The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors on satisfaction of clinical practice field in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 273 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from September 7 to 25, 2015 after receiving informed consent. Except incomplete answers, 269 data were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, awareness of clinical practice field satisfaction, awareness of clinical practice contents, clinical practice training, awareness of clinical practice field, future plan and behavioral change. The questionnaire was measured by Likert 5 point scale. Results: In clinical practice training, the satisfied group showed a significantly higher score than the unsatisfied group(p<0.001). In future plan and behavior change, the satisfied group showed a significantly higher score than the unsatisfied group(p<0.001). The influencing factors on clinical practice field included awareness of clinical practice field(p<0.001), awareness of clinical practice contents(p<0.001), clinical practice training(p<0.001), and future plan and behavior changes(p<0.01). Conclusions: The influencing factors on satisfaction of clinical practice field included awareness of clinical practice contents and clinical practice training, and future plan and behavioral change. It is important to develop the program for the effective clinical practice to enhance future pland behavioral change for the dental hygiene students.

IT 관련 교과에서 실습 교육이 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 이 글은 IT 교육을 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 가상 데스크탑 서비스 제공 방안과 효율적인 운영 관리 방안을 연구하였다. 구현된 가상 실습 환경 시스템을 이용하면 교과의 커리큘럼에 적합하도록 커스토마이징된 실습환경을 제공할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 교과운영 사전에 미리 교과별로 프로비저닝 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 산정한 규모와 운영 정책을 참고하여 여러 사이버대학이 공동 활용할 수 있는 클라우드 실습 포털시스템을 구축한다면 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 가상실습 교육 서비스 시스템을 구축하고 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of CoRT thinking skills training on young children's creativity and nature-friendly attitude. The subject of this study were 50 young children who attended kindergartens in Busan. The experimental group participated in CoRT thinking skills training while the comparison group participated in the typical activities according to the monthly plan of the kindergarten curriculum. The instrument used to evaluate the creativity and nature-friendly attitude of the young children were TTCT and nature-friendly attitude test. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Result showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the comparison group in post-test scores. The results suggested that the CoRT thinking skills training would be more effective to develop young children's creativity and nature-friendly attitude than typical activities according to the monthly plan of the kindergarten curriculum.

본 연구의 목적은 재난안전 훈련의 효과성을 극대화 할 수 있는 훈련 시스템 구축 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토 및 현황사례 분석을 통해 관련 분야별 데이터·시스템·요구기술·법·제도 등의 현재 수준을 고찰하였다. 디지털트윈과 확장현실 기술을 연계한 재난안전 훈련 시스템을 제안하였으며, 이를 위한 구축 방안 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과물이 재난안전 훈련 시스템의 고도화에 기여하여 재난피해를 감소시킬 수 있기를 기대한다.

우리나라는 3면이 바다이면서 북한의 대남도발의 가능성이 높기 때문에 항만보안의 중요성을 간과할 수 없으며, 국제범죄의 증가와 기법의 발달 등으로 인하여 외국으로부터 국내로의 위협요소의 유입을 차단하기 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 항만과 인접 해상구역에서 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 항만보안의 실질적이며 효율적인 수행을 담보하기 위해서는 항만보안 담당 인력의 전문성이 담보되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육시스템이 제대로 정립되어 있어야 한다. 항만 또한 국가중요시설로서 이에 대한 위협과 안전사고 방지 및 국가안보와 질서유지를 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 위한 선결조건이 바로 보안인력의 전문화이며, 전문성을 확보한 인력의 배출은 바로 교육을 통해서 이루어지게 된다. 그러나 현행 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육체계는 일원화되어 있지 않으며, 항만보안의 특수성에 맞춘 교육은 시행되고 있지 않고 있으므로 항만보안 인력의 전문화를 확보하기 위한 교육시스템이 개선되어야 한다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 항만보안에 대한 일원화 체계화 된 입법이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 토대로 항만보안 교육지침이 수립되어야 하며, 둘째, 항만보안 인력의 업무별 특화된 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 항만보안 인력의 전문성을 갖추기 위한 관련 자격제도가 도입되어야 한다.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

2020년 3월 「직업능력개발법 일부개정법률안」이 통과되고, 직업능력개발 훈련교·강사의 보수교육 의무화가 법제화됨에 따라, 보수교육 운영기관에서는 훈련교·강사의 역량 강화 및 직업훈련 품질 향상을 위한 보수교육을 제공하는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 그러나 보수교육의 수요가 일부 직종에 집중적으로 몰려 있어 교육훈련수요가 적은 직종에 대해서는 별도의 개별학습 등을 보수교육으로 인정해주는 방안을 마련해야 할 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육훈련수요가 적은 소수훈련직종을 먼저 정의하고, 소수훈련직종에 속하는 훈련교·강사를 위한 보수교육 인정방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 현황 분석, 이해관계자와의 협의, 전문가 자문 및 소수훈련직종 종사자 자문 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 소수훈련직종을 유형 1과 유형2로 나누어 구분하여 정의하고, 여러 교육유형을 포괄하는 소수훈련직종의 보수교육 인정방안을 도출하였으며, 소수훈련직종의 보수교육 인정범위의 확대에 대한 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

직업능력개발훈련교사는 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성을 위한 훈련과정을 수료하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 갖추어 고용노동부 장관으로부터 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격증을 발급받아야 한다. 이에 국내 유일의 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수를 담당하고, 노동시장에 양산하는 역할을 수행하는 H대학교의 교육성과는 직업능력개발훈련에 많은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 CIPP모형에 기초하여 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 실태분석을 통한 문제점을 파악하고, 나아가 자격연수 교육의 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성교육 이수자를 대상으로 교직훈련과정에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 개선방안을 도출하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하고 173부의 결과를 활용하였으며, 설문결과에 대한 세부현황 파악과 심층 분석을 위해 8인의 교육 대상자를 선정하여 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 연구결과 상황요인에서 교육과정의 목표, 교육자원 등에서 긍정적인 답변이 도출되었다. 반면 학습자와 사회적 요구를 반영한 교육과정에 대한 부정적 의견이 있었다. 투입요인에서는 교육목표와 훈련요구 항목에서 긍정의견이 도출되었으나 학습자들의 교육목표 성취여부는 부정적 의견이 많았다. 또한 온라인콘텐츠 교육의 부정적 의견이 많았다. 과정요인에서는 수업관련 부분, 학습자 출결관리, 기관지원 등에서 긍정평가가 높았으나, 자격연수 종합평가에 대해 부정의견이 도출되었으며 학습기간 부족에 따른 학습자 부담이 주요 원인으로 나타났다. 산출요인에서는 교육과정의 현업적용가능성에서 산업직종별 교육훈련을 담당하는 훈련교사들에게 교육학 및 직업훈련 운영과 관련된 학습이 편성된 자격연수에 긍정적인 의견이 도출되었다. 그러나 학습 성취도에서 교육수준 대비 학습시간과 학습 집중도문제, 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 등 부정적 의견도 있었다. 연구결과를 기초로 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 개선 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 평일과정 연수일정의 탄력적 운영이 요구된다. 둘째, 수요자 중심의 온라인 교육과정 개선을 강구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지방거주 교육이수자들의 자격연수 접근성을 모색할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 자격연수 합격자들에 대한 사전 교육지원이 진행될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 자격연수 수료자에 대한 사후 관리가 필요하다.

이 연구는 우리나라 경찰의 복지향상을 위해서 경찰 수련원의 문제점을 분석하여 그 확충방안을 모색하였다. 한국 경찰 수련원의 문제점의 분석결과, 첫째, 노후화, 둘째, 군이나 소방 등 다른 유관기관의 수련 시설과 비교할 때 시설 부족. 셋째, 운영예산의 부족이 지적되었다. 경찰 복지수련원의 문제점 해결을 위한 확충방안으로, 첫째, 경찰 수련원의 민간위탁방식 도입, 둘째, 경찰 수련원에 대한 용어 규정의 명확화, 셋째, 경찰 수련원의 효율적 운용을 위한 예산 확보방안을 제시하였다. 끝으로 우리나라 경찰 복지 향상을 위한 정책적 제언 및 이 연구의 한계에 대해서 논의 하였다.
