Trust-Tech based Parameter Estimation and its Application to Power System Load Modeling

  • Accurate load modeling is essential for power system static and dynamic analysis. By the nature of the problem of parameter estimation for power system load modeling using actual measurements, multiple local optimal solutions may exist and local methods can be trapped in a local optimal solution giving possibly poor performance. In this paper, Trust-Tech, a novel methodology for global optimization, is applied to tackle the multiple local optimal solutions issue in measurement-based power system load modeling. Multiple sets of parameter values of a composite load model are obtained using Trust-Tech in a deterministic manner. Numerical studies indicate that Trust-Tech along with conventional local methods can be successfully applied to power system load model parameter estimation in measurement-based approaches.

핀테크 서비스에서 오프라인에서 온라인으로의 신뢰전이에 관한 연구 - 스마트뱅킹을 중심으로 - (A Study on Trust Transfer in Traditional Fintech of Smart Banking)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 구축되었던 오프라인뱅킹에서의 신뢰가 새로운 스마트뱅킹 서비스 신뢰에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 스마트뱅킹 신뢰의 영향요인으로 오프라인뱅킹의 신뢰, 스마트뱅킹의 시스템 품질과 정보품질을 비교연구하였다. 실증연구를 위해 스마트뱅킹 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 186부의 설문지를 회수하였고, 자료분석은 Smart-PLS 2.0을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 오프라인뱅킹 신뢰가 스마트뱅킹 신뢰에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 나타나, 핀테크 서비스에서 신뢰전이가 존재함을 검증하였다. 그리고 이러한 오프라인뱅킹 신뢰가 스마트뱅킹 신뢰에 미치는 영향력은 스마트뱅킹 자체의 특성보다 낮은 것을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 학술적 측면과 산업적 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 먼저, 학술적 측면에서의 의의이다. 지금까지의 뱅킹관련 연구들은 오프라인뱅킹이나 스마트뱅킹 어느 한 측면에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 수행하였다. 이에 비해 본 연구에서는 오프라인뱅킹의 특성이 스마트뱅킹 특성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가하는 신뢰전이를 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 다음으로, 산업적 측면에서의 의의이다. 본 연구에서 시중은행의 오프라인뱅킹 특성이 새로운 스마트뱅킹 서비스의 신뢰에 영향을 준다는 것을 보여주었다. 이것은 신흥 핀테크 업체가 시중 은행에 비해 신뢰구축의 경쟁에서 유리하지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 신흥 핀테크 업체들은 시중은행과 달리 모바일, 소셜, 클라우드, 빅데이터 등은 물론, 현실화되고 있는 사물인터넷, 가상현실 등의 기술로 무장하여 고객의 편의성을 혁신적으로 개선하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 강점만으로는 금융거래에 필요한 충분한 신뢰를 형성할 수 있다고 보장할 수는 없다는 것이다. 이미 신뢰관계에 있는 주거래 은행을 고객들이 잘 바꾸지 않는 관성이 있기 때문이다. 따라서 신흥 핀테크 업체들은 상대적으로 고객접점에 우위에 있는 소셜서비스와 같은 온라인 상호작용의 강점과 다양한 인터넷 서비스와의 연계성을 반영한 파괴적인 부가가치 창출을 위해 노력해야하고, 특히 새로운 서비스에 저항이 낮은 젊은층을 중심으로 한 서비스신뢰 구축을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

산업재 시장에서 구매자와 공곱자간 관계형성 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship Factors Between Buyer and Seller in Industrial Market)

  • This paper aimed to exam core factors of the relationship factors and analyze their effects on structural bonds and social bonds. And this paper analysis structural bonds and social bonds effects on relationship commitment. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of the relationship making. The result of this study are as follow: First, we examined that 6 factors-tech-shared, product characteristic, transaction specific asset, reputation, trust, communication-were relationship factors of buyer-seller industrial market. Second, it is shown that tech-shared, product characteristic, transaction specific asset factors have a positi-ve influence on the structural bonding. Third, it is shown that reputation, trust, communication factors have a positive influence on the social bonding. Fourth, it is shown that structural bonding, social bonding have a positive influence on the relationship commitment.

Affective and Cognitive Social Presence in Chinese Live Commerce -Consumption Value as a Mediator-

  • This study aims to clarify the implications of rapidly growing live commerce in China by examining the multifaceted aspects of social presence, in particular to help small commerce operators and platform companies. It examines the effect of cognitive and affective social presence on consumer engagement by evaluating consumption values and trust in streamers. In this survey study, the responses of 221 individuals residing in large cities of China were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that cognitive social presence had a positive effect on consumer engagement by mediating the utilitarian value and trust in streamers. Furthermore, affective social presence had a positive effect on consumer engagement through the hedonic value and trust in streamers. Thus, our research provides a new perspective to approaching a multidimensional social presence and understanding consumer behavior in live commerce. Moreover, it contributes to the application and expansion of social presence theory in this field.

A Study on the Impact of Perceived Risk Factors on Cognitive Trust and Quality Trust in Mobile Payment Systems

  • Recently, the developments in IT technology and the spread of smart phones have made Fin-Tech, which is a combination of financial services and IT technology, a big issue. In accordance with the growth trend of mobile payments in the world, all financial transactions in Korea are gradually shifting to smart phones. In fact, mobile payment system services are not widely used by users. In particular, the risk factors involved when users want to use the service are one of the factors that hinder the expansion of the usage of mobile financial payment service. The risk factors affect the trust of the mobile payment system users. Therefore, this study investigates the risk factors of the mobile payment system and the manner in which it affects a user's trust. We have also examined as how user's trust affects trust in the quality of the mobile payment system. To this end, the trust in overall quality of use was largely divided into trust in system quality, trust in information quality, and trust in service quality. Perceived finance risk, perceived performance risk, and perceived privacy risk have negative effects on cognitive trust. However, perceived time risk did not affect cognitive trust. User's cognitive trust also has an effect on trust in quality.

핀테크 플랫폼의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Performance of FinTech Platform)

  • In recent years, as IT technologies such as cloud computing and mobile payment have evolved and Internet users have increased, the Internet financial market has become intelligent, mobile, and platformed. This study considers the impact of the psychological characteristics of platform systems and users on the performance of fintech platforms. The results of this study are as follows. Information quality affected trust and commitment, service quality affected commitment only, and system quality affected trust and commitment. The perceived risk affected trust and commitment, and the perceived benefit only affected trust and was shown to have an insignificant relationship with immersion. Trust has been shown to have a significant relationship with commitment, and both trust and commitment affected performance. In the validation of mediation effects, trust has shown a partially mediated effect between information quality, system quality, perceived risks, and perceived benefits and performance. There was no mediation effect between service quality and performance. Immersion has been shown to have a partial mediating effect between information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived risk and performance, and there is no mediating effect between perceived benefits and performance. This study showed what are the main factors that affect the performance of the fintech platform and will be used as a useful foundation for increasing the performance of the platform in the future.

벤처기업의 기업가, 환경, 전략, 그리고 조직구조 특성과 성과변화 (Entrepreneur, Environment, Strategy, Structure, and Performance Changes of High-Tech Ventures)

  • Generally high-tech ventures have few resources with which to withstand unpredictable environmental jolts. Therefore environmental changes may have severe effects on the performance of high-tech ventures. Unfortunately previous empirical studies for predicting the performance of ventures hardly deal with such dynamic changes of performance. We try to examine the performance changes of ventures through a longitudinal study before and after severe environmental changes, namely IMF Bailout Memorandum. For the empirical study, we classified venture firms into four types based on entrepreneur's assessment of their performance changes and investigated how these four types differ in characteristics of entrepreneurs, environment, strategy, and organizational features. We found that differentiation strategies, fit between strategy and environmental changes, entrepreneur's trust and activities such as networking and knowledge accumulation about customers, and decentralized organizational structure were important to the performance changes of high-tech ventures.

  • 모바일 결제는 현금 및 신용카드에 대한 대안으로서, 전세계적으로 크게 주목받고 있다. 최근에는 모바일 기기를 통해 결제 서비스를 제공하는 핀테크가 이슈가 되고 있지만, 국내에서는 아직 모바일 간편 결제 시스템이 널리 이용되지는 않고 있다. 모바일 간편 결제 시스템의 활성화를 위해서는 시스템에 대한 신뢰 형성이 매우 중요한 요소이기 때문에 다차원적인 신뢰요인을 분석하기 위해 계층적 신뢰모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 간편 결제 시스템의 전반적 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 신뢰 요인을 살펴보기 위해 설문을 진행하였고, 연구 결과 인지적 신뢰, 감성적 신뢰, 시스템 품질에 대한 신뢰가 전반적 신뢰에 영향을 미치고, 전반적 신뢰는 지속사용의도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

하이테크 신제품 수용의 2차원 연구 - 스마트폰의 제품과 애플리케이션 유용성 기대를 중심으로- (A Study on Two-Dimensional Analysis with the Acceptance of High-Tech New Product - Focusing on Smart-Phone's Usefulness Expectancy referring to Product and Application -)

  • This study defined acceptance of high-tech new product as user's active using the product such as utilizing application software rather than purchasing it. As exploring factors to effect on customer's acceptance, usefulness expectancy was examined from product side and application side. When investigating the exogenous variables to influence on usefulness expectancy from the product side, customer's product knowledge and social influences are put forward to support the hypothesis. From the application side, customer's knowledge about the application and its trust are put to explain usefulness expectancy of the application. Smart phone users were good subjects for this study and most hypotheses were tested using structural equation model and the results are followings. First usefulness expectancy of the product and of application significantly effect on customer's intention to use high-tech new product and also usefulness expectancy of the product positively effects on which of the application. Second customer's perceived knowledge about the product and social influences impact usefulness expectancy of the product. But third customer's perceived trust toward application didn't any positive impact usefulness expectancy of the application. Through the result, there will be several implications. First, from both of side; product and application, customer's usefulness expectancy should be satisfied to be successful in high-tech products market. Second, customer should be Ieant about advantages of the product and knowledge about the application as well, and then trigger their usefulness expectancy.

It is the core technology for supplying with stable and trust electric as a technology that be economic of the high efficient, the maintain, the confidence and the repair.
