전래 시장옥(市場屋)의 기능적 변화특성에 관한 연구 -경북 울진군 매화1리 매화장시를 중심으로- (The Functional Transition of Traditional Shop House in Modern age of Korea - Focused on Maehwa Marketplace in Uljin -)

  • This paper aims to clarify the spatial form and functional transition of Korean traditional shop house in Maehwa marketplace, Uljin. The general form of Korean traditional shop house of Maehwa marketplace was the timbered house of the tin roof built in the 1960s. As the scale of a building being comparatively small-scale, building area is $60m^2$ and the yard was mainly made behind the building. When the spatial form of Korean traditional shop house is considered, the composition of 4 by 2 is most. And in the front of a building, the shop is located, and when the back of a building prepares a residence, integration of a sales function and a habitation function is seen. The shop of Korean traditional shop house is converted into living space by change of the function, and the position is the middle of a front of building. This is considered as what inherited the Korean lifestyle. And the last, Although it is not different from the appearance of the shop house of other areas, since there are few grades of the change in comparison, the extension situation of Korean traditional shop house is recognized as an example important for future research.

한국 전통시장 여성근로자 건강증진 프로그램 모형개발: 지역사회 참여형 연구틀 기반 (Intervention Model Development of Health Promotion for Women Workers in Traditional Marketplaces: Using Community based Participatory Action Research)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the intervention model development of health promotion for women workers working in the traditional marketplace, using community capacity building framework. Methods: Need assessment of the target population, work-related environment investigation, social network group building, and setting health management in the marketplace were performed. Then the interventions including cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal health, and psychological health were conducted. The results were evaluated using NCEP-ATP III(National Cholesterol Education Program's Adult Treatment Panel III), OWAS, and CES-D. Results: It was found that the intervention program for the vulnerable group in marketplace was appropriate, promoting the improvement of metabolic syndrome and the reduction of pain complaints. Therefore, the intervention framework for health promotion of women workers in the marketplace was developed. Work-related environment assessment also was included in the framework development. Several community capacity building strategies, including developing community resources and promoting partnership, making small social network group, and promoting program participation. Conclusion: It is suggested that occupational health nurses and professionals consider the appropriateness of intervention framework development after identifying the needs of women workers' work-related environmental problems.

  • 유비쿼터스 기술(uT)의 적용에 대한 논의가 상대적으로 저조한 재래시장에 uT를 적용하여 쇼핑고객의 쇼핑편의와 온/오프라인 쇼핑경험을 촉진할 수 있는 u-Market을 구현한다면, 재래시장을 방문하는 쇼핑고객의 수를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 이는 매출증대로 이어져 재래시장 활성화에 일조할 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 현실적인 u-Market 서비스 시나리오를 개발하였고, u-Market 시나리오를 기반으로 실제 사용자들을 대상으로 u-Market 서비스 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 u-Market 서비스 시나리오는 향후 시스템 구현단계에서 개발자들 간의 협업을 촉진하여 고품질의 시스템을 효과적으로 개발하는데 일조할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 u-Market 서비스 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구결과는 차후 재래시장에 실제로 구축될 u-Market 서비스의 성공가능성을 제고하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

  • 관광은 쇠퇴한 공간을 재생하기 위한 도구로 사용되고 있다. 이에 정부는 전국적으로 쇠퇴하고 있는 전통시장을 재생하기 위해 이를 관광지로 조성하려는 다양한 정책과 사업들을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 정부의 정책과 사업으로 인해 전국의 전통시장은 관광지로 변모하고 있고, 일부 시장은 경제적으로 재활성화 되었다는 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있기도 하다. 하지만 전통시장들이 관광지가 되어가면서 정부의 지원 사업에 대한 부정적인 견해도 함께 증가하고 있다. 이는 인식 및 이해관계의 차이로 인한 갈등으로까지 이어지기도 한다. 본 연구는 정부지원으로 공간을 재생한 공간이면서 동시에 관광명소로 거듭난 서울 통인시장을 중심으로 전통시장이 관광지가 되어가는 과정에 대해 비판적 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 전통시장의 관광지화의 배경 및 요인과 이를 둘러싼 쟁점을 검토하는 것이다. 둘째, 통인시장의 주민과 관광객의 갈등인식 유형과 이에 대한 대응인식을 심층적으로 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 방법으로는 뉴스 및 기존문헌을 통해 전통시장이 재활성화 되는 과정과 전통시장의 관광지화에 대한 쟁점과 갈등인식에 대해 검토하였다. 더불어 통인시장의 관광지화에 대한 주민 및 관광객의 인식 차이를 분석하기 위해 특정사건에 대한 관점 및 인식차이를 측정할 수 있는 질적 연구방법론인 Q 방법론을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 정부의 전통시장 지원 사업 및 통인시장의 관광지화에 대한 이용객들의 인식차이에는 3가지 관점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정부 규제 필요성을 강조하는 '전통시장 역할 및 정부정책 지지형', 정부의 전통시장 지원 정책에 비판적인 견해를 드러내고, 시장마다의 특성을 중시하는 '정책비판 및 장소 특성 강조형', 정부의 사업을 지지하면서도 통인시장의 시설 및 콘텐츠, 내부 경쟁력을 강조하는 '정책지지 및 전통시장의 자생력 중시형'으로 나뉘었다. 본 연구는 정부사업으로 인해 전국적으로 관광지화 되고 있는 전통시장에 대한 학문적 논의가 일어날 수 있는 환경을 마련했다는 의의가 있을 것이다. 관광형 전통시장에 대한 이용객의 인식차이를 분석하여 추후 정부사업에 시사점을 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

B2B 중개기업의 성과 저해요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Critical Failure Factors against B2B e-Marketplace Performance)

  • Many buying and selling companies have participated in B2B electronic commerce in order to boost sales and cut down purchase prices respectively. There are some studies on buying and selling companies performances of using B2B e-marketplaces which provide electronic B2B transaction services such as finding transaction partners, providing on-line transaction process like auctioneering, etc. This study investigates the critical failure factors against B2B e-marketplace in other words B2B market-maker or B2B intermediary. We proposed 4 hypotheses asserting that 4 critical failure factors make reverse effects on B2B intermediary performances. We adopt the Balanced Score Card (BSC) framework to evaluate B2B intermediary performance. Data were collected from 46 respondents of B2B intermediaries in Korea. Analyses showed that traditional off-line B2B practices like refunding to buyer or transactions without legal documents and low quality of product information and catalog are critical failure factors against B2B intermediary performance.

전자무역에서 구매자와 판매자의 역할분석 (An Analysis the Role between the Buyer and Seller in the Field of e-Trade)

  • International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

화물운송 마켓플레이스 선택요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Choice Factors of Online Freight Marketplace)

  • The fourth industrial revolution is affecting the industry as a whole, and the current logistics industry is coexisting with crises and opportunities. As part of overcoming this situation, the online platformization of the logistics market has recently been rapidly taking place, and the growth of e-commerce around developed countries has emerged as a demand for flexible freight services that can send and receive cargo anywhere and anytime at appropriate cost. However, the logistics industry has not been able to change rapidly in line with the demands of the market as it is immersed in traditional transportation transactions. Thus, the digital transformation of the freight market has become urgent to address problems such as uncertainty over traditionally closed and conservative freight market transaction processes and the lack of reliability caused by information asymmetry. Therefore, innovative domestic and foreign companies are attempting to establish a new way of transporting cargo, especially a marketplace way of connecting suppliers and consumers. Current status analysis and case studies were conducted through existing literature surveys, and prior research on freight market place selection factors was previewed, and the selection factors were stratified into five upper and 19 lower factors. Through this study, it is expected that improvements for sustainable growth of freight marketplace companies will be derived and that it will be a basic study of establishing management strategies through marketplace operation and quality control. In addition, it is deemed that the priority of customer requirements can be actively accepted, providing an opportunity to actively respond and strengthen corporate competitiveness.

도시 및 농촌 관광명소 전통시장의 성공 요인: 서울 광장시장과 장흥 토요시장을 사례로 (Success Factors for Developing Urban and Rural Traditional Marketplace as a Tourist Attraction: The Case of Seoul Gwangjang Market and Jangheung Toyo(Saturday) Market)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 도시 및 농촌 전통시장 중에서 최근에 관광명소로 발전한 서울 광장시장과 장흥 토요시장을 사례로 각각의 성공 요인을 규명해 보았다. 두 시장은 입지환경, 시장 주기, 시장 개설 관리주체 측면에서 광장시장은 서울 도심에 입지한 사설 상설시장이라면 장흥 토요시장은 전라남도 농어촌에 입지한 공설 정기시장이다. 그러한 차이에도 불구하고 두 전통시장은 각 성공 요인의 우선순위와 구체적인 내용에서 다소 다른 점이 있지만, 전반적으로는 같은 5개 요인의 복합적 결과로 관광명소로 성공하였다. 즉, 관광명소의 인근 입지, 주력상품의 보유, 주력상품의 가격 경쟁력, 자치단체나 공공기관의 역할, 시장의 대중매체 홍보 등의 공통적 요인이 그것이다. 이러한 점은 앞으로 도시나 농촌 전통시장의 관광시장 또는 관광명소 발전정책을 추진하는 데 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공해 주고 있다.

  • A lot of Internet shopping malls strive for obtaining a competitive advantage over others in an increasingly tighter electronic marketplace. To this end, understanding customer preference toward products (or services) and administering appropriate marketing strategy is essential for their continuous survival. However, only a few marketing researchers and practicioners focused on this issue, compared with academic and industry efforts devoted to traditional market segmentation. In this paper, we suggest a methodology of conjoint segmentation for electronic shopping malls. Traditional market segmentation methodologies based on customer's profile sometimes fail to utilize abundant information given while navigating around cyber shopping malls. In this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but capture automatically generated surfing or buying data and analyze them to get useful market segmentation information. The methodology consists of 4-stages: 1) analyzing legacy homepages, 2) data preparation, 3) estimating and interpreting the result, and 4) developing marketing mix. Our methodology was to give useful guidelines for market segmentation to companies working in the electronic marketplace.

  • Today, the marketplace environment is changing faster and more dramatically than ever before. With the rapid growth of Internet Shopping mall, electronic commerce transaction, we have big changes on distribution fields. At this circumstances, traditional markets cannot help suffering from serious contraction and market failure between highly advanced department store and internet based shopping mall giving lower prices and higher customer satisfaction program. In addition, traditional markets have made an critical role on our retail markets for a long time, but they confront a crucial crisis on nationwide owing to external markets circumstance change and internal factors. In this study, we made efforts to suggest rational political scheme to recover many difficulties as analyzing market factors affecting traditional market, such as, modernized management skill, specialized items, customers satisfactions program, and so forth.
