낙관적 2단계 잠금(O2PL)은 클라이언트 캐쉬를 적절히 사용하고 상대적으로 적은 네트워크 요구량으로 인하여 다른 기법보다 좋거나 같은 성능을 나타낸다. 그러나, 모든 잠금을 얻을 때까지 해당 트랜잭션이 완료될 수 없게 때문에 O2PL은 필요없는 기다림을 만든다. 또한, 낙관적 병행수행 제어(OCC) 기법은 필요없는 철회를 만든다. 본 논문은 이러한 단점들을 완화시킬 수 있는 효율적인 낙관적 캐쉬 일관성 유지 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 트 랜잭션의 완료나 철회를 기다림 없이 결정하며 철회율을 최소화하기 위하여 트랜잭션 재배 열을 사용한다. 제안하는 기법은재배열 기법을 사용함에도 불구하고 각 데이터 당 하나의 버전만을 필요로 한다. 마지막으로, 본 논문은 정량적 평가결과를 통하여 제안하는 기법이 O2PL과 OCC 보다 좋은 성능을 나타낸다는 것을 보인다.

블록체인의 활용이 금융서비스 등에서 우선적으로 진행되고 있고, 중소기업 분야의 경우 블록체인의 활용도와 효과성이 높은 분야로 거론된다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업에 블록체인을 적용했을 때 나타날 수 있는 효과성에 대해서 확인하고 적용 시 우선적으로 필요한 법제적 및 정책적 과제를 살펴보기 위한 논문이다. 이는 관련 주제를 함께 다룸으로서 그 도입에 대한 당위성을 알아보기 쉽게 하기 위함이다. 선행연구의 부족으로 다양한 논문과 보고서를 참고하였으며, 공급사슬관리 최적화, 서류작업의 간략화, 제품 생산성 향상, 자금 흐름 원활화 등의 긍정적 효과가 나타날 수 있다는 것을 확인했다. 또한 전자거래기본법, 전자상거래법, 전자금융거래법, 개인정보보호법에 관한 법제적 보완의 필요성을 확인했으며, 플랫폼 개발, 중소기업 대상 교육 제도, 거래 표준화 지침, 세금 감면 정책, 블록체인 연구 개발을 위한 정책적 보완의 필요성을 확인하였다. 향후 보다 광범위한 실무적인 연구와 구체적인 차원의 개별 법률 연구가 필요하다.

Since the primary purpose of information Engineering focuses on transaction or operation processing, various information needs acquired in Information Strategy Planning phase are not properly utilized from the viewpoint of decision support systems development. In this research, we suggest a case-based reasoning application that supports initial Data Warehouse Modeling by expanding the activities in Information Strategy Planning.

본 논문은 과학기술분야 국제협력의 필요성에 영향을 미치는 요소가 무엇인가에 대해 파악하는 연구이다. 기업의 영역(governance mode) 결정을 설명하는 거래비용이론, 성과측정관점, 그리고 지식기반 관점에 바탕을 둔 가설을 설정한 후, 과학기술 분야의 관련 전문가들로부터 설문서를 받아 실시하였으며, 분석 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견하였다. 첫째, 특정 기술의 세계시장에서의 중요도가 클수록 그 기술에 대한 국제협력의 필요성도 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특정 기술의 기술 선도국과 비교한 상대적 수준이 높을수록 그 기술에 대한 국제협력의 필요성이 작아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기술중요도와 기술수준은 국제협력의 필요성에 대하여 상호적으로 정(+)의 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 기술수준이 높을수록 기술중요도가 국제협력 필요성에 미치는 정(+)의 영향이 더 커지며, 기술중요도가 클수록 기술수준이 국제협력 필요성에 미치는 정(+)의 영향이 더 커지게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 전문성이 높은 경우 기술중요도와 기술수준의 교차항이 강력히 작용하여 기술중요도의 단순작용에서 오히려 부(-)의 영향력이 감지되었다. 기술중요도는 기술수준이 높을 때 기술협력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 기술수준이 낮은 경우에는 기술중요도가 기술협력 필요성을 그다지 높이지(+) 아니하거나 거꾸로 좌절을 느껴 기술협력의 필요성을 못 느끼는 것으로 추정된다. 전문성이 낮은 분야에서는 기술수준 차이가 있어도 기술이 중요하면 기술협력이 필요하다고 답변한 반면, 전문분야에서는 기술수준이 낮으면 기술중요도가 높아도 협력이 그다지 필요하지 않다고 판단한 것이다. 이러한 결과는 설문 대장이 해당 기술에 대한 전문가 여부에 따라 영향을 받음을 보여주고 있다.

Customers' needs change every moment. Profitability of stores can't be increased anymore with an existing standardized chain store management. Accordingly, a personalized store management tool needs through prediction of customers' preference. In this study, we propose a recommending procedure using dynamic customers' preference by analyzing the transaction database. We utilize self-organizing map algorithm and association rule mining which are applied to cluster the chain stores and explore purchase sequence of customers. We demonstrate that the proposed methodology makes an effect on recommendation of products in the market which is characterized by a fast fashion and a short product life cycle.

The concept of quality is revisited to evidence its applicability beyond the product and economic transaction level, to cover every kind of human and social relation. A very important extension indeed in this globalization era, where an increasingly interconnected world badly needs rules and means to improve quality, both at economic and political level. To that aim, some commonplaces about quality need to be exposed to criticism and the close connection between ″value″ and ″quality″ concepts must be highlighted. Generalization of the quality related concepts could appear to be just a theoretical issue were it not for the fact that it opens the door to the extension of ″quality management″ concepts to every kind of organization: from the company to the state to the planet. ″Managing for quality″ appears to be a fundamental issue for all human-made systems.

International electronic commerce is different with international commerce in the aspect using electronic media and non-face transaction so there are some problems as authentication, integrity and non-reputation. These problems of electronic document and signature are resolved from electronic certification system. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce, it needs to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it needs to compare each nation's law or guideline. In conclusion, to resolve problems of certification and develop certification system in the international electronic commerce, we make uniform rule of international electronic certification and harmonize the technology of electronic certification.

Purpose - The logistics industry is often featured by its location relevance and industrial concentration. Industrial concentration is conducive to the effective transmission of information by reducing transaction costs and improving transaction efficiency, thus promoting the development of trade. The main purpose of this paper is to measure the spatial total factor productivity and location quotient of the logistics industry in Korea, and to study the impact of the logistics industry efficiency and agglomeration effect on import and export trade in Korea. Design/methodology - First, used the spatial stochastic frontier method to measure the spatial total factor productivity of the logistics industry in Korea, this serves as the efficiency index of the logistics industry in various regions of Korea. Second, calculated the location quotient (LQ) of the logistics industry to measure the industry's concentration degree. Third, employed a spatial econometric model to analyze the impacts of factors such as the efficiency and concentration levels of the logistics industry on import and export trade in Korea. Findings - This study's main findings can be summarized as follows: this study found that the overall efficiency of the logistics industry in Korea needs to be improved, even though it showed an upward trend in all regions of the country; Moreover, the agglomeration level of Korea's logistics industry needs to be improved; Finally, the positive spatial correlation and industrial agglomeration effect of Korea's logistics industry had a positive impact on the country's import and export trade. Originality/value - This study is innovative in terms of research perspective and methods. Most of the previous studies have measured the development level of the logistics industry using the logistics performance index (LPI), Fewer studies have assessed through the spatial total factor productivity and location quotient of the logistics industry in Korea to measure the efficiency index of the logistics industry in various regions of Korea and concentration degree, as well as there was almost no study on the impact of logistics industry efficiency and agglomeration effect on import and export trade in Korea. This study addresses this limitation by analyzing the impacts of the efficiency and agglomeration effect of the logistics industry on import and export trade in Korea.

International transactions of plant and construction project need to time to time for completing the contract. During the performing the contract there may arise many claims and disputes it should be settled rapidly for processing schedule of works. However, arbitration and litigation for settlement of dispute are inappropriate in time and expense under the specifications of plant and construction project. Dispute boards are one of the successful resolution method of dispute prior to litigation or arbitration. If the dispute board was failed, of course, it may be allowed to continue into litigation or arbitration. As the creative methods of parties agreement, dispute boards may be expected to avoid claims and dispute in long and medium international contract. The purpose of this paper is to explore the specification and limitations of dispute boards that may clear disputes under long and medium contract of construction and procurement. It needs to be understand to determine whether is the useful methods for resolving dispute in the international project. This paper considers the specific natures of dispute board and its rules, procedures and problems including ICC and FIDIC for the contract of long and medium transaction.

If additional condition in letter of credit is used in malicious way, it affects the international trade transaction in jeopardy. Therefore, it's significant to identify whether additional conditions are malicious or ordinary in the transaction with letter of credit. In normal cases, thanks to lots of useful features as an international payment method, such as security of payment, legal protection, and versatility, a letter of credit is widely used in international trade. However, even with these advantageous features, a letter of credit is complicate and costly to use, compared to other payment methods. Furthermore, due to its principle of independence from underlying contract, a use of letter of credit creates another type of concern for proper handling and needs significant caution upon field use. At some points, malicious additional conditions are used for buyer's advantage in deal making and fraud instance in worst situation. In addition, some countries request malicious conditions against sellers as a non-tariff barrier. Therefore it's extremely important to recognize whether malicious additional condition exists in letter of credit and, if so, how to deal with it. This study delivers the information to distinguish and categorize the malicious conditions in various cases and to figure out how to deal with them for safer trade with less risk.
