Avoiding the industrial accidents is one of the goals in manufacturing industries from the top manager to the foremen. Therefore all the companies try to prevent occupational accidents using system safety programs in order to increase the productivity. Korean industries have been tended to depend upon historical information to control risks. The other hand, foreign industries have identified risk factors using system safety techniques to predict future risks. This study presents the method to apply the foreign industries risk control technique to the Korean industries.

카카오 게임의 런칭 후 모바일 게임 시장은 빠르게 성장하여 게임시장 점유율 33.1%로 2위를 차지하고 있다. 하지만 그 규모에 비해 매출액 비중은 6%로 점유율로 상당히 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이는 아직 모바일 게임 시장에 있어서 수익모델이 제대로 확립되지 못했기 때문이다. 이러한 수익모델의 부재는 DAU와 매출순위로도 확인할 수 있는데, 구글 플레이 무료게임 DAU Top10 안에 들어가는 게임 가운데 매출순위는 10위 안에 들지 못하는 게임들이 존재한다. 반면에 DAU순위는 낮지만 매출이 높은 게임들 또한 존재하는데, 이러한 결과는 수익모델이 제대로 만들어져 있는 게임과 그렇지 않은 게임의 차이라고 보인다. 본 논문은 구글 플레이 무료게임 10위권 내에 있는 게임들의 DAU순위와 매출 순위 비교를 통해 DAU 순위와 매출순위가 다른 게임들을 선정한 후, 이러한 결과의 원인이 되는 요인을 규명하고 이를 통해 향후 모바일 게임 시장에 진입하고자 하는 제작자들이 수익모델을 만드는데 있어 준거점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 목표계획과정의 영향요인들을 포괄하는 체계모델을 제시하고, 다양한 요인들 중 특별히 수립체계의 적합성과 목표달성 가능성에 대한 구성원들의 인식수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는데 주된 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 국내 상장사들의 목표계획과정에 대한 정보를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 목표계획과 관련하여 제시되어온 다양한 주장과 이론들이 40개의 시사점으로 요약 정리될 수 있으며, 이들은 다시 구성원들의 참여시스템과 업무동기, 최고경영자의 체계성과 실행의지, 상하의 정렬, 목표내용, 환경변화에 대한 조정을 포함하는 7개의 요소군으로 분류될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 도출한 7개의 요소군들 중 목표내용 요소군은 목표수립체계에 대한 구성원들의 수용성과 실현 가능성에 대한 인식수준 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 상하의 조정, 환경변화에 대한 조정을 포함하는 구조적 특성의 요소군들은 구성원들의 수용성에, 최고경영자의 실행의지, 구성원의 업무동기를 포함하는 내면적이고 심리적인 특성의 요소군들은 목표달성 가능성에 대한 인식수준에 중대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 목표수립체계 구축수준을 진단하기 위한 체크리스트와 성과향상을 위한 목표효과 극대화에 도움이 되는 다양한 시사점들을 제공하고 있다.

With the energy paradigm shift from supply side management to demand side management, many researches have been done on demand side resource management and demand response. At the same time, Obix, BacNet-WS and OPC-UA are popularly used in buildings and industry energy management system. However, it is not easy to interchange the data and information among the systems cause a variety of protocols are used in buildings and factories. Therefore, in this paper, we are proposing an open business platform not only to integrate and manage the demand resources using various protocols and standards, but also to allow to plug-ins a new business service on top of the platform.

This study examined the factors that make Korean companies adopt supply chain management systems. By adding a group of inter-organizational factors, we extended an innovation-theory-based research model to study the information technology adoption. Sixty three questionnaires from 700 leading companies in Korea were collected and analyzed. Independent variables of the research included environmental, organizational, innovation, and relational characteristics. We found that supply chain management systems in Korean companies are at the initial stage of the adoption, in general. This research also found that company's environmental characteristics have insignificant relationship with the adoption of supply chain management systems. In addition, organizational characteristics (the support of top management, the size of organization, and the information technology infrastructure), innovation characteristics of the supply chain, and the power exercised over the supply chain played important roles in adopting supply chain management systems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of TQM dimensions through service recovery justice on service quality and customer satisfaction. Methods: This study employed structural equation modeling methodology analyzing 265 samples collected. Results: This study found that TQM related factors had positive influence on service recovery justice in general. In specific, top management leadership and employee participation are the most important factors for the service recovery justice. Conclusion: This study reveals that service recovery justice has the positive impact on both service quality and customer satisfaction.

Under WTO we are confronted with the upcoming of the infinite competition and the opening of education market. In order to meet such new changes, more and more university in education industry participate in the certification of ISO 14000. This paper presents an effective approach to obtain the ISO 14001 environmental management system, summarized as follows: First, the top manager should understand the environmental problems and motivate all personnels. Second, a systematized environmental management system should be constructed in accord with actual circumstances of firms, and should be improved continuously by means of effective operation, internal audit and management review. Third, an environmental policy should be published, the environmental programs should be established following an environmental objective, target and they should be monitored regularly.

글로벌 OTT(Over the Top) 서비스의 국내 진출이 늘어나고 기존 플랫폼 개편이 활발히 이루어지면서 OTT 서비스 시장의 경쟁이 더 치열해지고 있다. 초호화 콘텐츠를 보유한 막강한 경쟁자들이 계속해서 시장에 뛰어들고 있고 사람들의 니즈도 다양해짐에 따라 지속적인 수익 창출을 위해 가입자의 이탈을 막기 위한 OTT 서비스 플랫폼의 다양한 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 기대일치모델을 기반으로 OTT 서비스 특성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. OTT 서비스 이용 경험이 있거나 현재 이용 중인 개인을 대상으로 총 386부의 설문을 수집하여 AMOS24를 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 플랫폼 품질 우수성을 제외한 콘텐츠 큐레이션, 콘텐츠 풍부성, 시청 능동성은 기대일치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기대일치는 지각된 유용성과 사용자만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 유용성은 사용자만족에 영향을 미치고, 사용자만족은 OTT 서비스 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 가격공정성은 기대일치와 사용자만족, 지각된 유용성과 사용자만족, 사용자만족과 OTT 서비스 지속이용의도 간의 관계를 강화해주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 OTT 서비스 사업자의 수익 창출에 가장 직접적인 영향을 미치는 가입자 유지를 위한 서비스와 콘텐츠 개발에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
