Objectives The objective of this study si to report clinical effect of korean medical treatments and Buteyko breathing technique for asthma patient with pneumonia. Methods The patient was treated by korean medical treatment including acupunture, moxibustion, herbal medication and Buteyko breathing technique. The improvement of clinical symptoms was observed by visual checking and X-ray, Pulmonary Function Test that index include TV, FVC, FEV1. Results After treatments, the patient was improved in visual checking and X-ray on chest, TV, FVC, FEV1. Conclusions We suggest that korean medical treatment and Buteyko breathing technique could be an effective method to improve the asthma patient with pneumonia.

Objectives : This research dealt with the content of the hot medicinal compress technique in Donguibogam in order to develope the hot medicinal compress technique as a new therapy technique. Methods : In this research, we searched for the hot medicinal compress treatment in Donguibogam. Results : The hot medicinal compress technique mainly cures the diseases on the body surface and it can be applied to digestive troubles and gynecologic diseases. The hot medicinal compress technique is operated mainly at wound around the affected parts and it is applied to the constitutional symptom at the abdominal region. In the hot medicinal compress technique was used much more with medication, and the herbs used in the treatment consists of hot tastes and the warm characteristics. In the hot medicinal compress method with direct heating the herbs was mainly used. Conclusions : The hot medicinal compress technique is considered as treatment which can be utilized easily and it can be used an easy and useful self-treatment.

본 연구에서는 CSI 치료시 Standard Technique과 Simple Technique을 비교하여 조사야 접합부의 고선량(hot spot) 또는 저선량(cold spot)이 발생되는 부위의 체적을 분석하고 이에 따른 방사선 치료 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 연구 목적에 동의한 환자를 대상으로 CT Simulator를 이용하여 환자의 두개부에서 골반부 까지 영상을 획득하였다. Standard Technique 의 경우 조사야 접합부의 이동을 실시하며 Simple Technique은 접합부에서 조사야를 고정하여 치료계획을 수립 후 분석하였다. 분석결과 Standard Technique의 경우에는 조사야 접합부분에 대한 고선량(hot spot)의 영역이 발생 되었으며, Simple Technique은 Standard 기법 보다 선량이 균등하게 나타났다. Standard Technique 과 Simple Technique의 CI 지수는 각 1.6~3, 1.6~1.87, CN의 경우는 0.32~0.53, 0.46~0.51, HI는 0.11~0.33, 0.2~0.26의 분포를 나타났다. 즉, 인접 조사야가 접합하는 조사야 부분의 선량 분포는 Standard Technique에 비해 균등하게 나타났으며, CI, CN, HI 지수를 비교한 결과 Simple Technique에서 균등한 선량 분포가 나타나 CSI 치료에서 Simple Technique의 적용은 적합하다고 판단된다.

Object: The aim of this study is to descrive the effect of neurodynamic technique and self management exercise for carpal tunnel syndrome patients(CTS) Method: 13 patients with CTS participated in this study. They were from 18 to 70 years old and mean age was 25.3. In the evalutaion, gripping with grip dynamometer, strength of gripping with precision pinchmeter, pain level with visual analogue scale. All measurement of each subject were measure at pre- treatment and post treatment(after 1week) and post treattment(after 2 weeks) stage. The physical therapy program consisted of neurodynamic technique and self management exercise. SPSS 12.0 program was used to compile result. Result: The grip, pinch, VAS-P were significantly difference between pre-treatment and post treatment(after 2weeks)(p<.05) Conclusion: This study suggest that 3weeks neurodynamic technique and self management exercise improved grip and pinch strength and decrease pain score.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of combining "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" on acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods : Clinical studies were done 36 patients who were treated acute peripheral facial paralysis to Dept. of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, of Oriental Medicine Hospital Dongeui University from July 10, 2009 to September 15, 2010. subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups. : Complex oriental medical treatment without "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" treated group (Group A, n=18), Complex oriental medical treatment with "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" treated group (Group B, n=18). All process of treatment were performed by double blinding method. To compare the effectiveness of treatment applied for two groups, we used Yanagihara's unweighed grading system at before treatment, after 1week and 2weeks of treatment. Results: The Yanagihara's Scores of Group B and Improvement Indexes of Group B were higher than those of Group A, and showed significant difference statistically. "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" can be available for relieving symptoms related with Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis. And there were significant differences statistically between Complex oriental medical treatment without "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" and Complex oriental medical treatment with "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" on Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis. Conclusions: These results suggested that "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" effected for Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis.

It is recognized that Kyungja-pyungji treatment include the factors of Behavior and Cognitive therapy. 2. Kyungja-pyungji treatment has methodological similarity to Flooding of Behavior therapy. 3. Kyungja-pyungji treatment is similar to the Didactic technique of Cognitive therapy.

Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient. Methods : The therapies were Chuna("Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique"), acupuncture treatment, Carthami-Semen Herbal Acupuncture treatment and herbal medicine. We estimated the effects of treatment by measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth, measuring a gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth. And by measuring Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Patient Global Assessment(PGA) before and after treatment. Results : After treatment, we confirmed these improvements : the length measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth and the gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth was improved in all cases. Also Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was improved in all cases. Conclusions : These results suggested that "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" effected for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare Mulligan technique with Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS) in persons with neck pain. Methods : Twenty subjects with neck pain participated in the experiment. All subjects randomly assigned to the Mulligan technique group and TENS group. Both groups receive treatment(Mulligan technique: all areas 8 times once, TENS : 100Hz 15 minute once) 3 times during 2 weeks. And LEX was used to measure range of motion of neck. All measurement of each subject were measured at pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results : 1. All areas of range of motion of neck were significantly increased (p<0.05). 2. These data suggest that Mulligan technique and TENS are beneficial to increase all areas of range of motion of neck. 3. Comparing with two groups, Mulligan technique increases all areas of range of motion of neck more than TENS and appeared significant difference statistically. Conclusion : Mulligan technique is more effective than TENS to increse range of motion in persons with neck pain.

본 연구는 국내의 금속열처리 중소기업을 대상으로 필요한 정보를 현장에서 수집하고 발취하는 체계적인 방법을 결정하는데 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재한 중소기업을 중심으로 연구되었으며, 중요한 점은 열처리 공정 현장 데이터를 의미 있는 생산기술관리 정보 데이터로 변환하여 생산기술관리를 위한 금속열처리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 결론적으로 중소기업형 금속열처리의 생산정보시스템을 구축하였다.

상기 증례에서 저자는 극상근건 부분 파열 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS 평가를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 극상근건 부분 파열로 견통 및 견관절 ROM 제한 발생한 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS에서 현저한 개선 보인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 2. 비교적 증례가 많지 않고 한방적 치료 과정이 정립되어 있지 않은 극상근건 부분 파열에 한방 치료와 ART 치료를 병행하는 것이 효과가 있음 을 알 수 있었다.
