미완결 발병연령에 근거한 연관성 추세 검정법의 비교 (Comparison of Trend Tests for Genetic Association on Censored Ages of Onset)

  • 발병연령과 이에 관련되었다고 의심되는 좌위와의 연관성이 실제로 존재하는 경우에 유전자형 정보에 따라 발병연령(age of onset) 분포의 추세가 뚜렷하게 나타난다. 그러나 연관성 검정에서 주로 채택하고 있는 발병연령의 상한연령(cutoff age)을 제한하는 표본추출은 유전자형에 따른 여러 군의 미완결 자료의 분포가 다름을 초래하게 되며, 이러한 미완결 분포 차이는 발병연령의 추세 검정에 있어 효율성을 낮추는 원인이 된다. 일반적으로 두 군의 경우에 그 대책으로써 윌콕슨(Wilcoxon) 통계량보다는 미완결 자료의 분포가 다름에 영향을 덜 받는다고 알려진 로그순위(log-rank) 통계량을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 로그순위 통계량 적용을 유전자형에 따른 여러 군의 경우로 확장하여 Jones와 Browley (1989)에 언급된 일반화 로그순위 추세 검정통계량(generalized log-rank statistic for trend)을 제안하며, 연관성 연구에서 이 검정통계량과 여러 다른 추세 검정통계량의 효율성을 모의실험으로 알아본다.

강우자료에 대한 공간보간 기법의 적용 (Application of Spatial Interpolation to Rainfall Data)

  • 공간통계자료는 비록 공간상 모든 위치에 그 값이 존재하나, 실제 우리는 모든 지점에서 공간자료를 수집하지 못한다. 따라서 몇 개의 대표 지점에서 자료를 수집한 후 이를 미관측 지역까지 확장하여 사용하게 되는데, 이때 공간보간 기법이 적용된다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야에서 매우 중요하게 사용되는 강우자료에 대해 공간보간을 실시하고 그 정확성을 검증하였다. 기상청에서 운영하는 총 373 개의 강우관측소의 2004 년도 연 총강우량에 대해 공간보간을 실시하였으며, 그로부터 이론적 베리오그램으로 가우시안 함수를 사용한 일반 크리깅이 가장 높은 정확성을 보인 것으로 확인되었다. 다른 보간기법에 비해 크리깅 기법은 비교적 정확성이 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 결과에 있어서는 예측값의 분포 범위가 좁은 일반화의 특성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 지역경향면 분석(local trend surface analysis), IDW, RBF의 경우 강우자료에 대한 예측값의 범위가 크리깅에 비해 매우 넓게 분포하는 것으로 나타났으며, 공간적으로는 인접한 지역의 예측값이 크리깅에 비해 급변하는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 터널조명 시스템에 대한 국제적 동향을 알아보기 위해 일본과 유럽의 터널조명 시스템에 대하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이러한 자료를 근거로 Lightscape 시뮬레이션 프로그램과 경제성 평가도구 WEELS를 이용하여 터널의 기본부를 조명하는 광원의 종류, 주간과 야간, 터널 설계속도 그리고 기구배열 방법에 따라 터널조명시스템에 대한 비교평가 연구를 진행하였다.

  • The trend of constructing skyscraper has arisen to the offistel and apartment complex due to the lack of exploitable land and urbanization.   • According to the computerization of railway signalling system, necessity of communication protocol for interface between these equipments is increasing. Therefore the research on communication protocol structure that is required according to computerization trend of these signalling goes. In our research the existed protocol currently used was analyzed, and the simulation modeling for performance analysis is deduced. Based on this simulation model the performance analysis and comparison is carried out, and also validation test is executed about new suggested protocol.

  • A service composition has received much interest to provide users with the ad-hoc, seamless, and context-sensitive services dynamically composed from various networked services in context-aware computing environments. In this paper, with the purpose of guiding trends in the researches for dynamic service composition technologies, we investigate and analyze the major related works. For this, we separate semantic based composition from syntax based composition and then establish the comparison criteria by dividing the service composition processes into 3 steps:definition, construction, and execution.

학문 목적 한국어교육의 연구 유형 분류와 연구 방법의 동향 분석 (A Classification of Research Types and Trend Analysis of Research Methods in Korean for Academic Purposes)

  • This study is a trend analysis study that discusses the current status and directions of research methods of KAP research. The existing trend ana lysis studies dealing with research methods have problems in that the classification criteria of the studies used are rough and different from each other, rendering comparison between studies being difficult, and do not comprehensively cover research methods of diversified KAP research. Therefore, this study examined the research methods of KAP research from a critical point of view and suggested a set of classification criteria and an analysis framework that can be used consistently in classification and analysis of future KAP research methods. Based on the theoretical background of second language studies and applied linguistics, this study revised and supplemented Brown (2015)'s research method types and selected 289 journals and theses/dissertations from 2012 to 2016 and classified them into a new analysis framework. The primary and secondary studies, which are the major categories, were 219 and 70, respectively, so it was confirmed that there were much more primary studies. The primary studies then were subdivided into 128 qualitative research studies, 142 survey research studies, and 23 quantitative research studies, pointing to the trend that survey and qualitative research methods were preferred. In the qualitative research approaches, there were 21 action research studies, which were used the most. In addition, such qualitative research approaches as case studies and narrative inquiries which were difficult to find in the past, have gradually increased, confirming that the diversification of research methods is becoming common. However, there were still many studies that did not explicitly put forward research questions and there were many studies that did not report reliability and effect sizes in quantitative research. Of the 23 quantitative studies, only 50% reported reliability, and only three reported effect sizes. In order to enable systematic reviews (meta-analysis) of quantitative research and expect quality improvement of research in future KAP research, reporting of quantitative research should be done more systematically. This study is meaningful in that a systematic and detailed analysis framework was proposed to classify various research methods in the future and that the problems and directions for improvement of the KAP research methods were discussed through the analysis of the research trend of the KAP studies for the last 5 years.

국내 항공기소음 평가방법과 외국 평가방법의 비교연구 (A Study on the Comparison between Domestic and Foreign Evaluation Method of Aircraft noise)

  • WECPNL(Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level) which designated currently in Domestic 'The Stanrd Method of Measuring Noise and Vibration' is composed of different factor with WECPNL that published in ICAO. Domestic WECPNL is concerned in application of $L_{MAX}$ measurement. On the other hand, ICAO's WECPNL is based on EPNL that includes factors of the pure tone correction and the duration time. NNI and NEF also are each based on PNL and EPNL. Because a military aircraft noise, especially, has the pure tone of high frequency and the irregular duration, it seems to be undesirable to estimate aircraft noise for using Domestic WECPNL. Therefore, this study was performed to detect a flaw of Korean WECPNL, through comparison of the trend of each other aircraft noise index by using equivalent rawdata.
