The 21st century is the age of culture and sensitivity. As the interest in the art and culture grows, Artygen who prefers artistic designs grow in number. The desire to enjoy life from the increase of leisure time and financial afford ability created a new trend of party culture. This study analyzes the characteristics of Artygen who pursues artistic sense and sensitivity and suggests party-wear designs that please Artygen and accentuate individuality and personal preferences in a party, which is a type of popular entertainment these days. Through literature review, the background of Artygen and party was examined; First, in order to analyze the feature of art designs, photos of products that were in fashion from 2007 to 2009, (during which the term, 'Artygen', was coined) were collected. Second, in order to analyze the party-wear designs, photos of party-wear in wine party and club party popular among young people in the 20~30's were collected. Through the analysis, the party-wears targeting Artygen was developed based on the characteristics of popular art designs. The results of this study were as follows. First, from the result of analyzing the art design shown in product, casual, romantic, modern, dynamic and gorgeous images were. Second, art design shown in fashion, casual, romantic, chic, dynamic and gorgeous images were. Third, in wine party, romantic, elegant, gorgeous and formal images were in order and in club party, casual, gorgeous, chic and romantic images were in order. Fourth, the study displayed design by connecting aesthetic factor of artistic design to 2 wine party-wear of romantic and gorgeous images and 3 club party dresses of casual, gorgeous and chic images.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

3D Modeling Solution can reduce projecting error and also make possible to design visually, so that it can minimize human resources. On the other hand, it has defects of operating difficulties caused by too much complex function, thus it consequently prevent user from prompt handling. According to this paper, the developed party S/W will help that user can construct the parts easily, can let everybody use 3D modeling solution readily, and make fast development of new product. This software will carry out prompt development of new product and derive satisfaction of customers from high quality. Also, saving time and expense naturally raise competitive power in consequence.

The purpose of this study was to develop the Empathy Rating Scale by a third party and examine the validity of the scale. Based on the results of the pilot study, the study 1 focused on developing Empathy Rating Scale by a third party. From the exploratory factor analysis on a total of 15 preliminary items, three fators had been derived: 'Beginning of empathy', 'Process of empathy', 'Result of empathy'. The study 2 identified its validity by confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and discriminant analysis. Those three factors indicated the reasonable fit index by confirmatory factor addition, this scale identified a significant positive relation with authenticity, emotional clarity, and intimacy. On the other hand, it indicated a negative relation with anxiety attachment and rejection attachment. Therefore, the results indicated that this scale on a total of 11 item has a reliable convergent validity. Finally, implication and limitation of this study were discussed in relation with future studies.

One of the main causes of gas pipeline accidents is mechanical impact(third party damage). The majority of high pressure gas pipelines buried in major domestic industrial complexes are old pipes which have being operated over 20 years. Therefore, if an accident occurs, there will be a full scale accident because there is no additional inspection and reinforcement time. In this study, the defects on the piping during the mechanical impact were studied through the third party damage(excavation) experiments. Experiments were carried out using the 21 ton excavator which is operated in the actual excavation work and the type of pipe to be struck are ASTM A106 Grade.B and ASTM A53 Grade.B. As a result, when the bucket used during excavator operation is a sawtooth bucket, the defect is more bigger. And the smaller the diameter of the pipe, the smaller the depth and length of the defect. Also, it was confirmed that the impact height had no effect on the defects on the buried pipe, during the excavation work.

The real time monitoring system is developed to detect third party damage imposed on natural gas pipeline and to estimate a damage position in section of pipeline in need of monitoring the third party damage. The monitoring system uses wireless data communication in order to build up data communication network. The availability of monitoring system was evaluated through full scale field damage test at Masan's submarine gas pipeline. It was turned out that the estimation error was one percentage of the propagation speed of damage sound in the gas pipeline.

The mobile payment service, which shows remarkable growth, appears to have different situations between Korea and China. Based on the recent research, we tried to confirm that there is a difference in the technology readiness index of third-party mobile payment service between Korea and China. The data were collected from a survey of Korean and Chinese university students. As a method of analysis, t-test was conducted for each factor. The results show that there is a difference between China and Korea in all factors of technology readiness. In particular, Chinese users' optimism, innovation and discomfort were higher and insecurity was higher in Korean users. These results are expected to provide a strategic approach to expand the use of third-party mobile payment services.

Purpose: This study purposed to analyze the economic feasibility of introducing a third party logistics system as a strategic alternative to hospital management. Methods: Economic analysis was performed by measuring changes in costs and benefits before and after implement the third party logistics system and estimating the size of net benefits for the next five years for the target hospital. A questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with stake-holders were conducted to find out the satisfaction and effectiveness of the system. Findings: According to results, the cost-benefit ratio for the implementation of the system was 1.18. For the next five years, the cost-benefit ratio was 1.48, the net present value was about 1.7 billion won, and the internal rate of return was 64%. The satisfaction of internal stake-holders was relatively high, in terms of improving the concentration of unique tasks and increasing the efficiency of inventory management. Practical Implications: It was found that the increase in benefits had a greater effect on the change in the cost-benefit ratio than the increase in costs resulting from the expansion of logistics, and the increase in the present value of net benefits gradually decreased as the cost increased. In addition, overall job satisfaction and satisfaction with outsourcing companies were relatively low, which means that stabilization of the new system is important. Further study is needed for more accurate economic analysis.

Recent demands of market forces are causing considerable attention to be forced on logistics functions and revitalizing interest in outsourcing them. The need to efficiently and economically adjust support to meet market demands is growing significantly. Logistics is playing a role it has never played before. In light of this, outsourcing to third parties has become a strategic issue demanding greater attention in corporate boardrooms. From the perspective of TPL users, this paper focuses on how best to make a strategic plan for the effective utilization of TPL. And the results are as follows : First, after deciding their logistics outsourcing, the companies have to set up the aim of TPL through development of logistical strategies. Second, the companies must decide service provider that fits to their business environment and conditions. Third, they have to conclude a contract with logistics service provider. Fourth, after doing the preparatory implementation they carry into effect the original implementation. Fifth, they use the result of original implementation to fix a partnership.
