주5일 근무제도 실시의 노동시장 외적 효과 (A Study of the Non-market Effects of Five-day Workweek)

  • 주5일 근무제도의 노동시장 외적 효과를 개인-일자리 고정효과 모형을 이용하여 추정한 결과 직장에서 주5일 근무제도의 실시는 근로자의 주관적 건강상태를 향상시키고 운동 횟수를 늘렸으며, 직업훈련 외의 교육이나 연수를 받을 확률을 늘리고 근로자의 주관적 삶의 질을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문화 활동이나 여가에 사용하는 지출을 늘렸으며 근로자가 일과 직장에 대해 갖는 만족도도 높인 것으로 나타났다. 효과의 상당 부분은 단순한 근로시간의 단축보다는 휴일이 추가된 것에 기인한 것으로 추정되었다.

인지기능 및 인지훈련효과의 관련변인에 관한 예비연구 (A preliminary study on factors affecting cognitive function and cognitive training effects)

  • 본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 인지기능에 관한 교육과 함께 주의, 기억, 실행기능, 기억책략 등을 다루는 인지과제를 수행하는 인지훈련을 실시하여 훈련 이전의 인지기능 수준은 어떤 개인적 특성과 관련이 있는지, 주관적 인지감퇴는 실제적인 인지감퇴를 반영하는지, 인지훈련의 효과는 어떤 개인 특성과 관련이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 참가자는 건강한 노인 20명으로 14회기의 인지훈련을 주 1회, 회기당 2시간씩 진행하였으며 사전 및 사후로 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 인지기능은 연령과 자아존중감, 성격 특질 중 외향성과 개방성이 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 주관적인 인지감퇴는 객관적인 인지기능보다는 우울, 불안, 성격, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 주관적 연령과의 상관이 유의하였다. 또한 인지훈련을 통해 전반적인 인지기능을 측정하는 정신상태, 기억, 전두엽기능 검사 점수가 향상되었으며 인지훈련의 효과는 연령, 주관적 인지감퇴, 불안, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 주관적 연령, 성격과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어떤 특성의 노인이 인지노화에 취약한지 알려주며, 인지훈련의 효과를 높이기 위해 교육 참가자의 특성을 고려해야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

트레이닝 형태의 차이가 운동 특이성(exercise specificity)과 전사효과(transability)에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Different Exercise Training Mode on Exercise Specificity and Transability)

  • 본 연구에서는 8주의 유산소 및 저항성 트레이닝 그룹으로 나누고 그에 따른 트레이닝이 서로 다른 테스트를 하였을 때, 운동 특이성 효과(specific effect)와 전사효과(transferabilty)에 영향을 미치는 지를 연구하였다. 결론적으로 8주간의 유산소 및 저항성 트레이닝은 동일한 테스트를 통하여 운동의 특이성은 나타냈으나 서로 다른 테스트를 해 봄으로써 전사효과의 향상은 나타내지 못했다. 전사효과를 나타내지 못한 가장 큰 이유는 8주라는 기간이 중추신경과 근육의 적응하기에는 다소 짧은 기간이라 사료되며 추후의 연구에서는 트레이닝 기간등을 고려한 좀 더 세분화된 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

프랜차이즈 교육기관과 교육콘텐츠의 특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Characteristics of Franchise Educational Institution and Contents on the Educational Transition)

  • Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

  • Attenuated functional exercise capacity in elderly and diseased populations is a common problem, and stems primarily from physical inactivity. Decreased function and exercise capacity can be restored by maintaining muscular strength and mass, which are key factors in an independent and healthy life. Resistance exercise has been used to prevent muscle loss and improve muscular strength and mass. However, the intensities necessary for traditional resistance training to increase muscular strength and mass may be contraindicated for some at risk populations, such as diseased populations and the elderly. Therefore, an alternative exercise modality is required. Recently, blood flow restriction (BFR) with low intensity resistance exercise (LIRE) has been used for such special populations to improve their function and exercise capacity. Although BFR+LIRE has been intensively studied for a decade, a comprehensive review detailing the effects of BFR+LIRE on both skeletal muscle and vascular function is not available. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to discuss previous studies documenting the effects of BFR+LIRE on hormonal and transcriptional factors in muscle hypertrophy and vascular function, including changes in hemodynamics, and endothelial function.

  • 본 연구는 직무교육 훈련프로그램이 업무효율성 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통해 기업체에서 실시하는 직무교육 등의 효율성을 극대화하는데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 청주지역 중견 및 대기업 직원들 300명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지를 바탕으로 인과관계를 검증하였다. 검증결과 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업체들은 직원들의 교육 수요를 파악하여 직원들 중심의 교육프로그램 개발과 운영을 실시하여야 한다. 둘째, 기업체들은 사외 교육 프로그램 중 직원들이 직무수행에 도움이 될 수 있는 교육을 자발적으로 신청할 수 있도록 자율적 체계를 갖출 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기업체들은 다양한 방법을 통해 직원들의 요구를 최대한 파악하고, 나아가 최신 교육자료 및 교육 환경 등을 구축하여 신지식과 학습의 여건을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 기업체들은 직원들을 동반자의 개념으로 인식하여, 직무활동에 자율성 및 재미가 있을 수 있도록 직원 각각의 역량을 존중해 주어야 할 것이다.

일개 대학병원 직원의 인사고과성적 예측요인 (The Predictors of Employees' Personnel Rating at a University Hospital in Korea)

  • This study purports to investigate the determinants of individual personnel rating of the employees at a university hospital in Seoul, Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 63 nurses, 41 para-medical staff (Clinical Pathologist, and Radiologist), and 67 administrative staff. Independent variables of the study included the achievement level of the selection test (English, major subject, and interview), post-entrance development factors (education and training, career development, supervisory support, co-worker support, and organizational support), and demographic characteristics. Data for the achievement level of the entrance exam and years for the first promotion were collected from the administrative records of the study hospital, while data for the post-entrance development factors were collected from the survey with self-administered questionnaires using 5-point Likert Scale during June 10-25, 2003. Collected data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. The results of the study showed that achievement level of the interview and English exam at the selection test, education and training, organizational support, and supervisory support while working at the hospital, and length of duration (below 8 years) and educational background (4-year college graduates) among demographic variables had significant positive effects on the personnel rating. The results of the study imply that hospital administrators should make an effort to improve the validity of the selection test, and to motivate the employees to receive more education and training.

Effects of Infection Control Training on Dental Hygienists' Health Beliefs and Practices of Infection Control

  • This study aims to determine the changes in health beliefs and practices of dental hygienists on infection control after having received special training on that subject. The study population consisted of dental hygienists working at the dental institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. The intervention group and the control group each had randomly assigned 26 dental hygienists. The intervention group received training courses on infection control once a week for 3 hours, for a total of 4 training sessions. We used a survey tool to find the changes between the two groups regarding their health beliefs and practices on infection control measures. The survey was conducted prior to the training sessions, 3 months and 2 weeks after the training. The study results revealed statistically significant increases in perceived sensitivity, perceived seriousness, and perceived benefits after the training courses in the intervention group (p<0.05). A statistically significant decrease in perceived barriers was also noted in the intervention group (p<0.05). Additionally, there was a statistically significant increase in the practice of infection control in the intervention group as compared to the control group (p<0.05). Therefore, we conclude that infection control training is crucial in bringing about positive changes to the health beliefs of dental hygienists, and a structured system is necessary for continuous infection management along with training in order to improve infection control practices.

법적인 측면에서의 간호기록 작성방법 교육이 임상간호사의 간호기록작성 지식과 이행에 미치는 효과 (Effects on Knowledge and Performance in Clinical Nursing of Education on Nursing Recording Focusing on Legal Aspects)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects on knowledge and performance in clinical nurses who participated in education on nursing recording focusing on the legal aspects. Method: The participants were working in medical departments in one hospital. There were 32 nurses in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. Pre-test was conducted on the two groups before education, and, in order to examine the effects of education, a post-test was conducted after three weeks. For the experimental group, the education on nursing recording focusing on legal aspects was provided as a lecture-led one-to-one training. Results: Significant differences were found between the experimental and control groups in knowledge (F=15.728, p<.001), and performance (F=42.454, p<.001). Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that education on nurse recording enhances the knowledge and performance of the nurses. Thus education on nurse recording focusing on legal aspects should be required in the area of nursing science.
