  • The camera and reduction mechanism that are equipment outdoors camera for general CCTV are miniaturization trend gradually. The foreign countries began to sell variableness speed type camera drivels that do DC voltage by motive power recently. But, Domestic is state that enterprise which has technology connected with this does not exist. We need optimum control program design, an internal organs technology, actuator interface and a driver design technology that have position control special quality of high accuracy as a necessary technology for CCTV camera drivers. Also, we need detailed mechanism design and a manufacture technology of camera drivers that behave variable speed essentially.

  • Purpose : Syncope appears to be common. However, the mechanism of syncope is not clear. Increased vagal activity and withdrawal of sympathetic stimulation cause hypotension, bradycardia and finally loss of consciousness. The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes of cerebral blood flow velocity, blood pressure, and heart rate during tilt test in children with vasovagal syncope. Methods : Sixty four children with a past history of syncope were evaluated. The stand up test was performed for 15 minutes after a rest at supine position for 10 minutes, followed by an $80^{\circ}$ tilt test lasting 45 minutes. If presyncope(lightheadedness, nausea, blurred vision, or sweating) or syncope occurred, the study was discontinued. 12-lead electrocardiography, echocardiography, and electroencephalography were performed. Transcranial Doppler study was performed at the middle cerebral artery with 2 MHz continuous Doppler probe in 10 children with positive tilt test. Systolic, diastolic, mean cerebral blood flow velocity, integral, and pulsatility index were measured with blood pressure, heart rate, and $O_2$ saturation. Results : The positive rate of tilt test was 31.3%(20/64). Systolic, diastolic, and mean cerebral blood flow velocity decreased significantly in absence of hypotension or bradycardia during presyncope. Time velocity integral of cerebral artery also decreased significantly. Conclusion : Decreased cerebral blood flow velocity can predict the presyncope manifestation. Impairment of autoregulation of cerebral blood flow might play an important role in the pathophysiology of vasovagal syncope.

  • The handicap for investigating the aero-optical effect focuses on the accurate prediction on the index refraction fluctuation or density fluctuation. In recent years, with the development of CFD techniques and optical experimental techniques, the comprehension have developed on the aero-optical transmitting effect in many kinds of complex flow. This study mainly introduces the optical aberration in compressible mixing layer. And then the debates about the mechanism of aero-optical effects and assessment of image blur also present.

  • In these days, there have been numerous researches on nano and micro satellites under the slogan of "Faster, Smaller, Better, Cheaper". Since optical structure occupies large portion of satellite volume, research on deployable optical structure gains great attention to reduce total volume of the satellite. In this paper, we establish the requirement of deployable optical structure based on specification of conventional optical structure and propose two candidate mechanisms which can satisfy the degree of deployment precision. Then, in order to evaluate the degree of deployment precision, we carry out kinematic analysis on de-space among tilt, de-space and de-center which influences optical characteristic of a satellite.

  • In this paper, a novel measurement method of radial artery pulse waveform using robotic applanation tonometry (RAT) was present to reduce the errors by the pressing direction of the vessel. The RAT consisted of an array of pressure sensors and 2-axis tilt sensor, which was attached to the universal joint with a linear spring and five-DOF robotic manipulator with a one-axis force sensor. Using the RAT mechanism, the pulse sensor could be manipulated to perpendicularly pressurize the radial artery. A pilot experimental result showed that the proposed mechanism could find the optimal pressurization angles of the pulse sensor within ${\pm}3^{\circ}$standard deviations. Coefficient values of variation of maximum pulse peaks extracted from the pulse waveforms were 4.692, 6.994, and 11.039 % for three channels with the highest magnitudes. It is expected that the proposed method can be helpful to develop more precise tonometry system measuring the pulse waveform on the radial artery.

  • This paper presents the moving object tracking method using vision system. In order to track object in real time, the image of moving object have to be located the origin of the image coordinate axes. Accordingly, Fuzzy Control System is investigated for tracking the moving object, which control the camera module with Pan/Tilt mechanism. Hereafter, so the this system is applied to mobile robot, we design and implement image processing board for vision system. Also fuzzy controller is implemented to the StrongArm board. Finally, the proposed fuzzy controller is useful for the real-time moving object tracking system by experiment.

  • In this paper, the speed control problem of moving camera is investigated for tracking the movement of the human-face. The camera system with pan-tilt mechanism sends an image to PC and PC sends back tracking coordinate to the camera. Then the camera tracks a human face in real time. The speed of the stepping motors for moving the camera must be controlled to the target region fast enough and smoothly, In this paper, a fuzzy logic controller is proposed for driving step motors. By creating driving acceleration and deceleration speed Profile, the speed of the motors is controled fast and smoothly. Experiments are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • Rotary compressor is one of the most useful mechanism that is widely applied in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. That is due to character of rotary compressor -compact, simple etc. While there is a lot of strong points, there is room for improvement because it is composed of many parts which have wear problem, friction losses and leakage. In this paper, theoretical investigation about vane and slot parts at which we observe severe wear is carried out. Through the study of lubrication, the behavior of vane during one cycle can be predicted and the cause of wear at slot will be discovered. To solve the equations, fletcher-powell method is applied. The result of analysis show that vane bevell to the slot part with discharge port before rotation of shaft is 180 degree and bevell to the slot part with suction port after 180 degree. The motion of vane is divided 3 mode that depends on behavior of vane. This paper define the first mode when vane tilt to the compression chamber, the second mode when vane tilt to the suction chamber, and the third mode when vane move straightway.
