  • The study empirically examines if transformational leadership and implementation of corporate training programs positively affect employees' affirmative psychology toward the organization, which has been actively studied in 2000s meeting the needs of the times. The study, further, examines if the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization has any significant relationship with perceived organizational support, The study finally examines if the perceived organizational support has any influence on organizational performance. Researchers have recently studied on these issues, but there have been few empirical studies. In addition to those causal relationships, the study also examines how the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization and perceived organizational support moderate those relationships, if any, among the variables, by which the study would contribute to building theoretical foundation of affirmative psychology. The results show that all the studied relationships be accepted as hypothesized, which may imply that leaders should exploit their own leadership capacity and organizations should improve their corporate training programs, which may consequently have positive impacts on organizational performance.

In order to realize the object of perfamance rating system, the training on chief nurses are quite important. Also, careful practices and continuous supplementary training are required before the system is introduced.First of all, the appropriate evaluation can be mad by continuing to record the rating objects every day for the purpose of obtaining the objectivity of rating. 4. In course of transfering of the position and training, the induction of self-rating system and presentation of self-description is required to supplement functionally the performance rating system. 5. For the efficiency of nurses' performance rating system, the results of performance rating system must be reflected in promotion, allocation and training course, which makes the nurses have the motives and the organization accomplish the goal of modern nursing through its activation.

  • The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

  • Background and Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the audiologic results after cochlear implantation (CI) in older patients and the degree of improvement in their quality of life (QoL). Subjects and Methods: Patients over 65 years old who underwent CI at implant center in Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital were included in this study (n=54; 34 males and 20 females). The control group was patient over 65 years old with normal hearing (n=54; 34 males and 20 females). We administered three questionnaires [World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF), World Health Organization Quality of Life-OLD (WHOQOL-OLD)], and Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) to evaluate the QoL, CIrelated effects on activities of daily life, and social activities in all the subjects. Moreover, correlations between speech recognition and the QoL scores were evaluated. The duration of implant use and comorbidities were also examined as potential factors affecting QoL. Results: The patients had remarkable improvements (the mean score of postoperative speech perception 75.7%) in speech perception after CI. The scores for the WHOQOL-OLD and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire responses were similar in both the study and control groups, except those for a two subdomains (social relations and social participation). The patients with longer-term CI had higher scores than those with short-term CI use. In general, the changes in GDS scores were not significant (p<0.05). Conclusions: The treatment of hearing loss with CI conferred significant improvement in patient's QoL (p<0.01). The evaluation of QoL can provide multidimensional insights into a geriatric patient's progress and, therefore, should be considered by audiologists.

  • This study has been analyzed to write an ideal training evaluation table after analyzing validity of content organization and assigning score of evaluating elements of clinical practice of Dept. of dental technology. 220 junior students who are studying dental technology in D university in Daegu were questioned to analyze the relationship of content organization and score of clinical practice evaluation table. The corrected material has been inspected by SAS V8 for Windows. The results are as following. 1. The validity of content organization of clinical practice evaluation table has a result which can be reliable over than 70% but the validity of score shows low reliance. c 2. The validity of content organization of detail elements of clinical practice evaluation shows that overuse of material and attentiveness(3.78) and responsibility (3.60) are high response but in score organization, the validity shows that safety measure(2.36) when controling machines, arrangement(2.98) after use and ability (2.98) of solving problems are very low. 3. In the elements without interpersonal relation, it shows that those are related to each other. its grading is p < 0.01 so it appears to be meaningful. 4. In result of analyzing the effect to 'studying amount' mark in clinical practice evaluation mark, it appears the element of attitude for job to affect it. And in result of analyzing the effect to 'training attitude' mark, it appears the element of 'controling machines' to affect it. For these results, to be a better evaluation tool, it should be modified by continuous research with arranging evaluation elements to be marked differently in between elements.
