Detection Technique of Tracking at Indoor Wiring using Neural Net work (신경회로망을 이용한 옥내배선의 트랙킹 검지 기법)

  • This paper is a study to dectect the tracking owing to deterioration of indoor wiring, and to prevent the electrical fire. After analysing the harmonics of waveshapes in load current and tracking current by FFT, a method of identifying the tracking was developed by using neural network. Fluoscent lamp, witch was mostly used in indoor, was chosen as the load used in this study. When the learning number in neural network was more then 30,000 times, an excellent neural net-work which could correctly identify the tracking was established. Therefore, the result of this study can be utilized as a basic material in various measuring instruments, such as an hotline inslation tester, earth tester in vehicles, and tracking fire alarm device, witch can detect the tracking under the condition of hotline.

  • In this paper, a method which cna detect tracking caused by the insulation deterioration of conduct wiring, is proposed. To investigate it, we analyzed the harmonics of each load current waveform and those of tracking current waveform with FFT. The computer which take experiment data is learned by neural network algorithm, which has recently been used for the load recognition. The proposed metod in our study can be applied to the development of several measuring equipments such as hotline insulation tester, cna earch tester for the detection of tracking under hot-line state, Furthermore, it can substitutes molded case circuit breaker, fuse, and so on.

  • A electromagnetic waves are used for sensing in insulation diagnosis at electric machine or equipment. When it a method, waves are transformed into the FFT(Fast Fourier Transform); a kind of the process for data transformation. In a general way, a scientist use frequncy band 30[㎒]~l[㎓] to applied field. If we are measured high frequency band, we will need to a high capacity hardware. Also a antenna has a fault on atmospheric phenomena, outside environment and the like. In this paper We proposed new method for detecting electric equipment faulty state using only electric voltage which is generally measured in the electric and electronic field. It is called the Partition-FFT The analytic method is this first divide measured voltage waves into equal parts, second each deal with give effect to the FFT, finally each results deal with a graphic method and gather graphic. We are compare Partition-FFT with discharge form by tracking tester. As the result it demonstrated that the Partition-FFT is applicable.

  • Most of electric accidents are happened in the place where activities are frequent by common people who has low electric knowledge. Also, accidents are increased in the low voltage electric equipment. So, it is increased to spread the dispersion or non-utility power generation system. It means that ordinary times observation is required for electric equipments by common people. This paper is studied for the diagnosis method of electric equipment that common people can diagnose easily Voltage is generally and exactly measured in the electric and electronic field. We suggest new analysis tools using only electric voltage. It is called the Time-Energy analysis. The Time-Energy analysis is as following First, divide measured voltage waves into same parts, Second, conducted FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) transform for each divided period, Finally, each results are reassembled after graphic treatment. We compared Time-Energy analysis with discharge form by tracking tester. As the result, tracking discharge processes distinguished clearly.

Effect of the Salinity Level on Tracking Characteristics of Polymer Insulators (폴래머애자의 트래킹 특성에 미치는 염수농도의 영향)

  • In order to investigate the effect of salinity level on tracking characteristics of polymer insulators for distribution power systems, tracking tests were performed by tracking wheel tester under different salt concentration. In this study, 6 kinds of polymer insulators were tested under 2200 ${\mu}\textrm{s}$/cm and 4000${\mu}\textrm{s}$/cm salinity. The salinity level has a significant effect on the tracking characteristics. Namely, most polymer insulators showed the good tracking resistance in case of low salinity level. But, in case of high salinity level some polymer insulators showed the excessive erosion and tracking. These phenomena may come from the different aging mechanism. It can be concluded that too high salinity level is not desirable in aging test of polymer insulators.

  • Voltage is generally and exactly measured in the electric and electronic field. So, we studied method for detecting electric equipment faulty state using only electric voltage. It is called the Partition-FFT. Tracking is simulated by method and tester proceed on IEC 60112. We analyze voltage waveforms by tracking tester with Partition-FFT. As the result tracking process is clearly distinguished by 6 steps. Tracking is one of the major reason of electric accidents. The Partition-FFT is using a digital oscilloscope and a computer software. If Partition-FFT analysis is applied to the electricity facilities, We can prevent from happenning electric accidents cause of tacking breakdown with low prices and easy measurment. Most of all, Partition-FFT is system that make a visual tacking process. So, everyone is able to detect to possibility of electric accidents.

  • Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) is a centralized database for storing, processing, retrieving, and analyzing laboratory data, and refers to a computer system or system specially designed for laboratories performing inspection, analysis, and testing tasks. In particular, LIMS is equipped with a function to support the operation of the laboratory, and it requires workflow management or data tracking support. In this paper, we collect data on websites and various channels using crawling technology, one of the automated big data collection technologies for the operation of the laboratory. Among the collected test methods and contents, useful test methods and contents useful that the tester can utilize are recommended. In addition, we implement a complementary LIMS platform capable of verifying the collection channel by managing the feedback.

  • This paper presents a fundamental findings of the functional and structural performance of the porous asphalt concrete coated with MMA resin. To evaluate the structural performance, cantabro, wheel tracking, moisture sensitivity and indirect tensile fatigue tests are performed. The tests results show that the cantabro loss is reduced three times and fatigue resistance is significantly increased after the specimens are coated with MMA resin. However there are little changes in the rutting and moisture damage resistances before and after the coating. Air voids, permeability and BPT(British Pendulum Test) tests are conducted to study the functional performance. It is observed form the tests that the air voids and permeability are slightly decreased after the coating. However, the changes in the air voids and permeability are negligible. The skid resistance of the coated specimens is lower than reference specimens. However, the skid resistance is maintained beyond the level of the reference specimens when silica sands are chipped on top of the coated surface.

The Effect of Gaze Fixation Induction Method on Visual Field Testing (시선 고정 유도방법이 시야 검사에 미치는 영향)

  • A visual field tester using a fixation target with a lack of distinctiveness decreases accuracy and usability in visual field testing. The present study is intended to develop various induction methods of gaze fixation for effective visual field testing. Proposed were four new gaze fixation induction methods (color changing dot; alphanumeric characters; flashing black dot; and bulls eye and cross hair, BECH) by considering visual attention factors such as color, meaning, flashing, and shape and the proposed methods were compared with the existing black dot (BD) method in terms of gaze fixation performance and subjective satisfaction by 32 participants in their 20s to 30s. BECH was found most preferred by increasing gaze fixation performance by 4.8% and subjective satisfaction by 0.4 to 2.0 in a 7-point scale compared to BD. BECH can be applied to tests such as visual field testing and macular pigment optical density testing in which gaze fixation is crucial for accuracy and usability.
