본 논문에서는 형식불역의 원리를 적용하여 4차원 이상의 고차원 도형 중 특별한 몇 가지 도형의 기하학적 모델을 탐구해 보면서 이것이 기존의 일반적인 수학적 성질과 원리, 법칙에 모순됨이 없는지를 검증해 보았다. 정다면체는 5개뿐이라는 설명 방식에 형식불역의 원리를 적용하면 4차원 정다포체는 6개뿐임을 설명할 수 있다. 그리고 두 가지 정의(기둥형과 뿔형)에 의해 만들어진 볼록한 고차원 도형들은 다면체에서의 오일러 정리를 일반화한 오일러 특성수에 정확히 들어맞는다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 특히, 뿔형의 경우는 그 도형의 꼭지점, 모서리, 면, 입체 등의 개수들이 파스칼의 삼각형 구조를 이루고 있으며 기둥형의 경우는 임의로 정한 수의 모든 약수들을 하세의 다이어그램을 통해 약수와 배수의 관계로 표현할 수 있다. 이러한 소재들은 영재 교수학습용 자료로도 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

When analyzing forms in the human body and clothes, we conceptualize each part into a cone, sphere, and cylinder, and the esthetic characteristics of our fashion culture and esthetic fashion characteristics of Koreans are composed by expressing with universal images such as circle, square, and triangle when forms are expressed in a plane. To determine how the structural principle of shapes that are the shapes of all things and basic to geometry, i.e., circle, square, and triangle, applies to clothes that cloth our body called the small cosmos, we discussed the symbolic meaning hidden inside the structure of Korean clothes based on the basic pattern drafting method of Korean men’s traditional trousers. We drew the conclusion that Korean men's trousers composed of circles, triangles, and squares express the five elements diagram through their plane structure, are designed in circles with cones and pyramids, and are made to well express the principle of the small cosmos of our body. Moreover, when the basic pattern of Korean men’s trousers explained with the antipathy diagram is viewed to create all things while maintaining opposite and complementary relationship with Sangsang (mutually benefitting factor), it would be correct to say that the principle of the top verse the bottom is viewed as conflicting. From the structural point of view, since the philosophy of the Samsu principle (the principle of 1, 2 and 3 in which 1 represents the heaven, 2 represents the earth, and 3 represents the people) is hidden in Korean men's trousers in which Hurimalgi (the part of trousers corresponding to the waist band of Western pants) is the circle representing the heaven, Marupok is the square representing the earth, and Sapok is the triangle representing the people, we could look at deep meaning of our ancestors expressed in our clothes.

Hado(河圖) and Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$(書洛) are the diagrams composed of the symbols of numbers from one to ten. And the eight-trigrams, P'al-gwoe divide into two types one is a priori eight-trigrams (先夭八卦) or the Bok-Hui's eight trigrams(伏羲八卦); and the other is a posterior eight trigrams (後夭八卦) or the king Mun's eight trigrams (文王八卦). Relating these two diagrams of Hado and Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$ with the two types of eight trigrams, they are said to be a term of Ha-Lak-Hui-Mun (HLHM). Each of HLHM represents the process of creating and changing of 'heaven and Earth' and every beingby the symbols of numbers and trigrams. In other words, each of HLHM symbolizes the origin and the structure of the universe as well as the birth of every life represented in the diagram of theosophany (福智學) or Kabbalah. HLHM are also regarded as the origin of l-ching or Book of Change. Hado produces Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$ through the principle of yin-yang(陰陽). Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$ produces a priori eight trigrams through the zigzag shapes which means Heaven and Earth are mutually responding. And a priori eight trigrams produce a posteriori eight trigrams through the triangle principle of connecting Heaven and Earth. In this process, Hado and a priori eight trigrams are respectively prior to Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$ and a posteriori eight trigrams. HLHM represent fractal shape resembling the symbol of five on the center of Hado, or Hado itself. In the dynamic process of HLHM, a diagram of Circle, Quadrangle, and Triangle (CQT) is produced as follows: Circle, the symbol of 'infinify' or Heaven, represents the origin of life or birth. Hadois the symbol of creation. Quadrangle, the symbol of Earth, represents that Laks${\u{\lrcorner}}$is scattered into four directions of front, back, left, and rifht. Quadrangle, which is immovable, represents materiality. Triangle, being described from the eight trigrams, means the movements of the process of 'mutual inclusion' of Circle and Quadrangle. Triangle also means the process of harmonizing human beings with natural law.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the nature of the differentiation and petrogenesis of igneous rocks in comparison with experimental results based on petrological and geochemical criteria. Study area is composed of the Precambrian granitic gneiss complex, Triassic meladiorite and biotite granodiorite, Jurassic biotite granite, and Cretaceous quartz porphyry. According to the data of EPMA, the clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene of meladiorite come under salite and hypersthene, respectively. Such results suggests that meladiorite is incipient differentiated products of basic magma under slow cooling condition. The petrochemical data of variation diagram of major element oxides vs. silica and of trace element oxide vs. silica, AMF triangle diagram and trace elements suggests that igneous rocks of study area are plutonic rocks belong to calc alkali rock series of the source of comagma intruded-emplaced in the order of meladiorite, biotite granodiorite and biotite granite by fractional crystallization of magma.

조상들의 삶에 관한 흔적인 문화유적은 그 당시의 공간적인 입지에 대한 선인들의 사상을 알아볼 수 있는 좋은 자료다. 본 연구는 문화유적들을 유형별로 분류하고, 각각의 유형별 유적의 입지 특징을 보다 계량적으로 분석하기 위하여 GIS와 삼각다이어그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 문화유적의 공간적인 입지를 분석하기 위한 지표로는 고도, 도로 접근성, 용수확보가능성의 세 가지 변수를 이용하였다. 분석 결과 각각의 문화유적들은 시대별 유형별로 일정한 분포측정을 보였으며, 이는 문화유적의 분포와 입지에 대한 지리적 관점에서의 접근 가능성이 높음을 의미하는 것이기도 하다. 선사시대에서 역사시대로 넘어오면서 문화유적의 입지는 용수확보가능성이 우수한 지점에서 교통 접근성이 우수한 지점으로 이동하였다. 그리고 각 시대의 지배계급이 남긴 유적들은 대부분 우수한 입지를 보였다.

Loxoprofen racemate를 분리하기 위해 SMB에서 운전조건을 탐색하였다. Aspen simulator를 이용하여 전산모사를 함으로써 loxoprofen racemate를 분리할 수 있는 운전조건을 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있었다. Raffinate 순도를 증가시키기 위해 삼각도에서 왼쪽 중간 부분의 $m_2$, $m_3$ 좌표를 정하여야 하며 내부농도 분포도에서 raffinate와 extract 분포곡선을 겹치지 않도록 하여야 한다.

In this paper, a Petrov-Galerkin natural element method (PG-NEM) based upon the natural neighbor concept is presented for the free vibration and dynamic response analyses of two-dimensional linear elastic structures. A problem domain is discretized with a finite number of nodes and the trial basis functions are defined with the help of the Voronoi diagram. Meanwhile, the test basis functions are supported by Delaunay triangles for the accurate and easy numerical integration with the conventional Gauss quadrature rule. The numerical accuracy and stability of the proposed method are verified through illustrative numerical tests.

본 연구는 건축기호학에서 퍼스 기호학의 논리적 장점을 건축 디자인에 활용하기 위해 필요한 연구의 일환으로서 퍼스 유형론의 적용성을 검토하고 건축 디자인에 접목하기 위한 방법을 모색하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 형식논리학 관점에서 양자의 접목 방법에 대하여 검토한다. 나아가서 본 연구에서는 기호포함구조가 기호 성장 모델의 근간 역할을 할 수 있는 가능성에 대해서 검토한다. 본 연구에서는 퍼스의 기호 유형론의 역삼각형 구조를 재구성한 기호포함구조의 도식을 제시하고 이것을 중심으로 논의를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 건축 디자인에서 이루어지는 해석, 생성 작업의 연속성과 논리성이 본 연구에서 제시된 기호포함구조의 삼중 구조를 적용함으로써 논리적, 구조적 설명과 분해가 가능하고 이를 통해 디자인의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있다는 것이 나타났다. 나아가서 제시된 기호포함구조는 건축 디자인에서 이루어지는 기호의 확장 또는 성장 모델의 배경 프레임 역할을 할 수 있다는 가능성이 나타났다. 향후 적용성을 높이기 위한 과제로서 건축 디자인 사고와 기호 유형론에 근간한 포함 관계적 사고를 추론 프레임으로 결합하기 위한 연구의 필요성이 나타났다.

Lyman break Galaxies are galaxies selected in the rest-frame ultraviolet. But, one important and missing information for these Lyman break galaxies is the amount of dust attenuation. This is crucial to estimate the total star formation rate of this class of objects and, ultimately, the cosmic star formation density. AKARI, Spitzer and Herschel are therefore the major facilities that could provide us with this information. As part of the Herschel Multi-tiered Extragalactic Survey, we have began investigating the rest-frame far-infrared properties of a sample of more than 4,800 Lyman Break Galaxies in the GOODS-North fiels. Most LBGs are not detected individually, but we do detect a sub-sample of 12 objects at 0.7 < z <1.6 and one object at z = 2.0. The ones detected by Herschel SPIRE have redder observed NUV-U and U-R colors than the others, while the undetected ones have colors consistent with average LBGs at z > 2.5. We have analysed their UV-to-FIR spectral energy distributions using the code cigale to estimate their physical parameters. We find that LBGs detected by SPIRE are high mass, luminous infrared galaxies. They also appear to be located in a triangle-shaped region in the $A_{FUV}$ vs. $logL_{FUV}$ diagram limited by $A_{FUV}$ = 0 at the bottom and by a diagonal following the temporal evolution of the most massive galaxies from the bottom-right to the top-left of the diagram. In a second step, we move to the larger COSMOS field where we have been able to detect 80 Lyman break galaxies (out of ~ 15,600) in the far infrared. They form the largest sample of Lyman break galaxies at z > 2.5 detected in the far-infrared. We tentatively name them Submillimeter Lyman break galaxies (S-LBGs).

In this work, a preliminary design of an inlet guide vane and runner for developing a 2.5 kW hydraulic turbine was conducted by using computational fluid dynamic analysis. Three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with shear stress transport turbulence model were used to analyze the fluid flow in the hydraulic turbine. The hexahedral grid system was used to construct computational domain, and the grid dependency test was performed to obtain the optimal grid system. Velocity triangle diagram considering the flow angles of the inlet guide vane and runner was analyzed to obtain a basic geometry of the inlet guide vane and runner. Through modification of the preliminary design, the hydraulic performances of the turbine have improved under overall drop conditions. Especially, the efficiency and power of the turbine increased by 0.95% and 1.45%, respectively, compared to those of the reference model.
