Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction towards clinical training institution according to clinical practice contents in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 382 dental hygiene students of five colleges in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do from August 20 to September 30, 2013. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program for t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The questionnaire consisted of the general characteristics of the subjects and the satisfaction towards the clinical training institution. The satisfaction was composed of 44 questions including the general satisfaction, practice contents, practice guide, training time of practice, training environment, practice evaluation, and personal relationship by Likert 5 point scale. Results: The students were most satisfied with the practice contents of the dental university hospitals. The dental hospital and dental clinics were the most satisfied choice in the personal relationships. Public health center dental clinics bestowed the students with the most satisfied practice guidance, time, environment, and evaluation. Practice contents and practice time were the most influential factors to dental hygiene department satisfaction to the students. Conclusions: In order to enhance the clinical practice satisfaction, it is necessary to have the continuous relationship with the clinical training institution. The practice satisfaction is influenced by the contents and environment of the clinical training institution.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate role·activity factors, ideal·value factors stress and stress amount relationship in clinical practice of dental hygiene students. Methods: The participate in this study were 231 dental hygiene department students. the survey was conducted from August 24 to September 30, 2018, using a structured questionnaire(1040460-A-2018-036). The collected data were compared and analyzed using a ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: The factors affecting the amount of stress were investigated. Role and activity factors stress in case of too much assignment, repeat simple and funtional work, ideal and value factors stress in case of utilized as a subsidiary work practice institution rather than clinical practice, lake of awareness that the training institution is a trainee. Conclusions: School institution and departments form organic relationships with industries. Uniform training guidance for each training institution does not help with diversity or creativity and problem-solving skills. It gives some autonomy to the training guidance of training institutions, also a clear standard for the contents of the training. we need a system that can provide and evaluate basic guidelines for what students can do in clinical practice.

The study figures out the alternatives of training BIM design experts which is the biggest obstacle in training manpower of professional BIM designer, the largest problem when the plant introduce BIM design about the change in Construction Environment by Equipment Based BIM Design in reality of design followed by equipment based BIM design, education institution plan. BIM is the system which is built to make these information be used easier and technique which enables design construction and maintenance in 3-dimensional virtual space by designing buildings in 3-dimensional space, and by data-basing the generated information of every life-cycle information. As the essential contents of the study, educational institutions with the public authority should invest the opening of educational programs, recruit of experts and development of textbooks from a long-term perspective. And also, the role of public institution is important above all for the development of construction industry.

The educational process and result of Higher Maritime Educational Institution. The educational process and result of Higher Maritime Educational Institution should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watchkddping for Seafares(STCW) 1978. Actuall above-mentioned evaluation is deemed to make foundation in order to enhance the efficiency of shipboard education by surveying the satisfaction of shipboard training for Marine Engineering part cadets by the group. In this paper we carried out the questionnaire survey to study stisfactory value and the reason of dissatisfaction of 89 cadets being trained on board the Training Ship in Maritime College of Korea Maritime University The results were calculated by frequency and percentage; the significance of difference among Department groups like Marine Engineering Maritime polic and Ship Operating Systems Engineering Engineering was analysed by $x^2$ inspection.

The purpose of this study is to understand the educational types and educational status of institutions that operate virtual training contents distributed by K University's Online Lifelong Education Center and to examine the role and improvement measures of institutions that supply virtual training contents. To this end, a survey was conducted on 56 institutions that operate virtual training contents distributed by K University's Online Lifelong Education Center in 2020, and a survey of 44 institutions that responded finally was analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, virtual training education media responded that a total of 52 courses were applied to the content process using PC, the theory+virtual training type is the most, and one to two weeks of practice period were the most. In addition, when looking at the current status of education, the subjects of virtual training were mainly students, and the institution itself recruited, and the largest number of respondents was 1-20, the number of courses opened was 1-3, and the number of teachers and instructors in charge was 1-3. Second, they responded that it is necessary to develop various virtual training contents as a virtual training content supply institution, present ways to apply and utilize virtual training curriculum, and improve the quality of virtual training content. Third, as an improvement plan for virtual training content distribution institutions, it demanded strengthening the linkage of virtual training content, training using virtual training content by teachers and instructors, suggesting various virtual training content linkage, and strengthening virtual training content quality management. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it identified the overall operation status and status of virtual training content management institutions and examined ways to establish and improve the role of public virtual training supply institutions.

The third, Improvement of education training course People were satisfied with the contents of lectures and educator more than half to some degree, but there was a question of time, communication, contents. we should try to remedy things like this. The fourth, Adjustment of education training time The 60% people of all were not satisfied with the time of education training about new duty. we need to intensify and oversee a duty training and the restructure of training time. The fifth, Fairness of valuation reward and punishment in education training The 80% people of all had the bad feeling against reward and punishment, so we tried to let fairness of valuation, reward and punishment completed by educational institution. The sixth, Establishment of the institution for special guard special guard have to be raised by special institution, but lacking of educational program, educational facility, educational Environment, university took the place of government as institution in raising special guard, education still leave much to be desired. so to develop the industry of a civil security, government or a guard association will set up the school of training, education, system about civil security as a whole. The seventh, Improvement of education training form People have to be taught for 80 hours in education training. according to questionnaire, over 75%people wanted to lodge at education accommodation, so in doing education training, we need to improve a system and form. The eighth, Operation of education training suitable for a characteristic in jobs In the education of 80 hours, common courses will need to be carried out together, depending on class, the object of national facility, inspection and practice will need to be done. maybe this can be the improvement of growing up education training. In the result of the study, we need to build up the satisfaction of education training through a lot of opinion like program, system, circumstances. Keep in mind that the paper was a few of problems because of the limit of the survey of 132 peoples, accordingly we try to collect a survey related with this around country. especially this will need to be asked for harmony between the law and the background of system. in the future, to develop the special guard service, increase the demand of this service, have to raised the expert and the special guard service has to enlarge.

At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. and yet, the initial step of on-the-job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a begining stage. this study is focusing on the on-the job training in the area of tourism major in university. To solve the problems and to get rid of these weakpoint, the cooperative institution controling the tourism educational institution in the University. On top of that, some useful measures should be taken. The improved educational programs, appropriate curriculum, proper supervision for the trainees, correlation with school learningand on-the-job training, and flow of human resources between input levels and output levels. Hereafter finer and better study of this subject will be hopefully continued.

In this paper, the basic planning for the creation of consolidated agricultural institutions of Choongcheongnam -Do and its management schemes were established. These institutions, including rural development office, farmers'training institution, original seeding field of farm crops, agriculturial information center, packing design center, agricultural machinery repair center, agricultural scientific conference hall, agricultural museum, agricultural park, farmers'hall and event plaza, are planned to be created. The required area for the site is 1,246,781 m2. 281-22 Jongkyung-Ri, Sinam-Myun, Yesan-Gun, Choongcheongnam-Do and its surroundings is a proper site for the creation of'consolidated agricultural institution because the actual conditions of the soil, traffic network, irrigation and drainage, tourist routes and human resources are very good. The layout of the facilities that would comprise an agricultural institution was organized in consideration of the functions and roles of each facility and the relationships among facilities in this consolidated agricultural institution. It is desirable that the headquaters of consolidated agricultural institution oversees the management department, the planning $.$ administration $.$ information department, the rural development office, the farmers'training institution, the original seeding field of farm crops and the agricultural park.
