The widespread use of the Internet has led to the problem of intellectual property and copyright infringement. Digital rights management (DRM) technologies have been developed to protect digital content items. Digital content can be classified into static content (for example, text or media files) and dynamic content (for example, VOD or multicast streams). This paper deals with the protection of a multicast stream on set-top boxes connected to an IP network. In this paper, we examine the following design and architectural issues to be considered when applying DRM functions to multicast streaming service environments: transparent streaming service and large-scale user environments. To address the transparency issue, we introduce a 'selective encryption scheme'. To address the second issue, a 'key packet insertion scheme' and 'hierarchical key management scheme' are introduced. Based on the above design and architecture, we developed a prototype of a multicasting DRM system. The analysis of our implementation shows that it supports transparent and scalable DRM multicasting service in a large-scale user environment.

With rapid progresses in information technologies, managing enterprise network resources as a whole becomes more important. Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) has been used to integrate network elements. TMN is complex to develop and manage because it has a centralized management service. Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) can overcome this complexity by the use of transparent distributed object processing mechanism. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to integrate TMN service with CORBA. A network management repository is built for this integration. In addition, a prototype that can partially support network management service is implemented to illustrate the usefulness of this repository.

본 논문에서 제안한 스마트 음악학습기는 투명패널의 양면에 터치패널을 붙여 디스플레이 부분을 구성한다. 주처리부는 라즈베리 파이를 이용해 구성하고 운영체제는 안드로이드를 사용한다. 투명패널에는 음악교육 콘텐츠가 디스플레이 되고 터치패널 1, 2에서는 학습자와 교수자의 입력을 받아들인다. 터치패널 1, 2에서 입력되는 신호는 주처리부에서 처리과정을 거쳐 음악교육 콘텐츠를 진행을 제어한다. 이러한 제어과정은 양면패널기반 상호작용 교육알고리즘을 설계해 구현하도록 한다. 본 기기는 상호교감 기반의 음악 교육을 목표로 한다. 따라서 이것은 투명패널을 통해 제시되는 음악교육 콘텐츠를 이용하여 면대면 교육을 실시한다. 이러한 방식은 학습자에 대한 반응을 교수자가 실시간으로 알 수 있기 때문에 학습에 대한 이해도와 교육의 질이 향상된다. 또한 학습자의 집중력이 향상되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The overall purposes of this study are to identify actions taken to counter predatory publishing practices as well as to propose an ICT-based model to detect such practices. The need to raise quantitative performance metrics to support career goals has created immense pressure on researchers to publish in the literature as frequently as possible. This "publish or perish" syndrome appears to be fueling a rise in scholarly journals and conferences that provide quicker and easier routes to publication. However, such avenues sometimes involve questionable academic practices with important ethical ramifications. One notable example is the proliferation of predatory publishing, including predatory journals and fake conferences. The widening impact of such activities is beginning to prompt academic societies, publishers, and institutions to take measures. This paper discusses the issues on predatory publishing practices, and some of the actions taken by various stakeholders to address these practices. In order to build a transparent and sustainable scholarly publishing ecosystem, this study highlights multi-dimensional and specific solutions, including reforms to research ethics codes, research management rules, and legal protection from exploitative practices. This paper proposes an ICT-based cooperative model for monitoring of predatory publishers as a potential solution to create a sustainable and transparent infrastructure for a scholarly publication system guarding against misconduct in publishing practices.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

최근 전자상거래가 활성화되고 국가 공공조달 분야 또한 전산화하면서 국가 공공조달을 위한 조달업체 관리 및 평가 시스템에 대한 필요성이 커지고 있다. 민간 기업들은 공급망 전반적인 프로세스를 자동화하고 외부 파트너인 공급사와의 관계를 전략적으로 평가 관리하여 공급망 전체 효율을 높이고자 SRM(supplier relationship management) 시스템을 구축운영하고 있다. 최근 조달청은 국가 공공 조달의 경쟁력을 강화하고 공공조달의 공정성을 확보하고자 SRM 개념을 도입하고 있다. 이를 위해 조달업체 평가 관리와 수요기관이 투명한 조달업체 선정을 할 수 있도록 하는 구매의사결정 지원 프로세스 수립이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 민간 기업에서 활용하고 있는 SRM 시스템을 공공조달에 적용하여, 공정하고 객관적인 공공조달을 위해 조달업체 평가에 필요한 평가지표와 평가모델을 제시하고 이를 공공조달에서 전략적으로 활용하는 방안을 제시한다.

초현실주의 대표적인 작가 르네마그리트가 주장한 데페이즈망 기법은 여러매체에 활용되어지고 응용되어 왔다. TV, CF, 광고등 다양한 매체를 통하여 데페이즈망의 기법들을 적용한 흔히 사용되어지는 소재들을 새로운 낯선 환경에 재배치되었을때 고정관념의 탈피와 시각적 충격을 통해 흥미를 부여하고자 하였다. 서로 다른 용도의 투명스크린과 오브제를 활용하여 프로젝션 맵핑의 매체에 접목하여 작품 '환영'에 데페이즈망 기법을 적용하여 낯선 환경을 통해 시각적 즐거움과, 새로운 미디어로써의 가능성과 투명스크린과 오브제를 활용한 프로젝션 맵핑의 기법을 제시하였다. 데페이즈망의 기법에서 대표적인 공간의 변조, 모순된 이미지의 결합, 물체의 변형과 변화 3가지 분류에 의해 표현방법과 효과를 적용하여 작품사례를 제시하였고, 레이아웃, 타이포그래피, 이미지, 컬러, 시간으로 분류하여 유형별 분석하였다. 작품 '환영'을 통해 프로젝션 맵핑과 데페이즈망 기법을 활용한 새로운 오브제와 매체의 특성을 적용하여 확장하였다.

The WO₃/Ag/WO₃ transparent thin films are fabricated by the RF magnetron sputtering. This has a transmittance of front and rear about 90% in the visible light range and surface resistance of 6.41Ω/□. In this paper, we analyzed the surface characteristics caused by the working pressure and O₂ plasma surface treatment to apply a transparent electrode that was prepared to the laminated structure with other materials. The working pressure was changed in the WO₃ film to 10mTorr, 7mTorr, and 5mTorr, it showed a lower than roughness of conventional ITO. In addition, by 55.5774 J/m² at 5mTorr, it shows the hydrophobic property with lower process pressure. O₂ plasma surface treatment was changed at the condisions of the RF power to 150W, 100W, and 50W and the process time to 240s, 180s, 120s, and 60s. The surface roughness are the maximum roughness(Rmax) 6.437nm and the average roughness(Rq) 0.827nm at RF power 150W, and the maximum roughness (Rmax) 6.880nm and the average roughness (Rq) 0.839nm at process time 240sec. It showed a lower value than the surface treatment. also about working pressure and process time is increased, it showed the hydrophobic.

The purpose of this study is to propose improved apartment management rules so that the inhabitants of apartment houses can manage their apartment in efficient and transparent manners. This study points out several problems of current management system and propose improved apartment management rules by analyzing misconducts of management office, related laws and regulations, standard apartment management rules, these and judicial decisions. Therefore, the inhabitants may refer to this study in establishment or amendment of their apartment management rules.
