한국 농수산물 수출업체의 무역보험상품 이용에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Trade Insurance by Korea Agricultural and Marine Products Trading Companies)

  • Export and import of food, agriculture, forestry, fishery products are suffering from low growth rate due to the European financial crisis, global recession, and Japan's 2012 export expansion following the aftermath of 2011 earthquake. Upon the signing and enactment of Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. and the EU, agriculture and fishery product have become the center of attention. Agriculture and fishery was reported to be 80million dollars, 1.46% of total national export, in 2012. Starting from2000, South Korea's government began its effort to expand agriculture and fishery export and as a result, export has steadily increased despite decreased consumption led by global recession. K-Sure has started an insurance program with the purpose of promoting SME business's export. It protects SME business against risk arising from credit, emergency, bad debt, and domestic price increase. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of K-Sure's insurance program via surveying SME businesses in the agriculture and fishery industry. Also this study will identify key service factors for SME businesses and explore ways to expand SME exports of agriculture and fishery by analyzing consumer satisfaction index. Results indicated service product quality factor, service communication quality factor, and social quality factor was key to improving consumer satisfaction for SME businesses in agriculture and fishery industry. Service product quality factor had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction in term of variety and results indicated that service communication quality factor's responsiveness element had minimal impact on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, all elements for social quality factor had positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Thus, leading to the conclusion that improvements in service product quality factor and service communication quality factor will indeed increase consumer satisfaction.

전자무역 플랫폼의 기본요건과 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Basic Requirements and Operation Plan of E-trade Platform)

  • The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.

푸시기반 CORBA 트레이더 서비스 구현

  • 트레이더 서비스는 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 객체가 서비스를 제공하는 객체에 관한 사전지식이 없더라도 서비스의 특성에 따라 가장 적절한 서비스를 찾아 이용할 수 있게 한다. 이를 위해 트레이더 서비스는 임포터가 요청한 서비스를 임포터, 트레이더, 링크의 정책에 따라 매칭되는 서비스를 지역 트레이더나 타 트레이더와의 연합을 통해 서비스 오퍼를 가공하여 전달한다. 이러한 기존의 트레이더 방식은 임포터가 요청한 서비스 오퍼의 양과 트레이더간 연합에 따라 요청에 대한 결과가 늦게 전달됨으로써 사용자의 대기시간이 길어지고 트레이더의 성능을 저하시킨다. 정확한 서비스 오퍼와 빠른 서비스 제공을 위해 트레이더 서비스의 성능 문제는 트레이더 서비스 구현 시 중요한 기준이다. 본 논문에서는 트레이더 서비스의 성능 저하 문제를 해결하고 최상의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 OMG에서 정의한 임포터와 트레이더의 정책에 새로운 정책을 추가하고, 빠른 서비스 제공을 위한 트레이더 서비스의 향상된 PUTS(PUsh Trader Service) 모델을 제시한다. 또한 모델의 주요 모듈 설계 및 구현을 제시하고, 제안한 모델을 이용하여 트레이더 서비스 시스템을 구현한다. 구현 시스템의 성능 평가를 위해 일반적인 트레이더 서비스 시스템의 유형별로 분석, 평가한다.

Influencing Factors of the International Payment Service Quality at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

  • International payment is an essential part of the economy, which is beneficial to both commercial banks and trading enterprises. Moreover, service quality, which has been a key point of discussion for decades, relates to customer satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing international payment service quality at the Join Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) from 2015 through 2019. This research deploys both quantitative and qualitative methods to discuss the effects of these components. Statistical data was examined through different tests, including reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analysis by SPSS 16.0. The authors obtain and analyze 157 valid responses from customer surveys, then by applying an integration SERVPERF and PSQM model, identify five main components: Reliability, Tangibles, Assurance, Convenience, and Responsiveness, which explain how the customer perceives the service quality of international payment activities at BIDV. The results show that these five factors have a positive relationship with service quality, in which, Reliability has the most significant impacts on service quality level. Besides, the findings not only contribute to the literature but also give some practical implications for BIDV to improve its international payment service quality and help them to obtain customer satisfaction in the fast-changing environment.

광역 객체 컴퓨팅 환경에서 이름/속성기반의 통합 바이딩 서비스 방안 (A Study on Integrated Binding Service Strategy Based on Name/property in Wide-Area Object Computing Environments)

  • 광역 컴퓨팅 시스템의 구조가 처음으로 네델란드 Vrije 대학의 분산 컴퓨팅 연구팀에서 명세화를 시키면서, 많은 연구개발자들은 분산객체의 광역 위치와 접속 서비스에 대한 연구들을 추진하고 있다. 이들 대부분의 연구들은 광역 컴퓨팅 사이트들 상에서 존재하는 비중복된 연산 객체들간에 바인딩 서비스에 대해서만 고려하고 있다. 그러나 지구상에 존재하는 수많은 객체들은 이름이나 속성에 의해 중복된 특성을 지닌다. 이러한 같은 특성을 갖는 객체들은 중복된 연산객체로 정의할 수 있다. 기존의 네이밍이나 트레이딩 기법으로는 독립적인 위치투명성의 결여로 중복된 연산객체들의 바인딩 서비스 지원이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 광역 컴퓨팅 환경에서 중복된 연산객체들의 위치관리 뿐 아니라 시스템들간의 부하균형화를 유지시키면서 퇴적객체의 선정을 통한 바인딩 서비스의 시간을 최소화 할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 제시한다.이 모델은 네이밍 및 트레이딩 기능들을 통합한 서비스에 의해 중복된 연산객체들에 대한 단일 객체핸들을 얻는 부분과, 이 객체핸들을 사용하여 노드관리자에 의해 중복객체들의 복수개의 컨택주소들을 제공하는 위치 서비스 부분으로 구성하였다. 위치 투명성을 제공하기 위해, 이 두 서비스는 서로 독립적으로 수행된다. 이러한 모델을 기반으로 분산객체의 광역 통합트리의 구조, 컨택주소들의 탐색 및 갱신 알고리즘을 기술하였다. 마지막으로 클라이언트 객체로부터 서로 다른 영역에 위치하는 분산객체들의 광역 바인딩을 제공할 수 있는 연합구조를 보였다.

객체그룹 기반의 분산환경에서 교육용 VDB 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of An Educational VDB System in Distributed Environments Based on Object Groups)

  • For efficiently providing multimedia services, distributed computing environments are specified the requirements of various services and distributed object platforms applied an object-oriented technology by TINA Consortium and OMG CORBA. Because multimedia service applications are becoming large and distributing, their servicing managing interfaces among objects are being complicated. In order to solve these defects, it is necessary to suggest a new object grouping model and specify object service/management requirements can be introduced under the object groups. We have been developed the distributed object group platform that can group all individual objects by the relating services and can supply trading functions for interconnecting between distributed objects or object groups. In this paper, we designed and implemented the Virtual Drawing Board for remote equational services on the distributed object group platform we mentioned above. As results, we designed a basic structure and service interfaces, and showed execution procedures of VDB system consisted of distributed objects and objects groups for educational services. For supporting distributed services of VDB system, we used three kinds of tools as follows; IONA orbix 2.2 of CORBA compliance as an object middleware, OrbixTrader 1.0 for interconnection of distributed objects, and the OGTG we developed for interconnection of distributed object groups and checking access rights of objects included in an arbitrary object group.

  • 디지털TV의 데이터 방송 서비스는 기존 아날로그TV에 비해 다양한 양방향 서비스 - 게임, 주식거래, 날씨정보 등을 제공하여 다양한 시청 경험을 제공하지만 방송 시청 행태를 복잡하게 변화시켜 TV 조작에 어려움을 느끼는 시청자들을 생산하고 있다. 이 에, 시청자들의 TV 조작을 편리하게 지원하는 음성 인식, 동작 인식 등의 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있는데 아직 시청자들의 IT 서비스의 친숙도, 적응도 등의 개인적 요인을 고려한 EPG 사용성 향상 방법에 대해서는 연구가 진행되지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 방송 네트워크가 시청자들의 개인적 요인을 기반으로 EPG 형상들을 설계하는 방법을 제안하고 이 방법을 지원하는 방안으로 시청자가 원하는 EPG 형상을 선택하면 수신 단말기에 탑재된 EPG가 그 EPG 형상을 동적으로 실현하는 환경을 제안한다.

  • Electronic trade reduces additional costs generated from the issuing and management of paper documents, and overcomes the physical limitations of commercial transactions as well as the geographical and time limitations resulting from trading with foreign countries. These characteristics of electronic trade guarantees better and more effective global marketing for companies. In addition, by expanding relative superiority of large corporations to medium-small sized companies, many medium-small companies have shown great interest in electronic trade to promote its exporting businesses, and implementing changes to facilitate electronic trade into their business system. Therefore, it is expected that the electronic trade will be more widely distributed and utilized by businesses of all sizes in the future. The adaptation and implementation of the electronic trade system can only have prosperous effects when there is a high efficiency in the utilization and service process of the concerned company. Under this premise, this research first examined electronic trade, characteristics of the company and information utilization as the key elements to determine the effectiveness of the utility aspect. Then it examines confirmation of product demand, registration of revenues, and authorization as the key elements to determine the level of service process.

상호의료협약에 대한 고찰 -호주와 한국의 상호의료협약 가능성을 중심으로- (The Feasibility of Reciprocal Health Care Agreements between South Korea and Australia)

  • Objectives : This study reviews the feasibility of Reciprocal Health Care Agreements (RHCA) between South Korea and Australia. Methods : A literature review was conducted using government reports and media articles. Results : In Australia, the Health Insurance Act enables health care agreements with other nations, but Korea has no similar legislation in place. Therefore, Korea must build a broader consensus on the need for RHCA, based on the precedent of Australia's RHCA with 11 nations, as well as on the Korean Pension Act, which has made reciprocal pension agreements with 28 nations through an exceptive clause. The active government involvement of the Ministry of Health and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Australia, and the Ministry of Health & Welfare and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Korea, are essential for a successful RHCA process. Conclusions : RHCA between Australia and Korea would constitute a significant step forward in strengthening people-to-people links between these two trading partners in the spirit of health diplomacy.

Situations and its Prospect of Single Window System for Customs One-Stop Service in Japan

  • The purpose of the paper is to analyze situations and its prospect of Single Window System for custom's one-stop service in Japan and to suggest effective application was to improve of in Korea's Customs systems. In response to the growing demand for lower trading costs and shorter and more predictable lead times with the advancement of the international trade supply chain, the Single Window System for import/export and port-related procedures was launched on 23 July 2003 in Japan. The concept of the Single Window System is to establish a comprehensive computer interface system that enables users to complete all import/export and port-related procedures required under different laws and regulations in a single input and single transmission. To realize the concept, the data elements and submission times of the various systems were harmonized, and manual procedures, such as quarantine and immigration, were computerized. Then, all the necessary systems, such as NACCS, Port EDI System, and Crew Landing Permit Support System, were interconnected as a Single Window System. Close cooperation among other governmental organizations and the private sector was a key factor in the successful development and smooth utilization of the System so that it fully met all parties' needs. It is anticipated that operating costs will be greatly reduced and trade facilitation will be enhanced as a result of the simplification of procedures. Korea Customs advocates the Single Window System as a best practice at ASEAN and WCO to contribute to the development of regional and international capacity building.
