The estimation technique of surface water temperature by satellite remote sensing has been applied to ocean and large lakes using AVHRR. However, the spatial resolution AVHBR is not abquate for coastal region and small lakes. Landsat 5 TM has 120 m spatial resolution, which suits better. We carried out analysis of surface water temperature in Lake Sihwa and near coastal area using Landsat 5 TM. To relate digital number to the brightness temperature, we applied Empirical, NASA, RESTEC, Quadratic methods. Comparing calculated and observed value, we obtained as follows; NASA method, $R^2=0.9343$, RMSE(Root Mean Square Error)=3.5876$^{\circ}C$; RESTEC method, $R^2=0.8937$, RMSE=3.76$^{\circ}C$; Quadratic method, $R^2=0.8967$, RMSE=2.949$^{\circ}C$. Because Landsat TM has only one band for extracting surface temperature, it was difficult to correct for the atmospheric errors. For improving the accuracy of surface temperature detection using Landsat TM, there is a need for a method to decrease the effect of atmospheric contents.
Objectives The purpose of this study is to report test results in eight tic disorder children using Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$. Methods Eight tic disorder children were tested using Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$. Also, they were diagnosed with tic disorders by DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, $4^{th}$ edition) and we evaluated tic disorder cases by Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS). Results In 8 cases, 1 case was transient tic disorder, 3 cases were Tourette's disorder and 4 cases were unspecified tic disorder. In the result of Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$, 4 cases showed the lowest score at filter ${\sharp}5^*$ and 4 cases showed the lowest score at filter ${\sharp}6^*$ in [Express Monitoring] of [Review of System Disorders of Homeostasis]. Filter #5 includes urogenital organs, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, urinary bladder and ureter and Filter #6 stands for organs of immune and respiratory systems. Conclusion We report test results in eight tic disorder children using Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$. Further studies about the principle, repeatability, reproducibility of Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$ are needed.
Objective : This prospective, non-randomized study compared the safety and efficacy of the Angio-$Seal^{TM}$$Evolution^{TM}$ to that of manual compression for common femoral artery punctures in neurovascular diagnostic angiography. Methods : From June 2009 to September 2009, we performed 169 diagnostic trans-femoral cerebral angiographies, using either the Angio-$Seal^{TM}$$Evolution^{TM}$ or manual compression to achieve hemostasis. We included 60 patients in this study, 30 in each group. We defined minor complications as those requiring no further treatment such as hematoma size less than 6 cm and bruise size less than 25 cm. Major complications were those requiring surgery of the femoral artery pseudoaneurysm and/or the second line increase of hospital stay even without further treatment. Results : Mean time to hemostasis was $0.42{\pm}0.04$ minutes for the angioseal and $15.83{\pm}1.63$ minutes for manual compression (p<0.001). Overall complication rate did not differ between the 2 groups. After the patients were fully mobile, at 24 hours, the rate of onset of new complication differed significantly between the 2 groups (p=0.032). In the angioseal group, 5 (16.7%) of the 30 patients experienced the onset of a new complication after 24 hours, including 3 (60.0%) of the 5 who experienced major complications. Conclusion : The Angio-$Seal^{TM}$$Evolution^{TM}$ is effective at decreasing mean time to hemostasis, like other closing devices. However, it may not be effective at producing early ambulation and discharge, compared to manual compression, because delayed complications may occur significantly after 24 hours.

This study was performed to compare the shear bond strength of AQ Bond $Plus^{TM}$ with AQ $Bond^{TM}$ and Single $Bond^{TM}$. Also by observing the fractured interface under scanning electro-microscope, the fracture pattern and the quality of hybrid layer were analyzed. The possibility of clinical application of all-in-one system which has an advantage to reduce chair time for children with difficult behavior pattern was evaluated, The results obtained are as follows ; 1. There was no significant difference between AQ $Bond^{TM}$ and AQ Bond $Plus^{TM}$ in shear bond strength and Single Bond showed the highest bond strength with statistical significant difference (p<0.05). 2. Adhesive fracture pattern was mainly observed in both enamel/dentin in AQ $Bond^{TM}$ and AQ Bond $Plus^{TM}$ group while Single Bond group showed equal numbers for cohesive and adhesive pattern. 3. Under scanning electro-microscope, resin tags observed in AQ $Bond^{TM}$ and AQ Bond $Plus^{TM}$ were very weak and tangled while strong and thick tags were shown with many lateral branches in Single Bond. Careful case selection and accurate clinical application is recommended when using AQ $Bond^{TM}$ and AQ Bond $Plus^{TM}$considering the result showing its weaker strength than Single $Bond^{TM}$.
Even though Islamic microfinance has flourished in the last two decades, still it faces some problems related to its sustainability and outreach. Market orientation has generally developed some strategies for organizations aiming to retain the current customers and attract new ones. In addition, organizations, which are addressed as Islamic, should be Shariah-compliant in all aspects. This paper introduces the market orientation concept which is adapted to Shariah rules and recommends a solution for sustainability problems of Islamic microfinance institutions. Current study tries to provide some intangible instances and evidences to introduce and use Islamic market orientation concept for Islamic microfinance institutions, in particular.

This study was designed to compare the effectiveness and applicability of the HApS$^{TM}$ (Hazard Analysis process System; HUKO, Seoul, Korea) based on Petrifilm$^{TM}$ (3M, St. Paul, MN, USA) with the AOAC (the Association of Official Analytical Chemists) standard total aerobic count (TAC) method and coliform count (CC) method for meat products. The comparisons were carried out using 230 meat samples collected from various retailers: 80 pork samples, 80 chicken samples, and 70 beef samples. In the comparison of the correlation coefficient (r) between conventional method and HApS$^{TM}$ method by a linear regression analysis, the correlation coefficients in total microorganism were 0.97767, 0.90712, and 0.95594 in pork, beef, and chicken samples, respectively. The correlation coefficients in coliform count were 0.82062, 0.94833, and 0.96839 in pork, beef and chicken samples, respectively. All the independent t-test on measurement values between conventional method and HApS$^{TM}$ method represented no significant differences in the means between two methods at the 0.05 of significance level($\alpha$=0.05). Based on the high correlation between HApS$^{TM}$ and the AOAC standard methods in the TAC and CC, it might be compatible to employ the HApS$^{TM}$ method to measure the microbial contamination in livestock products. HApS$^{TM}$ method was simpler and less time-consuming in sample preparation and procedures faster than the conventional method. These results suggested that the HApS$^{TM}$ method could be substitute for the conventional methods in the analysis of microbial contamination measurement in meat products.n meat products.
Purpose: This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of the Freeze Dried Bone Allograft and Demineralized Bone Matrix on osseous regeneration in the rat calvarial defects. Methods: Eight mm critical-sized calvarial defects were created in the 80 male Sprague-Dawley rats. The animals were divided into 4 groups of 20 animals each. The defects were treated with Freeze Dried Bone Allograft($SureOss^{TM}$), Demineralized Bone Matrix($ExFuse^{TM}$ Gel, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Putty), or were left untreated for sham-surgery control and were evaluated by histologic and histomorphometric parameters following a 2 and 8 week healing intervals. Statistical analysis was done between each groups and time intervals with ANOVA and paired t-test. Results: Defect closure, New bone area, Augmented area in the $SureOss^{TM}$, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Gel, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Putty groups were significantly greater than in the sham-surgery control group at each healing interval(P < 0.05). In the New bone area and Defect closure, there were no significant difference between experimental groups. Augmented area in the $ExFuse^{TM}$ Gel, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Putty groups were significantly greater than $SureOss^{TM}$ group at 2weeks(P < 0.05), however there was no significant difference at 8 weeks. Conclusions: All of $SureOss^{TM}$, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Gel, $ExFuse^{TM}$ Putty groups showed significant new bone formation and augmentation in the calvarial defect model.

Mulberry, Morifolium leaves and fruits, Lycii fructus, and Panax ginseng have been known to maintain normal blood sugar levels in folk medicine. Here we investigated the effects of coated rice (Sodangmi$^{TM}$) with these herb extracts to diabetes mellitus patients. Alloxan-induced diabetic mice (80 mg/kg bw, i.v.) separated into 4 groups. 2 groups received the mixed extracts of these plants (Sodans Extract$^{TM}$) orally everyday for 4 weeks. Positive control received Alloxan except Sodans Extract$^{TM}$. Negative control received neither Alloxan nor Sodang Extract$^{TM}$. Blood sugar levels, volume of water consumed, body weights of each group were measured and compared. Blood sugar levels in the Alloxan and Sodang Extract$^{TM}$-received groups got close to normal levels on 4th week after starting the experiments. Volume of water consumed also showed similar pattern. Blood sugar levels in positive control remained high through the experimental periods. Body weights in positive control remained low, but those in the extracts-received groups recovered to normal levels. The clinical trials for both of healthy volunteers and diabetes mellitus patients also showed Sodangmi$^{TM}$ could control blood sugar level. The blood sugar level decreased since 3rd week after starting to receive Sodangmi$^{TM}$, and the difference between the blood sugar level before and after the meal was decreased significantly by receiving Sodangmi$^{TM}$. From these results, we suggest that the functional rice with herb extracts could be used as a new alimentotherapy for diabetes mellitus patients.llitus patients.

Purpose: In this study, we tried to check the usefulness of two Linear Accelerators, Clinac IX and 21EX (Varian, Palo Alto, CA), which are equipped in Ajou Medical Center. From 2008 to 2010, we evaluated the error range of Absolute Dose based on the daily output, which was measured by CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ (Sun Nuclear, Melbourne, FL). Materials and Methods: For Daily Q.A, photon beams of two linear accelerators, 21EX and IX (6 MV and 10 MV, respectively) were measured daily by using CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ just before the treatment began, while the absolute dose was measured biweekly by using water phantom. We analyzed the data of measured values from the daily Q.A and the absolute dose from 2008 to 2010 for 21EX, and from 2009 to 2010 for IX. We utilized Excel 2007 (Microsoft, USA) to evaluate Average, Standard deviation and Confidence level of the data. Furthermore, in order to check the measured values of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ and the significance of absolute dose, each error value was compared and analyzed. Results: During the observation period, the output of two equipment's absolute dose increased in process of time and in both 6 MV and 10 MV, there was a similar increasing trend. In addition, the error rate of the measured value of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ and the value of absolute dose were under 0.34, which means that there is a similarity relationship between the two measured values. After checking that the measured value of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ increased, We measured the absolute dose to adjust that. When the error range was close to 2~3%, the number of changing the output was four for 21EX and three for IX. Conclusion: As a result of measuring and analyzing the daily output changes for two years by using CHECKMATE$^{TM}$, we could find that there is a significance between the output which we should obey during Q.A, and the measured value of absolute dose within the error tolerance of 2~3%. Thus, the use of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ can be positively considered for more efficient and reliable daily output verification of linear accelerator. It can also be a good standard for other medical centers to understand the trends of linear accelerator and to refer to for the correction of each output.

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) operating in the military for various purposes are designed to transmit information collected according to the purpose to GCS(Ground Control System), and to transmit/receive the vehicle's operational control and status information using wireless communication(or datalink). Currently, the military UAV systems in operation in Korea use unique communication methods, protocols, and message structures for each system. Among these, the Division UAV is designed to transmit fixed size TM/TC data repeatedly and the Corps UAV is designed to transmit aperiodic TM/TC data to the variable length of the message-based. In this paper, we analyze the TM/TC data protocol of existing military UAV systems and present data protocol design method which is considered to be more efficient in wireless communication environment applied to equipment under development. And we will discuss issues to be considered for standardization of technology for ensuring interoperability with many UAVs or newly introduced UAV systems.
