The purpose of this study is to create and present a formalized module of ISP (Information Strategy Plan), a smart factory consulting method that is helpful to companies or consultants who will build smart factories. Order of study is First, the theoretical research direction is established through the investigation of related papers. Second, ISP policy research practices are compared to derive practical implementation methods. Third, in order to derive a standardized module method related to the final smart factory ISP, related cases of the government and individuals are compared. As a result of previous research, ISP (Information Strategy Planning), a consulting methodology, is similar to Deming's PDCA, and is regarded as Plan (environment and current status analysis), Do (establishment of future model goals), Check (establishment of implementation plan), and Act (follow-up management). As a result of the study, we obtained the following results. The first step is to analyze the current status and identify the purpose of introduction and problems in plant operation. In the second step, establish a consulting plan and derive a proposal description, strategic task, and master plan. Step 3 establishes detailed action plans, evaluates consulting outputs and consulting, and reports performance. Step 4 is established as follow-up management consulting. The limitation of the study is that although related data were compared to develop the consulting methodology into a standardized module, FGI analysis through experts or Delphi survey were not conducted, so there is a limit to the reliability of the mapping results.

As information systems to be computerized get significantly scaled up, data modeling issues apparently considered to be crucial once again as the early 1980's under the terms of data governance, data architecture or data quality. Unfortuately, merely resorting to heuristics-based field approaches with more or less no firm theoretical foundation of knowledge with regard to criteria of data design lead quite often to major failures in efficacy of data modeling. In this paper, we have compared normalization-critical data modeling approach, well-known as the Non-Stop Data Modeling methodology in the literature, to the Information Engineering in which in many occasions the notion of do-normalization is supported and even recommended as a mandatory part in its modeling nature. Quantitative analyses have revealed that NS methodology ostensibly outperforms IE methodology in terms of efficiency indices like adequacy of entity judgement, degree of existence of data circulation path that confirms the balancedness of data design and ratio of unnecessary data attribute replication.

From a general perspective of design history, the design methodology movement is interpreted in relations to the rationalistic and universal characteristics of modernism. This essay explores a historical context of the movement, focusing on its discursive and practical relations to cyborg sciences that has been shaped by the research and development of military technology in Cold War America. The formation of such relations could be largely devided into two processes: One is the process in which methods and techniques of system science that included operation research, system analysis, and system engineering, were appropriated by the first generation methodologists who had tried to establish "the science of design", and the other is the one in which Herbert Simon's studies on problem solving and artificial intelligence became profoundly embedded in theoretical frameworks of design methodology after the first generation. Examining such processes critically, this essay argues that a design process became finally redefined by the third generation methodology, as a 'feedback loop' of circulation of production and consumption, that is, an apparatus of information-processing which gives a concrete form to the "invisible hand" of markets.

In this paper a methodology is developed to solve a nonlinear fractional programming problem, whose objective function and constraints are interval valued functions. Interval valued convex fractional programming problem is studied. This model is transformed to a general convex programming problem and relation between the original problem and the transformed problem is established. These theoretical developments are illustrated through a numerical example.

This paper investigates the current status of the acquisition of information resources at the domestic hospitals. First of all, as a theoretical background, the concept of hospital information systems and the acquisition of information resources are reviewed. Second, as a research methodology, samples, data collection methods, and data analysis methods are discussed. Third, research hypotheses, operational definitions of the research variables and measurement are discussed. Fourth, as research results, characteristics of the samples and the current situations of the acquisition of information rourses are discussed based on the five research hypotheses.

Via extension of the classical double-Newton method, we propose high-order family of two-point methods in this paper. Theoretical and computational properties of the proposed methods are fully investigated along with a main theorem describing methodology and convergence analysis. Typical numerical examples are thoroughly treated to verify the underlying theory.

In this work we provide the theoretical formulation, discrete approximation and solution algorithm for instability problems combing geometric instability at large displacements and material instability due to softening under combined thermo-mechanical extreme loads. While the proposed approach and its implementation are sufficiently general to apply to vast majority of structural mechanics models, more detailed developments are provided for truss-bar model. Several numerical simulations are presented in order to illustrate a very satisfying performance of the proposed methodology.

In this paper, the existence and uniqueness for the global solution of neutral stochastic functional differential equation is investigated under the locally Lipschitz condition and the contractive condition. The implicit iterative methodology and the Lyapunov-Razumikhin theorem are used. The stability analysis for such equations is also applied. One numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results obtained.

In this study, an effective methodology to introduce knowledge management system into the retail business is suggested by overall analysis of examples those were carried out in business area. different from existing studies, which focus on theoretical aspect only, this study focuses its attention on theoretical & practical aspect simultaneously and tries to find a long-term & integrated knowledge management strategy. With examining the examples of knowledge management, this study deals with the fundamental conception, the procedure and the organization of knowledge management. Moreover, this study practically analyzes the knowledge management system of the company named ″H″, one of the retail business companies. By clarifying the problems, which is involved in the knowledge management process of the above company, this study suggests an improvement methodology to introduce and settle down knowledge management system into retail business company for the future. This study has good results in the viewpoint that it gives a definite direction of knowledge management introduction. However, there is some limitation such as the insufficiency of examples and the omission of documented analysis. Therefore, this study leaves some task to be achieve ed in the future.
