중소기업 인적자원개발 지원사업에 대한 공급망경영 유효성에 관한 연구 (A study on the influence of supply chain management efficiency on the training supporting project in small and medium-sized enterprises)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose supply chain management efficiency by analyzing moderating effect on the training support project in small and midium-sized enterprise. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi?regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as personal characteristics, supportive environment and training effect. Results: The results of this study are as follows; first, it was found that the effects of personal characteristics and supportive environment were significant on training effect. Second, significant differences were found between supply chain management active group and inactive group. Third, moderating effect of supply chain manage efficiency was found between variables. Conclusion: SME supporting project in training program needs supply chain management efficiency for training effect. Supply chain management needs to be promoted in SMEs not only for performance but also for their workplace learning and learning culture.

마일즈 훈련효과 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Miles Training Effect)

  • 군은 군사훈련을 실전적으로 수행하기 위하여 최신 과학기술을 적용한 마일즈 장비를 활용한 훈련체계를 구축하고 있다. 마일즈 훈련체계는 마일즈 장비를 활용하여 야전에서 실기동 훈련을 실시함으로써 전투 인원과 장비의 피해상황을 실제 전장과 동일하게 모사할 수 있도록 하는 체계이다. 이를 통해 훈련병력은 실전과 유사한 체험을 할 수 있으며 특히, 정보, 통신 및 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 등의 첨단 과학기술을 활용하는 통합체계로 구축되어 훈련에 참가하는 용사들의 훈련효과를 극대화 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 육군에서 활용 중인 마일즈 훈련효과를 과학적 기법을 활용하여 분석하였으며 중대급 마일즈를 대상으로 하였다. 특히 훈련효과를 분석하기 위한 효과지표는 관련 문헌조사 및 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 도출하였으며 Swing기법을 적용하여 효과지표별 가중치를 산출하고 훈련 경험자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 결합하여 최종 훈련효과를 도출하였다. 연구결과 마일즈 훈련효과는 기존의 마일즈를 활용하지 않는 훈련에 비해 2.6배 효과적이며 분산분석을 통해 신분별로 마일즈 훈련에 대한 만족도는 높으며 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 도출되었다.

ADHD 아동을 위한 사회기술훈련 프로그램의 개발과 효과 (The Development of a Social Skill Training Program for ADHD Children and It's Effect)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop social skill training in order to reduce problematic behaviors and improve peer relations for elementary school students who have ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and then verify its effectiveness. The problems for this study are as follows: Firstly, is the social skill training for students with ADHD effective in enhancing their self-esteem? Secondly, is the social skill training for students with ADHD effective in reducing their carelessness, hyperactivity and impulsive character? Thirdly, is the social skill training for students with ADHD effective in improving peer relations? Subjects were six 5th grade children who were selected by the ADHD-SC4 at P elementary school in Pyeongtaek. The social skill training consisted of 10 sessions which included forming friendship, recognizing, making friends, solving problems, reeducation and evaluation. Qualitative data were collected through self-esteem inventory, peer-relation test, self-reported scales for children and Conners' Teacher rating score for ADHD children. The collected data were analysed with t-test. Qualitative data were collected though teacher's interview and observation an the children. The results of the study were follows: First, the social skill training did not give a significant effect in enhancing the self-esteem of the children with ADHD. Second, the social skill training had a positive effect in reducing in attentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior of the children with ADHD. Third, the social skill training did not give a significant effect in improving the peer relations of the children with ADHD. Fourth the qualitative data showed that the social skill training had positive effect in enhancing over all classroom behavior.

역동적 시각-운동 통합 훈련이 시지각 처리 속도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Dynamic Visual-Motor Integration Training on the Visual Perception Reaction Velocity)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to test the impact of The Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training has effect on the visual perception reaction velocity. Dynavision were used to measure data from the participating 24 students(K college). Method : The participants were the 24 students of 'K' College in Busan in there twenties. They were divided into the The Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training group and the control group. To know if the Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training has effect on the visual perception reaction velocity, the Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training was implemented triweekly for 4 weeks. In Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training the ball should be grasped with one hand and threw by an arm. Only the balls threw beyond the objective point were counted. The visual perception reaction velocity and the number of response were measured before and after experiment by Dynavision. Result : Firstly, the visual perception reaction velocity was increased in Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training group compared with control group. Secondly, the number of response was also increased in Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training group compared with control group. Conclusion : As a result of The Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training has an effect on the visual perception reaction velocity and the number of response. The Dynamic Visual-Motor integration training seems to be effective for cerebral apoplexy patient who has visual perceptional disability or cerebral palsy child in training for visual perceptional development or daily living activities development. Study participated by more detailed and practical patients in hospital is needed.

Effects of Combined Training with Respiratory Equipment on Lung Function, Balance, and Life Satisfaction of Elderly People in Community

  • In this study, we selected and trained 9 people in the diaphragm training group and 9 people in the power-breath training group among elderly people aged 65 or older living in the community, and investigated the effect of combined training using respiratory equipment on lung function, balance, and life satisfaction. We conducted the elderly to do combined exercises, twice a week for a total of 6 weeks, that include the breathing training by diaphragm, the breathing training using Power-breath equipment, and the training using a theraband. We evaluated the changes in the lung function, the balance, and the life satisfaction before and after the intervention for our study subjects.As a result of our measurement, lung function, balance, and life satisfaction showed significant changes in the experimental group that performed the combined training using Power-breath equipment. As a result of the study, we confirmed that the elderly in the community had a positive effect on the life satisfaction by improving lung function and balance ability after conducting a combined training using respiratory equipment.

An Evaluation of Transfer of Training Effects on Nuclear Power Plant MCR Operators

  • Objective: The aim of this study sets factors from previous research known to impact transfer effects as the independent variables, and examines their relationship with the dependent variables, near transfer effects and far transfer effects. Background: Transfer of Training refers to the application of what learners acquire knowledge and skills in training programs to their job. The ultimate goal of training is to apply what employees learn in training sessions to their workplace. In this sense, transfer of training has been a vital concern for training effectiveness. For training to be effective, trainees(learners) should be able to use what they learn in training program back on the job. Method: For this research purpose, this study conducted a survey on 170 nuclear operators in nuclear education and training center. Of these, survey result from the 167 recruits were sampled. Theoretical model of this study is based on Holton & Baldwin's(2003) distance model of transfer effects. This study sets transfer effects(near transfer, far transfer) as the main dependent variables. Meanwhile, the independent variables are trainee characteristics, training characteristics, organizational transfer climate. Each independent variable has subordinate variables. Subordinate variables of trainee characteristics are self-efficacy, motivation to learn, motivation to transfer and ability to transfer. Subordinate variables of training characteristics are training contents, ability of trainers, training design, training climate. The last Subordinate variables of organizational transfer climate are support of supervisors, support of peer, support of organization. Conclusion: As a analysis result, trainee characteristics appeared to be in effect only significant influence near far transfer of training, the effect of the far transfer of training, there is no significant. In addition, the training characteristics appeared to be having a significant influence on near and far transfer effects. Organizational transfer climate appeared to be having a significant influence on near and far transfer effects. Finally, near transfer effect appeared to be having a significant influence on far transfer effects. Application: Results of this analysis in the study to training organization and training characteristics of the transition environment effects on nuclear power institutions and operators training organization having a significant impact that says. The transfer of knowledge and technology, as well as that can be applied to a new situation in terms of education and training are important characteristics.

공감향상훈련이 집단따돌림 가해아동의 공감과 가해정도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Empathy Training Program on the Enhancement of Empathy and Bullying's Degree for Bullies)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an empathy training program on the empathy and bullying's degree for bullies. The research hypotheses set to achieve this goal were as follows. 1. An experimental group that gets empathy training might make a better improvement in empathy immediately after the training than a control group that doesn't, and the effect of the training might last till eight weeks later. 2. An experimental group that undergoes empathy training might show a more significant decrease in bullying's degree for bullies immediately after the training than a control group that doesn't, and the effect of the training might last till eight weeks later. The subjects in this study were 20 children who were designated as bullies when 40 fifth graders from Y Elementary school and 31 children from S Elementary school in the city of T, south Gyeongsang province, took K-PNI. Those children were asked to tell about who were attackers and who were victims, and 10 children each were selected from the two elementary schools as bullies, who were respectively selected as an experimental group and a control group. The empathy training program used in this study was prepared by modifying the empathy training programs developed by Shin Gyeong- il(1994). That program was prepared to be appropriate at fifth grader level. To assess how much the selected children bullied their peers, Kim Seok-jin(1999)'s School Bullying Inventory was utilized. Besides, Song Ho-yeon's revised version to assess the change of counselee empathy was employed. In order to analyze the resulte, ANOVA was implemented. The conclusions obtained from the results and discussion of this study are as follows. First, the empathy training program was effective in changing the empathy of the bullies for the better, and their improved empathy remained the same eight weeks later. Second, the empathy training program had an effect in reducing bullying's degree for bullies, and there was no change in their reduced bullying's degree eight weeks later. Third, the empathy training program served to change their neglecting/ ostracizing and ridiculing/teasing behaviors. And the retention test that was implemented eight weeks later showed the effect of training remained unchanged. Fourth, the empathy training program was effective in changing their cursing/threatening actions according to the posttest results, but the retention test showed that its effect didn't keep on. Fifth, the empathy training program didn't bring any changes to their robbing/striking actions either immediately after the training or eight weeks later.

밸런스트레이닝이 대사증후군 지표 및 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Balance Training on Metabolic Syndrome Indicators and Functional Fitness)

  • 본 연구는 밸런스트레이닝이 대사증후군 지표 및 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평상시 허리 및 어깨 통증을 호소하는 고령여성 16명을 대상으로 12주간의 밸런스트레이닝을 실시하였다. 또한 16명의 대상자 중 8명은 운동군(68.48세), 8명은 통제군(67.90세)으로 구분하여 트레이닝 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 12주간의 밸런스트레이닝 전, 후의 대사증후군 지표와 기능적 체력을 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 12주간의 밸런스트레이닝 전, 후 대사증후군 지표에서는 유의한 상호작용을 나타냈다. 둘째, 기능적 체력에서 12주간의 밸런스트레이닝 전, 후에 유의한 상호작용을 나타냈다. 이는 밸런스트레이닝이 고령여성의 대사증후군 지표의 긍정적 변화와 함께 기능적 체력에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 트레이닝 기간과 측정변인의 확대를 통해 밸런스트레이닝의 효과를 보다 명확하게 할 필요가 있다.

한국인의 영어 폐쇄음 발화와 발화 훈련 (Korean Speakers' Pronunciation and Pronunciation Training of English Stops)

  • The purposes of this study are (1) to see if language transfer effect is found in Korean speakers' pronunciation of English stops and to correct them and (2) to investigate the effectiveness of mimicry training and Speech Analyzer training on subjects' pronunciation of English stops. For these purposes, 20 Korean speakers' VOT values of English stops were measured using Speech Analyzer and their post-training production was compared with their pre-training production. The result shows that Korean speakers have no difficulty in correcting pronunciation errors of English voiceless stops and voiced stops and such a result indicates that language transfer effect is not noticed as expected. In addition, the result of pronunciation training shows that the training using Speech Analyzer is more effective than mimicry training.

20대 정상성인에게 6주간 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 동적 균형능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Plyometric Training on Dynamic Balance Ability with Twenty Normal Adults Six Weeks)

  • Purpose : The purposes of this study was to determine the effect of plyometric training and agility training on SEBT and dynamic balance of health young. Methods : Thirty healthy subjects in their 20s were randomly assigned to a plyometric exercise group, an agility training group, and a control group; each group had 10 subjects. The training starts first 2set after more 1set 2 weeks. SEBT is measured every two weeks. Results : The results of this research were as followings: (1) After treatment, there were significant SEBT scores differences in both plyometric and agility group compared with pre-treatment(p<0.05). (2) After treatment, there were significant SEBT scores differences in both agility and control group compared with pre-treatment (p<0.05). Conclusion : It was concluded that ployometric training was effective for improving balance than agility and control group. Therefore, further studies are required to investigate the effect of plyometric training for improving balance with sports injury patient.
