Currently, there are many applications being developed based on sensor network technology. A tracking method for moving objects in sensor network is one of the main issue of this field. There is a little research on this issue, but most of the existing work has two problems. The first problem is a communication overhead for visiting sensor nodes many times to track a moving object. The second problem is an disability for dealing with many moving objects at a time. To resolve the problems, we, in this paper, propose a signature-based tracking method using efficient data aggregation for moving objects, called SigMO-TRK. For this, we first design a local routing hierarchy tree to aggregate moving objects' trajectories efficiently by using a space filtering technique. Secondly, we do the tracking of all trajectories of moving objects by using signature in a efficient way, our approach generates signatures to method. In addition, by extending the SigMO-TRK, we can retrieve the similar trajectories of moving objects for given a query. Finally, by using the TOSSIM simulator, we show that our signature-based tracking method outperforms the existing tracking method in terms of energy efficiency.

Mobile Ad-hoc networks have recently attracted a lot of attention in the research community as well as in industry. Although the previous research mainly focused on various of Ad-hoc in routing, we consider, in this paper, how to efficiently support applications such as variable Goocasting basd on Ad-hoc networks. The goal of a geocasting uotocol is deliver data packets to a group of nodes that are located within a specified geocasting region. Previous research that support geocast nice in mobilie computing based on Ad-hoc have the non-optimization problem of data delivery path, overhead by frequent reconstruction of the geocast tree, and service disruption problem. In this paper, we propose the mobility pattern based geocast technique using variable service range according to the nobility of destination node and resource reservation to solve this problem. The experimental results show that our proposed mechanism has improved performance of Connection & Network Overhead than previous research.
This paper proposes a group key management protocol for a secure of all the multicast user in PIM-SM multicast group communication. With prosed architect, subgroups for multicast secure group management will be divided by RP (Rendezvous-Point) unit and each RP has a subgroup manager. Each subgroup manager gives a secure key to it's own transmitter md the transmitter compress the data with it's own secure key from the subgroup manager. Before the transmitter send the data to receiver, the transmitter prepare to encrypt a user's service by sending a encryption key to the receiver though the secure channel, after choking the user's validity through the secure channel. As the transmitter sending a data after then, the architecture is designed that the receiver will decode the received data with the transmitter's group key. As a result, the transmitting time is shortened because there is no need to data translation by group key on data sending and the data transmition is possible without new key distribution at path change to SPT (Shortest Path Tree) of the router characteristic. Additionally, the whole architecture size is samller than the other multicast secure architecture by using the conventional PIM-SIM routing structure without any additional equipment.
It is very difficult to apply previous security protocols to WSNs(Wireless Sensor Networks) directly because WNSs have resource constrained characteristics such as a low computing ability, power, and a low communication band width. In order to overcome the problem, we proposes a secure group communication scheme applicable to WSNs. The proposed scheme is a combined form of the TEEN(Threshold sensitive Energy Efficient sensor Network protocol) clustering based hierarchical routing protocol and security mechanism, and we assume that WSNs are composed of sensor nodes, cluster headers, and base stations. We use both private key and public key cryptographic algorithms to achieve an enhanced security and an efficient key management. In addition, communications among sensor nodes, cluster headers, and base stations are accomplished by a hierarchical tree architecture to reduce power consumption. Therefore, the proposed scheme in this paper is well suited for WSNs since our design can provide not only a more enhanced security but also a lower power consumption in communications.

In this paper, we propose a new multi-way circuit partitioning system that partition large circuits to progrmmable circuit board which consist of FPGAs and interconnect components. Here the routing topology among the chips are predetermined and the number of available interconnections are fixed. Since the given constraints are difficult to be satisfied by the previous partition method, we suggest a new multi-way partition method by target restriction that considers all the constraints for the given board. To speed up, we construct a multi-level cluster tree for hierarchical partitioning. Experimental results for several benchmarks show that the our partition method partition them by satisfying all the given constraints and it used up to 10 % fewer interconnections among the chips than the previous K-way partition method.

This paper proposes a fault-tolerant data aggregation which provides energy efficient and reliable data collection in wireless sensor networks. The traditional aggregation scheme does not provide the countermeasure to packet loss or the countermeasure scheme requires a large amount of energy. The proposed scheme applies caching and re-transmission based on the track topology to the adaptive timeout scheduling. The proposed scheme uses a single-path routing based on the traditional tree topology at normal, which reduces the dissipated energy in sensor nodes without any countermeasure against packet loss. The proposed scheme, however, retransmits the lost packet using track topology under event occurrences in order to fulfill more accurate data aggregation. Extensive simulation work under various workloads has revealed that the proposed scheme decrease by 8% in terms of the dissipated energy and enhances data accuracy 41% when the potential of event occurrence exists as compared with TAG data aggregation. And the proposed scheme decrease by 53% in terms of the dissipated energy and shows a similar performance in data accuracy when the potential of event occurrence exists as compared with PERLA data aggregation.

Address lookup is an essential function in the Internet routers, and it determines overall router performance. In this paper, we have thoroughly investigated the binary-search-based address lookup algorithms and proposed a new algorithm based on binary search on prefix lengths. Most of the existing binary search schemes perform binary search on prefix values, and hence the lookup speed is proportional to the length of prefixes or the log function of the number of prefixes. The previous algorithm based on binary search on prefix lengths has superior lookup performance than others. However, the algorithm requires very complicated pre-computation of markers and best matching prefixes in internal nodes since naive binary search is not possible in their scheme. This complicated pre-computation makes the composition of the routing table and incremental update very difficult. By using leaf-pushing, the proposed algorithm in this paper removes the complicated pre-computation of the Previous work in performing the binary search on prefix lengths. The performance evaluation results show that the proposed scheme has very good performance in lookup speed compared with previous works.

To provide multicasting service, several multicast protocols for mobile hosts have been proposed. But they include glitches such as a non-optimal delivery route, data loss when hosts move another network, therefore they have some insecure problems about multicast data transmission. In this paper, we consider these problems and propose a new reliable and efficient multicast routing protocol for Mobile If networks. The proposed protocol provides reliable multicast transmission by compensating data loss from the previous agent when a mobile host moves another network. Also it provides additional function that is directly to connect a multicast tree according to the status of agents. It provides more efficient and optimal multicast path. The performance of the proposed protocol is proved by simulation of various conditions.

The traffic in the wired and wireless networks has increased exponentially because of increase of smart phone and improvement of PC performance. Multimedia services and file transmission such as Facebook, Youtube occupy a large part of the traffic. CDN is a technique that duplicates the contents on a remote web server of content provider to local CDN servers near clients and chooses the optimal CDN server for providing the content to the client in the event of a content request. In this paper, the content request message between CDN servers and the client used the SCRP algorithm utilizing the MST algorithm and the traffic throughput was optimized. The average response time for the content request is reduced by employing HC_LRU cache algorithm that improves the cache hit ratio. The proposed SCRP and HC_LRU algorithm may build a scalable content delivery network system that efficiently utilizes network resources, achieves traffic localization and prevents bottlenecks.
The multicast transmitting the real-time data to groups may easily have many attacks from abnormal attacks because it has many links as compared to the unicast. The existing group key management architectures for preventing these problems are designed for protocols suitable for a large scale. Thus these architectures applied to a small scale routing protocols may have many overheads with key distribution and a constant core tree. Therefore this paper proposes a groups key management protocol for a secure multicast in PIM-SM multicast group communication. The proposed method divide multicast groups with RO(Rendezvous-Point), and subgroup key managers are established in each RP and can be transmitted groups keys between senders and receivers, so the security cannel is set up for secure data transfer, And this does not have needs of the data translation for group keys and the new key distribution for path change. As a result of this, the data transmission time can be reduced.
