공분산형 ARMA 고속 Transversal 필터에 관한 연구 (A Covariance Type ARMA Fast Transversal Filter)

  • 적응방식이나 실시간 처리에 적합한 온라인 ARMA 계수추정을 위하여 공분산형 ARMA 고속 transversal 필터 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 ARMA 모델의 경우 상관함수 행렬의 이동불변 특성이 각 블록 별로 만족함을 이용하여 ELS(Extended Least Squares)를 공분산형의 경우에 대해 고속 시갱신 알고리즘으로 구현한 것으로서, 알고리즘의 유도에는 사영연산자를 이용한 기하학적 접근방식을 사용하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 13N+37 MADPR의 연산량을 필요로 하며, AR부분과 MA부분의 차수를 달리할 수 있다.

  • In this work we deal with a nonlinear dynamical system, namely the wastewater treatment model. We proceed to a dynamical analysis of the model. Invariance, boundness, controllability and the sensitivity with respect the initial conditions are studied. On the other hand, using the nonsmooth analysis tools, we look for the viability of the model, that is, the necessary and sufficient conditions under which trajectories move in a suitable time-moving sets, to avoid the washing problem (died of bacteria).

  • This paper looks into phase plane behavior of the solution near the positive steady-state for the system with prey density dependent response functions. The positive invariance and boundedness property of the solution to the objective model are proved. The existence result of a positive steady-state and asymptotic analysis near the positive constant equilibrium for the objective system are of interest. The results of phase plane analysis for the system are proved by observing the asymptotic properties of the solutions. Also some numerical analysis results for the behaviors of the solutions in time are provided.

  • A technique for realizing linear phase IIR filters has been proposed by Powell-Chau which gives a real-time implementation of H(z-1).H(z), where H(z) is a causal nonlinear phase IIR filter. Powell-Chau system is linear but not timeinvariant system. Therefore, that system has group delay response that exhibits a minor sinusoidal variation superimposed on a constant value. In the signal processing, this oscillation seriously degrade the signal quality. Unfortunately, that system has a large sample delay of 4L and also more computational complexity. Proposed system is present a reduced computational complexity technique by moved the numerator polynomial of H(1/z) out to cascade with causal filter H(z) and remain only all-pole of H(1/z), then applied truncated infinite impulse response to finite with truncated IIR filtel $H_L$(z) and L sample delay to subtract the output sequence from the top and bottom filter. Proposed system is linear time invariance and group delay response and total harmonic distortion are also improved.

분산연산 방식을 이용한 이산시간 Cellular 신경회로망의 하드웨어 구현 (Hardware Implementation of Discrete-Time Cellular Neural Networks Using Distributed Arithmetic)

  • 본 논문에서는 이산시간 cellular 신경회로망(DTCNN)의 효율적인 디지털 하드웨어 구조를 제안한다. DTCNN은 셀간의 연결 형태를 결정하는 템플릿(template)내에서 국소적이며 공간 불변적인 특징을 가진다. 이와 같은 DTCNN의 특징과 분산연산 방식을 결합하여 간단한 하드웨어와 적은 연결선으로 DTCNN 하드웨어를 구현하였다. 또한 분산연산의 특징인 비트별 연산 방식을 사용하여 셀 간의 연결을 위한 넓은 버스 폭을 단일 비트로 줄였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 구조를 프로그래밍이 가능한 FPGA를 사용하여 가변적인 구조를 갖는 DTCNN 보드로 구현하였다.

흥인지문의 진동특성 및 상반성 분석 (Investigation on Vibration Characteristics and Structural Reciprocity of Heunginjimun)

  • Heunginjimun designated as a Treasure No.1 is a two-story wooden structure with 5 bay and 2 bay in its front and side views, respectively. This paper presents an investigation on vibration characteristics of Heunginjimun through both ambient vibration and impact hammer tests. Ambient vibration test was performed to identify the natural frequency of Heunginjimun from the spectrum analysis of time history. Impact hammer test was undertaken to find the frequency of Heunginjimun which is affected by the surrounding traffics and to verify the reciprocal principle for the wooden structural system. Ambient vibration test results of Heunginjimun showed that the natural frequencies in two principal axes 1.5 Hz and 1.1 Hz, respectively. It was confirmed from impact hammer tests for a ground that the frequency of 4.2 Hz is caused by the traffics surrounding Heunginjimun. It was also observed that from the impact hammer test results between two locations in Heunginjimun that the transfer functions measured from two corresponding locations coincided well with each other. This result shows that the wooden structural system is globally linear, and the reciprocal principle is established.

웨이블릿 임계치와 전변분 알고리즘을 사용한 실시간 잡음제거 (Real-time Denoising Using Wavelet Thresholding and Total Variation Algorithm)

  • 기존의 웨이블릿 임계치를 이용한 잡음제거 방법은 기저함수가 천이 불변이 되지 않아 불연속점 주위에 의사 깁스 현상을 발생시킨다. 또 논문에서는, 이러한 의사 깁스 현상을 감소시키기 위해 웨이블릿 임치 기법으로 재생성된 웨이블릿 계수의 전변분을 준경도 강화법을 이용하여 최소화하는 방향으로 구현하였다 객관적인 평가는 비실시간상에서 실험하였고 실시간 적용여부는 주위환경의 영향을 고려하여 실시간 신호 획득 보드를 사용하여 확인하였다. 비실 시간의 경우 블록 신호를 예를 들면 기존의 강성 임계치 기법보다 SNR이 2.794dB정도 개선되었고 시각적으로도 불연속점 주위의 의사 깁스 현상이 현격히 감소됨을 확인하였다. 실시간 실험의 경우, 수행시간을 고려하여 반복 횟수를 60번으로 제한한 결과 0.49초의 수행시간이 소요되었고 불연속점 주위의 의사 깁스 현상 역시 제거됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 사영과 치환불변 점 특징을 기반으로 카메라의 외부인수를 산출하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서의 특징 정보들은 카메라의 뷰 포인트에 따라 변화하기 때문에 대응점 산출이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 카메라 위치에 무관한 불변 점 특징을 추출하고 시간 복잡도 감소와 정확한 대응점 산출을 위해 유사도 평가함수와 Graham 탐색 방법을 이용한 새로운 정합방법을 제안한다. 또한 카메라 외부인수 산출단계에서는 LM 알고리즘의 수렴도를 향상시키기 위해 2단계 카메라 동작인수 산출방법을 제안한다. 실험에서는 다양한 실내영상을 이용하여 기존방법과 비교, 분석함으로써 제안한 알고리즘의 우수성을 입증하였다.

기지국 안테나 배열을 이용한 FDD 방식의 무선통신 시스템에서 송신 빔 형성을 위한 주파수 변환 방식 (Frequency translation approach for transmission beamforming in FDD wireless communication systems with basestation arrays)

  • We consider transmission beamforming techniques for frequency-division-duplex (FDD) wireless communication systems using adaptive arrays to improve the signal quality of the array transmission link. We develop a simple effective transmission beamforming technique based on an approximated frequency tranlsation (AFT) to derive the tranmsiion beamforming weights from the uplink channel vector. This technique exploits the invariance of the short-time averaged fast fading statistics to small frequency translations. A simple approximate relationship that relates the transmission channel vector to the reception channel vector is derived. We have developed its practical alternative in which the frequency translation of the channel vector is performed at the principal angle of arrival (AOA) of the u;link synthestic angular spectrum instead of the mean AOA. To analyze the performance of the proposed methods, we consider the power loss incurred by applying the estimated channel vector instead of the true downlink channel vector. The performance is analyzed as a function of the mean AOA, the angular spread, the number of elements, frequncy difference between the uplink and the downlink, and the angle distribution. Their performance is also compared with that of the direct weight reuse method and the AOA based methods.

Stability Analysis for the Deployment of Unmanned Surface Vehicles

  • Motion control schemes are generally classified into three categories (point stabilization, trajectory tracking, and path following). This paper deals with the problem which is associated with the initial deployment of a group of Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USVs) and corresponding point stabilization. To keep the formation of a group of USVs, it is necessary to set the relationship between each vehicle. A forcing functions such as potential fields are designed to keep the formation and a graph Laplacian is used to represent the connectivity between vehicle. In case of fixed topology of the graph representing the communication between the vehicles, the graph Laplacian is assumed constant. However the graph topologies are allowed to change as the vehicles move, and the system dynamics become discontinuous in nature because the graph Laplacian changes as time passes. To check the stability in the stage of deployment, the system is modeled with Kronecker algebra notation. Filippov's calculus of differential equations with discontinuous right hand sides is then used to formally characterize the behavior of USVs. The stability of the system is analyzed with Lyapunov's stability theory and LaSalle's invariance principle, and the validity is shown by checking the variation of state norm.
