Questionaries were distributed to 233 dietitians of elementary schools and 10 dietitians of high schools in Seoul and Incheon provinces. The statistical analysis of data was completed using SPSS program. The results were summarized as follows : 78.4% of Seoul and 48.6% of Incheon among the whole students were served their meals in the classrooms. 70.0% of dietitians were 30-39 years old and 31.4% had a career less 5-7 years old. The standardized recipe was used in 71.6% of total schools but not effectively in both provinces. The students' nutrition and preferences were the very first to be considered in menu planning in both provinces. The nutrient value of meals was evaluated by the dietitians in most schools. Nutrition surveys of the meals which students are eating at home were surveyed in 27.3% of Seoul and 53.2% of Incheon. Students' preferences were studied regularly in 65.4% of Seoul and 78.9% of Incheon, and students evaluations of meals were carried out by the school lunch program in 74.6% of Seoul, and 68.8% of Incheon. In 49.6% of Seoul and 53.2% of Incheon, leftover foods were measured for each meal. 38.5% of Seoul used per a week and 48.6% of Incheon used per 2-3 week the processed foodstuffs. In 17.2% of Seoul and 25.2% of Incheon, nutrition education was executed by direct education, but educational methods were done mostly by letterssent to students' parents(76.9% of Seoul and 85.3% of Incheon). Evaluation studies on nutrition management, and nutrition education were hardly correlated to the dietitian's career and educational level. The number of meals served by the school lunch program have no related with the students' preferences. For improvement of nutrition management of school lunch program, it is necessary to develop new nutrition management model and nutrition education program.

An analysis of the collected data was computationally processed by using SPSS Win 19.0 program. An analytical technique was made by using statistical techniques such as frequency & percentage, t-test, One-way ANOVA analysis. The following are the analytical results of the collected materials. Results: In consequence of analyzing organizational commitment level in research subjects, there was a significant difference in the items for age, task field, job position in charge, career in dental laboratory technology, and monthly income(p<.05). The average of the item for organizational commitment level stood at 3.29, thereby having been indicated to be high. As a result of analyzing turnover intention level in research subjects, there was a significant difference in the items for task field, job position in charge, career in dental laboratory technology, and monthly income(p<.05). The average of the item for turnover intention reached 3.04, thereby having appeared to be relatively high. As for a correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention, all variables were shown to have inverse correlation at a significant level. In consequence of conducting regression analysis in order to analyze the influence of organizational commitment upon turnover intention, a factor of having the most impact on turnover intention appeared to be normative commitment. • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

  • This study was carried out to analyze the risk attitude based on situation awareness of the Vessel Traffic Service Operator (VTSO) on the risk of collision between vessels during the monitoring of vessel traffic through the use of the VTS system. In general, when two vessels are in the close quarters situation, we analyzed the degree of risk of collision from the subjective viewpoint of the VTSOs through an administered survey. Chiefly, we analyzed the risk attitudes of each VTSO in the close quarters situation, by comparing it with the calculated value by the CoRi, which is the ship collision risk model from the VTSO's viewpoint. As a result, it was confirmed that more than 40% of the total VTSO was noted as being in a weak risk aversion type of category. Through a review of the results of analyzing the risk attitude of VTSO according to gender, age, VTS career, VTS center position, accident experience, and boarded career, it was found that there was a significant difference in the VTS career, VTS center position and accident experience. In addition, a regression model that is able to further explain the risk attitude of VTSO was derived as a factor that confirmed the significant difference and applied to CoRi to predict the collision risk according to the individual VTSO to be used as a fundamental information gathering tool for providing more accurate and safe VTS service at sea.
