經典中人物的話語或經文字句中看出端倪, 因此, 本文亦試圖從兩宗教的經典中開始著手研究。本文從韓國大巡真理會與道教正一派的兩部關於「九天應元雷聲普化天尊」之經典 《典經》 與 《玉樞寶經》 著手, 探究兩部經典中, 解析 關於九天應元雷聲普化天尊, 在兩部經典中的神聖形象, 權威形象與教化形象, 並對九天應元雷聲普化天尊在兩部經典中的形象進行比較, 試圖探究兩者異同性。本文基於釐清「九天應元雷聲普化天尊在兩宗教中的異同」的終極目標下, 於本文中先進行第一步的經典分析探究。本文內容大致分為四大部分, 第一部分為, 探究兩部經典的內涵, 包含經典的由來, 內涵與價值。第二部分為, 兩部經典中九天應元雷聲普化天尊之三種經典形象, 包含神聖形象, 權為形象與教化形象。第三部分為, 兩部經典中九天應元雷聲普化天尊之三種經典形象比較。最後, 以兩教間的發展演化, 歷史關係, 為兩部經典中的九天應元雷聲普化天尊之存在價值做些許論述。

Examination of Two-Dimensional Magnetic Properties in a 5-Leg-Different- Volume- V-Connection- Transformer Core

  • The Different-volume- V-connection transformer is known as an electric power source that can supply 3-phase electric power and single-phase electric power at the same time. Usually, we use two single-phase transformers that have different volumes. In this paper, we propose the use of a 3-phase 5-leg transformer with the different-volume- V-connection. And, we examine the magnetic properties of the 5-leg core model with the different-volume- V-connection. The magnetic properties of cores with the different-volume- V-connection are compared with those with the delta-connection. In order to express the magnetic anisotropy of the core materials and to calculate the iron loss directly, the two-dimensional vector magnetic property is considered with the E&SS modeling in the simulation.

Design, Implementation and Testing of HF transformers for Satellite EPS Applications

  • The electric power subsystems (EPS) of most remote sensing satellites consist of a solar array as a source of energy, a storage battery, a power management and control (PMC) unit and a charge equalization unit (CEU) for the storage battery. The PMC and CEU use high frequency transformers in their power modules. This paper presents a design, implementation and testing results of a high frequency transformer for the EPS of satellite applications. Two approaches are used in the design process of the transformer based on the pre-determined transformer specifications. The transformer is designed based on an ETD 29 ferrite core. The implemented transformer consists of one center-tapped primary coil with eleven center-tapped secondary coils. The offline calculation results and measured values of R, L for transformer coils are convergence. A test circuit for measuring the transformer parameters like voltage, current and B-H hysteresis was implemented and applied. The test results confirm that the voltage waveforms of both primary and secondary coils were as desired. No overlapping occurred between the control signal and the transformer, which was not saturated during testing even during a short circuit test of the secondary channels. The dynamic B-H loop characteristics of the used transformer cores were measured. The sample test results are given in this paper.

전력증폭부의 광대역 특성 개선을 위한 최적의 부하 임피던스 설계 방안 연구 (A Study on Design of Optimal Load Impedance for Broadband Characteristic Improvement of the Power Amplifier)

  • In this paper, we studied on the power amplifier which has the output of the optimal to 100MHz-2GHz band. Optimal output power match was fabricated using the two types; one is the linear tapering and the other is the impedance transformer. In the case of output power match using linear tapering, output power was 35.35dBm at 2GHz and 31.41dBm at 100MHz. The other case of output match using impedance transformer, output power was 34.8dBm at 2GHz and 33.25dBm at 100MHz. Comparison of the results in the two cases, impedance transformer type present the improved results by l.84dB of output power.

쇄교자속비를 이용한 3권선 변압기 보호 (Three-Winning Transformer Protection Based on Flux Linkage Ratio)

  • This paper describes a three-winding transformer protective relaying algorithm based on the ratio of increments of flux linkages (RIFL). To minimize the approximation errors, the algorithm uses integration approximation. The RIFL of the two windings is equal to the turns ratio for all operating conditions except for an internal fault. For a single-phase and three-phase transformer containing the wye-connected windings, the increments of flux linkages (IFL) are calculated. For a three-phase transformer containing the delta-connected windings, the difference of IFL between the two phases are calculated to use the line currents, because the winding currents are practically unavailable. Their ratios are compared with the turns ratio. The comparative study between the proposed and differential approximation methods was conducted. The test results show that the algorithm can reduce the errors resulting from the conventional methods.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the power consumption and the accumulated energy in HTSC (high-TC superconducting elements) according to the resistance of HTSC element and the winding current of transformer type SFCL (superconducting fault current limiter) using double quench. For the analysis, two different inductances of the one secondary winding among two secondary windings comprising the transformer type SFCL were selected and the short-circuit tests were carried out. The consumed power and the accumulated energy in HTSC element connected into the secondary winding with larger inductance were analyzed to be larger compared to the one connected into the secondary winding with lower inductance.
