중국 물류 상장기업의 성과평가에 관한 연구 (Research on Performance Evaluation of Listed Logistics Enterprises in China)

  • 최근 물류기업은 경제활동의 중요한 구성요소로 빠르게 발전해 왔으나 물류기업의 특수한 성과관리 방식으로 인해 성과평가에 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 내 19개 상장 물류기업의 경영성과를 분석하여 실적개선 전략을 제시하였다. 투입변수로는 운영비, 연구개발비, 인건비, 일반관리비를, 산출변수로는 영업이익과 순이익을 채택하였다. DEAP 2.1 소프트웨어를 사용하여 2016년부터 2021년까지 BBC 모델에 의해 DEA 효율성을 평가하였다. 연도별 경영실적을 분석한 결과 일부 상장 물류기업이 안정적이고 전향적인 성과 결과를 보이고 있었다.

Mechanism of strength damage of red clay roadbed by acid rain

  • Acid rain of soils has a significant impact on mechanical properties. An X-ray diffraction test, scanning electron microscope (SEM) test, laser particle size analysis test, and triaxial unconsolidated undrained (UU) test were carried out in red clay soils with different compaction degrees under the effect of different concentrations of acid. The experiments demonstrated that: the dissolution effect of acid rain on colluvium weakened with the increase in the compacting degree under the condition of certain pH values, i.e., the damage to the structure of red clay soil was relatively light, where the number of newly increased pores in the soil decreased and the agglomeration of soil particles increased; for the same compacting degree, the structural gap decreased, and the agglomeration increased with the increase in the pH value (acidity decreases) of the acid rain; the dissolution rate of Si, Al, Fe, and other elemental minerals and cement in red clay soil was found to be higher under the effect of acid rain, in turn destroying the original structure of the soil body and producing a large number of pores. This is macroscopically expressed as the decrease of the soil cohesion and internal friction angle, thereby reducing the shear strength of the soil body.

담배 사은품 실크 인서트(Silk Inserts)에 관한 연구와 보존처리 (The Study and Conservation of Woven Cigarette Inserts)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뉴욕의 플리마켓에서 구입한 매우 흥미로운 퀼트 텍스타일을 관찰함으로서 시작되었다. 흔하지 않은 스타일의 실크 인서트(Silk inserts)들로 구성된 이 퀼트를 본 연구자로 하여금 그 역사적 가치를 조명하고 문서기록을 남기며 보존처리하여 텍스타일 역사의 발전에 도움을 주는 것에 의의를 두고 있다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 관련된 문헌고찰과 뉴욕의 메트로폴리탄 박물관 J. R. Burdick 콜렉션을 방문하여 퀼트의 패치들이 silk insert라는 분석을 내렸고 Burdick의 연구(제작연대 1910$\∼$1912)에 의문을 갖고 연구자가 조사를 진행하여 이 연구과제에 사용된 silk inserts의 제작연대가 1934년경부터 1939년경이라는 결론을 내렸다. 다음 단계로는 이 직물의 상태를 분석하였는데, 실크 섬유의 상태가 바느질을 견디지 못하는 상태로 판단해 보존처리 방법으로는 접착제 Elvace 46575(vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion)를 Stabiltax에 코팅처리하여 직물을 강화처리하였다. 본 연구는 문서처리 되지 않은 미확인 직물의 역사적 의미 발견과 보존처리를 통해 후대의 텍스타일 연구자들에게 정보를 제공한다는 측면에서 가치가 있다고 사료된다.

산학협력을 통한 유니폼 디자인 전개에 관한 연구 -한국담배인삼공사 유니폼 개발 사례를 중심으로- (The Uniform Design Development Applied to an Industry-University Project -Focused on Korean Tobacco and Ginseng Corporation's Uniform-)

  • The field of textiles and clothing is intimately involved in the business as a practical study. Many researchers consider how apply the theory to the business. Therefore, the study explores a process which builds an efficient relationship of industry-university focused on the example applied to an industry-university project of uniform design. The development process of the studyis composed of 4 levels: research and analysis, design development, production of samples, and manufacturing. In the process of research and analysis, it found out preference of design elements. These elements were reflected in design development to satisfy employee of wearing uniform. In the level of design development, 20 designs were deployed to use CAD system. Five deigns of them were produced to samples in 3 stages. Finally, to manufacturing was in charge of cooperative enterprises with clothing production equipment and university played a role of inspector. From theses research results, it has known that the field of uniform business is suitable for industry-university project because an enterprise with an order can get advice about clothing, a manufacturing company is able to complement a weaknessin the design, and university can have a chance applied the theory to the business. After this, the study will make a contribution to setting the direction of business to industry-university project.

여성 난임 한의표준임상진료지침 개작을 위한 일반인 대상 의료 이용 경험 조사 (A Survey on the Public's Experience of Medical Use for Developing Korean Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline of Female Infertility)

  • Objectives: This study is aimed to survey public's experience of medical use for developing Korean medicine clinical practice guideline of female infertility. Methods: The study engaged women who had experienced infertility despite regular conjugal relations, selected from an online survey company's national panel. Participants were surveyed from November 3 to 8, 2021. The questionnaire, developed from prior studies on Korean medicine, was emailed to 29,465 adults; 550 responses were analyzed after exclusions. The study received an IRB exemption from Pusan National University Korean Medicine Hospital and utilized Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis. Results: Among 550 respondents, 32.2% had experienced infertility, predominantly due to unexplained causes (52%). About half had received medical treatment (49.3%), primarily at hospitals and general hospitals (54.2%) and obstetrics and gynecology clinics (49.4%), with Korean medicine facilities also utilized (24.7% for clinics, 14.4% for hospitals). The most common treatments included herbal medicine in Korean medicine and ovulation induction in Western medicine, with most treatments lasting less than six months (71.4%) and costing between 1 to 5 million won (50.5%). Efforts to conceive included lifestyle adjustments such as maintaining a warm lower abdomen, supplement intake, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco. Conclusions: It is necessary that the guidelines be revised to address female infertility and to integrate recommendations for combining Korean medical treatments and Western medical treatments, which will enhance patient care in managing female infertility.

2008년 우리나라 주요 작물 바이러스병 발생 상황 (Occurrence of Virus Diseases on Major Crops in 2008)

  • Viruses diagnosed on crops including rice plants from farmers or agricultural extension agencies cover the country were 11 species including Broad bean wilt virus 2 (BBWV2) in 2008. Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) was the most important virus having the detection rate of 22.9%. Two viruses of Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) and Tobacco leaf curl virus (TLCV) inducing leaf yellow and curl diseases on tomatoes were occurred newly with the detection rate of 12.2% and 4.0%, respectively, in 2008. Rice stripe virus (RSV) was occurred on 869.5 ha mainly at Jindo and Haenam areas in Jeollanamdo province. At Jindo area, 12 plots were damaged severely with the infected hill rate of 83.8%. At the main production area of oriental melon at Seongju, almost all fruits from whole sale market at Seongju were infected with Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) as the detection rate of 87%. The areas occurred TSWV in Korea were 25 totally from 2003 including 7 areas newly reported in 2008 including Naju in Jeoallanamdo. TSWV could be reduced as 0.1 % from 5.3% by covering insect proof net in vinyl house after chemical soil sterilization. Tomato yellow leaf curl disease was occurred on April in 2008 at Tongyoung area in Kyeongsangnamdo, and detected continuously at 13 areas, 7 in Kyeongsangnamdo, 4 in Jeollabukdo and 2 in Jejudo. Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) was occurred abruptly in a confined space of a civil breeding greenhouse and a cultivar evaluation field followed by disuse 17.4 M/T of potato tubers. No PSTVd was detected at 17 fields cultivated the related potatoes to the bred company by RT-PCR.

1990년대 남성 주도적 한국시장에서의 글로벌 여성담배 광고의 변형 (Transforming the Advertisements of Global Female cigarette in the Predominantly Male Market of Korea)

  • 이 연구는 1988년 강압적으로 한국시장을 개방했던 초국적 담배기업들의 여성시장확장전략이 갖는 특성을 분석한다. PM사와 BAT사의 대표적인 글로벌 여성담배인 '버지니아 슬림'과 '휘네스'에 초점을 맞추고, 그들이 자국과 세계시장에서 사용해온 전형적인 광고전략이 한국 상황에서 수정, 폐기되었을 가능성을 탐색한다. '버지니아슬림'은 한국시장에 진입한 후 3년 만에 여성담배로서의 브랜드 정체성을 포기함으로써 1990년대 외산담배시장 점유율 2위를 고수하는 성공을 거두었다. 반면, 전형적인 광고라인을 10여 년 동안 유지했던 '휘네스'는 여성담배로서 인지도는 가장 높았지만 시장점유율은 버지니아 슬림보다 훨씬 뒤쳐졌다. 1990년대 여전했던 한국 담배시장의 남성 주도성과 여성을 대상으로 한 담배광고와 판촉에 대한 전면 규제조치는 초국적 담배회사들이 한국여성 소비자를 확보하는데 '이중 장애물'로 작용했을 것이다. 그러나 담배광고 규제를 우회하는 간접광고와 판촉 행위들이 다각적으로 이루어진 사실은 글로벌 여성담배의 광고전략 변화가 한국여성 소비자 공략에 대한 포기라기보다는 남녀공용 담배로의 전환일 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 부드럽고 순한 맛의 여성담배 특성이 성별 이미지보다는 건강 이미지와 결합되는 한, 한국여성들의 감성과 욕망에 호소하는 광고가 부재하더라도 건강한 담배를 자처하는 광고들이 한국여성들에게 호소력을 가질 수 있다.

살수방식에 따른 재배용기내 Gas 조성 및 콩나물의 생육 변화 (Growth of Soybean Sprouts and Concentration of $CO_2$ Produced in Culture Vessel Affected by Watering Methods)

  • 콩나물 재배에서의 살수방법과 그에 따른 콩나물 생육형태와 수율변화를 비교해본 결과 다음과 같다. 1. 살수방식에 따른 콩나물의 생육에 큰 차이를 나타내었으며, 왕복살수형, 용기담수형, 고정살수형 중 고정살수형 방식(재배통 상부에 하부타공된 고정형 물통설치에 의해 샤워형태로 살수)은 살수시 일시에 물을 샤워형식으로 쏟아내려 재배통 내부의 품온저하($22^{\circ}$ 유지), 내부 gas 배출, 유기물 제거 등의 효과가 탁월하여 콩나물 생육에 있어 몸통길이 13.3 cm로 다른 형식(15.2 cm, 15.9 cm)에 비해 짧았으나, 몸통두께(2.19 mm), 수율(535%)은 높게 나타나, 외관이 양호하고 부패가 억제되어 선도가 가장 잘 유지되었으며, 또한, 콩나물 재배시 필요한 용수량의 경우는 1회 살수량이 250∼300 L/통(원료콩 투입량 50 kg/통 기준)가 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 2. 고정살수형 방식은 내부 gas($\textrm{CO}_2$ 5% 이하)배출이 탁월하여 재배완료 후 콩나물의 색택향상 및 부분부패 방지효과 등을 나타내는 장점이 있었으며, 재배 6일차에 재배통 하부(바닥깔판으로부터 약 30 cm이내)의 $\textrm{CO}_2$ 농도는 4-6%, $\textrm{O}_2$ 농도는 13-14%이었다. 따라서 재배시 재배통내 적정 gas조건은 농도 10% 이상, $\textrm{CO}_2$ 농도 5% 이하로 유지되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 3. 살수방식에 따른 재배통내의 품온 변화에서도 고정살수형 방식(4일차, $20^{\circ}$)이 용기담수형 방식(4일차, $22^{\circ}$)보다 품온 억제가 양호하여 콩나물의 생육향상 및 부패 등을 방지하므로 건강한 콩나물 생산의 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.되지 않은 부분에 대해서 안전성 확보를 위하여 더 자세한 연구가 필요하다..6%이었다.program should be prepared through the long-period of monitoring and experiment. Development and Testing of the Model of Health Promotion Behavior in Predicting Exercise Behavior

  • Introduction. Despite the fact that half of premature deaths are caused by unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking tobacco, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol and drug abuse and poor nutrition, there are no theoretical models which accurately explain these health promotion related behaviors. This study tests a new model of health behavior called the Model of Health Promotion Behavior. This model draws on elements and frameworks suggested by the Health Belief Model, Social Cognitive Theory, the Theory of Planned Action and the Health Promotion Model. This model is intended as a general model of behavior but this first test of the model uses amount of exercise as the outcome behavior. Design. This study utilized a cross sectional mail-out, mail-back survey design to determine the elements within the model that best explained intentions to exercise and those that best explained amount of exercise. A follow-up questionnaire was mailed to all respondents to the first questionnaire about 10 months after the initial survey. A pretest was conducted to refine the questionnaire and a pilot study to test the protocols and assumptions used to calculate the required sample size. Sample. The sample was drawn from 2000 eligible participants at two blue collar (utility company and part of a hospital) and two white collar (bank and pharmaceutical) companies located in Southeastern Michigan. Both white collar site had employee fitness centers and all four sites offered health promotion programs. In the first survey, 982 responses were received (49.1%) after two mailings to non-respondents and one additional mailing to secure answers to missing data, with 845 usable cases for the analyzing current intentions and 918 usable cases for the explaining of amount of current exercise analysis. In the follow-up survey, questionnaires were mailed to the 982 employees who responded to the initial survey. After one follow-up mailing to non-respondents, and one mailing to secure answers to missing data, 697 (71.0%) responses were received, with 627 (63.8%) usable cases to predict intentions and 673 (68.5%) usable cases to predict amount of exercise. Measures. The questionnaire in the initial survey had 15 scales and 134 items; these scales measured each of the variables in the model. Thirteen of the scales were drawn from the literature, all had Cronbach's alpha scores above .74 and all but three had scores above .80. The questionnaire in the second mailing had only 10 items, and measured only outcome variables. Analysis. The analysis included calculation of scale scores, Cronbach's alpha, zero order correlations, and factor analysis, ordinary least square analysis, hierarchical tests of interaction terms and path analysis, and comparisons of results based on a random split of the data and splits based on gender and employer site. The power of the regression analysis was .99 at the .01 significance level for the model as a whole. Results. Self efficacy and Non-Health Benefits emerged as the most powerful predictors of Intentions to exercise, together explaining approximately 19% of the variance in future Intentions. Intentions, and the interaction of Intentions with Barriers, with Support of Friends, and with Self Efficacy were the most consistent predictors of amount of future exercise, together explaining 38% of the variance. With the inclusion of Prior Exercise History the model explained 52% of the variance in amount of exercise 10 months later. There were very few differences in the variables that emerged as important predictors of intentions or exercise in the different employer sites or between males and females. Discussion. This new model is viable in predicting intentions to exercise and amount of exercise, both in absolute terms and when compared to existing models.
