It is important who is bound by an arbitration agreement and what is the subject of the agreement in resolving disputes through arbitration. However, there are no provisions on them in the Korean Arbitration Act. Where an arbitration agreement is valid, the persons who are bound by the agreement cannot bring the claims which are the subject of the agreement to a court. Therefore, in determining the subjective scope of the effect of an arbitration agreement, we should make allowances for the essential qualities of arbitration to ensure the efficient resolution of disputes on the basis of the parties' agreement, and take caution not to infringe on the rights to be tried in court. Where the rights or legal relationships constituting the dispute that is the subject of the arbitration agreement have been assigned, the effect of the arbitration agreement between the predecessor and the other party should be extend to the successor, when it is agreed to transfer the status under the arbitration agreement to the successor between the three. However, in the absence of such an agreement, it is necessary to weigh the interests between the predecessor, the other party and the successor to determine whether the arbitration agreement has any effect on the successor. Arbitration is a method of resolving disputes based on the agreement of the parties. If it matters whether third parties who are not parties to the arbitration agreement is bound by the arbitration agreement or may invoke it, it should be resolved according to the intentions of the parties. Where the parties to an arbitration agreement have agreed to allow a third party to invoke the arbitration agreement, the effect of the arbitration agreement will extend to the third party. However, even if the parties to the arbitration agreement have not expressly agreed on this, when it is recognized that the parties have sought to resolve the dispute through arbitration even in relation to a third party by exploring the reasonable intentions of the parties, the effect of the arbitration agreement will extend to the third party.

In this paper we propose a protection mechanism for the debug port. While debug ports are useful tools for embedded device development and maintenance, they can also become potential attack tools for device hacking in case their usage is permitted to hackers with malicious intentions. The proposed approach prevents illicit use of debug ports by controlling access through user authentication, where the device generates and issues authentication token only to the server-authenticated users. An authentication token includes user access information which represents the user's permitted level of access and the maximum number of authentications allowed using the token. The device authenticates the user with the token and grants limited access based on the user's access level. The proposed approach improves the degree of overall security by removing the need to expose the device's secret key. Availability is also enhanced by not requiring server connection after the initial token generation and further by supporting flexible token transfer among predefined device groups. Low implementation cost is another benefit of the proposed approach, enabling it to be adopted to a wide range of environments in demand of debug port protection.

Augmented reality, which has recently drawn great attention, has along history in technical terms. However, the latest emergence of mobile augmented reality using smartphones is allowing people to access augmented reality more easily and faster than ever. However, a review of existing studies shows that most of them have focused on the technical realization of augmented reality, whereas few studies have dealt with how users perceive augmented reality. For users, augmented reality is a means of knowledge transfer, which enables the experience of more abundant reality by providing additional informatio nsources to objects or landscapes. There fore, the element of experience must be considered for the perception of users. In addition, the current augmented reality technology certainly provides users with more fun than any other existing technologies. In this regard, this study intended to divided experiences not only into sensory experiences, but also into entertainment, educational, escapist, and esthetic experiences based on the experience economy theory suggested by Pine and Gilmore(1998). Moreover, this study intended to examine whether mobile augmented reality applications, which are highly popular as a means of the experience economy, influence the usefulness, convenience, and enjoyment perceived by users, and to identify which of these cognitive elements influence usage intentions.

This study is to analyze the relationship between character and human semantic production through research on character visualization artworks and to develop a creative platform that visually expresses the formative and semantic dynamics of characters using the results will be. The 3D spatial interaction system using the character visualization proposed generates the transformation of the character in real time using the interaction with user and the deconstruction of the character structure. Transformations of characters including the intentions of the viewers provide a dynamic visual representation to the viewer and maximize the efficiency of meaning transfer by producing various related meanings. The method of dynamic deconstruction and reconstruction of the characters provided by this system creates special shapes that viewers cannot imagine until now and further extends the interpretation range of the meaning of the characters. Therefore, the proposed system not only induces an active viewing attitude from viewers, but also gives them an opportunity to enjoy watching the artwork and demonstrate creativity as a creator. This system induces new gestures of the viewer in real time through the transformation of characters in accordance with the viewer''s gesture, and has the feature of exchanging emotions with viewers.

Tianjin Goldin Finance 117 tower has an architectural height of 597 m, total of 117 stories, and the coronation of having the highest structural roof of all the buildings under construction in China. Structural height-width ratio is approximately 9.5, exceeding the existing regulation code significantly. In order to satisfy earthquake and wind-resisting requirements, a structure consisting of a perimeter frame composed of mega composite columns, mega braces and transfer trusses and reinforced concrete core containing composite steel plate wall is adopted. Complemented by some of the new requirements from the latest Chinese building seismic design codes, design of the super high-rise building in high-intensity seismic area exhibits a number of new features and solutions to professional requirements in response spectrum selection, overall stiffness control, material and component type selection, seismic performance based design, mega-column design, anti-collapse and stability analysis as well as elastic-plastic time-history analysis. Furthermore, under the prerequisite of economic viability and a series of technical requirements prescribed by the expert review panel for high-rise buildings exceeding code limits, the design manages to overcome various structural challenges and realizes the intentions of the architect and the client.

The development of mobile social networking service (SNS) triggers the growth of social commerce industry. Customers rely considerably on electronic word of mouth (eWOM) to make purchasing decisions. Thus, SNS is an important commercial platform that offers attractive opportunities and challenges to firms. This study sheds light on the role of SNS as a social commerce platform by focusing on WeChat, the most popular SNS in China. This study identifies three different types of trust based on SNS that customers perceive in the context of social commerce. These types of trust are contents trust, source trust, and platform trust. This study suggests the antecedents and consequences of each trust. Our results prove that eWOM intention relies on contents trust and source trust, whereas purchase intention depends on contents trust, source trust, and platform trust. This study also finds that contents trust is positively influenced by source trust and platform trust. Finally, the result verifies the key antecedents of each trust, namely, vividness and timeliness for contents trust, competence, benevolence, and integrity for source trust, and instrumental need and social need for platform trust. The discussion and implications on the findings are provided.

최근 들어 소프트웨어 인력의 가치가 높아짐에 따라 현재 IT기업을 비롯한 많은 기업들은 소프트웨어 인력을 확보하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 중소기업의 비율이 월등히 높은 국내 소프트웨어 시장에서는 인력의 부족률과 높은 이직률은 해결이 되고 있지 않으며 그 중에서도 개발인력의 부족률과 이직률은 가장 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족도가 조직몰입도와 이직의도에 영향을 미친다고 보고, 이직의도를 낮추기 위해 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 바람직한 인력운영 및 업무환경 조성에 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 직무만족 영향요인 중 안정감, 자율성, 일-생활의 균형, 업무환경이 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족에 영향을 준 것으로 검증이 되었다. 또한 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족이 조직몰입도를 높이고 이직의도를 낮추는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 조직몰입도는 직무만족과 이직의도 사이를 부문매개효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.

Korean traditional mask play was done at outdoor to let spectators join the play and take mask at performance and to have disadvantage of poor transfer of dialog to the spectators. Performers transferred dialog directly and/or indirectly by using visual costume, and Tongyeong Ogwangdae with many dialogue expressions concerning the costume made use of proper intention to help spectators understand. In this study, the author watched performance of Tongyeong Ogwangdae to collect and investigate not only image material but also photograph material and to classify intention of the costume into three: First, contents of the dialog were intended to make shape. The costumes of Hongbaek Yangban, Meoktal Yangban and Jorijung of the 2nd section gave spectators contents of the play, and the costume of Halmi Yangban of Nochangtal of the 4th section described dialog of Halmi. Second, dialog had connotative metaphor. The costume of Yeongno of Yeongnotal of the 3rd section symbolized an unfinished dragon, while that of Halmi of Nongchangtal of the 4th section did sacred of Halmi. And, Nongchagtal Ai's costume of the 4th section prayed for value of Ai, richness of the life and fecundity. Third, conflict between characters was intended by indirect media. The costume of Maltukee of metaphor mask of the 2nd section became base of the assertion supporting that Maltukee had better birth history than Yangban had, and the costume of Yeongnoyangban of Yeongnotal of the 3rd section produced conflict at disclosure of identity.

Knowledge sharing, as well as knowledge creation, is the basis for an organization to maintain its competitive advantage. Organizations trying to use knowledge resources for strategic purposes or pursuing knowledge management are now paying more attention to methods to facilitate knowledge sharing. This study aims to find out the answers to the questions below. (1) Which relational or structural factors influence the intentions to share knowledge among groups? (2) Does the intension to share knowledge among groups really influence the knowledge sharing behavior? (3) What are the roles of accessibility on the relationship between intention to share knowledge and behavior of knowledge sharing? (4) Does the behavior of knowledge sharing really improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among groups? Findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the positive relations of the relational and structural factors with the intention to share knowledge among groups are found. However, crisis intensity was found to have no meaningful influence on the intention to share knowledge among groups. After all we could see through additional analysis that it is in curvilinear relation, not linear relation. Second, we examined relation of the intention to share knowledge with the behavior of knowledge sharing among groups. Multiple regression analysis showed that intention to share knowledge among groups had a statistically significant influence on the behavior of knowledge sharing among groups. Third, the moderating effect of accessibility on the relation between the intention to share knowledge and the behavior of knowledge sharing was found to be statistically significant. Fourth, the relation between behavior of knowledge sharing and the effectiveness among groups was found to be statistically significant, but in a negative direction. The findings imply that the quantity of knowledge sharing does not always lead to the effectiveness of knowledge sharing.

This paper examines the American role in shaping South Korean nation-building during the early Cold War by considering how the United States attempted to form South Korea's education and how Koreans responded to these efforts. It looks at education as an arena where "American" ideas such as democracy and liberalism were received, transformed, and utilized by Koreans. This study pays particular attention to the gap between American intentions and Korean expectations, as well as to the competition between American and Japanese systems, which explains the contradictory role America played in South Korean nation-building. In order to better assess the role of the United States in shaping South Korean education, this article considers the complex dynamics between the Japanese legacies, American influence, and Korean actors. Americans had exerted a great effect on Korean education since the beginning of their relationship. American missionaries, U.S. military government, and educational mission teams had all contributed to the expansion of educational opportunities for Koreans. Through the educational institutions that they established or helped establish, Americans tried to spread "their" ideas. In this process, Americans had to struggle with two obstacles: Korean nationalism and the legacies of Japanese colonialism. Many Koreans used American missionary schools for their own purposes and resisted U.S. military government's policies which ignored their desire for self-determination. American education missions had limited effect on Korean education due to the heterogeneous Japanese system that was still influencing South Korea even after liberation. The ways in which Americans have influenced the democratization of South Korea have not been simple. Although "American" democratic ideas reached Koreans through various routes, Koreans understood the "American" idea within their own historical context and in a way that fit their existing socio-political relations. Oftentimes suspicious of "American" democracy, Koreans developed their own concept of democracy. The overall American influence on Korean democratization, as well as on Korean education, was important but limited. While Americans helped Koreans build educational infrastructure and tried to transfer democratic ideas through it, Koreans actors and Japanese colonial legacies limited its impact.
