지질학적 조사를 바탕으로 한 경주지진으로 붕괴된 석굴암 진입도로 비탈면의 안정성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stabilization of the Collapsed Slope due to Gyeongju Earthquake at Seokguram Access Road based on Geological Investigation)

  • 2016년 9월 12일 발생한 경주지진의 영향으로 석굴암 진입도로 구간 내 대형낙석이 발생되었다. 낙석의 발생 원인 규명과 진입도로 전체 구간의 비탈면 위험성을 확인하고, 적정한 대책방안을 마련하기 위한 정밀조사가 실시되었다. 석굴암 진입도로 주변의 지형 및 지질 특성 확인, 현황도 작성을 통한 특성 파악 등을 바탕으로 구간별 위험도를 위험, 주의, 안정으로 분류하였다. 또한 음영기복도를 활용하여 경사도, 방위도, 상부사면기여면적, 습윤지수 등을 도출함으로써, 지진 발생으로 인한 위험 구간과 지형적 요인의 특성에 대하여 고찰하였고, 이를 통해 대형낙석 발생 구간이 취약 구간이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 석굴암 진입도로 전반에 대한 비탈면 안정 상태를 평가하여, 붕괴 위험정도에 따라 위험구간과 주의구간으로 분류함으로써, 석굴암 진입도로 주변의 산사태 관리를 위한 기반을 마련하였다.

농촌마을 경관계획을 위한 경관자료의 수집과 가시화기법 (Landscape Information Acquisition and Visualization Technique for Rural Landscape Planning)

  • This study aimed at establishing the multi-ranged approach on data acquisition technique for rural landscape planning, which tried categorization, grading and transferring of landscape elements in the more detailed level. For the systematic management of database for the topographic informations in the village level, a kind of the aerial photographing techniques with UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) was used and its resultant data for the landscape simulation of the rural village, which in turn helped the convenient approach to understanding of its comprehensive spatial structure. The image data from aerial photography was systematically processed through; First, after revision of the distorted one, the image map was adjusted with the topographical and cadastral maps. Second, the farm houses and buildings, and other facilities difficult to find out in the topographical map was digitally read from the adjusted image. The topographical landscape view of rural village was simulated on the base of DEM(Digital Elevation Model) and the 3-dimensional shapes of farm houses and buildings were automatically modelled using the input system developed by the author. In conclusion, the aerial image information adjusted with the edited maps could give more intuitive and detailed villagescape than the ordinary one and through landscape simulation of the rural village, its topography, features of houses/buildings and spatial distribution of land uses were effectively reproduced. And, by the linkage between field survey and photographed/simulated results of the typical landscape elements using hyper-link method, it would be expected to develop as an effective visualization technique of rural landscape.

An Interpretation of Archetypal Form of Byungyoung Castle in Ulsan City

  • The purpose of this study ins to verify the characteristic location of Byungyoung Castle, physical type, inside spatial organization, and the scheme of Byungyoung Castle. The study utilizes historic literature, ancient maps related to Byungyoung Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism Castle, topographical and cadastral maps which were published under the rule of Japanese Imperialism and the topographical maps which were made recently by National Geographic Institute with various scales. The methodology of the study is to interpret the contents from the historic literature on the site map. The result of the study is as follows; Byungyoung Castle does duty as a defensive base for the entire country and has a specific character of location that has the dual function of a mountain fortress for national defense and of a village fortress for the town. Byungyoung Castle has four gates on four sides and has a oval shape very close to a circular form. The road construction inside the castle is composed basically of a cross shape. Byungyoung is located in the northwest area of this major road system. The private houses that lie along the north-south road are build up at the core area of the lower level and the town market built up around the south gate becomes the heart of life for the people. Schematically, it has the same pattern as regular village fortress, in that the houses for the guests and the houses for the public office are arranged to the east and the west. It is considered that there is certain functional parallel between Byungyoug Castle and Ulsan castle because there are no facilities for sacrificial rites no institutional budding.

Application of Landsat ETM images for spatial property analysis of tidal flat in west Seohan bay, North Korea

  • In this study, as the passing of a year, the changes of tidal flat area in Seohan Bay, North Korea was monitored through using Landsat ETM Data and the ancient topological map. The map to present tidal flat distribution characteristic based on the ancient topographical map (1918) was constructed as GIS DB. In addition, a tidal flat distribution map was estimated by using the satellite images with unsupervised classification method. Even though it is difficult to approach to study area, it was possible to gain the data and to monitor the change of the coast tidal flat by comparing to area change yielded.

  • 도로, 철도 및 운하 등을 비롯한 각종 건설공사를 위해서는 건설공사의 기본설계과정에서 건설예정지에 대한 지형측량을 실시하고 이를 기초로 종 횡단면도의 제작이 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 건설예정지에 대한 프로파일 제작에 있어 NGIS구축사업에 의해 제작된 수치지형도의 지형정보를 이용하여 정밀 3차원지형모델을 구축하고, 이로부터 자동 프로파일을 생성하여 종 횡단면도로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수치지형도로부터 표고 및 주요시설물의 레이어를 각각 추출하고 이를 이용하여 정밀 3차원 지형모델을 구축하는 한편, 3차원 지형모델로부터 자동 프로파일을 생성하여 종횡단면도를 제작하였다. 그리고 생성된 프로파일의 경로에 대하여 지형측량을 실시하여 상호 분석함으로써 자동 생성된 프로파일의 정확도가 현지측량 정확도와 허용정확도를 만족시킬 수 있는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설공사를 위해 실시되는 기본설계과정에서 설계기간의 단축, 설계비용의 감소와 설계업무의 효율화를 꾀할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 프로파일 생성기법으로 제안할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 일제강점기인 1910년에 작성된 1:50,000 지도(이하 근세 한국 오만분지일 지형도)는 전국을 망라한 최초의 근대적 방법에 의해 제작된 지도이다. 본 지도는 주로 인문 지리적 관점에서 이용되어 왔으나 최근 지도의 높은 정확성이 인식됨에 따라 다양한 분야에서 유용하게 되었다. 특히 해안분야에 있어서는 해안 구조물 건설에 따른 장기적인 지형변화를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 독립된 해안 표사계에 대해 구조물의 건설 전후에 진행된 지형변화의 분석방법에 관한 것이다. 장기적인 해안의 지형변화를 분석하기 위한 기점은 1910년도의 지형도로 하였다.

  • The government is spending a large amount of budget to establish NGIS due to the importance of geospatial information. This paper deals with the study of schema mapping technique which can efficiently establish military topographic DB forest layer using digital forest map and other existing geospatial DB. In order to accomplish this 1) each schema of these types of DB was analyzed then, 2) mapping table which connects related attributes was created and finally, 3) military topographical DB forest layer of the area of interest was efficiently established. This research was able to display solutions that resolved compatibility issues between existing geospatial DB of these types, established by the schema mapping techniques described in this research.

  • The current combining of computer and geographic information technology. The result of such research oil determinate objective factors of hydrologic-topographical parameters through joining hydrology and GIS(Geographic Information System). In this study, we wish to offer the base data to determinate hydrologic-topographical parameters request of runoff model analysis in this basin. First, we computed the CN(curve number) by using GIS, and then classify the digital map of soil group and landuse on the Sulma river basin. Second, we used Avenue Script to calculate the height of efficient GIS work before using the Clark model to work out flood runoff flow.

  • 지도제작에서 지도의 정확도와 신빙성 (reliability)을 지배하는 주요한 요인은 지형도의 원도(mapase)의 측도과정인 도화작업(stereo-restitution)이라고 할 수 있다. 항공사진의 도화작업의 대부분은 아직까지 아나로그(analogue) 방법에 의하여 수행되고 다. 그러므로 도화작업은 실체도화기(stereo plotter)에 의하여 수행 되므로 도화기를 조종하는 도화사(operator)의 숙연도, 기능의 수준 및 개인습성에 의한 관측오차에 따라서 도화성과의 질에 상당한 영향을 끼치고 있음이 명백하다. 본 연구에서는 도화사의 경역별 개인오차를 도화기종별로 검출하여 분석하였고 또한 도화대상이 지형, 지물의 난역도와 세부상세도에 따르는 결과도 분석하였으며 우리나라에서 답습하고 있는 선도화 후 현지확인의 작업과정이 원도측도의 정확도에 미치는 영향도 고찰하여 보았다.

농업환경자원관리를 위한 팜맵 활용전략에 관한 연구 (Farm-map Application Strategy for Agri-Environmental Resources Management)

  • In this study, a farm map utilization strategy for sustainable agricultural environmental resource management was derived. In addition, it is intended to present an efficient method of providing farm map-related services. As a result of the demand survey, the additional information required for the farm map includes 29% of information on crops grown on farmland, 21% of management-related information such as the owner or business entity, 17% of topographical information including slope, 15% of agricultural water information, 17% of land status information, and the addition of functions. 2% was investigated. As a result of intensive interview survey, it was found that it can be used for information on crops cultivated by agricultural businesses, actual cultivated area by township, arable land consolidation division boundary, and management of agricultural promotion zones. The farm map can be used as basic data to efficiently manage agricultural environmental resources. Since the status of support for individual farms or lots, such as soil improvement agent support and organic fertilizer support, may belong to personal information, it can be processed and provided in units required by administration or policies, such as administrative boundaries, subwatersheds, and watersheds. It can serve as a basis for executing the direct payment currently supported only by individual farms, even in a community unit that manages environmental direct payments.
