The purpose of the present study is to analyze the trajectory of science core school students' STEM career motivation and to examine the relationship between the trajectory patterns and students' tracks. Longitudinal STEM career motivation data with seven constructs were collected from 256 students for five semesters and the data were analyzed by using group-based trajectory modelling analysis. In order to examine the relationship between trajectory pattern groups and the tracks, chi-square tests were conducted. Based on our findings, we found that students are likely to have similar trajectory patterns in STEM career education experience and in their perception towards STEM career value. In terms of parents' support, academic self-efficacy and STEM career motivation aspects are divided into two distinctive trajectory groups ('high' and 'low' group), while two other variables, STEM career self-efficacy and STEM career interest, are divided into three trajectory groups ('moderate declining', 'high declining', 'increasing' group). Most of the trajectory groups are shown the pattern that the level of each constructs increase until their second academic year, then after that, the patterns started going down. Moreover, there are significant relationship between track and each trajectory groups. Science track and science-core track students have similar trajectory patterns. In contrast, humanities track students have different trajectory groups in some constructs. Based on these findings, we suggest that STEM career education environment should consider various patterns of students' STEM career development.
The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company's security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .667. Conclusions that appears in this study is as following. First, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in career development. That is, if friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, innovative own development, special capacity development, and information competitive power development are helped. Second, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in organization effectiveness. If friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. On the other hand, change of jobs intention decreases if function of society mind is mobilized. Third, private security service organization's career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.
This study was to analyze the effects of the career education program for students with disabilities. The analysis was performed based on two research questions. First, the total effect size on the career program for students with disabilities was considered. Second, the difference of the effect size between the sub-groups regarding dependency variables, types of disabilities, types of schools, number of people, and number of sessions was also included for analysis. For this, the author reviewed a database and analyzed 12 previous studies, presented in five master thesis and seven Korean journals from 2005 to 2015 based on the author's selection criteria. Subsequently, 27 effect size was found. The publication bias was analyzed by Rosenthal's fail-safe N. The overall effect size for all studies on the random effect model was 1.717, which was positive and high in value. Given the heterogeneity among the effect size, the subgroup analysis was conducted, and indicated that the effect size was significantly high when the purpose of the program was related to the student's self-decision ability. The results demonstrated that the programs were specified for students with intellectual disabilities, when the schools were elementary, when the number of students in a group was 1-10, and when program sessions lasted more than 21 times, the effect size was high. Implication for the future research and program implication were discussed on these findings.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the structure and characteristics of nursing college students' personality-based career attitudes. Method: A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in nursing students' personality-based career attitudes. A Q sample was collected from in-depth and objective interviews and literature reviews. A P sample consisted of 27 nursing students. Result: Results revealed three factors: Deliberateness-oriented, Positive-oriented, and Negative-oriented. The 'Deliberateness-oriented' factor was characterized by preference of logical and objective ways in evaluation and trying to seek deep relationships with only a small number of people. The 'Positive-oriented' factor showed creative, autonomous and sociable traits and put value on extensive interpersonal relations. The 'Negative-oriented' factor focused on possibility and enjoyed artistic actions. All 3 factors were negative in NGO or political activities. Conclusion: Based on this result, curriculum development for nursing students should give students a variety of experiences. These findings will be the basic data for finding appropriate positions within the work place for nursing students and help them select appropriate careers for their own personality types.
The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relationship between self-directed learning ability and career maturity by Middle and High School Students in Seoul. This study used Seoul Education Longitudinal Study(SELS) data. Using autoregressive cross-lagged modeling, the results was followed. first, self-directed learning ability value was had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Second, career maturity also had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Third, previous self-directed learning ability had significant positive effect on the later career maturity, but the previous career maturity had no significant effect on later self-directed learning ability.

This study seeks to explore high school students' changing attitudes toward science-related career choices with focus on the scientific career cultural capital perspective. We developed a questionnaire and surveyed female high school students. We used the survey results to explore the scientific career cultural capital factors and characteristics of the students who have chosen a science-related career. We selected twelve participants through science-related career choice type and then conducted in-depth interviews with them. Through the in-depth interviews, we explored how the factors of scientific career cultural capital affect the students' career choices. The result shows that the students developed internal resources through norms of obligation and reciprocity within the structure (family, school, community) based on external resources. The internal resources affected their science-related career choice. In elementary school, the students' interests in science and science-related occupations are the most influential in their choice of career directions. In high school, however, the students also considered career cognition, aptitude cognition, and career-value factors in their career choices. The interests in science were formed mainly due to education activity and daily-life activity. Over time, education activity's effect increased. The interests in science-related occupations were formed mainly due to daily-life activity during elementary school. In high school, the interests in science-related occupations formed due to diverse internal and external resources. Students who maintained a science-related career attracted external resources. Furthermore, they reinforced internal resources through interacting with various external resources. This study has implications for science education concerning students' science-related career choices.

This study was aimed at the development of scales measuring appearance management behaviors of career men for on-line image consulting. The purposes of this study were to develop a scale which can measure fashion orientation of career men and classify them according to fashion orientation. The data were collected from 380 career men for the first survey and 372 career men for the second survey in Seoul, Korea and were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability test, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan test. The results from this study were as follows: 1) Ten factors of fashion orientation were identified: clothing interest, satisfaction in clothing-selecting ability, individuality and self expression, interest in appearance management, appearance improvement and mood enhancement, clothing conformity, putting value on attractive appearance, maintenance of neat appearance, weight control and pursuit of fashion. The total variance explained by the ten factors was $65.70\%$ and Cronbach's $\alpha$ of 10 factors ranged from $.60\~.92.$ 2) Three groups were classified by the representative items of fashion orientation factors : passive appearance management group who were conscious of other people, positive appearance management group who were highly fashion-oriented and indifferent group to appearance management. The fashion orientation characteristics of groups classified in the second survey were nearly similar to those in the first.

In this paper, we propose a CMS(Career Management System) based on the Android Platform, which is able to manage the result of MBTI, an aptitude test and English skills such as TOEIC, conversation, writing, etc. and to deal with the performance of the on-the-job practice, internship, project participation, graduation exhibition, contest exhibition, etc. during the period of attendance at school, This system is divided into the server module and the client one. First, the server module is used to build up the web site of the CMS that can serve to save the data related to each student's career. Second, the client module is to develop the application based on the Android Platform. This application can easily access the career-related information and always function as maintaining and managing the new data. If we make good use of the CMS proposed in this study, the relevant departments and bureaus in colleges and universities can activate the service capacity and also enhance the employment competitiveness by adding value to the students.
This study suggests hypothetic models and tests about the mediating effect of volunteer motivation which effects on the personal characteristic of hospice volunteer the participation level of volunteer activities and durability. Also, this study suggest a theoretical base for the seeking of hospice volunteer participation revitalization. This research participated 200 volunteers who attended the Autumn Conference in 2007 and 132 volunteers from five hospice organizations. The summary of research results is that the volunteer motivation of self-protection, career, social, understanding and value are endogenous variable and the 8 paths of Agreeable${\rightarrow}$self-protection, Agreeable${\rightarrow}$career, Neuroticism${\rightarrow}$career, Agreeable${\rightarrow}$social, Agreeable${\rightarrow}$understanding, Agreeable${\rightarrow}$value, Neuroticism${\rightarrow}$value, Extroversion${\rightarrow}$value valid. In the recent field of education, they open career-related curriculums either as formal curricular programs or extracurricular programs as highlighting value of career education. However, this lecture-based career education has failed to attract students' interest, and results are not satisfactory either. Since then, in order to design entertaining career education, the field has developed diverse tools and as a vocational aptitude testing tool for career development, methods that would use vocational cards were introduced. Today, schools from elementary school to middle and high schools frequently make use of the cards to conduct the vocational aptitude test and yet, as this web-based learning and smartphones are distributed, changes in the testing tool are being intensely demanded. This study aims to create and implement an application to help the vocational cards-using vocational aptitude test targeting students in elementary, middle and high schools to be actually conducted in a mobile platform.
