그린콘텐츠를 적용한 키즈 테마파크 공간연출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Space Representation of Kid Theme Park using Green Contents)

  • As environmental pollution and resource exhaustion have been considered as social issues, interest in green content industries which lead low-carbon green growth is increasing. In various areas, green content products and programs have been presented. Of them, kid theme parks are designed to recognize fun and advantages eco-friendly consumption with green contents has and lead children to recognize the problems of environmental pollution and the importance of environment. This study aims to analyse kid theme parks using green contents and characteristics of their space representation. The analysis frame was made through theoretical examination for bibliographical data and a direct interview in terms of factors of green contents. For the analysis frame, visitors were directly interviewed from June to July, 2012. Cases of introduction were analysed to identify realization and characteristics of green contents. As a result of the analysis, it was discovered that kid theme parks using green contents pursued green stories, but they did not consider environment seriously in terms of content materials and methods of realization. To develop successful kid theme parks using green contents, multi-dimensional research is needed in various aspects and various contents such as media should be introduced. The parks should provide fun space for children and propagate green ideas. Its success can lead in green entertainment. The study will be helpful for design of future kid theme parks.

제주지역 테마박물관의 공간구성과 관람동선체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Composition and the Visitor Circulation of the Theme Museum in Jeju)

  • There are many ways to know the social and cultural level of each country. Among them, a theme museum are not only the best place to understand the history, the life style and the culture level. This thesis has the purpose to provide the basic material through analyzing the space composition and the visitor circulation of the theme museum and understanding the relativity of them so that the new theme museums can be designed in the right direction. So I chose the independence museum that opened with in recent 10 years, finally middle & small size's theme museum were selected. The results from the case study are as follow. Firstly, according to a result of analyzing the characteristics of space composition with the ratio of each part's area, space composition of each museum is mainly for the exhibition part, but rarely for the education part. Secondly, theme museums in Jeju have the limit of diversity of circulation method because they have not the free circulation method. Thirdly, the characteristics of space composition is divided into basic type, center-hall enter type, around the center-hall type and guidance type. Fourthly, by analyzing the characteristics of space composition and circulation method of traffic line, it's realized that selective circulation method was applied to basic type and center-hall enter type, and guidance circulation method was applied to around the center-hall type and guidance type.

  • The idea of shopping is changed from a purchase of merchandise to an experience of pleasure. This study is a space composition analysis for the introduction of theme in multi-plex shopping center design to reflect variable consumer trend and company marketing strategy. The study progressed through theoretical consideration and substance analysis about the shopping centers which had been designed by Jerd Partnership from 2000 in Japan. The following is result. The path is a sole main street that is made of curve form, parallel and vertical circulating rout and movement of human being. It leads continuity. The node and landmarks have a circular court with typifier as powerful center, character of transition space and event for experience. It makes locational quality. The districts are composed of retail shops, restaurants and culture facilities and the edge is represented by closed vertical wall and parapet. It induces a domain. The characteristic of Jerde shopping center is an experience of theme environment through the path as betweenness space with a story based on a main theme.

농촌테마공원 이용객의 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 분석 - 안성팜랜드를 중심으로 - (An Importance and Satisfaction Analysis of Selection Attribute by Rural Theme Park Customers - A Case Study on Anseong Farm Land -)

  • This study is intended to examine the perception of importance-satisfaction in selective properties of rural theme park with the users and to suggest operation method and implications for rural theme parks which are being built on a nation-wide basis. The study results are as follows: First, the results from the analysis on importance-satisfaction in the selective properties showed that both attractiveness of natural landscape and excellence of surrounding environment are high. Second, the t-test with matched samples for importance-satisfaction showed that there were significant statistical differences in all items, and the users rated satisfaction lower than the importance. Third, IPA results showed that the items such as diversity of festival event, accessibility and convenience of public transportation, appropriateness of expense and kindness in service appeared in the 2nd quadrant 'direction of concentrated efforts'Therefore, this study was able to identify the perception of importance-satisfaction among the users of rural theme parks. The study findings suggest that it is necessary to preserve surrounding natural environment, ensure appropriate pricing, introduce events and increase service level in constructing and operating rural theme parks.

테마파크 캐릭터 코스튬의 특성 (Characteristics of Character Costume in the Theme Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to research on concept, consisting factors, and specialties of theme park' character costumes to understand better about character costumes as well as to establish fundamental research data. The characteristics of character costumes in the theme park are as follows. First, theme park' character costumes are personified so that visitors may feel friendly and have emotional communication with them. Specially, costume that anthropomorphize an animal(85.3%) and silhouette of lozenge style(86.8%) dominated the highest weight. Animal figures are walking upright and wearing human's clothes. They communicate with visitors using mime actions. Second, various types of body proportion is applied to highlight the characteristics of character costume. Most character costumes are applied with unrealistic body proportion. This unrealistic body proportion give abnormal image and looks funny. The important factor is size of their head. Especially, 3.5 body proportion(78.9%) is general. Third, simplification, exaggeration, shrinkage, and modification are other factors. Simplification is applied differently by parts. Pocket, collar details are simplified to clarify the character's image. More simplification can lead to ommission. For their head, peculiar parts look stand out but other parts are simplified to stress their characteristics. Exaggeration is used with shrinkage to give strong impression to visitors. Forms are broken intentionally and they are modified. They look impressive because they are not harmonized. It is unexpected image and induces humor and familiar feelings. Matter of stylization includes exaggeration, shrinkage, modification and movement of actors that have tangible factor of character costume.

방문객의 애착유형이 테마파크에 대한 태도와 만족도에 미치는 영향: 에버랜드 서비스 경험을 중심으로 (Influence of Visitors Attachment Type to Attitude and Satisfaction for Theme Park -Based on Service Experience of EVERLAND-)

  • 테마파크에서 방문객들은 관람과 참여를 동시에 하여 즐거움과 기쁨을 느낀다. 테마파크의 참여 특성으로 인해 방문객은 단순히 보는 수준에 그쳐서는 욕구를 충족시킬 수 없으며 참여와 관람에 의해 나타나는 감정의 영향을 받게된다. 본 연구에서는 개인의 대인관계 특성을 결정짓는 성격 특성으로 간주되어 온 글로벌 애착이 테마파크를 방문했을 때의 행동과 그 후의 지각에 영향을 미칠 것으로 추정하여 테마파크를 방문한 경험이 있는 방문객의 애착유형이 태도와 만족에 영향을 주는 과정을 파악하였다. 그리고 소비자의 태도를 구성하는 세 개 차원인 인지, 감정, 행동의 욕의 관점에서 테마파크를 방문한 경험이 있는 방문객의 만족도와 행동의도를 높일 수 있는 요인들을 구조화하여 파악하였다. 연구결과 안정적 애착이 미치는 영향은 유의하였고, 인적 서비스와 긍정적 감정이 중요하게 나타났다.

여행비용접근법을 통한 대구 우방타워랜드의 편익가치 측정 (Estimation of Users대 Benefit Value for Woobang Tower Land in Taegu Using Travel Cost Method)

  • The aim of this paper is to evaluate users benefit values of theme park using Travel Cost Method with special reference to Woobang Tower Land in Taegu for the estimation of economic values. This research is mainly based on questionnaire survey of 100 users of the theme park. Socio-economic factors such as income, year of education, annual income, age and money(travel cost) are analysed from 5 residential areas of the respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used for the evaluation of annual number of park visitings based on the analysis. The regression model shows NV = $\alpha$+$\beta_1$TC+$\beta_2$INC+$\beta_3$EDU+$\beta_4$AGE (NV : Annual Number of Visitings, TC : Travel Cost, INC : Annual Income, EDU : Years of Education, AGE : Age). Regarding to visitors demand curve based on the equation showed that annual economic values of Woobang Tower Land was estimated as 50billion Korean Won.

  • The structure of industry has changed from manufacturing economy to service industry economy. Especially when it comes to the standard of the countries with OECD membership, the ratio of the service industry regarding the total industry as well as the total working labor has been reaching to 70%. Considering these facts in mind, the productivity of service industry has become crucial day by day. Under this situation, this study aims to help seeking the solution to enhance the productivity by comparing and analyzing the productivity level of theme park industry in Korea with that of an advanced country. The service productivity of two companies that represent tour and leisure industry in Korea and Japan are compared and analyzed, and through this it suggests ways to improve service productivity of theme park industry in Korea.

테마파크에서의 안전사고 발생행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Safety Accidents in Theme Parks)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 테마파크에서 발생되는 안전사고의 발생 현황 및 형태, 그리고 사고원인 등을 조사 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법:연구를 위해 신문 검색프로그램인 스크랩마스터를 이용하여 언론에 보도되었던 해외 테마파크 안전사고를 조사하였으며, 한국소비자원 등에 의뢰하여 수집한 710건의 안전사고를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 언론에 보도되는 해외 테마파크의 안전사고는 매년 40~60건씩 발생하고 있다. 조사된 자료에 의해서만도 국내에서는 연평균 87건의 안전사고가 발생하고 있고, 사고의 발생형태 및 상해종류 등에 있어서 일정한 패턴을 나타내었다. 결론:본 연구를 통해 테마파크에서 발생되는 다양한 안전사고의 형태와 원인을 파악하여 효과적인 안전사고 예방대책을 수립하고, 시행해야 한다.

  • This study aims to examine the Visitor's selection attributes and types of preference regarding Rural Theme Village, and gather useful information for establishing differentiated marketing strategies suitable for market segments by the Visitor's selection attributes. In addition, it will contribute to securing competitiveness in providing Visitors with better service by extracting differentiating factors of Rural Theme Villages, and exploring the right direction of Rural Tourism. For the empirical analysis, the attributes were extracted based on the preliminary studies, and a survey was conducted among Visitors and users of Rural Theme Village to examine such factors as importance of selection attributes status, motives of using such Rural Theme Villages, demographic characteristics, and general features of the Rural Theme Villages.
