전문대학(專門大學) 방사선과(放射線科) 교육과정(敎育課程)의 수정개발(修正開發) 연구(硏究) (A New Model Improving the Current Curriculum of Radiologic Technology Department in Junior College)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the Current Curriculum of Radiologic Technology Department in Junior College, try to find a future solution of the education of Radiologic Technology and a reform measure, and suggest a new substantial model. So this study refered to sundary records, posed a question by papers, made a reform measure of curriculum on the basis of the results, examined it throughly by discussion with the related professors and the industrials figures, and decided a new model. The characteristics of the reform measure reflected in the new model are as follows; 1. It increased the numbers of credits like 94 or 95 ones, to positively accept a developing medical technique and modern science. 2. It set up various general studies and offered a free selection. 3. It closely related majors and their credits to the national examination of lisence and the task of industrial job site. 4. It kept the balance between the periods of lecture, practice, training and their credits. 5, It reinforced the subjects of fundamental medical science such as Introduction to Medicine, Pathology, Biochemistry, Patient Care, etc. 6. It newly established Clinical Trainings as a regular education course. 7. It newly established Introduction to Computer Science, Ultrasonography and Magenetic Resonance Imaging, to cope with the development of the future medical technique. 8. It newly established Humanism in Medicine as a regular education course. 9. It changed the names of subjects resonably.

보건(지)소 치과위생사의 구강보건직무교육실태에 관한 단면적 조사연구 (A Cross-Sectional Study on Job Training Course of the Dental Hygienists at the Public Health (sub)Centers)

  • 본 연구는 구강보건관련 직무교육에 대한 실태를 파악하고 효율적인 직무교육프로그램 개발에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 2004년 4월부터 5월까지 전국 보건(지)소에 근무하는 1,255명의 치과위생사 중 층화무작위추출법에 의해 추출된 380명의 대상자들에게 2003년도 구강보건사업관련 직무교육실태 및 교육과정내용의 필요에 대한 인식도를 분석하기 위하여 대상자들에게 설문을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 1. 보건(지)소의 치과위생사 집단의 일반적 특성에서 보건지소 근무치과위생사가 61.1%이었고, 보건소 근무 치과위생사가 35.3%이었으며, 연령은 36~40세가 62%로 높은 비중을 차지하였고 경력은 11~15년이 48.4%, 16년 이상이 35.7%, 10년 이하가 15.9%순으로 나타났다. 또한 가장 높은 직급은 의료기사 7급이 85.5%로 나타났다. 2. 2003년 구강보건관련 직무교육 수료자율은 28.9%, 미수료자율은 71.1%이었고 '직무교육이 업무수행에 도움이 되었다'가 65.6%, '보통이다'가 34.4%, '도움이 되지 않았다'가 0%로 업무수행에 도움이 되는 의견이 높았다. 또한 교육받지 않은 이유로는 '행정상 시간상 이유로 신청하지 않았다'가 44.6%, '신청을 하여도 선정이 안 되었다'가 29.3%순이었으며, 치과위생사업무가 아닌 타업무에 종사하여서 교육을 받지 않은 경우도 13.4%로 나타났다. 3. 직무교육의 교육과정내용별 필요에 대한 인식도는 초등학교 예방진료가 4.42, 구강보건교육이 4.41, 유아구강보건사업과 노인구강보건사업이 4.04, 장애인구강보건사업이 3.92, 구강보건기획 평가가 3.85, 구강보건진단이 3.69순으로 나타났다. 그러나 근무기간에 따른 인식도의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며(p > 0.05), 근무지에 따른 인식도의 차이는 구강보건 기획 평가와 구강보건진단에서 보건소와 보건지소 근무치과위생사간에 유의성이 나타났다(p < 0.001). 4. 직무교육의 적당한 시기로는 전반기가 39.8%, 연중 무관하다가 34.4%, 중반기가 12.2% 로 나타났고, 전문치위생사 양성과정이 필요하다는 의견도 79.2%로 나타났다.

4차 산업혁명시대 무역인력양성 방향과 전략에 관한 연구 (The Direction & Strategy of Human Resources Development in Global Business Practise in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • This study analyzes the trade issues and curriculum issues of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era with the aim of finding strategies to improve the curriculum of international commerce and to cultivate trade manpower by matching them with the trade job competencies required by trade enterprises. To this end, trade college students, GTEP partners, industry-academia partners, and expert groups of N university were asked to provide information on trade curriculum for the current curriculum. The resulting data were analyzed by questionnaire frequency analysis and FGI method to reveal that both students and graduates are interested in improving the trade curriculum of the university, and that companies are also demanding talents who are responsible for the comprehensive process of trade practice and can perform sincerely and comprehensively. Therefore, we have established a new curriculum that is suitable for the 4th industrial age, opened a certificate acquisition course suitable for the needs of the company, and developed the commercial practice, trade simulation, capstone design, and PBL teaching method. Ways are suggesting to reduce mismatch between universities and companies.

의료기관 신입직원 멘토링프로그램 사례연구: A병원을 중심으로 (Case Study of New Employee Mentoring Program at Hospital A)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of development and operation of a mentoring program that provides psychological support to new employees and helps them adapt to work, thereby applying it to actual work and laying the foundation for follow-up research. Methodology: We explored the development and application process of A Hospital mentoring program by applying the mentoring program model developed according to the procedures of the ADDIE model, and confirmed the perceptions of participants who participated in the training course through analysis of activity logs and in-depth interviews. Findings: The main results of the case analysis are as follows. First, the curriculum was developed according to the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of activity log and in-depth interview analysis, participants recognized that the mentoring program was helpful in forming social relationships, organizational adaptation, and preventing job turnover, and recognized difficulties in communication. Participants mentioned supplementing the operating system. Practical Implication: The results of a systematic review of the application and effectiveness of mentoring programs for new employees can serve as reference material for practical program design.

정보기술역량과 창업태도 및 창업의도의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Information Technology Competence on Entrepreneurial Attitude and Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • Lately, there is a worldwide boom for start-ups. This trends has led to develop many policies for entrepreneurship in Korea, which focused on college education. Also, as the forth industrial revolution knows no borders, demands of software early education are expanding in line with strong interests in IT (Information Technology). Information technology is now an essential competency for all professionals who need creative thinking. And entrepreneurs are a representative job that requires creative thinking. This study suggests IT competencies-IT planning competencies (ITPC) and IT development competencies (ITDC)-as a core factor of the entrepreneurial intention. This paper is to study the relationship between IT competencies and entrepreneurial Intention. So we investigated IT competence and entrepreneurial intention in university students with a questionnaire. The results of this empirical study can be summarized as follows. First, IT planning competencies have positive influence on entrepreneurial attitude and intention. But IT development competencies do not influence directly on entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurial attitude have mediating effects in the relationship between IT planning competencies and entrepreneurial intention. So, we need to develop good contents related to the IT planning capabilities when organizing training programs in start-up course. In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education, it will be necessary to develop educational contents that can have a broad perspective for understanding the trends of technology convergence and creating opportunities.

Development of the Instructional Design Guideline utilizing Goal-based Scenario for Culinary Practice Education

  • Recently, not only development of curriculum associated directly with job, the development of new education model is in great need. So, the purpose of this study is to develop the instructional design guideline utilizing goal-based scenario(GBS) for college students who major in culinary arts. First, to achieve this goal, we recognized the 7 core elements(learning goal, mission, cover story, role activity, scenario operating, resource, feedback) composing GBS through literature review and case study. Second, we drew a conclusion about the problem and guideline for traditional culinary practice course by conducting inspection about culinary practice environment and needs with professors who are teaching culinary arts. Third, we applied the instructional design guideline for culinary practice to regular classes according to GBS's factors, and then we did formative evaluation with content experts and educational technology expert. Finally, we designed the final instructional design guideline for culinary practice by modifying early model reflected the result of formative evaluation. The results of this study are as following. First, when we applied GBS to culinary practice, professors have to focus on process of materialization by developing easy scenario to students. Also, they have to prepare the class circumstance to feel about sense of realism in advance. Second, to give a conjugally new skill at working, professors's effort is important. culinary practice education at college has responsibility to carry out the vocational training that has competitiveness and difference with labor market's needs. Therefore, it is necessary for us to develop the teaching and learning model for culinary practice which is suitable for major based on the manpower demand for industry without causing job mismatch from demand for industry.

부산·경남지역 의무기록사 직무분석 (A Study on the Job Description of Medical Record Administrator in Busan and Gyeongnam)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose how to improve and develop the college curriculum of medical record administration, satisfying requirements from hospitals having medical record administrators. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed medical record administrators serving at hospitals located in Busan, Changwon, Masan and Jinju. Finally analyzed were responses from 100 medical recorders. The frequency of searching medical records to support information use was statistically different among hospitals according to the number of sick beds(p=.041), or $3.16{\pm}1.75$ for fewer than 300 sick beds, $4.28{\pm}2.42$ for 300 to 500 and $4.86{\pm}3.18$ for more than 500. The college course that was regarded as most important by most of the surveyed medical record administrators, or 53(37.2%) was medical terminology, followed by statistics by 36 of the respondents(18.5%) and EMR, 25(12.8%) in order. To make EMR truly effective requires reforming the university curriculum of medical record administration and giving more attention and more supports to training for better computerization, realizing that medical record administrators serve as a true manager of health and medical information, not a person who just paper-based medical information. In addition to managing health and medical information, medical record administrators are expected to have more roles in the future, for example, providing high-quality clinic knowledge and medical information that are necessary for efficient hospital management and medical research to survive competition.

지구과학자에 대한 고등학생들의 인식 분석 (An Analysis on High School Students' Perceptions of Earth Science Scientists)

  • 본 연구는 90명의 고등학생들(성취도 상 중 하 수준의 각 30명)을 대상으로 GAP 프로그램의 일환으로 개발된 10개의 문항으로 지구과학자에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 고등학생들은 지구과학 교과에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있으나, 직업인으로서 지구과학자에 대한 이해가 매우 부족하며, 자신의 진로로 연계하여 인식하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 성취 수준이 낮은 학생들의 지구과학 학습의 실패는 지구과학자에 대한 부정적인 인식과 미래 진로로의 비연계로 이어졌다. 학교교육 현장에서부터 학생들이 지구과학자를 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 진로교육 프로그램을 통해 직업으로 연계시키려는 노력이 절실하게 필요하다.

과정이수형 자격제도 운영 학과의 NCS 기반 교육과정 설계모형 연구 - 전문대학 사회복지과를 중심으로 (A Study of the Curriculum Design Modelling Focused on the Combination of National Competency Standards and the Already-Accredited Course in the Department of Social Welfare in the Junior College)

  • 국가직무능력표준(NCS)은 산업현장에서 직무 수행에 필요한 능력들을 체계화 및 표준화한 것으로서 전문직업인 양성이 교육목적인 전문대학에 NCS를 적절히 적용할 수만 있다면 현장 중심의 인력 양성에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보인다. 그러나 인문사회계열 학문인 사회복지 분야에서는 실기보다는 이론 숙지가 주를 이루며 또한 사회복지사 2급 자격을 위한 과정이수형 교육과정을 편성하고 있기 때문에 기존의 자격제도 변화없이 NCS를 교육과정에 도입하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과정이수형 교육과정을 운영하고 있는 전문대학 사회복지과 교육과정에 NCS를 적용하기 위한 교육과정 설계모형을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, NCS 능력단위 중심의 교육과정 설계가 아닌 기존 교과목에 NCS 능력단위를 매핑하는 역공학적 접근을 시도한다. 둘째, 주 취업시장의 직무능력 함양을 위하여 노인, 아동, 장애인 등 대상에 따른 사회복지 서비스 제공에 관한 능력단위를 개발 추가한다. 셋째, NCS 능력단위를 주 취업시장의 직무와의 연관정도에 따라 유형 1,2,3 등 3 유형으로 분류하여 적용한다. 넷째, NCS 직업기초능력 중 사회복지 분야에 적합하다고 판단되는 4개 요소를 추출, 독자적인 과목으로 개설한다. 다섯째, 주 취업시장에서의 직무능력 함양을 위한 능력단위들의 조합을 하나의 가상 능력단위로 간주하고 유형 1, 유형 2, 유형 3 등의 순으로 3단계에 걸쳐 유기적으로 배치한 다음 학습 범위를 주 취업시장에서의 직무 수준으로 조정하여 3단계에 공통적으로 적용한다.

지역사회 간호 서비스 전달 체계 모형 개발 -가정방문서비스를 중심으로- (Development of Community Health Nursing Service Model: - Based on the Visiting Nurses Project in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Kang-won Area-)

  • This study was done to identify a status of home visiting project as a community health nursing system, that was the organization. personal who have age, educational background, marital status, position, experience of the home visiting in the public sectors in part of Seoul. Kyonggi, Kang-won area, It was done to provide basis data for the development of effective visiting nurses project in the health sectors, where was Health Centers in urban and rural. Branch of Health Center in rural and Health posts. The question airs were distributed 352 public health workers who working place was 118 health workers in 12 health centers in Seoul. 56 public health workers among 39 health center and other public health sectors in Kyonggi and 178 public health workers among health center and health care sectors. Data collected from October to December. 2000. The analysis by SAS system with F test, percentage and frequency. The major result were as follows. The general characteristics of the respondent show that most of them were graduates from community college and RN-BS with broadcast that they had not completed CPHN course but only two health workers have trained for the visiting nurses project. As for their grade in the position, the most of health workers have seventh level and the other CHP were above sixth level in the health care post that in the government structure. This indicates that workers do not have great authority in decision making, the most period of works in the position was one and two years indicating that they change jobs frequently. On an average their clinical experience was 4.11 years which is ideal for the total service. As for preparation of staff for home visiting workers education on visiting nurses program have to receive short term or longer term training course for strong emphasis. The analysis showed that public health visiting workers responds about active job performance that based on an area, approach of acting by districts, education and position are shown statistically significant difference between acceptance of the visiting nursing job show the same as well as visiting nurses project. Special concerns for visiting Nursing care spread came to burden, many of activity carry out main solution is covered the health problem connective support system needs of quality and quantity which out health problem. As 71.1% of visiting health service held on the poor population was under the guardianship of the law, but people who health insurance wide application under law shown a tendency to increase gradually. The general characteristics of the patients showed 56.2% of female on average of age was 66.1 years old, they have health problem was the most of 47.6% of high blood pressure and stroke, the other and as a problem that economics, which is complex welfare with out health problem. Community health care service should be combined health and social work program. The form of delivery of visiting health care given the most guide and education with counselling and support. (33.6%) Among the six category of visiting care service shown statistically significant difference and next is fundamental care, remedy care with priority.
