초고속 인터넷 망등의 국내 인터넷의 저변확대로 인해 전자상거래, 인터넷뱅킹, 전자정부, 이메일등 의 많은 서비스와 다양한 정보의 보고로서 인터넷이 사용되고 있다. 근래에는 가상생환환경의 제공과 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하고자 새로운 미래형 네트워크인 NGN(Next Gener-ation Network)로서 발전하고 있다. 인터넷은 원격지에서도 원하는 정보를 취득할 수 있는 장점이 있는데, 반대 급부로서 상대방의 정보를 허가없이 몰래 추출, 변조하거나 서비스를 제공하는 경쟁사의 서버를 다운시키는 등의 공격이 증대되고 있다. 2000년부터 님다(Nimda) 바이러스, 코드레드(Code Red) 바이러스, 분산서비스 거부 공격(DDoS : Distributed Denial of Service)이 인터넷 전반에 걸쳐 수행되어 네트워크의 사용을 불편하게 하며, 내부 네트워크 트래픽의 비정상적인 증가를 수반했다. 이러한 대역폭 고갈 침해공격에 대하여 네트워크의 유입점에 위치하는 게이트웨이 시스템에 기가비트 이더넷 인터페이스를 갖는 보안네트워크 카드에 재구성 가능한 하드웨어 기능을 제공 가능한 FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrart)상에 대역폭 재어기능인 폴리싱(Policing)을 구현한다.

Facing the 4^th Industrial Revolution era, researches on artificial intelligence have become active and attempts have been made to apply machine learning in various fields. In the field of finance, Robo Advisor service, which analyze the market, make investment decisions and allocate assets instead of people, are rapidly expanding. The stock price prediction using the machine learning that has been carried out to date is mainly based on the prediction of the market index such as KOSPI, and utilizes technical data that is fundamental index or price derivative index using financial statement. However, most researches have proceeded without any explicit verification of the prediction rate of the learning data. In this study, we conducted an experiment to determine the degree of market prediction ability of basic indicators, technical indicators, and system risk indicators (AR) used in stock price prediction. First, we set the core parameters for each financial indicator and define the objective function reflecting the return and volatility. Then, an experiment was performed to extract the sample from the distribution of each parameter by the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and to find the optimum value to maximize the objective function. Since Robo Advisor is a commodity that trades financial instruments such as stocks and funds, it can not be utilized only by forecasting the market index. The sample for this experiment is data of 17 years of 1,500 stocks that have been listed in Korea for more than 5 years after listing. As a result of the experiment, it was possible to establish a meaningful trading strategy that exceeds the market return. This study can be utilized as a basis for the development of Robo Advisor products in that it includes a large proportion of listed stocks in Korea, rather than an experiment on a single index, and verifies market predictability of various financial indicators.

최근 인터넷의 중요성으로 보다 다양한 보안 서비스가 요구되고 있다 부인방지 서비스는 새로운 보얀 요구사항이다. 인터넷뱅킹, 증권거래시스템 , 전자의무기록, 전자상거래 등의 많은 어플리케이션은 부인방지 서비스와 관련이 있다. 그러나 통신의 기밀성이나 신원확인에 대한 보안에 비교하여 부인방지에 대한 연구는 부족했다. 이론적으로, 부인방지 프로토콜이 종료되었을 때 발신자가 수산부인 방지증거를 획득하고 수신자가 발신부인 방지증거를 동시에 획득하거나 쌍방 모두 유효한 증거를 획득하지 못하였을 때 공정하다고 정의한다. 기존의 대부분의 부인방지서비스는 신뢰된 제3자인 TIP(Trusted Third Party)를 기반으로 하여 프로토콜의 단계마다 통신에 관여한다. 따라서 TIP는 통신부하를 발생시키는 단점이 있다. 제안하는 전자서명기록기는 논리적으로 부인방지의 공정 성을 보장하연서, 물리적으로 검증서버와 함께 구성하여 네트워크의 부하를 최소화한다.

최근 인터넷 뱅킹, 전자결제, 전자상거래, 홈쇼핑, 증권 거래, 민원 업무 등 미션 크리티컬한 비즈니스가 증가함에 따라 무정지 서비스에 대한 요구가 높아지면서, 기존의 단일 데이터베이스에서 클러스터링, 이중화 기법 등에 관한 고가용성 기법에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있다. ALTIBASE$^{TM}$ Log Analyzer(이하 ALA)는 이중화 기법과는 별개로 Active Log를 기반으로 API를 제공하여, 이기종 또는 동일 기종간의 통신 및 확장성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 ALA를 사용하여 고가용성과 고확장성, 실시간 동기화 기능을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템의 설계를 제시하고 ALA에 대한 성능평가를 하였다.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).

SaaS모형은 정보화 H/W 투자여력이 없는 중소기업이 인터넷 기반의 모듈별 솔루션을 임대방식으로 서비스 받는 시스템이다. 많이 활용되고 있는 UPnP(Universal Plug and Play)는 정보가전이나, 무선기기, PC 등 모든 종류의 기기들을 연결하는 네트워크 구조이다. 이것은 홈이나 작은 사무실과 같이 관리자가 없는 네트워크에서 사용자의 작업 없이 쉽게 표준화된 방법으로 기기간의 연결이나 인터넷으로의 연결을 제공한다. 따라서 이러한 연결문제는 업무의 설계나 데이터베이스의 설계가 단위 네트워크별로 설계되었기 때문으로, 어떠한 업무 네트워크시스템들도 UPnP 설계시 업무를 서로 연결 할 수 있는 복합 네트워크 환경을 고려하여야 한다. UPnP 연결구조의 SaaS모형은 네트워크 기반 접속 및 실시간 관리가 가능한 상업용 소프트웨어이어야 한다. 항상 접속이 가능하고 중앙에서 관리활동이 이루어져야 한다.

본 논문에서는 FDD 방식 LTE 서비스의 핵심 대역으로 중요성이 부각되고 있는 1.8 GHz(3GPP 밴드 3)의 효율적 이용을 위한 주파수 재배치 방안을 제시하고, 이를 효과적으로 추진하는 데 있어 문제가 될 수 있는 전파 법령상의 조항 및 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 논한다. 본 논문에서는 용도 간에 혼합적으로 이용되고 있는 1.8 GHz 대역을 유럽 국가들과 유사한 형태로 전체 대역을 이동 통신 용도로 특히 LTE 용도로 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 주파수의 인접성 요구 조건이 만족되도록 재배치시켜 광대역화 하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 가능하게 하는 방안으로 2가지의 대안을 예시적인 설명과 함께 제시한다. 그리고 각 대안을 정책사항으로 추진할 경우에 논란이 예상되는 전파 법령상의 여러 조항들을 식별하고, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안에 관하여 논한다.

Purpose - Intra-industry trade of agricultural products can eliminate the disadvantage of Korea's traditional agriculture and improve its lack of comparative advantage. The main purpose of this paper is to measure the level and index of intra-industry trade of Korean agricultural products and to explore the spatial dependence and spillover effect associated with this type of trade. The main factors influencing intra-agricultural trade are analyzed from two perspectives: the population and the classification of agricultural products. Design/methodology - First, the level of intra-industry trade of Korean agricultural products is measured. Second, to obtain a more accurate estimate of the influence of various factors, and based on two types of weight matrices, a spatial econometric model is constructed from two aspects: population and classification of agricultural products. The status and the factors influencing intra-industry trade are also studied. Findings - It is concluded that there is a positive spatial correlation between Korea's intra-industry trade in agricultural products and that of its trading partners. The spatial spillover effect of this type of trade is verified by using the spatial autoregressive model (SAR). Labor-intensive agricultural products are found to have a positive spillover effect on intra-industry trade, while land-intensive products do not have a significant effect. Originality/value - In this paper, the two types of agricultural products are meticulously distinguished, and the spatial effect of the intra-industry trade of agricultural products as well as the influence of various factors are analyzed. In addition, the accuracy of the estimation of the coefficients of the factors by using the spatial econometric model is higher than that of the ordinary panel data model.

본 연구는 모바일 중고거래 서비스를 제공하는 번개장터와 당근마켓을 중심으로 중고거래 플랫폼에서 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관해 연구하고, 사용성을 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형을 기반으로 중고거래 경험이 있는 사용자에게 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고, 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 정성적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 중고거래 플랫폼이 추구하는 주요 가치에 따라 거래 목적과 주거래 제품, 제품 탐색 방법에 차이가 있었다. 번개장터는 '다양하고 트렌디한 제품'에 주력하며 택배를 기반으로 거래가 진행되며, 당근마켓은 '편의성 높고 신뢰도 있는 거래'를 주요 가치로 두고 직거래를 기반으로 하고 있었다. 사용자가 모바일 중고거래 플랫폼을 선택할때 니즈, 취향, 사고방식을 바탕으로 한 서비스의 이용 목적에 따라 달라진다는 것과, 이에 따라 플랫폼이 제공하는 거래 방식과 서비스 하고 있는 제품의 성격, 탐색 방식이 달라지며 이것이 만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 실제 유저의 사용 경험에 초점을 두어, 사용자 중심의 모바일 중고거래 서비스로 발전하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.
