Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

Application of information technology for the construction area has been processed actively with the development of information technology. In this study, a framework of the Construction Specification IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) was suggested through the analysis of the Department of Defense(DoD)'s standards and the trend of techniques related to the IETM. As the Framework, the DFD(Data Flow Diagram) of the construction specification IETM's organizing and using procedure was suggested. And a Model of construction specification IETM was organized on the basis of DFD. Finally, a scenario was constructed by the pilot system which is based on the model. The application of the construction specification IETM would make efficient and effect task implementations possible. By that, in addition to the reduction of the cost and time, the quality enhancement from information missing protect effectiveness could be expected.

In recent, a general trend is observed towards more customized products and shorter product life cycles in manufacturing companies. In these companies, customers often wish to influence the product they order and to get a variant of product that meets their requirements. This environment is called as a customer-oriented manufacturing companies. This paper presents a procedure of product specification management for customer-oriented manufacturing companies by using product specification framework. This framework is founded on the product specification based product structure which is made of model, specification, function, and part. Also, a product specification management system(PSMS) is implemented by using the proposed product specification framework and is a core system in product data integration system. To illustrate an utilization of the proposed framework and procedure, a case of a ship engine product is applied. As a result, PSMS reduces delivery time and improves customer relationships. Moreover, the case shows that PSMS can be used as a tool for improving inter-department coordination within a company during product life cycle.

Most apparel products have national standards for sizing; however, for gloves, national sizing standards have not yet been established. This study aims to analyze children's hand dimensions and propose a size specification for children's gloves that shows children's hand-related size information. Among the 3D measurements of sixth Size Korea Project, the measurement data of 19 dimensions related to the hands of 1,057 boys and girls aged 7-13 years old were analyzed. The distribution and growth trend of hand measurements for boys and girls demonstrated considerable mean differences and distribution trends by gender and age as per hand dimensions, which leads to the conclusion that it is necessary to show these results in the children's glove design. Based on these results, the cross-distribution maps of children's hand length and hand circumference were drafted; furthermore, the distribution relationship with an adult hand size was identified. Based on the distribution of hand sizes, the distribution of adult hand sizes overlapped with children's hand sizes was verified, and children's glove size specifications were presented. The results can be used as useful data such as measures for setting the size range and sizing system for children's gloves.

BLUs(Backlight Units) are major component in LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) industry which occupies 90% or more of worldwide FPD(Flat Panel Display) market. And BLU market is expected to be expanded continuously according to the trend of miniaturization, slimness, low power consumption and low weight. The larger the BLU market scale, the more important standardization of performance evaluation techniques to clearly prescribe the product specification. This document is a generic specification of measurement methods of LED BLU for LCDs. It defines general procedures for quality assessment and gives general rules for measuring methods of LED BLU for LCDs.

The effects of post weld heat treatment(PWHT) on the mechanical properties of 2.25Cr-1Mo steels were investigated. As the PWHT temperature or holding time increased, the strength of low alloy steels progressively decreased due to softening process. After the conventional PWHT, the strength was larger than the minimum value of materials specification. The Charpy impact energy was hardly affected by the conventional PWHT. The trend of mechanical properties was analyzed in terms of tempering parameter. Most materials replaced from a power plant met the requirements of materials specification except for one heat. Same heat of materials with low impact energy were attributed to the voids formed during casting process.

본 논문은 간단한 동태적 확률 일반균형(DSGE) 모형과 탄력적 추세를 고려한 비관측인자모형을 결합하여, DSGE 모형의 추정과 추세/순환변동분의 분해를 동시에 시도하였다. 이를 통해 추정된 GDP 순환변동분은 공식 경기순환 국면과 상당 정도 부합하는 등 전반적으로 경기순환을 잘 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 변동성과 지속성의 측면에서 통상적 필터링 방법을 이용한 경우와는 적지 않은 차이가 있었으며, 특히 GDP의 추세분은 상당한 변동성을 보이며 경기순응적 모습을 보였다. 추정된 순환변동분의 성격을 변수별로 살펴보면, GDP와 이자율의 경우는 HP 필터의 결과와 유사한 반면, 인플레이션의 경우는 (불규칙 변동분을 추가로 제외한 경우) BK 필터를 이용한 결과와 상대적으로 더 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 분석대상 변수들에 임의의 단일한 필터링 방법을 적용할 경우, 경기순환분의 성격이 잠재적으로 왜곡되어 추출될 우려가 있음을 보여준다. 습관 및 가격연동을 포함한 확장모형을 고려한 경우, 습관은 경기변동의 지속성을 설명함에 있어 중요한 요소인 것으로 평가된 반면, 가격연동은 그 중요성이 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 모형의 개별 요소들에 대한 평가 결과는, 사전 필터링된 자료를 이용하여 추정한 경우와 적지 않은 차이를 보여, 자료의 필터링과 모형의 추정을 분리하여 고려하는 일반적인 DSGE 모형의 추정 및 분석은 잠재적으로 오류의 가능성이 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 결과에 대한 다양한 민감도 분석 결과, (i) 순환변동 충격과 추세 충격이 상관관계를 가지는 경우, 추세 충격의 성격에 따라 추정된 GDP갭의 성격이 상당 부분 달라지기도 했으며, (ii) 불규칙 변동분의 포함 여부가 추정된 인플레이션갭의 성격 및 필립스 곡선의 기울기 등에 중요한 함의를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 (iii) 경기변동분을 VAR로 모형화한 경우, DSGE 모형을 이용한 경우에 나타나는 경기변동의 비대칭성을 제대로 나타내지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

An experimental study was conducted to evaluate the bond performance of reinforcing bars embedded in high-strength concrete. Four bond specimens and ten beam splice specimens using concrete with compressive strength of 246kgf/$cm^2$ and 64lkgf/$cm^2$ were tested. The effect of several variables on basic development length and compressive strength of concrete is discussed in splice specimens. The test results showed that the current trend in concrete specification of making the splice length longer to compensate for having smaller cover and spacing may not be an effective approach.

IMT-2000 service started around year of 2000 to support global roaming with high speed data rate. But 3GPP and 3GPP2 could not narrow gaps between them to make separate specification. To make it worse, economy regression delayed deployment. Starting 2007, WCDMA, standardized in 3GPP, was launched in Korea by KT and SKT. 3GPP introduced HSDPA and HSUPA as an enabler for high speed down and uplink packet service, in release5 and release5, respectively.
