국회 안전확보를 위한 보안성 강화방안: 참관제도를 중심으로 (Strengthening Safety for National Assembly: Focus on the Public Tour System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국회참관서비스의 증가로 인해 야기되는 안전문제를 억제하고 국회보안을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제시는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 2장에서는 국회 참관의 정의와 국회 참관의 종류, 참관절차 및 준수사항에 대해서 살펴보았다. 3장에서는 국회참관과 관련된 위해환경과 국내외의 국회와 같은 국가중요시설에 대한 안전 환경들을 비교분석하였다. 본 연구는 4장에서 국회 보안을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 첫째, 국회경비에 특수경비원 활용과 둘째, 참관 관련 보안교육을 제시하였다. 먼저, 특수경비원 활용과 관련하여 특수경비원은 일반경비원과 달리 담당구역에서 총과 같은 무기를 사용할 수 있기 때문에 기존 국회방호원의 업무를 대체가능하다. 둘째, 공무원 신분의 방호원과 비교하여 외부환경에 탄력적으로 인력운영이 가능하다. 셋째, 법적 측면에서 "경비업법"상 국가중요시설에 해당하므로 특수경비원으로 하여금 국화안전을 확보하는 것에 문제가 없다. 마지막으로 현재 국회안전교육과 단기교육, 무도 및 CS교육에 편중되어 있으므로 국회프로그램에 '참관 서비스 교육 전문과정'을 추가로 개설할 필요성을 제시하였다.

소설 및 게임의 트랜스미디어에서 시각적 요소 분석 - 원작 "주선"의 세계관과 캐릭터를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Visual Elements in Transmedia of Novels and Games - Focus on the Worldview and Characters of the original "Zhu Xian" -)

  • In the era of transmedia, it has become normalized to use different media for the same content. The paper of this research is, in such a transmedia era, in order to meet the needs of the public, what elements should be considered when adapting a novel into a game. The study takes the novel "Zhu Xian" and its game adaptation "Zhu Xian Hand Tour" as the research object, focusing on the worldview and characters, analyzing the elements needed for the adaptation, and uses a questionnaire to understand players' satisfaction with the elements of the adaptation. The results show that the audience satisfaction of the worldview and character visualization elements in the adaptation of "The Zhu Xian Hand Tour" is high, but the basic information and appearance elements in the ethnic composition of the worldview and the character visualization elements need to be modified. The study can provide a design suggestion for game planners and designers.

국외여행인솔자의 역할갈등, 모호성, 과부하와 서비스 제공 수준과의 영향관계 (Relationship among Role Conflict, Ambiguity, Overload and Service Delivery Level of Tour Conductor)

  • 여행서비스 품질, 종사원 만족, 그리고 여행자 만족 등의 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 여행서비스 제공에 있어 국외여행인솔자가 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 인솔자의 역할, 역할관련 스트레스, 그리고 서비스 제공 수준 등에 대한 연구는 미진한 형편이다. 그래서 이번 연구에서는 역할 관련 스트레스인 역할 갈등, 모호성, 그리고 과부하와 서비스 제공수준에 대한 개념적 정의에 대한 논의를 수행하고, 이들 변수들에 대한 조사를 수행한다. 또한 서비스 제공수준의 영향 요소를 파악하고 역할 갈등 등의 스트레스 요인이 국외여행인솔자의 서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악한다. 분석 결과를 보게 되면, 역할 갈등, 역할 모호성, 그리고 역할 과부하 등의 요소들이 국외여행인솔자의 서비스 제공수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수 있다. 특히, 서비스 접점과정에서 역할 갈등과 모호성은 응대성과 감정이입에 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수 있으며, 역할 과부하는 전문성과 외모연출과 영향관계를 갖는 것을 볼 수 있다. 결론적으로 국외여행인솔자의 스트레스를 줄이고 서비스 제공수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 인솔자 개인의 노력뿐만 아니라 조직차원의 정책 등이 필수적인 요소이다.

익산 무왕길 탐방프로그램 이용자의 인식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of Visitors to King Mu Trekking Course Program of Iksan)

  • '무왕길을 찾아 떠나는 여행' 프로그램 참여자를 중심으로 탐방 인식과 만족도에 관한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 본 프로그램에 참여하게 된 동기는 대부분 자녀교육이 단초가 된 것으로 나타났다. 탐방시설 이용에 따른 지원 및 개선사항으로 걷는 길에 대한 안전성 확보와 안내시설물 보강 및 재정비에 대한 요구가 많았다. 탐방로 프로그램 운영관리에 대한 항목에서는 프로그램 내용이 충실하게 된 점을 높이 샀다. 그러나 최근 발굴된 정원 유적 등의 결과를 담지 못한 점에 대해 아쉽다는 의견이 많았다. 따라서 백제 정원유적으로 확실히 되는 왕궁리 산 80-1번지를 중심으로 내부 프로그램을 보강할 필요성이 있다. 그리고 백제문화권이 보유하고 있는 역사문화 및 환경의 가치를 보존하여 지역역사와 정원문화를 체험하는 교육을 진행해야 한다. 일상에 지친 사람들에게 여유를 찾게 하는 무왕길 탐방 프로그램은 짧은 도보여행을 통해 자아성찰과 자연과의 접촉 그리고 건강관리 측면에 있어 그 중요성을 재인식시키는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.

방한 외래관광객의 의류상품 구매동기와 구매행동에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Clothing Merchandise Purchase Motivation and Behavior of Foreign Visitors in South Korea)

  • This study tries to search and analyze empirically the clothing merchandise purchase motivation and behavior made by foreign visitors who bought clothes as tour memorials in South Korea. To make a empirical study we made survey research and evaluated 30 items for the survey of clothing purchase motivation and 25 items for the survey of the importance and satisfaction revealed at the time of purchase with the standard of Likert 5 point. We had chosen 614 sample participants including 176 English speakers, 211 Japanese speakers, and 277 Chinese speakers among those foreign tourists who had purchased clothing materials at the Dongdaemun Shopping Mall. The result of analysis is as follows : As the result of factor analysis about the clothing merchandise purchase, we had 6 factors. They are (1)impulse, (2)utility, (3)fashionableness, (4)tour commemoration (5)psychology (6)economy. As the result of cluster analysis based on the standard of selected 6 factors of clothing merchandise purchase motivation, we could divide three groups such as (1)the pursuit type of clothing merchandise purchase, (2)the pursuit type of recreation of feeling (3)the pursuit type of tour memorial. As the result of analysis on the items of purchased clothing merchandise, the highest frequency of purchase was made by T-shirt, then by the order of sweater, blouse, and aloha shirt, pants, and jacket. In regard to the importance of items related to clothing merchandise, the highest importance was made by design, then by the order of price, size, color and utility, and style. In regard to the items related to the service of shopping mall, the highest satisfaction was made by the convenience of business hour. Meanwhile, the lowest satisfaction was made by the inconvenience of fitting room, the speaking and by ability of foreign languages by sales agents.

종가의 음식관광자원 가능성 연구 - 충재 권벌종가 팸투어 참가자 대상으로 - (Study on Feasibility as Culinary Tourism Resources of Head Families (Jongga) - With a Chungjae Gwonbeol Jongga Familiarization Tour Participants -)

  • The main objective of this study was to investigate how Jongga and its cuisine is perceived by Koreans and foreign tourists and develop Jongga culinary culture for culinary tourism. Chungjae Jongga was chosen since it is one of the most famous Jongga in South Korea. In-depth personal interviews were performed with Koreans and foreign tourists. Interviews were performed to provide deeper insights into comments and subject matters. Most tourists selected "having lunch at Jongga" as the most distinctive part of the tour. To develop the experience at Jongga as a culinary destination, questionnaires were created to study eight areas: satisfaction, expectations as a tourist at Jongga, most impressive part of tour, preference of food serving style, length of stay, price range, things to be improved, and role of food guide. This study will help Jongga to improve food as a culinary tourist's attraction and ultimately heighten the value of Jongga. Perceptions toward Jongga and its cuisine were generally positive, but the quality of service and lack of organization in establishments were perceived to be negative factors.

올레길 7구간의 이용객 만족도 및 이미지 분석 (The Study on the Satisfaction and Image of Passenger at Section Seven, in Olle-gil)

  • This study aimed to investigate the images that affect general travel behavior and satisfaction of eco-tourists of Section seven of Jeju Olle-gil and to give eco-tourists preferred images to newly constructed eco-tour sections. Adjectives were selected to evaluate images, and for analysis, a survey was carried out with 132 persons who have toured 7 section of Jeju Olle-gil. On this survey, basic travel type, overall satisfaction, image before and after experience, age, gender, satisfaction level and accompanying type were inquired. 81(61.4%) knew section 7 of Jeju Olle-gil 'in advance', and 58(39.1%), which takes up the largest portion in this question, came to choose section 7 by a word of mouth. 95(71.9%) answered that they stayed 2 nights and 3 days, and 55(41.7%) answered that they stayed at a pension as accommodation. As for accompanying type, 34(25.7%) answered they accompanied family and relatives. As for the decision of visit, 60(45.5%) replied that they decided one month prior to the visit. And as for the purpose of visit, 63 (33.8%) replied they visited to appreciate nature. The adjectives that demonstrate overall satisfaction and significance level of the tourists were 'placid', 'refreshing', 'living', 'mountainous' and 'green'. As for the satisfaction level, people were satisfied with its environment, cleanliness level and direction boards. The types of section preferred by the tourists were clay pavements, followed by sand-masa soil mixture pavement and wooden deck pavement. 'Oidolgae' section was selected as the representative section, and 10:00a.m.~12:00p.m. was preferred as visiting time. And it is also proved that people were positive in appointing photo zones.

온라인 여행사 여행체험활동 특성이 기억할만한 관광경험, 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향: S-O-R 프레임워크를 기반으로 (The Effect of the Characteristics of Tours and Activities in Online Travel Agencies on Memorable Tourism Experiences, Satisfaction, and Loyalty: Based on the S-O-R Framework)

  • Purpose Recently, the tours and activities (TAA) market provided by online travel agencies (OTA) has grown rapidly and has become the third-largest in the travel industry. However, compared to its practical proliferation, TAA has not yet received much academic attention. This study aims to discuss the effect of the four domains (e.g., educational, entertainment, escapist, and esthetic experiences) of the experience economy on users' memorable tourism experiences (MTE), satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of TAA. Moreover, the study investigates how this mechanism varies depending on the tour guides' professional competency. Design/methodology/approach This study developed a research model based on the S-O-R framework. Using the survey method, data were collected from consumers who had experienced TAA offered by OTA more than once within one year. A total of 307 respondents (consumers) were used for the final analysis, and developed hypotheses were tested using a structural equation model technique. Findings The results of this study are as follows. First, educational, entertainment, and escapism experiences in the experience economy positively affect MTE. Second, within the experience economy, entertainment and esthetic experiences have a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, MTE positively influences satisfaction, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention. Fourth, satisfaction has a positive impact on repurchase and recommendation intentions. Finally, according to the level of tour guides' professional competency, there is a significant difference in the effect of escapism experience on MTE/satisfaction.

관광가이드의 긍정심리자본 요인이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact Positive Psychological Capital of Tour Guides on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment )

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the influence relationship between positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and to provide implications through empirical research to increase the capabilities of tourism guides that are a factor in the performance of planned travel products Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted an empirical survey using the google online questionnaire. It was directly surveyed, distributed, and collected from workers who were or were performing tourism guide duties in Asia and Europe, and 203 questionnaires were used for analysis. The empirical survey was conducted in a self-written manner through a simple random sampling method, and the statistical package was conducted with frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and correlation analysis using the spss 21.0 program. Findings - First, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, hope and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, self-efficacy and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that the research results have had a positive (+) effect on the variables of positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and have laid the foundation for academic research on research topics. In practice, it is expected to increase the positive psychological capital of tourism guides and have a significant impact on the organization's performance by actively supporting and supporting individuals related to the sustainable growth of travel products.

대전대학교 한방병원에 내원한 일본인 관광객의 의료관광 현황 (A Research of Trend on Japanese Medical Tourism in Oriental Hospital of Daejeon University)

  • Objectives : This study is to evaluate the current situation of Japanese tourists for medical tour of Daejeon University hospital and to draw up a plan for better policies. Methods : 59 Japanese tourists visiting oriental medicines hospital of Daejeon University from January 2012 to September 2012, were analysed in the statistics. And 8 of them answer a questionnaire about reasons for selection of Daejeon University hospital, satisfaction for thread embedding therapy and side effects of thread embedding therapy. Results : A total of 59 foreigners visited oriental medicines hospital of Daejeon University for medical service, consisting of 54 females(92 %), the thirties to fifties 71 % by age. The 87.5 % of patients answered that the reason for choosing this hospital was the subsidization of the medical expenses, and 50 % for appropriate payment, 37.5 % for safety, 12.5 % for recommendation of the people who had good experience at this hospital. The 71% of patients selected thread-embedding therapy for treating wrinkles. The degree of satisfaction was evaluated as quite satisfaction of 87.5 %, full satisfaction of 12.5 % showing that a whole number of the patients treated with thread-embedding therapy showed relative satisfaction. This evaluation is, however, a short term survey which should lead to a further term study. For the evaluation of side effects of thread-embedding therapy, 75 % of patients answered as pain occurred during the therapy, 62.5 % as edema, 50 % as hypodermal bleeding. Conclusion : First of all, there should be more constructive promotion and support for medical tour of oriental medicines, ultimately leading to promoting better clusters of oriental medicines. Secondly, support in terms of a medical law should be established for medical disputes, and the best follow-up service should be considered.
