사이버 주식거래가 증가함에 따라 홈트레이딩 시스템을 이용한 주식거래가 활발해지고 있다. 홈트레이딩 시스템은 개인투자자 대다수가 이용하는 방법으로 코스닥에서는 75%도 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 코스피에서도 40%의 점유율을 기록하고 있다. 하지만 홈트레이딩 시스템은 사용자의 속도와 사용자 편의성에 초점을 맞추고 있어 보안기능이 다소 미흡함을 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 홈트레이딩 시스템 사용시 메모리에 인증정보가 평문으로 남는 취약점을 기반으로 메모리 덤프 툴을 이용하여 주식부정거래 가능성을 분석하고 휴대전화 SMS를 이용한 투채널 인증으로 주식부정거래에 대응할 수 있는 인증기법을 제시한다.

Pairs trading is a type of arbitrage investment strategy that buys an underpriced security and simultaneously sells an overpriced security. Since the 1980s, investors have recognized pairs trading as a promising arbitrage strategy that pursues absolute returns rather than relative profits. Thus, individual and institutional traders, as well as hedge fund traders in the financial markets, have an interest in developing a pairs trading strategy. This study proposes pairs trading rules (PTRs) created from a price ratio between securities (i.e., stock index futures) using rough set analysis. The price ratio involves calculating the closing price of one security and dividing it by the closing price of another security and generating Buy or Sell signals according to whether the ratio is increasing or decreasing. In this empirical study, we generate PTRs through rough set analysis applied to various technical indicators derived from the price ratio between KOSPI 200 and S&P 500 index futures. The proposed trading rules for pairs trading indicate high profits in the futures market.

본 논문에서는 현재 사이버 상에 존재하는 게임 아이템 거래 시스템과 그에 따른 문제점들을 분석하여, 온라인 게임 아이템의 안전한 거래가 가능한 전자 거래 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템에서 게임 서버는 아이템 인증서를 사용자에게 발급하여, 서로 다른 온라인 게임간 아이템의 교환 및 거래를 가능하도록 한다. 또한 시스템의 문제 발생시 아이템의 복구를 가능하게 한다. 제안 시스템은 거래자들에게 신뢰할 수 있는 안전한 거래 방식을 제공하며, 거래 과정에서 어떤 오프라인 상의 작업도 필요로 하지 않는다.

The author presents a simple data-driven intraday technical indicator trading approach based on Genetic Programming (GP) for return forecasting in the Bitcoin market. We use five trend-following technical indicators as input to GP for developing trading rules. Using data on daily Bitcoin historical prices from January 2017 to February 2020, our principal results show that the combination of technical analysis indicators and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, primarily GP, is a potential forecasting tool for Bitcoin prices, even outperforming the buy-and-hold strategy. Sensitivity analysis is employed to adjust the number and values of variables, activation functions, and fitness functions of the GP-based system to verify our approach's robustness.

증권시장이 커짐에 따라 홈트레이딩시스템(Home Trading System)을 이용한 증권거래가 활발해지고 있다. HTS는 주식시세 조회를 비롯한 매매상담 등의 많은 기능을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 사용자의 편의성과 효용성을 중심으로 한 기능은 개발되고 적용되고 있지만 개인정보 및 거래의 안전성에 대한 보안기능은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 키로깅과 스니핑을 통해 HTS의 보안서비스를 분석하여 많은 개인정보가 노출됨을 설명한다. 그리고 취약점을 파악하여 HTS가 가져야할 바람직한 평가기준을 제시한다.

인터넷에 기반하고 있는 전자상거래에서 무엇보다도 중요한 기술 요소는 거래 정보를 교환하는데 있어서 안정성을 보장하는 것이다. 이러한 보안 문제를 위한 다양한 기술들이 표준으로 제시되고 있다. 그 중에서도 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 전자상거래 시스템의 문서 표준으로 다양한 분야에서 사용되면서 XML 보안이 새로운 분야로 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스(Web Services) 기반의 전자상거래 시스템에서 거래 정보의 안전한 교환을 위한 XML 보안 모델을 제안한다. XML 문서에 대한 보안을 이루기 위해서 XML 서명, XML 암호화와 XML 키 관리 체계가 기존의 보안과 다른 차이점을 제시하고 고유 특성에 바탕을 둔 새로운 구조를 제시한다. 특히 전자상거래에 필요한 프로세스 관리 시스템과의 통합을 이룰 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

As the rapid development of IT and the internet changed the trading method from the traditional offline transaction into the online e-Trading, the international documentation standards, the eUCP and the domestic laws and legislations have been established, adapting to the new e-Trading environment. This study was conducted to analyze the factors which affect the use of uTradeHub on the domestic trading companies and trade-related organizations and suggest how to activate e-Trading. To do this, classify the users into the enterprises and the trade-related organizations, set up the hypothesis of the study with the measurement variables of the user convenience, the new service, the system suitability and the legislation environment and carry out a survey targeting the trading companies and the trade-related offices to do an actual proof analysis. The analysis was performed by using the statistical program, SPSS IBM22.0, and the study hypothesis was tested by the multiple regression analysis methodology. The test result showed that the trading companies set a high value on the user convenience, the new service and the legislation environment of uTradeHub, meanwhile the trade-related organizations regarded the system security and reliability, the user convenience and the legislation environment as the major affecting factor on the use of uTradeHub.

In the legislation interpretation and fundamental viewpoint about the legal system of insider trading, Japan strictly legislate under the proposition, the principle of 'nulla poena,' adopted 'the principle of limited enumeration,' and United states, under 'the principle of comprehension,' has entrusted courts with establishment of concrete concepts and standard, so the courts are very flexible in determining the range of insiders and the importance of inside information to show a strong will to eradicate insider trading. Korea has a legislative position of 'the principle of limited indication' which has been created by the negotiation between those principles of United states and Japan. Though this court has interpreted insider trading, insider trading using non-disclosed information has increased lately, needing the strengthening of its regulations. However, this shows us that sophisticate the regulations may be, the exposure of insider trading has limitations. The most important thing is to change recognition for transparency of the securities market, security of investors and to establish the atmosphere which is that fair stock trading made in a sound capital market to raise funds for corporation. The policies of improving unfair trading, self-regulation bodies, raising the transparency and legality of procedures of supervision and monitoring and applying 'compliance program' to stock companies are very needed to eliminate unfair trading in the securities market and establish the order of trading.

금융산업에서 증권사의 주식 트레이딩 시스템은 단 1분의 장애에도 손실이 매우 큰 응용 시스템이다. 특히, 트레이딩 시스템 구축 환경이 메인 프레임 환경에서 클라이언트/서버 환경으로 전환됨으로써 추가적으로 안정성이 시스템의 최우선 목표로 인식되고 있다. 이와 같은 인식 하에 일반적으로 IT환경에서 제시하고 있는 가이드라인에 의한 시스템 구축이 당연시되고 있지만, 트레이딩 시스템은 업무의 특성상 정규화된 표준 가이드라인을 따를 경우 신뢰도를 보장할 수 없음으로 비정규화된 방법으로 해당시스템을 구축하는 것이 현재 실정이다. 본 논문은 TP 모니터 계열의 미들웨어를 통한 3-Tier 클라이언트/서버 환경에서 X/Open DTP 모델에서 정규화된 표준 가이드라인인 XA 인터페이스 기반 시스템과 비정규화된 방법인 Non-XA 인터페이스 기반 시스템을 증권사 트레이딩 시스템 환경 하에 구축하여 비정규화 방법의 신뢰성을 증명한다. 그 신뢰성 증명의 방법으로는 시스템 실패를 가정한 극복(take-over) 테스트 시 주문 데이타의 에러와 이의 복구방안을 XA와 Non-XA 인터페이스 두 경우를 대상으로 수행한다.

Securities companies which faced with severe competition should not only attract new customers but also retain their on-line customers. This study examines the factors affecting loyalty of on-line stock trading customers. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The test results based on the data gathered from 87 users of on-line stock trading services show that user satisfaction, learning cost, transaction fees, and reputation influence customer loyalty. User satisfaction, learning cost and reputation are positively related to customer loyalty, whereas transaction fee is negatively related to customer loyalty. The results also support that information quality and system quality are positively related to user satisfaction. The hypothesis that transaction fee is related to user satisfaction is not supported. There is no significant information to say that security risk is related to user satisfaction. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer retention.
