Most authorities of the Total Quality Management.(TQM) movement emphasize learning and training as an integral part of TQM, and it is well accepted in practice. However, despite this strong normative emphasis on its role, learning and training has not been systematically addressed in the TQM literature for its contents and a, pp.oaches. I first review the concept of TQM, its principles and implementation process to indentify the needs for learning and training, and the nature of experiential learning and training. I then discuss the necessity and effectiveness of experiential learning and training in TQM.

In this paper, an assembly education training system is presented using AR (augmented reality). The effectiveness of the training using the proposed system is verified on a PC assembly training experiment. The experimental results confirmed the training using the proposed system is more effective than that using the conventional systems based on texts and images by reducing the assembly (task) time.

The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

본 연구의 목적은 선택형 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수에 참여한 고등학교 수학교사들의 경험을 바탕으로 평가 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수 프로그램의 효과 제고 요인을 밝히기 위한 것으로, 이를 위하여 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연수 한 팀에 교사 5명이 참여하였고 연수 후 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 두 차례의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 자료에 대한 질적 분석을 통해 선택형 평가 문항 연수의 효과 제고 요인을 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 연수 프로그램 효과 제고 요인은 집중 훈련 가능한 프로그램 구조(소규모 인원의 협력학습, 적정량의 집중적인 훈련), 문항 제작 습관 표면화와 수정(사전과제를 통한 문항 제작습관 표면화, 문항 제작에 대한 즉각 피드백), 교사간 공감대 형성(적극적인 학습태도, 문항 제작 과정 공유), 평가 문항 제작 전문성에 대한 자기 성찰(문항 제작 과정에 대한 반성, 문항 제작 전문성 중 취약점 자각)이었다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 평가 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' recognition on field practice and effectiveness of creativity and character education. This study used post tests to examine the effects of teacher training for creativity and character education on 451 teachers. The results were as follows. Firstly, the average in satisfaction of teacher training for creativity and character education was 4.65 for elementary teachers and 4.35 for secondary teachers in summer, and 4.55 for elementary teachers and 4.42 for secondary teachers in winter. Secondly, effectiveness of teacher training on creativity and character education was showed highly as more than 4.0 and was higher in winter than in summer. Thirdly, in the case of field practice and effectiveness of teacher training for creativity and character education, the average of elementary teachers(3,66) was higher in respect of educational environment than that of secondary teachers(3.20) and the averages of elementary teachers and secondary teachers were 3.85 and 3.42 in respect of subject activity, respectively. In practising creativity and character education, it was analyzed that both elementary(ave. 3.89) and secondary(ave. 3.84) teachers went through some difficulties for curriculum reconstruction, development of instructional model, program development, and human and physical supports.

웹기반 훈련의 장점은 융통성이 있는 교육의 전달, 쉬운 강의전달, 등록을 통한 보안, 쉬운 컨텐츠의 갱신이다. 또한 WBT는 강력한 교수적 환경을 제공하고 있다. WBT의 가장 중요한 교수적 장점은 풍부한 멀티미디어 자료를 학습자한테 제공한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 교육대학교에서 운영될 컴퓨터교육교과의 교육과정을 제안하고, 제안된 교육과정을 포함하는 컴퓨터교육 교과의 웹기반 훈련시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학생의 학습부분, 강사의 교수부분 그리고 운영자의 관리부분으로 구성된다. 또한 시스템의 효율성에 관한 여러 가지의 질문에 대한 답을 학생들에게 받아 본 시스템의 효율성과 약점을 보여준다.

급증하는 사이버 위협에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해, 사이버전사의 훈련, 기술검증 지원, 전투실험 임무는 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 실 운용 망에서 이를 수행하는 것은 많은 제약이 따르므로, 평상시 끊임없이 수행하기 위한 환경 및 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사이버전사의 훈련 및 기술검증 지원을 위해 실(live)/가상(virtual) M&S 기반의 시스템 및 기능을 제안하고, 전투실험을 위해 구성(constructive) M&S 기반의 시스템 및 기능을 제안한다. 실제와 유사한 환경에서 다양한 시나리오를 기반으로 훈련을 수행함으로써 사이버전에 대한 사이버전사의 역량을 강화하고, 대규모 전장 환경의 사이버 위협에 대한 피해 영향을 사전에 분석함으로서 대응책 마련에 유용하게 활용가능하다.

Background: In occupational studies, it is a known situation that technical and organizational attempts are used to prevent occupational accidents. Especially in the mining sector, if these attempts cannot prevent occupational accidents, personal protective equipment (PPE) becomes a necessity. Thus, in this study, the main objective is to examine the effects of the variables on the use of PPE and identify important factors. Methods: A questionnaire was implemented and structural equation modeling was conducted to ascertain the significant factors affecting the PPE use of mining employees. The model includes the factors that ergonomics, the efficiency of PPE and employee training, and PPE usage habit. Results: The results indicate that ergonomics and employee training have no significant effect (p > 0.05) on the use of PPE. The efficiency of PPE has a statistically meaningful effect (p < 0.05) on the use of PPE. Various variables have been evaluated in previous studies. However, none of them examined the variables simultaneously. Conclusion: The developed model in the study enables to better focus on ergonomics and employee training in the PPE usage. The effectiveness of a PPE makes its use unavoidable. Emphasizing PPE effectiveness in OHS training and even showing them in practice will increase employees' PPE usage. The fact that a PPE with high effectiveness is also ergonomic means that it will be used at high rates by the employee.

Objectives : This study developed an AI-based patient chatbot and examined the usability and educational effectiveness of the chatbot in the context of Korean medicine education. Methods : The patient chatbot was developed using the AI chatbot builder 'Danbee', and a total of five experts were surveyed and interviewed to determine the usability, effectiveness, advantages, disadvantages, and improvement points of the chatbot. Results : The patient chatbot was found to have high usability and educational effectiveness. The advantages of the patient chatbot were 1) it provided students with practical experience in performing clinical skills, 2) it provided instructors with assessment materials while reducing their teaching burden, and 3) it could be effectively used for horizontal and vertical integration education. The disadvantages and improvements of the patient chatbot were 1) improving the accuracy of intention inference, 2) providing students with specific instructions for problem-solving activities, and 3) providing assessment results and feedback about students' activities. Conclusions : This study is significant in that it proposes a new training method to overcome the limitations of the existing doctor-patient simulation. It is hoped that this study will stimulate further research on the improvement of students' clinical skills using artificial intelligence.

Purpose : The comparative effectiveness of without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCPR) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR) in CPR. Methods : The CPR instruction to 774 students and faculties in universities and colleges. There selected without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCRP) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR). Compare the effectiveness to sills performance of DCPR and NDCPR students and faculties of according to the CPR. Results : 397(51%) students and faculties was DCPR and 377(49%) students and faculties was NDCPR. There was no difference in the compression depth, hand position, adequacy of recoil, volume of ventilation, self-confidence, and willingness to do CPR between the two instructional methods. Conclusion : Under the guide of dispatcher-assisted CPR instruction integrated into mobil phone, novice could perform more effective CPR. This method could be used as a supplement to CPR practice and skill retention.
