Given a field K and a finite group G, it is a very interesting problem, although very difficult, to find all Galois extensions over K whose Galois group is isomorphic to G. In this paper, we prepare a theoretical background to study this type of problem when G is the Mathieu group $M_{24}$ and K is a field of characteristic two.

In this paper, we propose to re-size images using an oblique projection operator instead of the orthogonal one in order to obtain faster, simpler, and more general algorithms. The main advantage is that it becomes perfectly feasible to use higher order models(e.g., splines of degree n 3). We develop the theoretical background and present a simple and practical implementation procedure that uses B-splines. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm consistently outperforms the standard interpolation method and that it essentially provides the same performance as the optimal procedure (least squares solution) with considerably less computations.

This Report intends theoretical background of urban planning, related national law system and instances to be researched and concluded as follows below and also to be shared with planners working in the field of urban planning technique services. Revision of new laws and systems are necessary for the reasonable Urban Regeneration promotion through comprehensive and systematic supporting composition revision. For the reason hereafter urban regeneration shall be various and inclusive in society, economy, culture, environment, resident participation. etc., the development model for regeneration project complying with Korean Urban Regeneration condition is required. Diversity and flexibility through governance system are required to ensure city competitive power.

This paper concerns with parent-child relationship program for the adolescents' parents(PCRP). The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for the strength of the relationship between parents and their children as well as to prevent adolescent's individual and social problems The contents of PCRP based on the theoretical background consist of our parts: understanding adolescent physical and psychological development understanding adolescent sexuality developing effective communication skills and developing conflict solving skills. Implicationsh for the program evaluation methods and further development of family life education are discussed.

This paper presents results of input shaping to industrial cranes. A brief theoretical background for input shaping is described. Several examples of input shaping application to sway regulation for industrial cranes are presented. The presented results show that input shaping is very useful for industrial cranes.

In this paper, we describe the RLG current stabilizer circuit for attitude control in the satellite. The RLG makes use of the Sagnac effect within a resonant of a HeNe laser. The difference between two discharge currents causes one of the gyro bias errors. The theoretical background and current stabilizer are introduced. It is verified that the circuit designed is applicable to the test of input voltage and temperature.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.

This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

This study is on the female crimes, and I study the scholars' researched outlooks about it till now on through the theoretical background of female crimes. I analyzed and checked a cause of female crimes by dividing it into a biological, a psychologic medical, and a sociological factor. Finally, the contents of this study not only prevents and reduces an occurrence of female crimes in our country but also secures an establishment of returning policy to the society for the female who finished their prison terms as a sound social members.
