체중부하 훈련이 대칭적 체중지지율에 미치는 효과 (Effects of weight bearing training on symmetrical weight supporting rate)

  • This study is research for effect of the involved lower limb weight bearing training on symmetrical weight supporting rate improvement by practicing involved lower limb weight bearing training of three weeks period to improve standing equilibrium problem with asymmetric weight supporting rate of hemiplegia. In result of the study, it has shown that P-value incase of involved supporting rate is lower than level of significance $\alpha$<.05 and mean improvement rate of experienced group is higher in comparison with controlled group and experienced group. In changing quantity of involved maximum supporting rate, P-value is .26 and higher than level of significance $\alpha$<.05, and so it did not show significant difference statistically. But in case of experienced group between pre and post-test, involved side supporting rate and involved side maximum supporting rate showed significant improvement in all. In comparison of relative characteristic training effect difference, it was shown that train-learning effect on case of 40-60 years old, hemorrhagic patient and standard body bun of patient is valuable, which showed significant improvement in case of paralytic side and disease period, it did not show significant difference on excercise learning effect in two above cases. In the above result, we can say that continuous weight bearing training on the involved lower limb for three weeks period help improve the involved side supporting rate of hemiplegia. Accordingly, the weight bearing training on the involved lower limb is training method that patient can easily train with simple guidance of therapists, without being special expensive equipment. Furthermore it can be helpful to establish home therapeutic plan for hemiplegia through education of a patron.

Uncontrolled Manifold Analysis of Whole Body CoM of the Elderly: The Effect of Training using the Core Exercise Equipment

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the core muscle strength enhancement of the elderly on 8 weeks training using the core exercise equipment for the elderly on the ability to control the whole-body center of mass in posture stabilization. Method: 16 females (10 exercise group, 6 control group) participated in this study. Exercise group took part in the core strength training program for 8 weeks with total of 16 repetitions (2 repetitions per week) using a training device. External perturbation during standing as pulling force applied at the pelvic level in the anterior direction was provided to the subject. In a UCM model, the controller selects within the space of elemental variables a subspace (a manifold, UCM) corresponding to a value of a performance variable that needs to be stabilized. In the present study, we were interested in how movements of the individual segment center of mass (elemental variables) affect the whole-body center of mass (the performance variable) during balance control. Results: At the variance of task-irrelevant space, there was significant $test^*$ group interactions ($F_{1,16}=7.482$, p<.05). However, there were no significant main effect of the test ($F_{1,16}=.899$, p>.05) and group ($F_{1,16}=1.039$, p>.05). At the variance of task-relevant space, there was significant $test^*$ group interactions ($F_{1,16}=7.382$, p<.05). However, there were no significant main effect of the test ($F_{1,16}=.754$, p>.05) and group ($F_{1,16}=1.106$, p>.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the 8 weeks training through the core training equipment for the elderly showed a significant decrease in the $Vcm_{TIR}$ and $Vcm_{TR}$. This result indicates that the core strength training affects the trunk stiffness control strategy to maintain balance in the standing position by minimizing total variability of individual segment CMs.

3D TV 시청 환경에서 수렴 훈련에 의한 시각적 불편감의 감소 (Effects of the Convergence Training on Reduction of Visual Discomfort in 3D TV Environment)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 불편감을 최소로 유지한 상태에서 3D 자극의 깊이를 늘려나가는 수렴 훈련을 통해 시각적 불편감이 감소되는지를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 실험집단은 수렴 훈련에 사용된 자극의 입체시 깊이가 순차적으로 변화하는지 무선적으로 변화하는지에 따라 두 개의 훈련 집단으로 나뉘었다. 수렴 훈련은 약 2주 간격으로 3회 실시되었으며 훈련 집단의 융합영역(fusional range)을 증가시켰다. 수렴 훈련이 시각적 불편감에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 훈련 회기의 전과 후에 3D 영상을 시청하게 한 뒤, 주관적인 시각적 불편감을 설문 문항으로 측정하였다. 실험 결과, 시각적 불편감은 훈련 자극의 깊이를 순차적으로 변화시킨 훈련집단에서 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 반복된 수렴 훈련이 3D 환경에서 시각적 불편감을 줄이는 데 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

비정규직 유형별 교육훈련의 임금 및 고용안정성 효과 (Training Effects on Wage and Employment Security by the Non-Standard Worker Types)

  • 본 연구에서는 경제활동인구 부가조사 자료를 이용하여 비정규직의 세부유형별로 직업훈련의 임금 및 고영안정성 효과를 분석하였다. 성향점수매칭방법을 통하여 선택 편의가 없는 처치효과의 추정치를 구하여 분석한 결과, 정규직의 훈련에 따른 임금효과는 4.2%로 비정규직 가운데 유의하게 나타난 기간제 근로의 2.7%보다 훨씬 높게 나타났다. 통제된 데이터를 기반으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 정규직의 정규직 유지를 분석한 결과, 훈련참여 여부는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나 훈련시간은 유의하게 나타났으며, 비정규직의 정규직 전환의 경우에는 기간제 근로에서만 훈련참여 여부 및 훈련시간 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 비정규직 유형 중 기간제가 직업훈련의 임금이나 고용효과 모두에서 긍정적으로 나타난 결과는 정규직과 유사하게 사용자와 피고용인의 관계가 다른 비정규직 유형에 비해 보다 명확하기 때문인 것으로 해석된다.

중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Education and Training of Small Businessess on Improving Job Satisfaction and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 활용도와 참여형 실습시간 충분도였으며 직무대응도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사내 교육훈련의 품질, 교육훈련 활용도, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났다. 향후 지속적 교육훈련 참여 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 정보 접근성, 교육장 위치 및 교육 환경, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났으며 여성과 생산직 근로자의 교육훈련 참여 의지가 높았고 20대, 3-5년 근속 근로자의 교육훈련 만족도가 상대적으로 낮아 이를 높일 필요가 있다고 평가된다. 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 사내 교육훈련의 성과를 높이기 위해 효과적인 요인을 탐색하고 그 영향력을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

실습선 승선실습 만족이 해기 교육생의 진로 동기에 미치는 영향 (The effect of satisfaction for on-board training on the training ship to the career motivation)

  • In this study, we investigated how satisfaction with on-board training had an effect on career motivation of the trainees. For this purpose, satisfaction for on-board training and career motivation were used as variables. Satisfaction for on-board training were classified into education, environment and operation, and then measurement items were composed. Career motivation consisted of career identity, career insight and career resilience. To establish and test nine hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted by 57 trainees who participated in the Gyeongsang National University on-board sailing training in 2021. To analyze the questionnaire responses, frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and paired sample t-test were used. As a result of factor analysis, six factors for satisfaction for on-board training were derived. Among the factors, it was analyzed that satisfaction with assignments, the satisfaction with accommodation, and the satisfaction with the adequate condition of facilities and equipment had a significant effect on career motivation. In addition, it was found that career motivation significantly increased through on-board training as a result of comparing the difference between the averages of career motivation before and after on-board training.

로봇보조 보행훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 운동학적 요인에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Robot Assisted Gait Training on Kinematic Factors of the Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose : The goal of this study is to examine the effect of robot assisted gait training (RAGT) on the kinematic factors (temporospatial gait parameters, gait cycle ratio, and gait line length) of gait in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects of this study were 24 stroke patients selected by inclusion criteria. Participants were randomly allocated to two groups: robot assisted gait training (n=11) and general neurological physical therapy group (n=11). In the robot-assisted gait training group, robot-assisted gait training was mediated for 30 minutes a day in addition to general neurological physical therapy. The general neurological physical therapy group was mediated by general neurological physical therapy for 30 minutes a day in addition to general neurological physical therapy. The number of interventions was 5 times a week for 5 weeks. In order to compare the kinematic factors of walking between the two groups, gait analysis was performed before and after 5 weeks of training using the Zebris gait analysis system. Results : As a result of the gait analysis of the two groups, there were significant differences in temporospatial gait variables (step length, stride length, step width, step time, stride time), gait cycle ratio (swing phase, stance phase) and gait line length. However, there was no significant difference in the cadence (temporospatial gait parameters) in the robot assisted gait training group compared to general neurological physical therapy group. Conclusion : It is considered to be a useful treatment for stroke patients to promote the recovery of gait function in stroke patients. Based on the results of this study, continuous robot assisted gait training treatment is considered to have a positive effect on gait ability, the goal of stroke rehabilitation. In the future, additional studies should be conducted on many subjects of stroke patients, the kinematic factors of the legs according to the severity of stroke and treatment period, and the effect of gait training.

유산소운동과 diacylglycerol 섭취가 비만인의 혈중 지질성분 및 안정 시 대사량의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Combined Effects of Aerobic Exercise Training and Diacylglycerol Ingestion on Blood Lipid Profiles and Resting Metabolic Rate Changes in Obese Man)

  • 본 연구는 체지방을 감소시키는데 효과적이라는 diacylglycerol (DG) 섭취와 유산소운동이 체구성비의 변화 및 혈중지질 개선에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 안정 시 대사량 변화를 관찰함으로써 임상적 및 대사적 측면에서 비만 개선 효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구의 대상은 의학적으로 다른 질병을 동반하지 않은 비만 남자 대학생으로서 연구의 의의를 충분히 이해하고 자발적으로 참여 의사를 밝힌 사람으로 선정하였으며, 체지방 측정 후 25%미만인 자와 흡연자는 대상에서 제외하였다. 모든 피험자들은 기본검사와 사전검사가 끝난 후 세가지(D, E, DE) 집단에 6명씩 무선 배정하였다. 첫 번째 실험군(D)은 diacylglycerol 섭취 조건으로 12주 동안 diacylglycerol을 섭취하였고, 두 번째 실험군(E)은 12주 동안 러닝 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 마지막 세번째 실험군(DE)은 12주 동안 diacylglycerol 섭취와 유산소 트레이닝을 실시하였으며, 본 연구결과 모든 그룹에서 12주 동안의 그룹별 처치가 진행됨에 따라 체지방이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 안정 시 대사량은 D그룹을 제외하고 모든 그룹에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 운동과 다이아실글리세롤 섭취에 따라 콜레스테롤의 감소가 일어났다. 추후 카테콜라민, CAMP, HSL, Insulin 등과 같은 지방대사와 관련된 항목들에 대한 추가적인 분석이 이루어짐으로써, DG섭취와 트레이닝의 비만개선효과를 보다 신뢰성 높게 예측할 수 있으리라 본다.

시각적인 상상연습 훈련과 운동 감각적인 상상연습 훈련이 편마비 환자의 균형능력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Motor Imagery Training with Visual and Kinesthetic Imagery Training on Balance Ability in Post Stroke Hemiparesis)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to compare the effect of two conditions (visual and kinesthetic) of motor imagery training on static and dynamic balance. Methods : Fifteen patients with post-stroke hemiparesis volunteered to participate in this study. Two motor imagery training conditions, for 10minute trials, employed with audiotape instructions. Measurements were performed at pretest, posttest and 1-hour follow up in both static and dynamic balance. Results : Measures were significantly different both static and dynamic balance tests between treatment conditions (kinesthetic imagery more than visual imagery) at the pretest, post test, and 1-hour follow-up (p<.05). Measures of both static and dynamic balance tests, for both conditions, improved significantly from pretest to posttest (p<.05), and was maintained at 1-hour follow up. Conclusion : This study showed that both imagery training applications were effective treatment strategies for both static and dynamic balance. When comparing the two treatment conditions, kinesthetic motor imagery training was more effective than the visual motor imagery training in static and dynamic balance.

장기간의 계단운동 훈련이 심폐기능과 혈액화학상에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Long-term Step Exercise on the Cardiopulmonary Function and Blood Constituents)

  • To evaluate training effect, the step exercise was loaded to three mem for nine weeks. Step score, cardiopulmonary functions and blood constituents were measured before, during and after the test exercise (50 cm-step exercise and treadmill running), and were compared with the pre-tranining values. The results were as follows: 1) By the training, Harvard step score increased remarkably, expecially in the early stage of training. 2) The post-training values of maximal oxygen uptake increased very significantly and it seemed to be due to increases of stroke volume and tissue oxygen extraction. 3) After the training, the degree of increase in expired volume was small during the treadmill exercise. 4) By the training, increasing rate of respiratory quotient lessened during the exercise and it was considered to be caused by the decreases of carbohydrate consumption and anaerobic metabolism. 5) The blood cholesterol concentrations were harldy changed with this degree of training. 6) The blood lactate level decreased during the recovery periods and the values of the recovery 0 and 5 minutes decreased remarkably, in comparison with the pre-trained values. The above results suggest that the 9 week-training of the step exercise brings about the enhancement of circulatory functions and tissue oxygen utilization, and changes of food-stuffs used during the exercise.
