고용실태조사를 통한 무역인력양성방안 - 인천지역 무역관련업체를 중심으로 - (A Study on Human Resource Development Program of the trade through the Survey of Employment - Focus in Trade-Related Companies in Incheon -)

  • 본고에서는 주로 무역인력양성과 관련된 연구와 인천지역 무역업체를 표본으로 한 실태조사를 통하여 기업현장에서 요구하는 무역인력과 무역관련 교과목의 교육과정을 재설계를 한다는데 주안점을 주었다. 이를 통해 무역관련업의 맞춤형 인력양성의 기본방향은 "교육과정이수 = 취업"이라는 구조식이어야 하며, 이러한 구조식하에 지역의 실업을 해소하고 더 나아가 각종 협회의 연간 고용수요를 추정하여 교육과정을 개설한다면 협회와의 맞춤형 교육과정으로서 WIN-WIN할 수 있는 방안을 수립하는 것이다. 또한 대학에서 무역인력 양성하기 위해서는 산업계 수요에 부응하는 교육체계 수립은 물론 대학구성원의 지속적인 노력이 있어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 대학구성원(무역학과 교수 중심)이 산업계의 요구를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 한 교육과정의 수립을 통해 보다 능동적인 대학 교과과정 운영이 되도록 하여야 한다.

  • 오늘날 기업 활동의 최우선적인 목표는 제품이나 서비스의 품질 개선으로 다양한 고객의 욕구를 충족시켜 경쟁력을 키우는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 콜센터에서의 업무처리 능력 향상과 잠재능력의 개발을 위한 교육 및 훈련이 필수적이다. 특히 체계적이고 전문적인 능력을 갖춘 콜센터 전문 인력의 원활한 수급을 위하여 국내 대학에 콜마케팅학과, 텔레마케팅학과 등 관련학과들의 신설이 이어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 콜센터 직무수행에 요구되는 교육내용으로 대학의 교과과정이 적합하게 구성되었는가를 분석한다. 아울러 대학의 관련학과에 개설된 교육과정에서 비중있게 다뤄지는 교과목들과 2년제 학과와 4년제 학과들의 교육목표에 따른 개설교과목들을 분석한다.

ESTIMATION OF THE POWER PEAKING FACTOR IN A NUCLEAR REACTOR USING SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINES AND UNCERTAINTY ANALYSIS

  • Knowing more about the Local Power Density (LPD) at the hottest part of a nuclear reactor core can provide more important information than knowledge of the LPD at any other position. The LPD at the hottest part needs to be estimated accurately in order to prevent the fuel rod from melting in a nuclear reactor. Support Vector Machines (SVMs) have successfully been applied in classification and regression problems. Therefore, in this paper, the power peaking factor, which is defined as the highest LPD to the average power density in a reactor core, was estimated by SVMs which use numerous measured signals of the reactor coolant system. The SVM models were developed by using a training data set and validated by an independent test data set. The SVM models' uncertainty was analyzed by using 100 sampled training data sets and verification data sets. The prediction intervals were very small, which means that the predicted values were very accurate. The predicted values were then applied to the first fuel cycle of the Yonggwang Nuclear Power Plant Unit 3. The root mean squared error was approximately 0.15%, which is accurate enough for use in LPD monitoring and for core protection that uses LPD estimation.

  • An anthological analysis of known literature and historical sources is carried out in the work. It was found that the development of foreign language training of future professionals was influenced by a number of factors: socio-economic (focus on the needs of the labor market, integration into the international space, scientific and technological progress); educational (updating legal documents in the field of education, standardization of educational content, development of methods of professional development of a specialist). The historical period is analyzed and the following stages are determined: ideological (realization of ideological imperative in language and professional training of future specialists; educational-methodical (preparation according to unified curricula, reading and translation as a leading type of speech activity); integration (integration of foreign language teaching and multicultural education)), methodological (use of traditional verbal methods, standardized textbooks). Thus, the research conducted in the article indicates the periods (stages) of formation, functioning and development of foreign language education.

응급구조사의 보수교육에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (A systematic review of continuing education for emergency medical technicians)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to combine the satisfaction survey results and suggestion for continuing education of the emergency medical technicians through a systematic review of continuing education of the emergency medical technicians. Methods: This review focused on previous studies published until 2020 that were associated with the continuing education of emergency medical technicians. We followed the guidelines set for each phase of the study and selected the 26 studies that met the selection criteria for the analysis. Results: The level of satisfaction with continuing education for emergency medical technicians was low. The most frequently suggested method for continuing education was patient case presentation. The answers to the desired training subjects of the continuing education program varied. Finally, studies on continuing education have not been published continuously. Conclusion: To enhance the satisfaction and competence of continuing education, we need to provide various programs that reflect the needs of emergency medical technicians attending maintenance training. In addition, various methods should be considered to improve the attendance rate for continuing education, and further investigations and research should be actively conducted on continuing education in the future.

전남지역 재난의료대응 유관기관 재난의료대응 지식, 인식 및 교육 요구도 차이 분석 (The difference in knowledge, awareness, and educational demand about disaster medical response-related institutions in Jeollanam-do)

  • Purpose: This descriptive research study aimed to investigate the knowledge and perception of the natural disaster medical system by relevant disaster medical response teams in Jeonnam region, and provide baseline data for a disaster education program based on analysis of priorities of educational demand. Methods: Online questionnaires were distributed to 200 research participants including paramedics from five fire stations in J province, 22 public health centers, two disaster base hospitals, ERU (Emergency Response Units), and DMAT (Disaster Medical Assistance Team). The questionnaires elicited basic information about respondents, their knowledge and perception on disaster preparation and response, cooperation system, and educational and training needs. Results: The top priority items selected were: other disasters for paramedics, first aid for the rapid response team, and command system for DMAT. Conclusion: Customized education and training programs must be developed to suit each organizational need. Detailed operational guidelines must be established and with them a unified educational curriculum should be put into practice.

  • This study aimed to identify challenges faced by occupational health and safety education institutions to derive and propose methods of improving occupational health and safety education. To achieve this, 13 personnel responsible for occupational health and safety education institutions were interviewed, resulting in the identification of 14 areas for improvement. Consequently, a survey was developed and conducted among 107 individuals from 195 occupational health and safety education institutions. The priorities of the 14 items were analyzed using methods such as the content validity ratio (CVR), paired t-test, locus for focus model, Borich's needs assessment, and effect size (Cohen's d). The research results highlighted significant challenges, including the importance of mitigating abnormal competition among occupational health and safety education institutions, improving awareness among employers and workers regarding the importance of occupational health and safety education, and developing programs that satisfy customer demands.

  • 본 연구는 재난취약계층인 청각장애인의 재난관리 및 지원체계에 관한 연구가 상당부문 공백으로 남아있다는 문제의식 하에, 청각장애인을 대상으로 재난대응 욕구 전반에 대한 실태를 조사해 양적으로 분석하고, 재난 구조과정 최일선에 있는 소방공무원들과의 심층인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석을 함께 제시함으로써 청각장애인의 재난대응 욕구에 대한 이해를 높이고 정책방안을 모색해 보고자 했다. 분석결과, 위험상황에서의 도움을 요청하는 수단 확보 및 구조 과정에서의 정보전달과 관련된 의사소통 욕구, 재난 발생 시 효과적인 대피능력 및 훈련정도를 의미하는 이동(이송) 욕구, 신체적 정신적 응급조치에 대한 사전준비 정도 및 구조 구급과정에서의 건강정보의 전달과 관련된 의료적 돌봄 욕구, 재난 발생 시 발생되는 피해를 스스로 최소화하기 위해 준비된 정도를 의미하는 자립성 유지 욕구, 재난취약계층에게 제공되는 공식화된 맞춤형 지원체계에 해당하는 슈퍼비전 욕구 등 5대 재난대응욕구 전반에서 청각장애인의 재난대응 욕구충족 수준은 상당히 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다. 청각장애인의 재난관리 보장을 강화하기 위해 시각경보장치의 확대설치 지원 확충 및 화상수화통역서비스 활용 강화, 재난대응 교육 훈련 프로그램의 내실화, 건강정보카드 보유 장려 및 장애인지정병원제도 신설, 맞춤형 재난지원체계와 재난관리 거버넌스 활성화를 위한 예산 및 정책 확대 등을 제안했다.

캄보디아의 간호교육 현황 및 이슈 (The Current Issues of Nursing Education in Cambodia)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the current issues and challenges of the nursing education program in Cambodia and to suggest recommendations to improve it. Methods: The World Health Organization Global Standards for the Initial Education of Nurses and Midwives were used as the analytic framework. Data were collected through a critical, constructive analysis of the literature, as well as observation with stakeholders in the area. Results: Cambodia experienced a shortage of nurses based on the demands of nurses. Moreover, the lack of institutional capacity, out dated and rudimentary nursing curriculum, under qualified nursing faculty, overcrowded classrooms, and lack of fundamental education materials and equipment for nursing education hampered the maintenance and improvement of the quality of pre-service nursing education in Cambodia. Conclusion: Strengthening the nursing educational resources and infrastructures, along with proper retention and enhancement of the faculty's capacity, clinical mentorship, and sustainable management of the nursing curriculum were recommended. Integrating the nursing theory and process into clinical practice and using strategic partnerships, would improve the quality and quantity of nursing education in Cambodia. There needs to be a synergistic relationship between nursing education and training relevant to the nursing care to meet the needs of the Cambodian population.

공공과 민간 주거복지 현장전문가 인터뷰를 통한 청주시 주거복지서비스 실태 및 개선요구 분석 (Analysis of Housing Welfare Service Situation and Demands for Improvement in Cheongju through Interviews of Housing Welfare Field Specialists in Public and Private Sectors)

  • This study aimed to explore housing welfare service situation in City of Cheongju, Chungbuk, and assess demands for the service improvement through interviews of public and private field specialists in order to seek practical implications for enhancement of housing welfare policy and system in Cheongju. In December 2016, a series of personal and focus group interviews using semi-structured questionnaires were conducted to total 10 specialists who were currently providing and housing services. Major findings and implications are as follow. (1) City's own housing survey and database construction are in need for development and implementation of housing welfare service programs serving local needs effectively and efficiently. (2) The field specialists perceived importance of realignment of service system and to establishment of the Cheongju housing welfare center as a control tower of the services. (3) It is required to provide various opportunities to strengthen the specialists' competence through education, training and networking and to arrange persons in charge of housing programs in every community-level self-government. (4) The specialists showed their strong interests in introduction of diverse housing welfare services and programs.
