효율적 도로관리를 위한 핵심도로망 분석에 관한 연구 : 충청권을 중심으로 (A Study of Main-Road Analysis for Efficient Road Management : Focusing on the Chungcheong Area)

  • 본 연구는 효율적인 도로관리를 위해 이용자 중심의 핵심적인 도로망을 분석하고 개선 필요구간을 도출하고자 하였다. 기존의 도로관리는 혼잡을 바탕으로 한 관리자 중심의 다원화된 도로관리체계로 운영되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이용자 중심의 관점에서 여객이동, 물류이동, 관광이동 중심의 핵심도로망을 선정하였으며 서비스 수준(LOS) 분석, EPDO 사고율을 이용한 교통사고 안전성 분석, 네트워크 서비스 분석 등을 통해 개선 필요구간을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 핵심도로망 구축과 이용자 중심의 효율적인 도로 건설·관리체계 구축의 필요성을 강조하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

한국철도의 남만주철도주식회사 위탁경영시 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Korean Railway Property during the South Manchuria Railway Period)

  • 본 논문은 조선철도에 대한 만주철도의 위탁경영에 대한 연구로서, 위탁경영 당시 조선철도는 조선총독부 관할하의 철도와는 다른 형태의 경영형태로 관리되었고, 약 8년후에 위탁이 해제되어 다시 조선철도가 직영되는 과정을 겪게 되었다. 이러한 국경을 넘어선 위탁경영의 방식은 매우 드문 형식이며 특히 사철 성격을 띤 만주철도의 운영으로 새로운 변화도 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 조선철도의 만주철도위탁 특징은 우리나라 철도 최초의 건설과 운영이 분리된 상하 분리모델이었으며, 국가적으로 교통과 행정이 분리된 사례였다. 또한 철도관련 영업영역이 확대되었고 사설철도가 많이 건설되고 운영 되었다. 마지막으로는 대륙과의 연계운송이 더욱 확대되었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 향후 동아시아의 철도운영에 관한 비교 연구와 조선철도의 성격을 분석하는데 주요한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

Transportation Planning System에 대한 연구 (Research on Transportation Planning System)

  • In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.

부산지역 도시교통체계의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Improvement on the Urban Transportation System in Pusan Area)

  • Most of Cities are suffering from the traffic congestion problem with the vehicles increased. Especially, the City of Pusan is experiencing the severest traffic congestion with the lower read capacity and the higher travel demand than any other cities in the country. Thus, the purpose of this study was to grasp the conditions, review the problems and finally suggest the improvements which we faced at this time for the construction of the Urban Transportation System considered in Pusan area. Based upon the results, it was concluded that firstly the Urban Transportation System(UTS) in Pusan area should be constructed by the Public Transportation System in the center of the Public Transit Modes(i.e., bus and subway), secondly the Para-transit Modes(i.e., Light Rail Transit, LRT) introduced, and thirdly the Transportation Demand Management(TDM) implemented with the expansion of the transportation facilities if possible.

철도수송수요를 고려한 정차역 선정과 열차운행방안 -경부선 서울~조치원구간을 중심으로- (A primary study of Rail Station Selection and Train Operation Management Plan with Transportation Demand)

  • The purposes of this primary study are the selection of rail station and train operation management techniques for express-rail operation service at the convectional railway electrification. For these analyses, we used the KNR statistics and KROIS data of rail stations and train users by rail line. Therefore, we chose the important stations for express-rail operation of Kyongbu conventional rail line (esp. Seoul-Jochiwon section) through the rail transportation demand. and then, suggested primary operational management plan thorough the effects analyses of decreasing total travel time and increasing transportation demand by train speed-up. This study has some bounds and limits for proceeding, as it does, we excluded as followings: the conditionals of fate system, headways and train diagram, economic/financial analysis and technological assessment, and other railway technological infrastructures and a certain railcar specification, etc. . We propose to enlarge this study into a feasibility study of express or skip-stop operation service and compatible vehicle system decision considering with the best possible investment rail line, furthermore. in front of Kyongbu (Seoul-Busan) high-speed rail open in 2004, we have to try to progress the efficiencies of railway operation applying various train operation management plan.

수송문제 초기해 해법의 계산시간 비교연구 (A Comparison of Computing Times of Initial Solution Methods in the Transportation Problems)

  • In transportation problems, various initial solution methods are known and being used. The purpose of this paper is to compare effectiveness of those methods in terms of time required in computing an initial solution. In this paper, Northwest Corner rule, Least Cost rule, Vogel's Approximation rule, Russel's Approximation rule, are compared, These rules are similar in loxio sized problems. But as the size of the problem become bigger, Russet's and Vogel's methods are found much more effective than others.
