Construction companies economic to lighten the restrictions on safety education and training due to the domestic recession as long as the global downturn. With this, the Korean government restrictions, but the incidents are being sharply increased nowadays. The construction industry hazardous than any others, so, they insist to reinforce the training for incidents prevention, to be disregarded at the subcontractors of the bigger construction companies problems. According to these matters, this study hereby surveyed regarding their suggestions for the improvements of the training concepts through questionnaires below.

Recently computer graphic technology has achieved remarkable development. Applications of this technology to various fields are expected. In this study, one application of computer graphics to the medical field is shown. We developed a rehabilitation system of hand manipulation using virtual reality aiming to offer enjoyable rehabilitation training to physically handicapped people with upper limb disabilities. This rehabilitation system generates training environments for upper limbs, such as moving balls in virtual space of computer. And by using data glove as a sophisticated input device, a user can manipulate objects in virtual space by his hand. By using this rehabilitation system, a user can have rehabilitation training under various conditions without feeling tedious.

Telematic and new programming technologies support the increasing demand of education and training leading to the delivery of computer based learining systems open to distance and continuing education. Using LabVIEW, we designed and implemented an interactive learning environment for practice on electronics measurement methodologies. The environment provides remote access to real and simulated instrumentation and guided experiments on basic circuits. The environment is applied to the education and training on electronics for engineers in the field of semiconductor industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate beginning earth science teachers' perceptions about Learning in Geologic Field Trip. The hundred and sixteen high school earth science teachers who were in the training for their promotion answered the questionnaire of Learning in Geologic Field Trip. It was divided into five parts: needs and educational values, teachers' experiences and their difficulties, and desirable teaching methods of Learning in Geologic Field Trip. Results indicated that the participants perceived Learning in Geologic Field Trip important in earth science education and responded positively to the educational values of Learning in Geologic Field Trip. Most of the beginning teachers had experience of geologic field trip, but did not learn how to teach it to their students during the geologic field trip in the pre-service training program. It was shown that only a few teachers had experience of geologic field trip and of teaching students in the outdoor of geologic fields after they became a classroom teacher. Most of the participants perceived that teaching students about the geologic field trip is difficult because of lack of their experience. In order to overcome the difficulty, teachers suggested that they need to learn how to teach the geologic field trip to students through their in-service training. leachers suggested that a desirable teaching method of the geologic field trip is to provide teachers with a teacher's manual including geological explanation and information about field trip sites before their visit so that they can scaffold it and facilitate the students' cooperative group activity during the field trip. As a follow up activity, the participants agreed that the presentation and discussion about the results should concur.

Mobile computing devices (MCDs), such as smartphones and tablets, are revolutionizing medical practice. These devices are almost universally available and offer a multitude of capabilities, including online features, streaming capabilities, high-quality cameras, and numerous applications. Within the surgical field, MCDs are increasingly being used for simulations. Microsurgery is an expanding field of surgery that presents unique challenges to both trainees and trainers. Simulation-based training and assessment in microsurgery currently play an integral role in the preparation of trainee surgeons in a safe and informative environment. MCDs address these challenges in a novel way by providing valuable adjuncts to microsurgical training, assessment, and clinical practice through low-cost, effective, and widely accessible solutions. Herein, we present a review of the capabilities, accessibility, and relevance of MCDs for technical skills acquisition, training, and clinical microsurgery practice, and consider the possibility of their wider use in the future of microsurgical training and education.

Purpose: The effectiveness of research ethics education in enabling researchers to think and judge ethically in conducting research. It is a fundamental solution for the establishment of research ethics in the research field, not only for current researchers but also for the next generation. It measured various variables related to ethics that can lead to ethical behavior through a quasi-experimental design to support the reliability of the study. Research Design, data and methodology: Examine prior research on research ethics and explore current research ethics education and practice. It aims to study how to effectively implement and validate specific aspects of research ethics. To investigate, study, and validate research ethics education and research ethics systems. Results: It is defined as the effectiveness or value of training as measured by changes in knowledge and behavior in reaction, learning, behavior, and outcome evaluations measured after learning. Conclusions: For the effectiveness of research ethics education, various support measures need to be mobilized for the spread and establishment of research ethics education. Formalized and continuous research ethics education is needed. It is important that the knowledge acquired through long-term and consistent research ethics training is transferred to ethical behavior in the research field.

IT vocational training teachers in ICT develop an important role in helping the unemployed and job seekers to move beyond job skills delivery to enable people to live with others. In order to analyze the vocational identity and vocational adaptation process of IT vocational training teachers, we selected the qualitative research methods of ethnography and selected IT vocational training teachers of D training institution in Daejeon. This study is meaningful in that it explored the inner world of teachers' vocational consciousness and identity which had not been studied in the vocational training and education field.

This paper seeks to use case studies of training programs for teachers at US K-12 schools to provide a model for developing training programs in South Korea for Korean language teachers overseas, and to consider directions for the future. Toward the end, we review examples of professional development programs for Korean language instructors at US K-12 schools that we have developed and conducted between 2011 and 2016. By comparing these programs with the results of post-program assessments, we explore ways of improving those programs. To respect teachers' wishes, these training programs have attempted to strike a balance between cultural and linguistic education while focusing more on workshops, debates, and field trips than on theoretical lectures. The difficulty of operating such programs is the difference in the teachers' individual circumstances and educational context, which necessitates giving teachers an opportunity to discuss the content of the program and find ways to apply it to their own circumstances. To resolve such difficulties, the training programs that we develop should avoid predetermined curriculums and should not be focused on simple drills or the trainer. Instead, these programs should take the approach of proactively incorporating contents desired by the participating teachers by starting with the situations, needs, and tasks of each of those teachers.

In this paper, the effects of educational contents on job behavior, the effects of job behavior on job effectiveness and the effects of educational contents on job effectiveness were studied when working in the Software field. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning workers who conducted the training in the IT field, and 302 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The research model was set up to test exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis, and the research hypothesis was tested by applying structural equation. The effects of job behavior on job effectiveness were positively related to job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational commitment.
