RFID 기술을 이용한 한약재 이력관리 방안에 관한 연구 (A study of plan for traceability of a Korean herb using RFID technology)

  • Nowadays Korean governments use Information Technology to improve the quality of life for a people. One of these tries is building the Food Tracing System based on Information Technology. Koreans have big concern about food that is good for health. The Food Tracing System means that the system can follows, traces, and records every steps of production and delivery of food and its ingredient. And this process should be identified and grouped by using tags, marks, and other methods. For example, producer of ingredient, processing steps of food, delivered place could be traced. In addition to food, medical herbs need consumer's trust in production and delivery. To trace and prosecute contaminated medical herbs, medical herbs also need this kind of Tracing System based on Information Technology. This study shows current medical herbs tracing ways and RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology trend. As preceding study for future RFID based medical herbs tracing system, this study suggests the building plan and scenario of the Medical Herbs Tracing System. The determination of the main body for sticking RFID Tags is very important to design for RFID Traceability System. In this study, the starting point of information to medical herbs is an inspection agency. The Medical Herbs to product domestically or import moved to an inspection agency. An inspection agency bond the RFID Tags to packing of the Medical Herbs after examining the a basic its component. At the same time inspector give the information of production or importation to the Tags. This Tags are moved for logistical process to end point, the Korean medicine agency. The customer confirmed the traceability and certification information of the Medical Herbs. For success tracing of medical herbs, institutional support and close cooperation between related organizations is necessary besides good system design.

  • 정보체계 개발 시 사용자 요구사항의 관리는 핵심요소이다. 그동안 요구사항의 관리와 관련하여 추적 테이블을 이용한 추적 모델이나 SOA 등 특정 방법론을 기반으로 한 추적 기법은 연구된 바 있다. 그러나 IT비전문가인 사업담당자를 위한 객관적이며 정량화된 평가 방법과 판정 기준을 제시한 사례는 없었다. 이에, 본 연구자는 선행 사례 연구를 통해 공공분야의 정보시스템을 구축하는 과정에서 요구사항 반영의 적정성을 판단하는데 있어 비전문가도 접근하기 쉽고 객관적이며 정량화된 평가 방법과 판정 기준을 제시한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구의 한계점을 고찰하여 요구사항 반영에 대한 평가 산식을 개선하고 다양한 사업 사례 분석을 통해 사업 특성 별 판정기준을 도출, 제시하였다.

  • In recent years, the logistics industry has greatly driven the world's economic development. Due to the frequent occurrence of logistics information leakage and forgery, it is necessary to find a solution that can accurately trace the logistics information and ensure the security and authenticity of the logistics information. The birth of blockchain technology has enabled the logistics industry to realize the development from quantitative change to qualitative change. The distributed storage idea, decentralization characteristics, immutable nature, complex encryption algorithm, and other technical characteristics of the blockchain technology make it have a wide range of application prospects in the logistics industry. The purpose of this paper is to apply blockchain technology to the whole chain of logistics information traceability, to indirectly store the corresponding data generated by the logistics circulation link on the blockchain, and to combine the researched consensus algorithm and searchable encryption algorithm to form A set of logistics information traceability system to achieve efficient and accurate traceability of logistics information.

  • Implementing the automatic identification in supply chain management is essential for effective and efficient process control. Though the GTIN based bar code system is generally used as an automatic identification method in most industries, it can not identify individual item, and is not appropriated for products' reliability and safety management. So the RFID system with EPC is considered as a better solution for resolving those problems. This study reviewed automatic identification code systems and the attributes and characteristics of RFID Gen 2 which became a global standard recently for supply chain management. Particularly, this study analyzed RFID Gen 2 systems' read rates on various conditions including distances between tags and readers and between antennas, condensation, and several packing materials in practical supply chain environment. The results of this study showed that the RFID Gen 2 had high read ratio in practical application and would be adopted as a new automatic identification means for traceability systems.

비정형화된 문서간 추적성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Traceability Analysis between Non-standardized Documents)

  • We proposed a methodology to automatically extract the requirements from the documents and check the consistency and traceability among them. The documents include not only text but also PDF or image files. We also suggest a method to visualize the result with maps, numbers, and graphs. By comparing the results with those of manual reviews from experts, we show that it is necessary to use knowledge-based method in future instead of the wordbased method for improving the reliability. The results can be applied effectively for already existing documents.

  • Block Chain is a technology that records and shares distributed ledgers without a central authority, providing a decentralized platform for transparent transactions in the business and enhancing transparency and traceability in all transactions to ensure trust in the transaction. Despite initial doubts about this technology, it is committed to adopting, adapting and improving the technology in a wide range of industries, including finance, government, security, logistics, food, medical, legal, and real estate. This study examines this technology, its applicability and potential benefits to the manufacturing supply chain. A tracking system of manufacturing supply chain to visualize transparency and traceability is implemented, and the conditions for adopting the technology in the manufacturing supply chain and the issues to be addressed are discussed.

  • Some of the information created during the design phase of an New NPP life cycle is useful only for the execution of the construction phase; however, much of the information greatly impacts the longer-term operational phase. To most make use of design and construction information produced by data based design system during the construction and operation phase, This research is identified controlled data and drawn design information of controlled equipment from documents generated during the life-cycle stages. This study aimed to analyze related documents to assure traceability of controlled equipment from design phase through O&M and then suggested DB(Data Base) based control method on technical information of major equipment throughout nuclear power plant lifecycle.

  • Systems engineering technology development program for Korea next-generation high-speed railway(KNHR) system in progress is a national large-scale system development program that is not only a large-size and complex but also multi-disciplinary in nature. Using the RDD-IOO, a systems engineering tool, the KNHR program can establish requirements traceability and development process management in the course of development. This paper presents the results from a computer-aided systems engineering application to KNHR system technology development project over the three years of activities. The traceability among the system design database in the vertical direction of SE process, as the results of the first year and the second year research was accomplished. The database in both the requirement management domain and the project management domain was developed and set up the traceability between them in the horizontal direction of the SE process in the V model as the results of the third year research. Therefore, KNHR design database was built to support the life-cycle management of the system as well as to reuse the knowledge in future programs. In the following development phase, this database will be utilized to accomplish the test and integration activities providing a baseline database. The outcome of the study contributes to the establishment of the model-based systems engineering approach as a best practice in the accumulation and advancement of systems engineering technology for railway system development.

  • 산출물들의 추적 관계 정의를 이용한 요구사항 추적을 통해, 기존의 컴포넌트 자체의 재사용뿐만 아니라 컴포넌트 개발과정에서 나오는 다양한 산출물들을 요구사항 기반으로 재사용할 수 있다. 이러한 재사용성 증가를 목적으로 하는 요구사항추적을 지원하기 위해서는 산출물들이 요구사항을 기반으로 표현될 수 있어야 하고, 표현된 요구사항을 기반으로 하여 추적관계를 추론하는 메커니즘이 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 시맨틱스 기반의 요구사항추적을 지원하기 위해서 요구사항 온톨로지를 하여 기술한다. 그 다음에 산출물들이 요구사항 온톨로지를 통해서 시맨틱 태깅되는 기술을 기술한다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 요구사항 추적을 위한 메커니즘을 제안하고, 요구사항 온톨로지의 구조를 정의하며 프로토타입을 제시한다.
