The purpose of this study is to suggest change probability of vocational education and training and support of teaching-learning methods. For this study, we applied a flipped learning strategy of two learning modules in Convergence Technology Campus of public vocational education and training institute and had an operation class. As a result, student satisfaction of flipped learning is 4.0 on average. 56.1% of education-trainees were higher an engagement of flipped learning class than teacher-centered class and 56.1% of education-trainees were used more learning energy. Based on results, we suggested the necessity of pre-learning system for application of education and training teaching methods on the 4th industry occupation and strategies to enhance teaching and learning competency.
Increase of automobiles become today's environmental problem decreasing space for our children's playground. The traffic situation around us shows automobiles over filled the public roads and started to intrude even on the side walks. Children's traffic safety education for the awareness of the danger from traffic mishaps, and for the behavior to cope with preventives measure by continual learning programs in systematized method is very important need in current health education. For this research, the subject was represented by 243 students from 4th grade in D Elementary School located at Daechi-dong, Seoul. During total of 5 weeks (September 4, 1997 to September 30, 1997), lessons were taught to the subject. Lessons consist of traffic safety education and customized education program that were designed and developed specificially for the subject level. In this research, Case group of 3 classes and control group of 3classes were predetermined before subject's degree of knowledge, attitude, and practice was analized. The difference before and after the training of this education was observed to verify the effectively and to find the influential factors of this education program. On September 2-3, survey study was performed after the training. the results of this study were as follows: 1. The knowledge analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(8.36, 8.86) before the traning, but scored(10.36, 8.52) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001). 2. The attitude analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(48.23, 49.87) before the training, but scored (51.05, 48.45) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001) 3. The practice analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored (27.42, 28.08) before the training, but scored(30.49, 28.25) after the training. The differece from the result of the case group is statistically significant (p〈0.001). 4. The correlation analysis of traffic safety education's influence on traffic safety knowledge, attitude, and practice before training shows the relationship between attitude and practice was satistically significant(p〈0.05). The result after the training shows the relationship between knowledge and attitude, attitude and practice, and knowledge and practice was all statistically significant(p〈0.001).

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator. Also job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training and guidelines for making questions in examinations.
This study examines current In-service Teacher Training Programs in Mathematics Education in order to explore policy alternatives. The data analyzed from the training programs was provided by 16 local education offices in Korea. The following amendments are suggested: First, a conference between the 16 offices should be initiated to discuss improving the quality of the programs. Second, the training programs should be customized according to the needs of the teacher trainees. Third, a support policy provided by the government, such as implementing compulsory teacher training programs, should be, in some cases, mandated.
The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

Objective: The aims of this study were 1) to develop easy-to-use rhythmic balance training equipment for the elderly and 2) to investigate the effect of training with the equipment on balance and physical function. Method: Twenty-one elderly individuals (age: 75.4±3.34yrs, height: 152.07±4.81cm, weight: 58.35±8.34kg) participated in this study. Each participant underwent balance and physical function testing before and after 12 weeks of training with the equipment. Y-balance (i.e. dynamic balance) and one leg static balance tests were used for balance testing, and timed up- and-down-stairs and five times sit-to-stand tests were used for physical function testing. A paired t test was used to determine whether there was a significant pre- and post-training difference. Results: The rhythmic balance training equipment provided a fun and motivating training program with age-friendly music, dance movements for lower extremity strength training, and touch screen controls with simple features. Post-training left foot dynamic balance was significantly greater (p<.05), and static balance with eyes open was significantly improved (p<.05) compared to pre-training. Completion of the timed up-and-down-stairs and the five times sit-to-stand tests was significantly shorter (p<.05) compared to pre-training. Conclusion: Training using the equipment developed in this study improved balance and physical function in elderly participants.

With the rapid development and introduction of digital technologies, both everyday human life and technological processes of any production are changing, which stimulates the transformation of the economy and education. Digital technologies are not only a tool, but also a living environment of modern human, which opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, the ability to form individual educational learning trajectories and more. However, the digital environment requires teachers to take a modern approach to the organization of the educational process, the formation of new skills and abilities to work in the digital educational environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the system of vocational education should provide training for masters of industrial training who have a high level of digital competence. The purpose of the article is to single out, theoretically substantiate and determine the level of formation of structural components of digital competence of future masters of agricultural training. The structure of digital competence of agricultural master was analyzed on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists researches. Systematized research results indicate that digital competence consists of four components: motivational-value (combination of internal and external motives for the use of digital technologies in future professional activities), cognitive (a set of theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of future master of industrial training to effectively build educational process with the use of digital technologies), activity-professional (expansion and deepening of knowledge, skills, necessary skills for effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process) and evaluative-reflexive (ability to analyze and self-analyze own activities and its results taking into account professional characteristics, self-realization in professional activities through the use of digital technologies). These components are comparable with the indicators that describe the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the future master of industrial training to organize the modern educational process. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the levels of this competence formation, which allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the level of formation of all components of digital competence of future masters of industrial training in agriculture. The results of the study can be used as a basis for the development of disciplines that form the special competencies of masters of industrial training in agriculture and programs of advanced training of teachers.
This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

Since emergency response training for maritime safety and safety education of maritime education institutions are conducted based on the set scenarios and education contents, there are limitations in the reduction of human error and response to various situations. Although there is a need for improvement, there is no way to improve response capabilities by assessing existing education training and securing diversity in situations. This study proposes a theoretical procedure analyzer method to model the diversity of situations for the improvement of emergency response training. This paper defines the human and system theoretical procedure analysis model (HSTPA) based on the organic relationship of the source and system. The limitations of the existing training were derived by analyzing the errors that each component could produce and applying them to the fire response training scenarios requiring vertical reporting systems and responses. The segmentation and inspection of training scenario considerations applying the proposed HSTPA model is believed to help create diverse and realistic scenarios in emergency response training and education, and improve the situation judgment understanding and response capabilities of the subjects.
