'True education', which was the core ideology of 'the Korean Teachers & Educational Workers Union', is re-appropriated in the new media era. This word, which is actively used by young people, means 'punishment against the object of social condemnation'. One of the characteristics of 'true education contents' commonly seen on the Internet is that it shows a tendency to 'fragmentation'. True educational contents are short in length, and the contents are very local. This reflects the characteristics of a postmodern society where totality disappears and small stories are consumed. Second, the standard for dividing good and evil is extremely 'arbitrary'. Whereas the existing stories of rewarding virtue and punishing vice had universal values such as love, consideration, and peace, the content of true education distinguishes good and evil with an extremely narrow perspective. The way to justify arbitrary standard is to incite public outrage. Third, 'humour' is added. Here, humor is combined with the emotion of hatred, causing the problem of weakening people's critical consciousness.
The mathematical object is conceptual. Thus we can not prove the property of mathematical object in experimental viewpoint but in conceptual viewpoint. We performed the experiment for 28 middle school students to investigate whether they understand this. As a result, the majority of student didn't cognize the limit of experimental method. We had also individual interviews with four students. As results, one student was exactly cognizing the limit of experimental method, but he couldn't prove logically. The others didn't cognize the limit of experimental method. They thought that the proposition was already true regardless of the error. And one of them even thought that to be equal approximately was the same of to be equal exactly. Also, one student has confused between the experimental viewpoint and the conceptual viewpoint. This implies that it is necessary to help students understand the limit of experimental method.
The purpose of this study was to inquiry implication of physical education based on the Zhaung Zi's philosophy. In order to investigate this purpose, I analyzed the text of Zhaung Zi. The result of the study was as followed. Zhaung-Zi oriented ideal image of human beings who has attained the stage of play(遊). He is an acquaintance (至仁), a man of god(神人), a true man(眞人). The purpose of physical education in Zhuang-Zi is paly(遊) which play well naturally. 'play is the gaming and play in which we can see the true face of the world and ourselves and can become on with the object in the world. Forget-enjoyment(至樂) of victory, records, and results are the purpose of physical education which can be found in Zhuang-Zi. The methods of physical education is the whole mind(專一), xixium(虛心), the feast of mind(心齋), forgetting everything(坐忘) etc. Physical education is to harmonious study with nature not artificially. The relation between teacher(coach) and student(player) is a relationship of mutual respect and consideration. The teacher(player) have to find the potential ability of student and he can help student realize potential ability of them.

To generate individualized and adaptive course, it's required to have the foundation structure in which learning objects are connected with each other with logical relevances. Each learner can have peculiar learning path at each point of time of learning through the logical relevancy between those learning objects and various links, considering individual learner. The purpose of this study is to design a learning object-basis individualized learning system structure, considering semantic sequencing by learning task types. It is our understanding that the individualized learning system design model of this study, considering the relevancy between learning objects, can be a fresh trial to accommodate semantic learning and true educational spirits in e-Learning at this point of time when criticism, such as the learning object based course design is simply a collection of meaningless objects, etc., is becoming influential.
Todays our private universities have been facing with serious survival competition according to the opening of education market, the diminishment of college voluntarists and the increase of education supply. In coming the beginning of the year of 2000, though the equal formula. 'The fixed number of students of universities = The number of graduates of high schools' will he formed, even though the tendency of the fixed number of students of universities is maintained as it is, and it has been expected the unlimited competition would be unvaoidable, so private universities and private junior colleges which are weak in financial power are roaring the crisis consciousness that they may have to close doors before making every effort. Based on such presentation of problem as its study object, the range of study is limitted to the educational financial portion related to higher education field. Especially, the financial portion of private universities of higher educational field is discussed in priority. Besides, the present status of financial condition of our universities was portionally compared with that of in the advanced nations. It is true that pursuing the academic superiority of university education in our country, and attaining object of university as well as developing reflection in future should stand side by side. Therefore, payment of fee, supporting subsidy, etc. is attached too much importance to the financial problem. In our country, the financial allotment is attached too much importance to national universities. This is against the principle of equity to the tax payers, and equality of opportunity, so the level of supporting national funds should be upward formed and supported from 1.0% to higher than 20%. In conclusion, our private universities should adopt as many alternatives of rationalization of finance as possible, such as securing lots of funds and subsidies, and rationalized management of finance, and ensuring finance according to the increasing number of students after university specialization, etc.

Object: we investigated some factors which can affect workers' comprehension of chemical hazard information and their actions to protect themselves from the hazard. Method: Comprehension score of chemical hazard information and the rate of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) was surveyed for the 109 workers from 15 factories who were exposed to N, N-dimethylformamide. Difference of the worker's comprehension score of hazard information was analyzed by education interval, work duration and the way of occupational safety and health management between self-managed or sub-contracted. Result: Mean comprehension score of N, N-dimethylformamide hazard, which was given as a short quiz composed of 10 "true" or "false" problems, was 65%. Mean percentage of wearing PPE was improved as the education program was done within a month but decreased after 6 months. Eighty seven % of workers got the chemical hazard information from the material safety data sheet placed at workplace. Conclusion: Education interval and comprehension score affected the rate of wearing PPE. The way of occupational safety and health management self-managed or sub-contracted did not affect the workers' comprehension score on hazard information nor the rate of wearing PPE.
CPR education to school students is one of the key points to higher bystander CPR rate. The object of this study is to evaluate the results after CPR education to middel school students by health teachers compared to that of pre-education status. During 3 monthes from Mar. to Jun. 2014, the observation data before and after CPR education were analysed through Chi-square test and McNemar's test using SPSS, SAS programs from 812 middle school students in Busan prov. After stratifying those surveyed by genders and previous CPR education experiences, each stratified groups showed positive changes of statistical significnace in all aspects of the knowledge, will, and self-confidence about CPR. (p<0.05). It is the more desirable method to increase bystander CPR that the CPR education including knowledge and practice was done to middle school students by health teachers. To come true these CPR education, more studies are necessary about policy development to support education tranining tools in a community.

The first medical text in which detailed treatments of diseases by combinations of materia medica are mentioned is the "Shanghanzabinglun(傷寒雜病論)". True meaning of the combinations of materia medica used in this text lies in the fact that the efficacy of a prescription transcends that of the linear sum of each materia medica. This kind of concept regarding the composition of a prescription has come to contribute to the formation of theories in prescriptionology; However, it is difficult to analyze and interpret the meaning of each prescription separately because of differences in interpreting methods, points of view, and terminologies used by members of different academical branches. Therefore, it is desirable that one should understand a prescription as having been modified from a basic prescription, and then bring the interactions of ingredients into the picture, finally understanding the efficacy and chief virtues of the targeted prescription. Nevertheless, with the massive information of prescriptions, which exist in the format of texts, it is impossible to efficiently take advantage of prescription analyzing methods, and therefore the range of analysis extremely restricted. In order to overcomes these weaknesses, this paper suggests that object-oriented prescription database be constructed and that a search program for education and research that could facilitate an efficient access to the database be developed as well.

This study has seen about a indemnity system of fishery damage by natural disasters such as a problem and improvement methods of government aid system and system on accident insurance for cultured fishery products. Recently, in the situation that the demage of aquaculture industry caused by frequent typhoon resulted from global warming and abnormal changed of weather is nasty, the accident insurance for cultured fishery products is necessary to show its true quality and to protect fishers against natural disasters owing to the limitation of government's aid for them. However, The objects of accident insurance for cultured fishery products which is progress on, is too short to apply, so that it is absolutely insufficient to fulfill the demands of culturing fishermen. Therefore, It could be a certain preparation to magnify the range of object items of it and to convert the trial industry being adjusted to limited area into full scale industry to adjust over all nationally. Furthermore, This insurance is complicated and strict to join rather than other insurances. As it can be seen by examples that got in trouble, despite culturing fishermen applied to join the insurance, they took all demage because the insurance was not realized. So, It is hard to say that causes impute the responsibility of it to the authority of insurance, not culturing fishery. They should simplify the registration process, limit the period each registration process and consider a countermeasure to complete it. Concerning compensation for the loss, agriculture part is easier to investigate the loss due to remained dead crop damaged by natural disaster, meanwhile, in fishing part, especially in case of cultivation of fish, it is difficult to investigate the loss and demage because crops are blown all together with typhoon when it comes plus the facilities of them are also very old. Consequently to solve the problem needs more positive attitude as it is policy insurance.
This study was carried out to examine the development of physical knowledge in children. Eighty children aged 3- to 11-year-old and 16 adults were participated in this study. Participants' knowledge about failing, sliding and sinking/floating objects was investigated to understand what kind of knowledge they had, whether their knowledge was organized as theory and what was the nature of the developmental change in physical knowledge. Results showed that, for falling object task children of all age had correct knowledge about object's falling phenomena. However, there were age differences in children's understanding of the cause of object's falling. As the children's age decreased, the frequency of explanation referring to the absence of supper rather than the gravity as the cause of falling phenomena increased. For the sliding object task, children of all age could predict the motion of sliding object correctly. But only a few 9- and 11-year-old children could understand the effect of object weight and relations between gravity, frictional force and their interactions. Children under age 7 showed no evidence of possessing these knowledge. For sinking or floating object task, children of all age and even adults showed difficulties in understanding the sinking or float phenomena per se. For the cause of these phenomena although a few 9- and 11-year-old children referred to buoyancy as the cause, they had no correct knowledge about the buoyancy. This was also true for the adults. As a conclusion, the results of this study suggested that, not 3, but as young as 5-year-old children's physical knowledge exited as a form of naive theory in terms of their use as a causal devise in explaining the cause of object motion. However, even the theory of 9- and 11-year-old children was lack of the abstractness and coherence, which were also important characteristics of a theory. Finally, developmental change in physical knowledge proceeded toward more frequent and consistent use of physical knowledge as causal device and more abstract and coherently organized theory.
