정신보건사회복지사 수련생의 스트레스 경험 (Stress Experiences by Trainees of Mental Health Social Worker)

  • 본 연구는 정신보건사회복지사 수련생이 현실적으로 부딪히는 수련스트레스를 수련생의 입장에서 기술해봄으로써 보다 효과적인 임상교육의 실천방안을 마련하고자 시도하였으며, 질적연구방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 정신보건수련기관에서 수련을 하고 있는 수련생 9명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 포커스그룹으로 1-2회 이루어졌으며, 소요시간은 2시간내외였다. 연구참여자들이 진술한 내용을 분석한 결과 의미있는 진술은 85개였으며, 이를 근간으로 연구자가 구성한 의미는 32개로 도출되었다. 이들 구성된 의미들을 유사한 내용으로 묶고 분류한 결과 9개의 주제가 형성되었으며 4개의 주제묶음으로 범주화되었다. 수련과정에서 경험하는 스트레스경험으로는 '대인관계가 어렵다', '수련일정이 빡빡하다', '기관에서 수련생에 대한 배려가 없다', '수련교육에 대한 체계성이 없다'로 4개의 주제묶음으로 분류되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

교원 정보화 역량강화 연수 운영 성과분석 연구 (Result Analysis of Training Programs for Stengthening Teacher's ICT Competency)

  • 이 연구는 교원 정보화 역량강화 연수과정 내용 및 운영에 대한 현황조사 및 연수과정에 대한 온라인 설문조사, 연수과정 운영자 심층면담 등을 토대로 기존 교원 정보화 역량강화 연수의 운영 성과를 분석한 것이다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 차세대 교원 정보화 연수개발을 위한 현 연수과정의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 온라인 설문조사 결과에 따르면, 현행 교원 정보화 역량강화 연수과정은 전체적으로 바람직하게 운영되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 다만, '사고력 신장을 위한 ICT활용 교육 과정', '미래로 가는 교육 과정', 'ICT활용 문제중심학습 과정'과 같이 보통수준이라고 응답한 비율이 비교적 높은 과정에 대해서는 운영과정의 효과성과 효율성 제고를 위한 노력이 요구된다. 특히 목표의 실천가능성, 수준별 고려여부, 연수 장소 및 교통편 등의 접근성, 맞춤형 수준별 전략 등의 하위평가영역은 타 영역에 비해 낮게 평가되었다. 또한 교원 정보화 역량강화 연수운영자에 대한 심층면담 결과, 이들은 교육현장 요구반영에의 필요성, 강사 재훈련 및 자기계발기회 제공, 지역 전달 연수의 질 관리, 해외 연수사례 국내화 과정에서 특성화, 연수기간의 확대, 연수 후 후속지원의 필요성 등을 제안하였다.

응급구조사(應急救助士) 교육과정(敎育課程)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on The Training Curriculum for The Emergency Medical Technician)

  • It was enacted 'Emergency Medical Act' in January, 1994 beginning the emergency medical service system from 1982, and while it was established the emergency medical department in junior college providing the detailed agenda about emergency medical technician and the regulation relative to the application of a law on the emergency medical act in 1995, the fire school and the National Medical Center are enforced the curriculum. It is very important subject faced for the construction of emergency medical system to produce a number of emergency medical technicians to be sufficient to the role of emergency aid. In this study it is analysed the training curriculum for the emergency medical technician and presented the improvement plans. 1. Though it needs the qualification level of first and second class in the selection process, the more important thing needs the detailed qualification level by term of one's service and the skills of business accomplishment. 2. In the examination management, (1) written examination is composed of the questions to understand how much faithfully they carry out the practical business as the emergency medical technicians, (2) it is added practical examination as the item to appraise the situation disposal ability. 3. It is necessary to prescribe the activity in the medical institution and ambulance arrangement through the development of 'Business Treatment Guide'. 4. For the regional balanced disposition of emergency medical personnel it is selected balanceably the educational institution by eight medical service areas, and considering the characteristics of region it is necessary to manage, in the practical business training course, another special course such as the mountains medical aid and sea medical aid. 5. In the period of education the first class needs the practical business training period of a certain period after passing examination, and the second class needs the extension of the period. 6. As the problems to improve in the curriculum [1] in the first class course (1) intensification of practical educaiton (2) reinforcement of curriculum (3) the development of standardized curriculum etc., [2] in the second class course (1) varieties of curriculum (2) intensification of basic first aid treatment education.

약물감시 실습 교육이 한의과대학 학부생의 지식, 태도 및 자가 효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effect of A Pharmacovigilance Practice Training Course for Future Doctors of Korean Medicine on Knowledge, Attitudes and Self Efficacy)

  • Objectives: This study was aimed to develop a pharmacovigilance practice training course for future doctors of Korean medicine, the graduate students of a college of Korean medicine, and to verify the educational effect of the curriculum. Methods: Fifty-six students were given a training course designed as follows: 1) pre-class homework (basic theory self-study, online course, causality assessment, and adverse event reporting simulation); 2) in-class: homework submission and case discussion; 3) after-class: homework revision and resubmission. An online survey to assess the change of the level of basic knowledge and attitudes toward pharmacovigilance, the willingness to report adverse events, and self-efficacy for the causality assessment and adverse event reporting was conducted before and after education. Results: The survey participation rate was 96.5% in pre-education and 64.3% in the post-education survey. After education, knowledge level was improved (mean score from 4.3±2.11 to 6.7±1.96 points, modal value from 3 to 8 points) and positive changes were observed in almost all questions on attitudes. In the post-education survey, more students felt that they could do causality assessment (from 13% to 80.5%), could report adverse events to the agency in charge (from 7.4% to 96.2%), and expressed their strong willingness to report adverse events in the future (from 77.8% to 88.9%) than in the pre-education survey. Conclusions: More schools of Korean medicine need to adopt pharmacovigilance training courses in their curriculum to foster future doctors of Korean medicine with pharmacovigilance capabilities. Such efforts will be the basis for achieving an evidence-based, safe use of herbal medicine.

Delphi 기법을 활용한 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 만족도 평가 문항 개발 (Development of Satisfaction Evaluation Items for Degree-linked High Skills Meister Courses using the Delphi Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업현장교사가 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정에 학습근로자로 참여하여 일학습병행제 경력비전에서 제시하고 있는 스스로의 직무 역량을 향상시키고 응용력을 높이며, 고도화된 훈련 지도와 평가자로서의 역량을 강화하기 위한 기대 목표에 대한 만족도를 훈련 준비, 훈련 수행, 훈련 효과, 훈련 행정 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 평가문항을 개발하고 문항에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하였으며, 연구 결과 4개 영역 6개 부문 총 48개 문항을 개발하였다. 훈련 준비 영역의 훈련과정 개발 만족도에 대하여 7개 평가 문항을, 훈련 수행 영역의 Off-JT와 OJT 과정의 만족도와 관련하여 21개 평가 문항을, 훈련 효과 영역의 기업현장교사로서의 역량 강화 만족도와 직무 적용 및 실무 활용 능력제고 만족도와 관련하여 16개 평가 문항을, 훈련 행정 영역에서는 행정지원만족도 평가를 위한 6개 평가 문항을 개발하고 평가 문항의 안정성, 내용 타당도, 합의도와 수렴도 지표를 통해 최종 적합도를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 일학습병행 시범사업으로 추진 중인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 품질 관리를 위한 실무적 활용은 물론, 일학습병행 고숙련마이스터 과정 전반의 제도 개선 요인 등을 도출하기 위한 다양한 의견 수렴의 기초 조사 도구로서 참조될 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제공한다.

일선 간호관리자의 리더쉽 프로그램 요구 조사 (A Study of Leadership Training Program Demands of First-Line Nurse Managers in University Hospitals)

  • There is an important concern regarding the First-line nurse manager's leadership because of the recognition that effectiveness of Leadership in this position results in benefits for the whole health care organization. So knowledge and practice of effective leadership behavior are now more essential to nursing than ever before. First-line Nurse Managers must be effective leaders to meet today's challenge because staff nurse, patient are affected by them. So the purpose of this study was to identify and to analyse the need for Leadership program of First-Line nurse managers in university hospitals. There were three major purposes of this study. First, identify First-line nurse managers general characteristic, second, identify their experience of leadership training, third, identify and analysis their demands for leadership training program. The subjects for this study was 167 First-line nurse manager randomly from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The data were collected through questionnaires from Oct. 13th to Nov. 20th, 1997, data was analysed using frequencies and percentages. Especially the steps of analysis of descriptions were as follows: Initial analysis centered on the identification of the demands of first-line nurse managers. Later analysis collapsed the demands into broad categories. From the collect data, 283 demands of first-line nurse managers were identified. These demands were then sorted into 3 broad categories that included : Self development as first-line nurse managers, relationship with others, and practice. The result of the study were as follows ; 1) Most of nurse managers(79.6%) had leadership training course and had good experience to improve self leadership. 2) Their demands of leadership training course are as follows First, for self as first-line nurse managers, they want to learn leadership theory, identify their leadership style and then develop their leadership skill. Second, for others as first-line nurse managers, they want to improve their communication skill, empowering others, relationship with others. Third, for patients as first-line nurse managers, improve their knowledge of practice. From the above finding, this study can be suggested the following; 1. Develope a leadership training course to improve first- line nurse manager's leadership skill according to their demands, so they will be better able to lead staff nurses for organization purposes. 2. When develope leadership training program, it must be contained the factors which first-line nurse managers want to learn.

노인 방문구강건강관리를 위한 치위생 전문교육과정 요구도 (Demand for dental hygiene specialization training courses for visiting oral health care for older individuals)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to examine the opinions of registered dental hygienists (RDH) and dental hygiene students (DHS), professionals who can practice visiting oral health care (VOHC), and the demand for specialized training courses of RDH for VOHC. Methods: Using a Google online survey, 125 RDH and 106 DHS personnel were surveyed on their perception of VOHC and the operation of special training courses. Results: RDH (97.6%) and DHS (96.1%) agreed that they needed VOHC for older people. Moreover, the qualification course for specialized training for VOHC was considered necessary. Regarding the appropriate curriculum, RDH preferred training programs comprising 2-hours classes over 6 months and 15 weeks and so on, and DHS preferred 3 hours classes over 6 months and 15 weeks and so on. Regarding the desired working type, the RDH preferred the half-day system, whereas the DHS preferred the alternate-day system. The Korean Dental Hygienists Association was intended for human resource development. They agreed that continuing education was necessary when working as a visiting RDH, and many responded that they would participate if a specialized training course was opened. Conclusions: RDH and DHS have a high level of awareness of the importance and necessity of VOHC, and consider a specialized training qualification course necessary for efficient VOHC.

선박 사이버보안 책임자를 위한 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Training Course for Ship Cyber Security Officers)

  • 정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 선박과 육상 간의 정보교환은 더욱 빠르고 편리해졌으나 선박정보에 대한 접근이 용이해져 사이버보안 공격에 대한 우려도 커지고 있다. 선박이 사이버 공격의 피해를 입게 되면 복구하는데 막대한 비용과 시간 손해가 발생하며, 해사 산업계는 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 지정하여 보안관리 업무를 담당할 것을 요구하고 있다. 공격의 피해를 줄이고 효과적인 대응을 위하여 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 위한 전문적 교육과정이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정과 법제정비 필요성 제시에 있으며, 이를 위해 국내외 동향 및 사고사례, 주요 사이버보안 교육과정을 조사하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 선박 사이버보안 책임자에게 필요한 표준교육과정을 개발하였고 관련 법제정비의 방향성을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과는 향후 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정을 개설하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
