중복시험을 배제할 수 있는 사이버대학의 온라인 실시간 시험 시간표 작성 방안 (A Heuristic Approach for Establishing On-line Real-time Exam Timetables in Cyber Universities)

  • Students in cyber universities can take every course because there are no physical constraints such as class rooms. On the other hand. cyber universities should take a heavy burden to schedule real-time exams in a designated time period. Any two courses a student takes must not be simultaneously allocated to a time slot in such a schedule. It is well known that the complexity of this kind of scheduling problem increases exponentially as the number of courses does. This research provides a heuristic method to make on-line real-time exam timetables with minimal exam time span. It considers the constraint of not allocating courses a student takes to simultaneous exam time and prioritizes courses by the number of students.

  • The TTP(TimeTabling Problem) for a university which should be made every term is very difficult problem to schedule because each component must satisfy all fixed constraints. This TTP, therefore, is solved by several heuristic methods. In this paper, applying PPEP(Parallel Population Evolution Programs) for the TTP, we try to find the approximated optimal solution by maintaining independence of each subpopulation and by searching the wide feasible solution. In addition, we present the problem to be appeared when used PMX(Partially mapped crossover)operator for the long chromosomes and then propose GBX (Gene_Based crossover)operator which can complement it. Finally, experimental results are presented comparing EP(Evolution Programs) and PPEP, then GBX which has the random genes and the selected genes on a real TTP.

  • 윈도우 모바일을 기반으로 학생들의 시간표를 포함한 일정 관리 시스템을 개발 하였다. 현재는 스마트폰에서 시간표와 달력이 별도로 사용되고 있어 학생들이 수업 시간과 달력에 있는 일정을 별도로 관리해야만 한다. 스마트폰의 시간표와 일정 관리 메뉴와의 동기화를 통해 시간표에 등록 된 수업 시간을 일정 관리 메뉴에서 볼 수 있게 하였다. 시간표의 수정과 삭제에 따라 즉시 달력의 일정관리가 수정과 삭제가 되며 시간표의 한번 입력으로 한 학기 동안 달력의 일정표가 관리되는 것이 다른 어플리케이션과 차별화된다.

한국인 배자 및 태아에서 유치 발생의 조직학적 변화 (EARLY DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOOTH IN THE STAGED HUMAN EMBRYOS AND FETUSES)

  • Tooth development is usually described in four stages such as bud stage, cap stage, bell stage and crown stage. Exact time of appearance of tooth primordia is different among reports, and up to now there is no timetable regarding initial tooth development. To understand the congenital malformations and other disorders of the orofacial region, there is a need to establish a standard timetable on early tooth development. Till now, studies on the tooth development were mainly on later fetuses, and only few reports on early stage. Also, there were no reports on the time when bud stage turns to cap stage, and cap stage to bell stage. In this study, external morphology of face and the early development of the tooth, and transition of bud stage to cap stage, cap stage to bell stage were studied using 27 staged human embryos and 9 serially sectioned human fetuses. The results are as follows: 1. Mandibular region was formed by union of both mandibular arch at stage 15, and maxillary region by union of maxillary arch, medial nasal prominence, and intermaxillary segment at stage 19. 2. Ectodermal thickening which represents the primordia of tooth appeared in mandibular region at stage 13, and maxillary region at stage 15. 3. Bud stage began from mandibular primary central incisor at stage 17, and maxillary primary central incisor at stage 18. And the sequence of appearance was in the mandibular primary lateral incisor at stage 19, maxillary primary lateral incisor at stage 20, mandibular primary canine at stage 22, maxillary primary canine and primary first molar at stage 23, madibular primary first molar and maxillary primary second molar at 9th week, and mandibular primary second molar at 10th week of development. 4. Cap stage began from the primary anterior teeth at 9th week, and primary second molar still had the characteristics of cap stage at 12th week of development. 5. Transition to bell stage started from the primary anterior teeth at 12th week, and primary second molar started at 16th week of development. 6. Trnasition to crown stage started from primary anterior teeth at 16th week, and primary second molar at 26th week of development.

  • The early embryos are obtained in different time after the former egg had been laid, and the aim of the present study was to observe the development law of chicken early embryo.The embryo development has been divided into the two periods according to morphology of blastodisc. Cleavage period, from 5.5 h (0 h uterine age) to 15.5 h (10-10.5 h uterine age) after the former egg had laid, formation blastodisc of 6-7 layers cell. Later blastocyst period, from 17.5 h (12-12.5 h uterine age) to area pellucida formation after the former egg had been laid. The first division took place at 5 h (0 h uterine age), morular at 11.5 h (6-6.5 h uterine age), and blastocyst at 15.5 h (10-10.5 h uterine age) after the former egg had been laid.

  • 우리나라는 수도권지역에 인구 밀집도가 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 나라이다. 수도권 지역의 사람들은 대중교통을 이용한 출퇴근이나 등교에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 돕고자 대중교통에 관련된 많은 어플리케이션이 출시되어 있다. 그러나 대부분의 대중교통과 관련된 어플리케이션은 일반적인 시간표를 알려주거나, 사용자의 수동적인 환경에서만 알림이나 실시간 등의 기능만 제공해 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간에 따른 대중교통 정보를 제공해주고, 알림기능을 제공하여 사용자가 대중교통의 이용을 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하며, 대중교통이 아닌 도보의 경우까지 포함하여 정보를 제공하는 앱을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Locomotive scheduling in railway systems experiences many difficulties because of the complex interrelations among resources, knowledge and various constraints. Artificial intelligence technology has been applied to solve these scheduling problems. These technologies have proved to be efficient in representing knowledge and rules for complex scheduling problems. In this paper, we have applied the CSP (Constraints Satisfaction Problems) programming technique, one of the AI techniques, to solve the problems associated with locomotive scheduling. This method is more effective at solving complex scheduling problems than available mathematical programming techniques. The advanced locomotive scheduling system using the CSP programming technique is realized based on the actual timetable of the Saemaul type train on the Kyong-bu line. In this paper, an overview of the CSP programming technique is described, the modeling of domain and constraints is represented and the experimental results are compared with the real-world existing schedule. It is verified that the scheduling results by CSP programming are superior to existing scheduling performed by human experts. The executing time for locomotive scheduling is remarkably reduced to within several decade seconds, something requiring several days in the case of locomotive scheduling by human experts.

철도 부하의 이동성을 반영한 변전소 정태부하모델링 수립에 대한 연구 (A Study on a Substation Static Load Model Including the Mobility of a Railway Load)

  • Nowadays, it is expected that mobility loads such as electric railways and electric vehicles will be penetrated gradually and affect on the power system stability by their load characteristics. Various researches have been carried out about electric vehicles for the recent decade though the load of electric railway could be forecasted because of the specified path and timetable, is a field with a long historic background. Some precise 5th polynomial equations are required to analyze the power system stability considering mobility load to be increased in the immediate future while the electric railway dispatching simulator uses load models with constant power and constant impedance for the system analysis. In this paper, seasonal urban railway load models are established as the form of 5th polynomial equations and substation load modeling methods are proposed merging railway station load models and general load models. Additionally, load management effects by the load modeling are confirmed through the case studies, in which seasonal load models are developed for Seoul Subway Line No. 2, Gyeongui Line and Airport Railroad and the substation load change is analyzed according to the railway load change.

  • In this paper, I scrutinize what Korea has achieved from the KTX(Korea Train Express) project for the past one year of operation since it was open to public in April 2004 while looking into some improvement measures for better services in the future. I tried to compare the clements with those of the Tokaido Shinkasen in Japan. As things may turn at its premier operation, the KTX has been suffering from a small number of passengers, low in demand. However, when I compared the previous year with the post KTX operation of one year, demand of the passenger has increased $40\%$ on Kyong-bu line. I figured the first one year of the KTX operation pretty much followed in the footstep of the Tokaido Shinkansen's. For example, the rate of the each train to be on time as the timetable was equivalent while KTX went through less technical problems than the Tokaido Shinkansen. I have come up with some ideas for improvement, which I believe will lead to the development growth of KTX. First, I suggest that we complete the construction of laying new rails on Kyong-bu line at the earliest possible time. Second, we need to extend the high speed network as well as the rail modernization. Last, I have no doubt that we should secure high technology before we forge in the overseas markets.

  • Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. A scheduling shows the planned time when processing of a specific job will start on each machine that the job requires. It also indicates when the job will be completed on every process. Thus, it is a timetable for both jobs and machines. There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time. The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty. Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.
