공작기계 오차 모델링과 보정에 관한 연구 (On Error Modeling and Compensation of Machine Tools)

  • The use of composite hyperpatch model is proposed to predict a machine tool positional error over the entire work space. This is an appropriate representation of the distorted work space. This model is valid for any configuration of 3-axis machine tool. Tool position, which is given NC data or CL data, contains error vector in actual work space. In this study, off-line compensation scheme was investigated for tool position error due to inaccuracy in machine tool structure. The error vector in actual work space is corrected by the error model using Newton-Raphson method. The proposed error compensation method shows the possibility of improving machine accuracy at a low cost.

  • The Cradle(R) is specialized systems engineering tool that developed by 3SL(Structure Software System Limited) that has headquarters in U.K. and U.S.A.. It is recognized as the fastest growing Computer-Aided Systems Engineering Tool(CASE Tool). We built up requirements management database by using Cradle(R) on urban maglev program in Korea. So Cradle(R) provide a network function, is available accesses of clients in external organization that is associated on urban maglev program by the internet. However the network function of Cradle(R) require an opening of some a specific network ports and may causes a decreasing network speed. In this paper, we propose the method to establish an user environment of a requirements management database that overcome constraints on network condition.

  • The fundamental issues to evaluate machine tools performance through simulation pertain to the physical models of the machine tool itself and of process while the practical problems are related to the development of the modular software structure. It allows the composition of arbitrary machine/process models along with the development of programs to evaluate each state of machining process. Surface roughness is one of the fundamental factors to evaluate machining process and performance of machine tool, but it is not easy to evaluate surface roughness due to its tribological complexity. This paper presents an algorithm to calculate surface roughness considering cutting geometry, cutting parameters, and contact dynamics of cutting between tool and workpiece as well as tool wear in turning process. This proposed algorithm could be used in the designed virtual machining system. The system can be used to evaluate the surface integrity of a turned surface during the design and process planning phase for the design for manufacturability analysis of the concurrent engineering.

  • The purpose of this study was to study on the estimation of green remodeling energy reduction tool in building construction. Green Remodeling Decision System that can predict the energy reduction effect in green remodeling is developed as a tool for simple remodeling of green remodeling considering users' convenience, so that it can quickly and comprehensively determine power peak load reduction factor technology. A preliminary simulation result of a short preliminary remodeling evaluation is DB. It will be developed as a tool that can be easily accessed by users such as web and apps.

주민참여 도구로써 가로경관 디자인 가이드라인 구성 연구 (A Study on The Structure and Contents of Streetscape Design Guideline as a Tool of Residents' Participation)

  • In order to create humanitarian living environment with sustainable ecological environment, urban regeneration project has been implemented recently seeking diverse methods for residents'participation stressing the process of communication with the residents changing from the existing one way planning by limited number of experts. Particularly, it is essential to develop systematic tools to promote the voluntary and positive participation of the residents because residents have to perform as the master of urban streetscape design project that requires sophisticated knowledge and experience and also because the residents have to function as sustainable maintainers and managers of their streetscape. This study intends to identify the organizational structure and major contents of design guideline as a tool to support the voluntary and positive participation of the residents in streetscape maintenance. For this purpose based on the structural system and characteristics of Chicago streetscape design guideline that was developed as tool for residents' participation, efforts were made to set up framework of design guideline for sustainable streetscape project with the users' participation with their overall understanding and trust. In detail, the author studied the resident participatory process for sustainable maintenance and management in a long term landscape project and the principle and theories of design planning for streetscape that supports the utilizing behaviors of the users, and how this information should be linked and organized to form the structure and contents of design guideline. As a tool supporting residents' participation and helping the residents perform the responsible function as sustainable maintainers and managers of their streetscape through social maturity with ontological sense of masters of their local community as they experience the gradual processes of their streetscape maintenance project, streetscape design guideline has its meaning in the efforts that tried to achieve deep participation of the residents through researches converging the two academic sectors of urban architecture and social psychology.

  • 가상화 난독화 기법은 보호하고자 하는 코드영역에 가상화 기법을 적용함으로써 코드의 분석을 어렵게 하는 기법이다. 상용 가상화 난독화 도구로 보호된 프로그램은 가상화된 코드가 원본코드로 복원되는 시점이 존재하지 않고 다양한 난독화 기법으로 가상화 영역이 보호되어 있어 분석하기 어렵기로 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 이러한 가상화 난독화 기법이 악성코드 보호에 악용되면서 악성코드의 분석 및 대응에 어려움을 겪고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 상용 가상화 난독화 기법의 핵심 요소들을 자동으로 추출하고 실행 과정을 트레이스 할 수 있는 도구를 구현함으로써 상용 가상화 난독화 도구로 보호되어 있는 악성코드의 분석 및 대응에 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위하여 가상화 난독화 기법의 기본 구조와 동작 과정을 정리하고, 상용 가상화 난독화 기법으로 보호된 실행 파일을 대상으로 프로그램 분석 기법 중 하나인 Equation Reasoning System을 활용한 분석 결과를 제시한다. 또한 상용 가상화 난독화 도구로 보호되어 있는 실행 파일에서 가상화 구조를 추출하고 프로그램 실행 순서를 도출할 수 있는 자동화 분석 도구를 구현한다.

  • The object of this study is structure analysis of vehicle air compressor. Structure analysis is compose to nodal solution and element solution using ANSYS code. Then analysis is partition to head part, cylinder and piston part of vehicle air compressor. Stress and strain results are satisfy to Von Mises yield criterion.

  • We have developed 14.1" XGA transflective panel for both transmissive mode and reflective mode. We designed new panel structure, optimized optical films and adopted pixel with high aperture and high transmittance color filter. This can be applied for mobile tool and sub-note without regard to environment.

  • This paper consider the Jacobian variety of a hyperelliptic curve over a finite field with the formal structure of the mixed type. We present the Newton polygon of the characteristic polynomial of the Frobenius endomorphism of the Jacobian variety. It gives an useful tool for finding the local decomposition of the Jacobian variety into isotypic components.
