이론적 열유동 및 랜덤 진동 해석을 적용한 EPS 보냉용기의 포장설계 (Packaging Design of EPS Cooling Box by Theoretical Heat Flow and Random Vibration Analysis)

  • Although it has recently been regulated for use as an eco-friendly policy in Korea, the use of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) cooling boxes, which are used as cold chain delivery insulation boxes for fresh agricultural and livestock products, is also increasing rapidly as e-commerce logistics such as delivery have increased rapidly due to COVID-19. Studies were conducted to optimize the EPS cooling container through internal air heat flow of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis and FEM (Finite Element Method) random vibration analysis using domestic PSD (Power Spectral Density) profile of the EPS cooling box to which the refrigerant is applied in this study. In the analysis of the internal air heat flow by the refrigerant in the EPS cooling box, the application of vertical protrusions inside was excellent in volume heat flow and internal air temperature distribution. In addition, as a result of random vibration analysis, the internal vertical protrusion gives the rigid effect of the cooling box, so that displacement and stress generation due to vibration during transport are smaller than that of a general cooling container without protrusion. By utilizing the resonance point (frequency) of the EPS cooling box derived by the Model analysis of ANSYS Software, it can be applied to the insulation and cushion packaging design of the EPS product line, which is widely used as insulation and cushion materials.

인코텀즈 2010의 주요 개정내용과 적용상의 유의점 (Main Revisions and Some Recommendations of the Incoterms(R) 2010)

  • In this article, the author have studied on main revisions and some recommendations of the Incoterms(R) 2010. Main revisions are as belows. 1. Two new Incoterms rules -DAT and DAP- have replaced the Incoterms 2000 rules DAF, DES, DEQ and DDU. 2. New classification of the Incoterms(R) 2010 are adopted. First class is Rules for any mode or modes of transport(EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP and DDP belong to this class.) and second class is rules for sea and inland waterway transport(FAS, FOB, CFR and CIF belong to this class.). 3. Incoterms(R) 2010 rules formally recognizes that they are available for application to both international and domestic sale contracts. 4. The Guidance Notes and Introduction are not part of the actual Incoterms(R) 2010 rules. 5. Under the FOB, CFR and CIF, all mention of the ship's rail as the point of delivery has been omitted in preference for the goods being delivered when they are "on board" the vessel. 6. Incoterms(R) 2010 rules include the obligation to 'procure goods shipped' as an alternative to the obligation to ship goods in the relevant Incoterms rules. 7. Incoterms(R) 2010 rules give electronic means of communication the same effect as paper communication. 8. Incoterms(R) 2010 rules have allocated obligations between the buyer and seller to obtain or to render assistance in obtaining security-related clearances. such as chain-of custody information. Some recommendations are as belows. 1. The parties must incorporate the Incoterms(R) 2010 rules into their contract of sale. 2. The parties must choose the appropriate Incoterms(R) 2010 rules. 3. Specify the place or port as precisely as possible in their contract of sale. 4. Remember that Incoterms(R) 2010 rules do not give the parties a complete contract of sale. 5. Incoterms(R) 2010 rules do not prohibit alteration of Incoterms rule, but there are dangers in so doings. In order to avoid any unwelcome surprises, the parties would need to make the intended effect of such alterations extremely clear in their contract.

Percolation Approach to the Morphology of Rigid-Flexible Block Copolymer on Gas Permeability

  • Polyimides and related polymers, when synthesized from aromatic monomers, have generally rigid chain structures resulting in a low gas permeability. The rigidity of polymer chains reduces the segmental motion of chains and works as a good barrier against gas transport. To overcome the limit of use as materials of gas separation membranes due to low gas permeability, block copolymers with the incorporation of flexible segments like siloxane linkage and ether linkage have been studied. These block copolymers have microphase-separated structures composed of microdomains of flexible poly(dimethylsiloxane) or polyether segments and of rigid polyimides segments. In case of rigid-flexible block copolymers, the characteristics of both phases for gas permeation are of great difference. The permeation of gas molecules occurs favorably through microdomains of flexible segments, whereas those of rigid segments hinder the permeation of gas molecules. Accordingly the increase of content of flexible segments in a rigid polymer matrix will increase the gas permeability of the membrane linearly. However, this prediction does not satisfy enough many experimental results and in particular the drastic increase of the permeability is observed in a certain volume fraction. It was proposed that the gas transport mechanism is dominated by diffusion rather than gas solubility in a certain content of flexible phase if solution-diffusion mechanism is adopted. However, the transition from solubility-dependent to diffusion-dependent cannot be explained by the understanding of mechanism itself. Therefore, we consider an effective chemical path which permeable phase can form in a microheterogenous medium, and percolation concept is introduced to describe the permeability transition at near threshold where for the first time a percolation path occurs. The volume fraction of both phases is defined as V$_{\alpha}$ and V$_{\beta}$ in block copolymers, and the volume of $\beta$ phase in the threshold forming geometrically a traversing channel is defined as V$_{\betac}$. The formation mechanism of shortest chemical channel is schematically depicted in Fig. 1.

의사결정 학습 모델 기반 교통카드 데이터 하차 정류장 추정 모델 연구 (A Study of Estimating the Alighting Stop on the Decision Tree Learning Model Using Smart Card Data)

  • 교통카드 데이터는 다양한 대중교통 통계 지표 산출, 정책 및 평가를 위한 자료로 활용되어 그 활용범위가 상당히 높다. 그러나 교통카드 데이터 내 주요 문제점은 하차 정류장에서 태그를 안 하고 하차하는 경우가 대부분으로 이는 교통카드 이용자의 불완전한 OD 통행 자료로 활용범위에 있어 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 의사결정 모델 기반 교통카드 데이터 하차 정류장 추정 방법을 적용한 결과 오차 범위 2개 정류장 이하에서 하차 정류장 추정 정확도는 89.7%으로 분석되었다. 이를 통하여 교통카드 데이터의 불완전성을 해소함으로써 다양한 대중교통 분석 및 평가 등에 대한 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

아민화된 폴리이서이미드 막을 이용한 이산화탄소의 촉진수송분리 (Facilitated Transport Separation of Carbon Dioxide Using Aminated Polyetherimide Membranes)

  • 아민화된 폴리이서이미드(polyetherimide (PEI))막을 실험실에서 합성하여 아민화별로 제조된 막을 이용하여 이산화탄소, 질소, 메탄, 산소, 이산화황의 기체투과도와 확산도 및 용해도를 Time-lag법으로 상온에서 측정하였다. 일반적으로 아민기의 주사슬에 반응되는 아민화율이 증가할수록 분자사이의 공간이 좁아지기 때문에 투과도가 전체적으로 감소했지만, 이산화황은 산 성질의 이산화황과 염기 성질의 아민기의 결합으로 인하여 증가하였다. 건기체에 대한 확산도 및 용해도는 아민화율이 증가할수록 이산화황을 제외한 모든 기체에서 감소하였고 또한 용해도 역시 감소하였다. 그러나 이산화황의 경우 아민화율이 증가하면서 용해도가 증가하게 되어 확산도 또한 증가한 것으로 사료된다. 이산화탄소/질소의 경우 선택도는 아민화율이 3일 경우 60을 나타내었다. 습기체의 경우 상대습도가 100일 때 투과도가 70 barrer을 나타내었고 질소에 대한 선택도는 약 18 정도를 보여주었다.

국내 주요 산업별 스케줄링 기법의 연구동향 (Research Trends of Scheduling Techniques for Domestic Major Industries)

  • The up-to-date business environment for Korean manufacturers is very complex and rapidly changing. Especially, the companies have faced with various changes derived from small quantity batch production, diversification of customer demands, and short life cycles of products. Consequently, the Korean manufacturing companies are in need of more efficient production planning and scheduling techniques. In this paper, the research trend of scheduling techniques is investigated to provide relevant information to researchers in this field. Furthermore, some implications for future researches are presented regarding literatures published in Korea over the last 10 years. This paper presents an entire investigation into Korean research works on scheduling (2,569 papers) that are published from 2007 to 2016. Especially, detailed analysis was carried out in the following three industry : 1) semiconductor, 2) shipbuilding and 3) automobile. In this paper, approaches to scheduling presented in the literature are categorized into the following three categories : 1) application, 2) algorithm, and 3) simulation modeling. First, in the semiconductor industry, scheduling techniques related to semiconductor cleaning processes, photolithography processes, chemical processes, transport and transport equipment have been found to be dominant. Second, the shipbuilding industry is focused on assembly processes, transporter, crane and various existing production management system. On the other hand, the scheduling research of the automobile industry is mainly focused on the vehicle movement routing and procurement supply-chain planning algorithm in terms of logistics. The conclusion of this study are expected to provide many implications for various types of academic and practical follow-up studies related to scheduling in consideration of main characteristics of semiconductor, shipbuilding and automobile industries.

802.11 무선 네트워크에서 TCP 성능 향상을 위한 기법 (A Mechanism to improve the TCP performance in 802.11 Wireless Networks)

  • 최근 802.11 무선 네트워크에서 TCP성능 향상을 위한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. End-to-end 연결에서 TCP성능을 결정하는 가장 큰 요인으로는 hop-count와 RTT (Round Trip Time) 이다. 본 논문에서는 TCP의 성능을 향상하기 위해, hop-count와 RTT 변경 시 적절한 CWND값을 설정하여 TCP-CEV을 변경하는 기법을 설명한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 기본 TCP 구조를 따르는 대부분의 transport 프로토콜에 적합하고, 분석적인 과정을 통해 결과를 도출한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 기법이 체인 토폴로지에서 12%, 격자 토폴로지에서 4.9% 이상 성능이 향상되었으며, TCP window가 특정 값에 수렴하는 것을 보인다.

수도권 고령자의 통행사슬 특성에 관한 연구 (Analyzing the Characteristics of Trip Chaining Activities of the Elderly in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구는 고령자의 통행사슬(trip chaining)의 유형별 특성을 살펴보고, 시 공간적 분포 패턴을 분석한다. 또한 순서형프로빗모형(ordered probit model)과 이항로지스틱모형(binary logistic model)을 구축하여 고령자 통행사슬에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 규명하고, 고령자 통행의 수단선택 특성을 분석해 본다. 이를 위해 2006년과 2010년에 실시한 수도권 가구통행실태조사의 고령자 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 고령자 통행사슬은 전반적으로 증가추세이며, 단순통행사슬이 전체의 85% 이상을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. GIS 맵핑을 통해 통행사슬의 공간적 이동 패턴을 분석하였으며, 단순직장 통행사슬이 과거 서울과 인접지역에 집중되어 있던 반면 2010년에는 경기도 지역으로 점차 확산되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 모형구축을 통해 2010년에 통행사슬에 영향을 미치는 개인 가구 통행특성이 과거에 비해 상대적으로 많아지고, 통행시간보다는 통행비용이 고령자가 교통수단을 결정하는 요인임을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다가오는 초고령사회에 대응한 교통정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

PECCP LB 박막을 발광층으로 사용한 유기 발광 다이오드의 특성 (Characteristics of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes using PECCP Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) Film as an Emissive Layer)

  • Electroluminescence(EL) devices based on organic thin films have been attracted lots of interests in large-area light-emitting display. In this stuffy, an emissive layer was fabricated using Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) technique in organic light-emitting (OLEDs). This emissive organic material was synthesized and named PECCP[poly(3.6-N-2-ethylhexyl carbazolyl cyanoterephthalidene)] which has a strong electron donor group and an electron acceptor group in main chain repeated unit. This material has good solubility in common organic solvents such as chloroform. THF, etc, and has a good stability in air. The Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) technique has the advantage of precise control of the thickness down to the molecular scale, In particular, by varying the film thickness it is possible to investigate the metal/polymer interface. Optimum conditions for the LB film deposition are usually determined by investigating a relationship between a surface pressure $\pi$ and an effective are A occupied by one molecule on the subphase. The LB films were deposited on an indium-tin-oxide(ITO) glass at a surface pressure of 10 mN/m and dipping speed of 12 mm/min after spreading PECCP solution on distilled water surphase at room temperature, Cell structure was ITO/PECCP LB film/Alq$_3$/Al. We considered PECCP as a hole -transport layer inserted between the emissive layer and ITO. We also used Alq$_3$ as an emissive layer and an electron transport layer. We measured current-voltage(I-V) characteristics, UV/visible absorption, PL spectrum and EL spectrum of the OLEDs.

JSAP1과 Kinesin Light Chain 1의 결합 및 결합부위 규명 (JSAP1 Interacts with Kinesin Light Chain 1 through Conserved Binding Segments)

  • KIF5는 2분자의 kinesin heavy chain (KHC)과 2분자의 kinesin light cham (KLC)으로 구성되며 미세소관과 직접 결합한다. KIF5는 여러가지 세포 내 소기관을 이동시키나 KIF5가 이동시키는 운반체가 어떻게 특이적으로 결합하는지는 아직 밝혀지지 못하였다. 본 연구에서 효모 two-hybrid system을 사용하여 KLC1의 tetratricopeptide repeats (TRP) 부위와 결합하는 세포 내의 단백질을 분리하였다. 결과 KLC1와 특이적으로 결합하는JNK/stress-activated protein kinase-associated protein 1 (JSAP1/JIP3)을 분리하였다. 이러한 결합은 KLC1의 TRP1, 2 영역과 JSAP1의 leucine zipper 영역이 결합에 관여하며, 또한 효모 two-hybrid assay에서 JSAP1은 KLC2와 결합하지만 신경세포에서 발현하는 KIF5A, KIF5C 그리고 모든 세포에서 발현하는 KIF5B와는 결합하지 않았다. 단백질간의 결합을 pull-down assay로 확인한 결과 KLC1은 glutathione S-transferase (GST)와는 결합하지 않으나 GST결한 JSAP1과는 결합하였다. 또한 생쥐의 뇌 파쇄 액으로부터 JSAP1 항체로 면역침강을 행한 결과 KLC1은 JSAP1과 같이 침강하였다. 이러한 결과들은 KLC1은 JSAP1과 결합하며, JSAP1은 KLC1의 수용체로세포 내 KIF5의 수송의 매개 단백질로 작용함을 시사한다.
